在上述曲面显示面板的制造方法中,在所述步骤B之前,所述方法还包括以下步骤:F、所述支撑机台通过所述柔性囊体带动所述柔性显示器件朝所述曲面盖体移动,以使所述柔性显示器件移动至所述曲面盖体在所述竖直方向上的上方。
在上述曲面显示面板的制造方法中,所述方法还包括以下步骤:H、所述灌输设备在向所述柔性囊体灌输所述液态物质后,继续往所述柔性囊体内灌输气体,以利用所述气体推动所述液态物质向所述柔性显示器件施加压力。
有益效果
相对现有技术,本发明由于在利用柔性囊体将柔性显示器件与曲面盖体的内侧面相贴合的过程中往所述柔性囊体中灌输液态物质,利用所述液态物质向所述柔性显示器件施加压力,从而使得所述柔性显示器件与所述曲面盖体的内侧面完整贴合,因此能避免柔性显示器件与曲面盖体之间与所述曲面盖体的弯折部对应的位置处出现空隙。
为让本发明的上述内容能更明显易懂,下文特举优选实施例,并配合所附图式,作详细说明如下。

本说明书所使用的词语“实施例”意指实例、示例或例证。此外,本说明书和所附权利要求中所使用的冠词“一”一般地可以被解释为“一个或多个”,除非另外指定或从上下文可以清楚确定单数形式。
参考图1至图4,图1至图4为本发明的曲面显示面板的制造装置制造曲面显示面板的方案的示意图。
本发明的曲面显示面板的制造装置包括承载机台102、柔性囊体103、支撑机台101、灌输设备。本发明的曲面显示面板包括曲面盖体105和柔性显示器件104。
所述承载机台102用于承载所述曲面盖体105。其中,所述曲面盖体105的内侧面朝向竖直方向的上方。
所述柔性囊体103用于固定待与所述曲面盖体105相贴合的柔性显示器件104,所述柔性显示器件104设置在所述柔性囊体103在竖直方向上的下方。所述柔性显示器件104可例如为OLED(Organic Light Emitting Diode,有机发光二极管)显示器件。所述柔性囊体103用于容置气体、液体、液态物质301。所述柔性囊体103可例如为气囊、液囊。
所述支撑机台101用于固定所述柔性囊体103,所述柔性囊体103设置在所述支撑机台101在所述竖直方向上的下方。
所述灌输设备用于在所述柔性显示器件104的至少一部分位于所述曲面盖体105在所述竖直方向上的上方时向所述柔性囊体103灌输液态物质301,以使所述柔性显示器件104在所述液态物质301所施加的压力的作用下与所述曲面盖体105的内侧面的中部区域和弯折区域相贴合。
所述弯折区域位于所述中部区域的两侧。
所述压力与所述液态物质301的重力对应。
所述灌输设备还用于在向所述柔性囊体103灌输液态物质301前向所述柔性囊体103灌输气体,以使所述柔性显示器件104在所述柔性囊体103所施加的张力的作用下弯曲。具体地,在所述柔性显示器件104的至少一部分位于所述曲面盖体105在所述竖直方向上的上方时,所述灌输设备用于向所述柔性囊体103灌输所述液态物质301,以使处于弯曲状态下的所述柔性显示器件104在所述液态物质301所施加的压力的作用下与所述曲面盖体105的内侧面的中部区域和弯折区域相贴合。
所述装置还包括密封腔室和抽取设备。
所述密封腔室用于容纳所述支撑机台101、所述承载机台102、所述柔性囊体103、所述曲面盖体105、所述柔性显示器件104。
所述抽取设备用于在向所述柔性囊体103灌输所述气体前将所述密封腔室抽真空。
所述液态物质301用于通过所述柔性囊体103向所述柔性显示器件104施加所述压力,以在所述柔性显示器件104与所述曲面盖体105贴合的过程中避免所述柔性显示器件104与所述曲面盖体105的所述内侧面的所述弯折区域形成间隙。
所述液态物质301为液体与固体粉末的混合物或液态金属。
在所述液态物质301为液体与固体粉末的混合物的情况下,所述液态物质301为液态混凝土。
在所述液态物质301为液态金属的情况下,所述液态物质301为汞、镓、铯中的任意一种或一种以上的组合。
作为一种改进,所述支撑机台101还用于通过所述柔性囊体103带动所述柔性显示器件104朝所述曲面盖体105移动,以使所述柔性显示器件104移动至所述曲面盖体105在所述竖直方向上的上方。
所述支撑机台101还用于在所述柔性囊体103内灌输有所述气体的情况下带动处于弯曲状态下的所述柔性显示器件104沿所述竖直方向朝所述曲面盖体105移动,以使处于弯曲状态下的所述柔性显示器件104的至少一部分与所述曲面盖体105的所述内侧面的所述中部区域相接触。
所述液态物质301用于在所述柔性显示器件104的至少一部分与所述曲面盖体105的所述内侧面的所述中部区域相接触的情况下,通过所述柔性囊体103向所述柔性显示器件104施加所述压力,以使所述柔性显示器件104与所述曲面盖体105的所述内侧面的所述弯折区域沿所述竖直方向自下而上逐渐贴合。
所述灌输设备还用于在向所述柔性囊体103灌输所述液态物质后,继续往所述柔性囊体内灌输气体,以利用所述气体推动所述液态物质向所述柔性显示器件施加压力。
参考图1至图5,图1至图4为本发明的曲面显示面板的制造装置制造曲面显示面板的方案的示意图,图5为本发明的曲面显示面板的制造方法的流程图。
本发明的曲面显示面板的制造方法包括以下步骤:
A(步骤501)、所述柔性囊体103固定待与所述曲面盖体105相贴合的所述柔性显示器件104,其中,所述柔性显示器件104设置在所述柔性囊体103在所述竖直方向上的下方。
B(步骤504)、所述灌输设备在所述柔性显示器件104的至少一部分位于所述曲面盖体105在所述竖直方向上的上方时向所述柔性囊体103灌输液态物质301,以使所述柔性显示器件104在所述液态物质301所施加的压力的作用下与所述曲面盖体105的内侧面的中部区域和弯折区域相贴合。
在所述步骤B之前,所述方法还包括以下步骤:
C(步骤503)、灌输设备向所述柔性囊体103灌输气体,以使所述柔性显示器件104在所述柔性囊体103所施加的张力的作用下弯曲。
所述步骤B为:
在所述柔性显示器件104的至少一部分位于所述曲面盖体105在所述竖直方向上的上方时,所述灌输设备向所述柔性囊体103灌输所述液态物质301,以使处于弯曲状态下的所述柔性显示器件104在所述液态物质301所施加的压力的作用下与所述曲面盖体105的内侧面的中部区域和弯折区域相贴合。
在所述步骤C之前,所述方法还包括以下步骤:
D(步骤502)、抽取设备在向所述柔性囊体103灌输所述气体前将容纳有所述支撑机台101、所述承载机台102、所述柔性囊体103、所述曲面盖体105、所述柔性显示器件104的密封腔室抽真空。
所述液态物质301用于通过所述柔性囊体103向所述柔性显示器件104施加所述压力,以在所述柔性显示器件104与所述曲面盖体105贴合的过程中避免所述柔性显示器件104与所述曲面盖体105的所述内侧面的所述弯折区域形成间隙。
在所述步骤B之前,所述方法还包括以下步骤:
E、将所述曲面盖体105设置在所述承载机台102上,其中,所述曲面盖体105的所述内侧面朝向所述竖直方向的上方。
作为一种改进,在所述步骤B之前,所述方法还包括以下步骤:
F、所述支撑机台101通过所述柔性囊体103带动所述柔性显示器件104朝所述曲面盖体105移动,以使所述柔性显示器件104移动至所述曲面盖体105在所述竖直方向上的上方。
在所述步骤B之前,以及在所述步骤C之后,所述方法还包括以下步骤:
G、所述支撑机台101在所述柔性囊体103内灌输有所述气体的情况下带动处于弯曲状态下的所述柔性显示器件104沿所述竖直方向朝所述曲面盖体105移动,以使处于弯曲状态下的所述柔性显示器件104的至少一部分与所述曲面盖体105的所述内侧面的所述中部区域相接触。
作为一种改进,所述方法还包括以下步骤:
H、所述灌输设备在向所述柔性囊体103灌输所述液态物质后,继续往所述柔性囊体内灌输气体,以利用所述气体推动所述液态物质向所述柔性显示器件施加压力。
通过上述技术方案,本发明由于在利用柔性囊体将柔性显示器件与曲面盖体的内侧面相贴合的过程中往所述柔性囊体中灌输液态物质,利用所述液态物质向所述柔性显示器件施加压力,从而使得所述柔性显示器件与所述曲面盖体的内侧面完整贴合,因此能避免柔性显示器件与曲面盖体之间与所述曲面盖体的弯折部对应的位置处出现空隙。
综上所述,虽然本发明已以优选实施例揭露如上,但上述优选实施例并非用以限制本发明,本领域的普通技术人员,在不脱离本发明的精神和范围内,均可作各种更动与润饰,因此本发明的保护范围以权利要求界定的范围为准。

Claims (20)

  1. 一种曲面显示面板的制造装置,其中,所述装置包括:
    承载机台,所述承载机台用于承载曲面盖体;
    柔性囊体,所述柔性囊体用于固定待与所述曲面盖体相贴合的柔性显示器件,所述柔性显示器件设置在所述柔性囊体在竖直方向上的下方;
    支撑机台,所述支撑机台用于固定所述柔性囊体,所述柔性囊体设置在所述支撑机台在所述竖直方向上的下方;
    灌输设备,所述灌输设备用于在所述柔性显示器件的至少一部分位于所述曲面盖体在所述竖直方向上的上方时向所述柔性囊体灌输液态物质,以使所述柔性显示器件在所述液态物质所施加的压力的作用下与所述曲面盖体的内侧面的中部区域和弯折区域相贴合;
    所述灌输设备还用于在向所述柔性囊体灌输液态物质前向所述柔性囊体灌输气体,以使所述柔性显示器件在所述柔性囊体所施加的张力的作用下弯曲;
    所述液态物质用于通过所述柔性囊体向所述柔性显示器件施加所述压力,以在所述柔性显示器件与所述曲面盖体贴合的过程中避免所述柔性显示器件与所述曲面盖体的所述内侧面的所述弯折区域形成间隙。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的曲面显示面板的制造装置,其中,所述装置还包括:
    密封腔室,所述密封腔室用于容纳所述支撑机台、所述承载机台、所述柔性囊体、所述曲面盖体、所述柔性显示器件;
    抽取设备,所述抽取设备用于在向所述柔性囊体灌输所述气体前将所述密封腔室抽真空。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的曲面显示面板的制造装置,其中,所述液态物质为液体与固体粉末的混合物或液态金属。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的曲面显示面板的制造装置,其中,在所述液态物质为液体与固体粉末的混合物的情况下,所述液态物质为液态混凝土;
    在所述液态物质为液态金属的情况下,所述液态物质为汞、镓、铯中的任意一种或一种以上的组合。
  5. 一种曲面显示面板的制造装置,其中,所述装置包括:
    承载机台,所述承载机台用于承载曲面盖体;
    柔性囊体,所述柔性囊体用于固定待与所述曲面盖体相贴合的柔性显示器件,所述柔性显示器件设置在所述柔性囊体在竖直方向上的下方;
    支撑机台,所述支撑机台用于固定所述柔性囊体,所述柔性囊体设置在所述支撑机台在所述竖直方向上的下方;
    灌输设备,所述灌输设备用于在所述柔性显示器件的至少一部分位于所述曲面盖体在所述竖直方向上的上方时向所述柔性囊体灌输液态物质,以使所述柔性显示器件在所述液态物质所施加的压力的作用下与所述曲面盖体的内侧面的中部区域和弯折区域相贴合。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的曲面显示面板的制造装置,其中,所述灌输设备还用于在向所述柔性囊体灌输液态物质前向所述柔性囊体灌输气体,以使所述柔性显示器件在所述柔性囊体所施加的张力的作用下弯曲。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的曲面显示面板的制造装置,其中,所述装置还包括:
    密封腔室,所述密封腔室用于容纳所述支撑机台、所述承载机台、所述柔性囊体、所述曲面盖体、所述柔性显示器件;
    抽取设备,所述抽取设备用于在向所述柔性囊体灌输所述气体前将所述密封腔室抽真空。
  8. 根据权利要求5所述的曲面显示面板的制造装置,其中,所述液态物质用于通过所述柔性囊体向所述柔性显示器件施加所述压力,以在所述柔性显示器件与所述曲面盖体贴合的过程中避免所述柔性显示器件与所述曲面盖体的所述内侧面的所述弯折区域形成间隙。
  9. 根据权利要求5所述的曲面显示面板的制造装置,其中,所述液态物质为液体与固体粉末的混合物或液态金属。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的曲面显示面板的制造装置,其中,在所述液态物质为液体与固体粉末的混合物的情况下,所述液态物质为液态混凝土;
    在所述液态物质为液态金属的情况下,所述液态物质为汞、镓、铯中的任意一种或一种以上的组合。
  11. 根据权利要求5所述的曲面显示面板的制造装置,其中,所述支撑机台还用于通过所述柔性囊体带动所述柔性显示器件朝所述曲面盖体移动,以使所述柔性显示器件移动至所述曲面盖体在所述竖直方向上的上方。
  12. 根据权利要求5所述的曲面显示面板的制造装置,其中,所述支撑机台还用于在所述柔性囊体内灌输有所述气体的情况下带动处于弯曲状态下的所述柔性显示器件沿所述竖直方向朝所述曲面盖体移动,以使处于弯曲状态下的所述柔性显示器件的至少一部分与所述曲面盖体的所述内侧面的所述中部区域相接触。
  13. 一种如权利要求5所述的曲面显示面板的制造方法,其中,所述方法包括以下步骤:
    A、所述柔性囊体固定待与所述曲面盖体相贴合的所述柔性显示器件,其中,所述柔性显示器件设置在所述柔性囊体在所述竖直方向上的下方;
    B、所述灌输设备在所述柔性显示器件的至少一部分位于所述曲面盖体在所述竖直方向上的上方时向所述柔性囊体灌输液态物质,以使所述柔性显示器件在所述液态物质所施加的压力的作用下与所述曲面盖体的内侧面的中部区域和弯折区域相贴合。
  14. 根据权利要求13所述的曲面显示面板的制造方法,其中,在所述步骤B之前,所述方法还包括以下步骤:
    C、灌输设备向所述柔性囊体灌输气体,以使所述柔性显示器件在所述柔性囊体所施加的张力的作用下弯曲。
  15. 根据权利要求14所述的曲面显示面板的制造方法,其中,在所述步骤B之前,以及在所述步骤C之后,所述方法还包括以下步骤:
    G、所述支撑机台在所述柔性囊体内灌输有所述气体的情况下带动处于弯曲状态下的所述柔性显示器件沿所述竖直方向朝所述曲面盖体移动,以使处于弯曲状态下的所述柔性显示器件的至少一部分与所述曲面盖体的所述内侧面的所述中部区域相接触。
  16. 根据权利要求13所述的曲面显示面板的制造方法,其中,在所述步骤C之前,所述方法还包括以下步骤:
    D、抽取设备在向所述柔性囊体灌输所述气体前将容纳有所述支撑机台、所述承载机台、所述柔性囊体、所述曲面盖体、所述柔性显示器件的密封腔室抽真空。
  17. 根据权利要求13所述的曲面显示面板的制造方法,其中,所述液态物质用于通过所述柔性囊体向所述柔性显示器件施加所述压力,以在所述柔性显示器件与所述曲面盖体贴合的过程中避免所述柔性显示器件与所述曲面盖体的所述内侧面的所述弯折区域形成间隙。
  18. 根据权利要求13所述的曲面显示面板的制造方法,其中,在所述步骤B之前,所述方法还包括以下步骤:
    E、将所述曲面盖体设置在所述承载机台上,其中,所述曲面盖体的所述内侧面朝向所述竖直方向的上方。
  19. 根据权利要求13所述的曲面显示面板的制造方法,其中,在所述步骤B之前,所述方法还包括以下步骤:
    F、所述支撑机台通过所述柔性囊体带动所述柔性显示器件朝所述曲面盖体移动,以使所述柔性显示器件移动至所述曲面盖体在所述竖直方向上的上方。
  20. 根据权利要求13所述的曲面显示面板的制造方法,其中,所述方法还包括以下步骤:
    H、所述灌输设备在向所述柔性囊体灌输所述液态物质后,继续往所述柔性囊体内灌输气体,以利用所述气体推动所述液态物质向所述柔性显示器件施加压力。
