所述第一风枪朝向所述柔性显示层的一端往复旋转喷射高压气体,所述第二风枪朝向所述柔性显示层的相对另一端往复旋转喷射高压气体。

本发明的有益效果为:本发明的柔性显示面板贴附装置,能够将柔性OLED显示层贴附于具有较大弧度、较小圆角边缘的盖板玻璃表面,并且提高了柔性OLED显示层的贴附质量。

本发明的最佳实施方式
以下各实施例的说明是参考附加的图示,用以例示本发明可用以实施的特定实施例。本发明所提到的方向用语,例如[上]、[下]、[前]、[后]、[左]、[右]、[内]、[外]、[侧面]等,仅是参考附加图式的方向。因此,使用的方向用语是用以说明及理解本发明,而非用以限制本发明。在图中,结构相似的单元是用以相同标号表示。
本发明针对现有的柔性OLED显示产品的边缘圆角越来越小,且弧度越来越大,导致显示产品在生产过程中难度较大的技术问题,本实施例能够解决该缺陷。
如图1所示,本发明提供的柔性显示面板贴附装置,包括仿形夹具101、吸附组件、辊轴组件以及风枪组件。
其中,所述仿形夹具101,其顶部连接有升降机构,所述升降机构可以为升降气缸;所述仿形夹具101底部具有与盖板玻璃102的形状及大小类似的凹槽,所述凹槽内侧具有可伸缩的夹板,所述盖板玻璃102的一面置于所述凹槽内,被所述夹板固定;所述盖板玻璃102包括主体部分,及位于所述主体部分侧部的弯曲部分,其中,所述主体部分可以为平面或曲面,与位于其侧部的弯曲部分组成3D盖板玻璃102。
所述吸附组件,位于所述仿形夹具101的正下方,所述吸附组件包括对称设置的第一吸附平台103与第二吸附平台104,所述第一吸附平台103或第二吸附平台104包括有真空装置,以及位于所述真空装置上部的吸盘,用于吸附柔性膜材基底105。
所述柔性膜材基底105表面设置有胶层,用以粘合柔性显示层106,所述柔性显示层106的宽度窄于所述柔性膜材基底105,使得所述柔性膜材基底105的两侧留出吸附区,同时,所述吸附区还便于在柔性显示层106与盖板玻璃102贴附完成后撕除所述柔性膜材基底105。
所述第一吸附平台103与第二吸附平台104之间间隔有一段距离,该距离小于所述柔性膜材基底105的宽度;位于所述柔性膜材基底105一端的吸附区吸附于所述第一吸附平台103上,位于所述柔性膜材基底105相对另一端的吸附区吸附于所述第二吸附平台104上。
辊轴组件,包括至少一辊轴107,所述辊轴107的中心轴为转轴,所述转轴的一端连接有位移机构,所述位移机构包括有垂直移动装置,以及水平移动装置;例如,所述垂直移动装置包括垂直滑轨,以及滑移设置于所述垂直滑轨上的升降驱动电机,所述水平移动装置包括有水平滑轨,以及滑移设置于所述水平滑轨上的平移驱动电机,所述垂直滑轨固定连接所述平移驱动电机,所述转轴的一端固定连接于所述升降驱动电机。
所述辊轴107位于所述第一吸附平台103与第二吸附平台104之间,且位于所述柔性膜材基底105下侧。
所述升降驱动电机在所述垂直滑轨上垂直移动,使得所述辊轴107上下移动,以将所述辊轴107所接触到的部分所述柔性膜材基底105及柔性显示层106向所述盖板玻璃102靠近。
所述平移驱动电机在所述水平滑轨上移动,使得所述垂直移动装置平移,进而使所述转轴平移运动,所述辊轴107对所述柔性膜材基底105及柔性显示层106进行滚压,使其与所述盖板玻璃102的主体部分进行贴合。
风枪组件,位于所述第一吸附平台103与第二吸附平台104之间,且位于所述柔性膜材基底105下侧,包括对称设置的第一风枪108与第二风枪109;所述第一风枪108与第二风枪109用以向所述柔性显示层106的两侧喷射高压气体,使得所述柔性显示层106的两侧贴附于所述盖板玻璃102的弯曲部分的表面。
所述风枪组件还包括对称设置的第一旋转机构及第二旋转机构,所述第一旋转机构对应连接所述第一风枪108,所述第二旋转机构对应连接所述第二风枪109。
所述第一旋转机构包括底座,所述底座两侧设置有支撑板,所述第一风枪108通过转轴连接于两所述支撑板之间,所述转轴的一端连接于伺服马达。
所述第一旋转机构用于使所述第一风枪108对所述柔性显示层106的一端进行扫风,使所述柔性显示层106的侧部受气流驱使,从而向所述盖板玻璃102的弯曲部分的表面贴附;在开始扫风时,所述第一风枪108从所述盖板玻璃102的弯曲部分与主体部分的连接处开始,然后转向盖板玻璃102的弯曲部分,最后到所述盖板玻璃102的弯曲部分的尾端结束。
所述第二旋转机构与所述第一旋转机构同时运行,以将所述柔性显示层106的相对另一端与所述盖板玻璃102的另一端弯曲部分相贴合,进而完成整个盖板玻璃102的贴附。
所述第二旋转机构与所述第一旋转机构的结构相同,且工作原理一致,具体可参考上述的第一旋转机构的工作原理,此处不再做赘述。
为了更进一步的对所述柔性膜材基底105的两侧进行固定,在所述吸附组件外侧设置压制机构;所述压制机构包括对称设置的第一压爪组件110与第二压爪组件111,所述第一压爪组件110位于所述第一吸附平台103外侧,所述第二压爪组件111位于所述第二吸附平台104外侧。
所述第一压爪组件110包括第一支撑部,所述第一支撑部底部可移动地连接有第一平移滑轨,所述第一支撑部一侧设置有第一垂直滑轨,所述第一垂直滑轨上可移动地连接有第一压爪。
所述第二压爪组件111包括第二支撑部,所述第二支撑部底部可移动地连接有第二平移滑轨,所述第二支撑部一侧设置有第二垂直滑轨,所述第二垂直滑轨上可移动地连接有第二压爪。
当所述柔性膜材基底105的两侧吸附于所述第一吸附平台103与第二吸附平台104上时,所述第一压爪组件110向所述第一吸附平台103靠近,所述第二压爪组件111向所述第二吸附平台104靠近,所述第一压爪压制在所述柔性膜材基底105的一端,所述第二压爪压制在所述柔性膜材基底105的相对另一端,从而辅助所述吸附组件对所述柔性膜材基底105的固定。
如图2a所示,本发明柔性显示面板贴附装置,包括有仿形夹具201、第一吸附平台202、第二吸附平台203、第一压爪组件204、第二压爪组件205、辊轴206以及第一风枪207与第二风枪208。
此时,所述仿形夹具201上固定有盖板玻璃209;所述第一吸附平台202与第二吸附平台203上吸附有柔性膜材基底210,所述第一压爪组件204与第二压爪组件205压制在所述柔性膜材基底210的两侧,所述柔性膜材基底210表面粘设有柔性显示层211。
如图2b所示,本发明柔性显示面板贴附装置,包括有仿形夹具201、第一吸附平台202、第二吸附平台203、第一压爪组件204、第二压爪组件205、辊轴206以及第一风枪207与第二风枪208。
此时,所述辊轮上升,并将所述柔性膜材基底210与柔性显示层211抬升至与所述盖板玻璃209表面相接触,然后对所述柔性膜材基底210与柔性显示层211进行滚压,使得所述柔性显示层211贴附于所述盖板玻璃209的主体部分表面。
如图2c所示,本发明柔性显示面板贴附装置,包括有仿形夹具201、第一吸附平台202、第二吸附平台203、第一压爪组件204、第二压爪组件205、辊轴206以及第一风枪207与第二风枪208。
此时,所述第一吸附平台202、第二吸附平台203、第一压爪组件204以及第二压爪组件205停止对所述柔性膜材基底210的固定,所述第一风枪207与第二风枪208开启,朝向所述盖板玻璃209的弯曲部分吹抚,使得所述柔性显示层211的边缘区域与所述盖板玻璃209的弯曲部分进行贴合。
本发明实施例中,通过先使用所述辊轴206滚压,将部分所述柔性显示层211贴附于盖板玻璃209的主体部分,然后再使用风枪,对所述辊轴206触及不到的柔性显示层211区域进行吹抚,使得柔性显示层211的该区域与所述盖板玻璃209的弯曲部分进行贴合,从而完成整个盖板玻璃209与柔性显示层211的贴合。
如图3所示,本发明还提供一种柔性显示面板贴附方法,使用上述的柔性显示面板贴附装置,所述方法包括以下步骤:
S101,提供盖板玻璃,并将所述盖板玻璃吸附于所述仿形夹具上。
S102,提供柔性膜材基底,并在所述柔性膜材基底表面粘设柔性显示层。
S103,将所述柔性膜材基底两侧吸附于所述第一吸附平台与第二吸附平台上。
优选的,通过所述第一压爪组件固定所述柔性膜材基底的一端,通过所述第二压爪组件固定所述柔性膜材基底的相对另一端。
S104,使用所述辊轴抬升所述柔性膜材基底与柔性显示层后对其进行滚压,使部分所述柔性显示层贴附于所述盖板玻璃的主体部分表面。
S105,使用所述第一风枪,朝向所述柔性显示层的一端喷射高压气体,使用所述第二风枪,朝向所述柔性显示层的相对另一端喷射高压气体,使得所述柔性显示层两侧部分贴附于所述盖板玻璃的弯曲部分的表面。
优选的,所述第一风枪朝向所述柔性显示层的一端往复旋转喷射高压气体,所述第二风枪朝向所述柔性显示层的相对另一端往复旋转喷射高压气体。
S106,撕除所述柔性膜材基底,完成贴附。
有益效果:本发明的柔性显示面板贴附装置,能够将柔性OLED显示层贴附于具有较大弧度、较小圆角边缘的盖板玻璃表面,并且提高了柔性OLED显示层的贴附质量。
综上所述,虽然本发明已以优选实施例揭露如上,但上述优选实施例并非用以限制本发明,本领域的普通技术人员,在不脱离本发明的精神和范围内,均可作各种更动与润饰,因此本发明的保护范围以权利要求界定的范围为准。

Claims (15)

  1. 一种柔性显示面板贴附装置,其包括:
    仿形夹具,用以夹持盖板玻璃,所述盖板玻璃包括主体部分,及位于主体部分侧部的弯曲部分;
    吸附组件,位于所述仿形夹具的正下方,用以吸附柔性膜材基底,所述柔性膜材基底上表面贴附有柔性显示层;所述吸附组件包括对称设置的第一吸附平台与第二吸附平台,所述第一吸附平台与第二吸附平台之间具有间隔,所述第一吸附平台吸附于所述柔性膜材基底一端,所述第二吸附平台吸附于所述柔性膜材基底的相对另一端;所述柔性膜材基底的宽度大于所述柔性显示层,所述柔性膜材基底超出所述柔性显示层的区域形成吸附区;
    辊轴组件,包括至少一辊轴,所述辊轴连接有水平滑移装置与垂直滑移装置,所述辊轴位于所述第一吸附平台与第二吸附平台之间,且位于所述柔性膜材基底下侧,用以抬升所述柔性膜材基底与柔性显示层后对其滚压,以将部分所述柔性显示层贴附于所述盖板玻璃的主体部分的表面;以及
    风枪组件,位于所述第一吸附平台与第二吸附平台之间,且位于所述柔性膜材基底下侧,包括对称设置的第一风枪与第二风枪;所述第一风枪与第二风枪用以向所述柔性显示层的两端喷射高压气体,使得所述柔性显示层的两端贴附于所述盖板玻璃的弯曲部分的表面。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的柔性显示面板贴附装置,其中,所述吸附组件外侧还设置有压制机构,所述压制机构包括对称设置的第一压爪组件与第二压爪组件,所述第一压爪组件位于所述第一吸附平台外侧,所述第二压爪组件位于所述第二吸附平台外侧。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的柔性显示面板贴附装置,其中,所述第一压爪组件包括支撑部,所述支撑部底部可移动地连接有平移滑轨,所述支撑部一侧设置有垂直滑轨,所述垂直滑轨上可移动地连接有压爪。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的柔性显示面板贴附装置,其中,所述风枪组件还包括对称设置的第一旋转机构及第二旋转机构,所述第一旋转机构对应连接所述第一风枪,所述第二旋转机构对应连接所述第二风枪。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的柔性显示面板贴附装置,其中,所述第一旋转机构包括底座,所述底座两侧设置有支撑板,所述第一风枪通过转轴连接于两所述支撑板之间,所述转轴的一端连接于伺服马达。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的柔性显示面板贴附装置,其中,所述贴附装置置于真空腔室内。
  7. 一种柔性显示面板贴附装置,其包括:
    仿形夹具,用以夹持盖板玻璃,所述盖板玻璃包括主体部分,及位于主体部分侧部的弯曲部分;
    吸附组件,位于所述仿形夹具的正下方,用以吸附柔性膜材基底,所述柔性膜材基底上表面贴附有柔性显示层;所述吸附组件包括对称设置的第一吸附平台与第二吸附平台,所述第一吸附平台与第二吸附平台之间具有间隔,所述第一吸附平台吸附于所述柔性膜材基底一端,所述第二吸附平台吸附于所述柔性膜材基底的相对另一端;
    辊轴组件,包括至少一辊轴,所述辊轴连接有水平滑移装置与垂直滑移装置,所述辊轴位于所述第一吸附平台与第二吸附平台之间,且位于所述柔性膜材基底下侧,用以抬升所述柔性膜材基底与柔性显示层后对其滚压,以将部分所述柔性显示层贴附于所述盖板玻璃的主体部分的表面;以及
    风枪组件,位于所述第一吸附平台与第二吸附平台之间,且位于所述柔性膜材基底下侧,包括对称设置的第一风枪与第二风枪;所述第一风枪与第二风枪用以向所述柔性显示层的两端喷射高压气体,使得所述柔性显示层的两端贴附于所述盖板玻璃的弯曲部分的表面。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的柔性显示面板贴附装置,其中,所述吸附组件外侧还设置有压制机构,所述压制机构包括对称设置的第一压爪组件与第二压爪组件,所述第一压爪组件位于所述第一吸附平台外侧,所述第二压爪组件位于所述第二吸附平台外侧。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的柔性显示面板贴附装置,其中,所述第一压爪组件包括支撑部,所述支撑部底部可移动地连接有平移滑轨,所述支撑部一侧设置有垂直滑轨,所述垂直滑轨上可移动地连接有压爪。
  10. 根据权利要求7所述的柔性显示面板贴附装置,其中,所述风枪组件还包括对称设置的第一旋转机构及第二旋转机构,所述第一旋转机构对应连接所述第一风枪,所述第二旋转机构对应连接所述第二风枪。
  11. 根据权利要求10所述的柔性显示面板贴附装置,其中,所述第一旋转机构包括底座,所述底座两侧设置有支撑板,所述第一风枪通过转轴连接于两所述支撑板之间,所述转轴的一端连接于伺服马达。
  12. 根据权利要求7所述的柔性显示面板贴附装置,其中,所述贴附装置置于真空腔室内。
  13. 一种柔性显示面板贴附方法,使用权利要求7所述的柔性显示面板贴附装置,其中,所述方法包括:
    提供盖板玻璃,并将所述盖板玻璃吸附于所述仿形夹具上;
    提供柔性膜材基底,并在所述柔性膜材基底表面粘设柔性显示层;
    将所述柔性膜材基底两端吸附于所述第一吸附平台与第二吸附平台上;
    使用所述辊轴抬升所述柔性膜材基底与柔性显示层后对其进行滚压,使部分所述柔性显示层贴附于所述盖板玻璃的主体部分表面;
    使用所述第一风枪,朝向所述柔性显示层的一端喷射高压气体,使用所述第二风枪,朝向所述柔性显示层的相对另一端喷射高压气体,使得所述柔性显示层两端贴附于所述盖板玻璃的弯曲部分的表面;
    撕除所述柔性膜材基底,完成贴附。
  14. 根据权利要求13所述的柔性显示面板贴附方法,其中,所述将所述柔性膜材基底两端吸附于所述第一吸附平台与第二吸附平台上的步骤之后,还包括:
    通过所述第一压爪组件固定所述柔性膜材基底的一端,通过所述第二压爪组件固定所述柔性膜材基底的相对另一端。
  15. 根据权利要求13所述的柔性显示面板贴附方法,其中,所述使用所述第一风枪,朝向所述柔性显示层的一端喷射高压气体,使用所述第二风枪,朝向所述柔性显示层的相对另一端喷射高压气体的步骤,还包括:
    所述第一风枪朝向所述柔性显示层的一端往复旋转喷射高压气体,所述第二风枪朝向所述柔性显示层的相对另一端往复旋转喷射高压气体。
