Abstract
Description
以上、本発明の実施の形態について説明したが、本発明は実施の形態によって限定されるものではない。例えば、保護カバー2に設けられる第2溝22は、その第1窪み部25に連通する側の端部がその第1溝21に連通する側の端部よりも保護カバー2における筐体10の導入用切欠部102c側、即ち、+Z方向側の端縁近くに位置しているのであれば、湾曲して延長されているものであってもよい。また、ベース部材18に設けられる第4溝181cも、その第3溝181bに連通する側の端部がその第2窪み部181dに連通する側の端部よりも保護カバー2における筐体10の導入用切欠部102c側、即ち、+Z方向側の端縁近くに位置しているのであれば、湾曲して延長されているものであってもよい。
Claims (7)
- 操作対象機器に信号線を介して接続されユーザによる操作に応じた制御信号を前記操作対象機器へ送信することにより前記操作対象機器を制御する操作機器であって、
箱状であり周壁に内側へ前記信号線を導入するための導入口が設けられた筐体と、
前記筐体内に収納される回路基板と前記回路基板に実装された電子部品とを有し前記制御信号を生成する制御基板と、
前記筐体内に配置され、前記筐体内の前記制御基板が配置される第1空間と、前記筐体内の前記導入口を通じて前記筐体外に連通する第2空間と、を分離することにより前記制御基板を保護する保護カバーと、を備え、
前記保護カバーには、
前記制御基板に電気的に接続された端子部と、
前記保護カバーの前記制御基板側とは反対側に位置し、底部に前記端子部が設けられる第1窪み部と、
一端部で前記筐体の導入口を通じて前記筐体外に連通し、他端部が前記保護カバーの前記導入口側とは反対側に延在し、内側に前記信号線が配置される第1溝と、
一端部で前記第1溝に連通し、他端部で前記第1窪み部に連通し、内側に前記信号線が配置される第2溝と、が設けられ、
前記第2溝の他端部は、前記第2溝の一端部よりも前記保護カバーの前記導入口側の端縁近くに位置する、
操作機器。 - 前記筐体を造営材に取り付けるための取付部材を更に備え、
前記筐体は、前記取付部材で覆われる開口部を有し、
前記取付部材は、前記筐体の開口部を覆う部分に設けられた貫通孔を有し、
前記保護カバーは、前記第1溝の他端部の外周部から突出し、先端部が前記開口部に嵌入されるリブを有する、
請求項1に記載の操作機器。 - 前記第1溝の前記他端部は、前記筐体の前記導入口側とは反対側に凸となる形で湾曲しており、
前記リブは、平面視U字状であり、前記第1溝の前記他端部の外周部に沿って設けられている、
請求項2に記載の操作機器。 - 前記取付部材には、前記貫通孔の外周部から前記取付部材における前記筐体の前記導入口側とは反対側の端縁まで延在する第3溝が設けられている、
請求項2または3に記載の操作機器。 - 前記取付部材には、
前記取付部材を前記造営材に取り付けるための螺子が挿通される取付孔と、
前記取付孔の周囲に位置する第2窪み部と、
一端部で前記第3溝に連通し他端部で前記第2窪み部に連通する第4溝と、が設けられ、
前記第4溝の他端部は、前記第3溝の一端部よりも前記保護カバーの前記導入口側の端縁近くに位置する、
請求項4に記載の操作機器。 - 前記回路基板は、前記電子部品が嵌入される開口部または切欠部を有し、
前記保護カバーは、前記保護カバーにおける前記回路基板の前記開口部または前記切欠部に対応する部位に、前記電子部品が嵌入される開口部または切欠部を有する、
請求項1から5のいずれか1項に記載の操作機器。 - 箱状の筐体と、
前記筐体内に収納される回路基板と前記回路基板に実装された電子部品とを有する制御基板と、
前記筐体を造営材に取り付けるための取付部材と、を備え、
前記筐体は、前記取付部材で覆われる開口部を有し、
前記取付部材は、
前記取付部材を前記造営材に取り付けるための螺子が挿通される取付孔と、
前記取付孔の周囲に位置する第2窪み部と、
前記取付部材の第1方向側の端縁まで前記第1方向に向かって延びる第3溝と、
一端部で前記第3溝に連通し、他端部で前記第2窪み部に連通する第4溝と、を有し、
前記第4溝の他端部は、前記第4溝の一端部よりも前記取付部材の前記第1方向とは反対の第2方向側に位置する、
