  • Ultrasonic bonding apparatus for the production of protective clothing and the method of manufacturing protective clothing using the same to deliver the ultrasonic wave to the portion to be bonded by the ultrasonic fusion to facilitate the bonding of the arm or leg and the thin cylindrical portion of the protective suit. And protective clothing made thereby.
  • Examples include protective clothes such as fire fighting suits, chemical protective clothes, and raincoats.
  • Such protective clothing is worn to protect workers from the hazardous environment generated at the workplace itself when the place of activity is exposed to water or harmful.
  • Such protective clothing is usually made of a material capable of blocking harmful air or moisture, and there are various kinds of related technologies other than Patent Documents 1 to 3.
  • Patent document 1 is a protective clothing for insect pest control made of a mesh cloth composed of a insect repellent part, the upper insect repellent part, and the lower insect repellent part, the face insect repellent is sewn with a transparent resin material in order to secure a clear view A transparent viewing window, a front part formed in the mouth opening to maintain an opening state when opening by a zipper attached to a lower part of the transparent viewing window, and a top, bottom, left, right, rear in the rear coupled with the front part and the zipper. It is sewn into a mesh material of a certain thickness so as to be covered with enough free space from the head of the head to form a head mesh portion to maintain its shape.
  • the upper insect repellent part forms the face insect body integrally, and the cuff band part at the end of the arm insect repellent net where the arm is inserted. Forming, and forming this arm screen, while wearing a mesh bag and a zipper on the face of the insect repellent while protecting the body and double-breast on one side, Convenience sound, formed by the upper body of the waistband portion at the lower edge of the upper part of the body, and separate the opening and the upper part of the head and the upper part of the head at the insect repellent and one time operation from the upper insect to the lower part of the edge It consists of an upper zipper which is formed and attached to a single body to enable separate opening, and the lower repellent part is a detachable waistband part having a Velcro fastener for easy waist wearing over the upper repellent part, and the leg is comfortably wrapped around the waistband part. It is formed by forming the opening along both sides of the pants so that it can be put in, the pants mesh part with an ankle band on the pants end, and a bottom
  • Patent Document 2 is a protective layer made of a form corresponding to the upper body of the human body is made of a stack of adsorption layers between the endothelial and the outer skin so as to protect the human body from external chemical toxic substances; And a shape that is connected to the upper neck of the protection and wraps around the head of the human body, and a fixing band fixed to the edge of the protruding plate protruding from the front surface of the gas mask to extend from the inner surface to form a seal of the neck of the human body wearing the gas mask. It comprises a hood provided with,
  • Patent document 3 is a multi-purpose protective suit consisting of a top, a bottom and a hat connected to the top in order to protect the body of the worker from the micro-materials generated in the industrial field, or to block particles generated in the body of the worker,
  • a pair of leg inserts are provided, and a lower zipper is provided in the longitudinal direction at the lower end of the outer surface of the leg insert, a blocking film is formed inside the lower zipper, and the blocking film is drawn inward by lowering the lower zipper from the top to the bottom.
  • the barrier film is unfolded, and the multi-purpose protective clothing formed by sewing a plurality of fabrics is overlapped with the ends of two adjacent fabrics, but at least one of the two fabrics is overlapped.
  • At the ends are formed folded folds inwardly of the multipurpose protective suit, The fold is folded and sewn together.
  • This conventional protective clothing is made of a material that can be sealed to prevent moisture or air from entering the interior as described above, but is manufactured by a general sewing method sewn by using a sewing thread, Protective clothing has a problem in that the hole is formed in the part passing the needle for sewing the sewing thread in the process of sewing the joint using a sewing thread, the airtightness is inferior.
  • the technology developed to improve such a disadvantage is to make a protective suit by heat fusion or ultrasonic fusion method, not a general sewing method, Patent Documents 4 and 5 and the like as a related technology.
  • Patent document 4 the step of supplying two pieces of fabric; Automatically aligning the edges of the fabric so that the fabric overlaps with each other; Adjusting the height of the pattern roller according to the thickness of the overlapped portions of the fabric;
  • the present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a safety protective suit using ultrasonic welding, comprising: transmitting energy through an ultrasonic generator to a pattern roller and melting and adhering the overlapped portions of the fabric.
  • Patent document 5 in the fabric closure structure of the protective clothing for chemicals produced by sewing two or more fabrics, the base fabric is disposed to form a seam to be opposed to each other without adjacent ends; A sealing tape attached to the top of the joint to seal and shield the joint; It relates to a fabric-sealing structure of the seamless sewing seam sealing method of the protective clothing for chemicals, including;
  • the protective clothing made by the conventional non-sealing or ultrasonic welding method has the advantage that there is no needle hole so that the sealing effect can be improved by not using the sewing thread.
  • the sealing tape and the padding fabric should be used, and the adhesive tape is not well adhered in the process of bonding the sealing tape. There is a problem in that there is a gap between the gaps and the sealing is insufficient.
  • the pattern roller 100 formed as shown in FIG. 16 is used, and the adhesive pattern formed by the pattern roller has a gap between the pattern and the pattern by forming a straight pattern at regular intervals such as a barcode. There is a problem that air or moisture passes through the gap.
  • Patent Document 6 which comprises a frame forming a support structure; A fabric support part having a support lever protruding in a left and right direction perpendicular to a fabric advance direction at a middle side of the frame, and having a pattern roller supporting a sewing fabric in the support lever; An ultrasonic generator having a tool horn disposed on an upper side of the pattern roller to transmit ultrasonic waves to the sewing fabric and to melt-bond the overlapped portions of the fabric; A height adjusting part including a driving cylinder for raising and lowering the ultrasonic wave generator up and down to raise and lower the tool horn relative to the pattern roller; And a scaffold that transmits a driving force to the pattern roller of the fabric support part, operates the tool horn of the ultrasonic wave generator, and incorporates switches for operating the drive cylinder of the height adjustment part, wherein the fabric support part is configured to rotate the pattern roller.
  • a drive motor is provided, wherein the axis of the drive motor extends inwardly of
  • the conventional ultrasonic welding device has a limitation in welding the long cylindrical arm or leg such as protective clothing.
  • the conventional ultrasonic welding device can prevent air or water from leaking between the two fabrics by ultrasonically fusion of the two fabrics, but the arms or the arms of the long cylindrical portion, such as the arm or leg portion of the protective clothing, There is a disadvantage in that a lot of time and labor is consumed in the process of gluing the leg portion.
