本出願は、日本国特許出願2016-168883(2016年8月31日出願)に基づく優先権を主張し、その内容は参照により全体として本明細書に組み込まれる。
本発明は釣竿に関し、詳細には、釣糸ガイドやリールシートなどの取付部品を竿杆に対して固定する固定構造に特徴を有する釣竿に関する。
このため、竿杆表面に熱硬化性樹脂製の間隙充填部材を配設して取付部品を載置し、更にその上からプリプレグシートを重ねた状態で加熱処理すると、硬化温度に達する前の樹脂フローによって熱硬化性樹脂が変動する。この際、取付部品の上下の領域で同様な樹脂の変動が生じているため、硬化温度に達して樹脂が硬化した状態では、取付部品の固定状態(固定位置)が安定しない可能性がある。また、取付部品の下領域に存在する間隙充填部材の樹脂が、その上に巻回したプリプレグシートの縁部から漏れ出た状態で硬化するケースがある。
図1は、本発明に係る釣竿の一実施形態を示す図である。本実施形態の釣竿1は、元竿3、中竿5、及び穂先竿7(各竿を竿杆とも称する)を備えており、各竿杆は、並継ぎ式によって継合されている。また、本実施形態の釣竿1には、元竿3にリールシート9が設けられており、前記元竿3、中竿5及び穂先竿7には、リールシート9に装着されるリールRから繰り出される釣糸を案内する釣糸ガイドが適所に取着されている。図1では、元竿3に設けられる釣糸ガイドを10Aで示し、中竿5に設けられる釣糸ガイドを10Bで示し、穂先竿7に設けられる釣糸ガイドを10Cで示してある。また、穂先竿7の先端には、トップガイド10Dが取着されている。この場合、釣糸ガイド10A~10C、及び、リールシート9は、竿杆の表面(外周面)に固定される取付部品を構成する。

前記第1のシート部材と第2のシート部材は、熱硬化性樹脂の硬化温度が異なることを特徴とする釣竿。 - 前記第2のシート部材の熱硬化性樹脂は、前記第1のシート部材の熱硬化性樹脂に対して硬化温度が低いことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の釣竿。
- 前記第1のシート部材は、1プライ以上竿杆に巻回され、

- 前記第1のシート部材と第2のシート部材は、強化繊維に前記熱硬化性樹脂を含浸したプリプレグシートであることを特徴とする請求項1から5のいずれか1項に記載の釣竿。
- 前記第1のシート部材は、強化繊維が平織状に編成されており、前記第2のシート部材は、強化繊維が斜向方向に引き揃えられていることを特徴とする請求項6に記載の釣竿。
