3)将磨豆冲泡腔中没有溶解的咖啡渣取出倒掉,然后将磨豆冲泡腔冲洗干净,待第二次使用。其中,过滤网将咖啡渣和冲泡好的液体分隔开,打开上盖将磨豆溶解室由下至上从所述磨豆冲泡腔中拿出,电机的输出轴从第一轴孔中退出,防漏件能关闭第一轴孔或将第一轴孔隔离开,保证第一轴孔处不漏液,以使至少主要部分的水不会渗出到所述磨豆冲泡腔的外部;磨豆溶解室的咖啡渣倒出后,将磨豆溶解室放入水中冲洗干净后放回到磨豆冲泡腔中,磨豆溶解室与磨豆冲泡腔连接时,电机的输出轴上端由下至上穿过所述第一轴孔,插入到磨豆粉碎装置底部的传动孔中,防漏件被电机的输出轴上端上升推动移位或变形与所述第一轴孔分离,或者电机的输出轴穿过所述防漏件,关闭上盖即可第二次使用。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果:
本发明在磨豆冲泡腔中设置了磨豆溶解室,粉碎刀组件设置于磨豆溶解室中,电机带动转动轴上的粉碎刀组件转动,对磨豆溶解室内的咖啡豆进行研磨, 然后水箱内的水通过加热器的加热后,经过热水喷头进入冲泡腔中,并对咖啡粉进行充分冲泡;这样只需打开咖啡出口,即可饮用美味的咖啡,让咖啡壶可以兼顾使用咖啡豆或咖啡粉冲泡咖啡,满足不同用户的使用需求,并且研磨咖啡豆和搅拌咖啡只需一套驱动组件,从而降低成本,提高生产效率;而且磨豆溶解室的下方还设置了防漏室和防漏件,可以有效避免磨豆冲泡腔中的液体渗漏到咖啡壶主体内;同时该咖啡壶具有结构简单合理、成本低廉、占用空间小和通用性强的特点,从而扩大产品的适用范围。

实施例1
如图1到3所示,一种防漏磨豆咖啡壶,包括咖啡壶主体1,其中,所述咖啡壶主体1上设有水箱2、加热器3、磨豆冲泡腔4和电机5,所述水箱2通过管道与所述磨豆冲泡腔4连通,所述加热器3设置在连接所述水箱2和磨豆冲泡腔4的管道上,所述磨豆冲泡腔4内设有磨豆粉碎装置6,所述电机5设在所述磨豆冲泡腔4的下方,电机5的输出轴穿过所述磨豆冲泡腔4的底部与所述磨豆粉碎装置6连接,所述电机5的输出轴与所述磨豆冲泡腔4底部的连接处设有防漏装置。所述磨豆冲泡腔4是用来粉碎咖啡豆和冲泡粉碎好的咖啡粉的腔体,其作用是用于粉碎主要部分或大部分的咖啡豆,将粉碎好的咖啡粉冲泡好并导出到磨豆冲泡腔4外的盛接容器(如杯子)中。所述水箱2通过管道与所述磨豆冲泡腔4连接,水箱2为冲泡磨豆冲泡腔4内粉碎好的咖啡粉提供水,所述加热器3设置在上述管道上,可以对流经管道的水进行加热,这样就使得流入磨豆冲泡腔4内用于冲泡粉碎好的咖啡粉的水是热水,使得咖啡粉溶解更快,冲泡出来的咖啡味道更好。所述电机5的作用是带动磨豆冲泡腔4内的磨豆粉碎装置6转动,进行磨豆粉碎操作。所述防漏装置可以有效防止磨豆冲泡腔4内的液体渗漏到磨豆冲泡腔4的外部。
如图2和图3所示,所述磨豆冲泡腔4包括磨豆溶解室41和收集室42,所述磨豆溶解室41和收集室42之间设有过滤网7,所述磨豆溶解室41通过所述过滤网7上的网孔与所述收集室42连通。所述咖啡豆的粉碎操作和粉碎好的咖啡粉的冲泡溶解操作是在所述磨豆溶解室41内完成的,因为磨豆溶解室41和收集室42是通过过滤网7隔开的,所以冲泡好的咖啡就会通过过滤网7上的过滤孔进入到收集室42中,待使用者那盛接容器(如杯子)来盛接,不能溶解或没 有溶解充分的咖啡渣则被留在了磨豆溶解室41内。
如图2和图3所示,所述防漏装置包括设置在所述磨豆溶解室41下方的防漏室43,所述防漏室43由层板件8或空腔体与所述磨豆冲泡腔4的底部围成,所述防漏室43的底部设有供所述电机5的输出轴穿过的第一轴孔9,所述第一轴孔9上设有防止漏液的防漏件10,所述防漏室43与所述收集室42之间设有导流孔11。所述防漏室43可以设在所述磨豆冲泡腔4的内部,此时防漏室43由层板件8或空腔体与所述磨豆冲泡腔4底部的底面内壁围成;所述防漏室43也可以设在所述磨豆冲泡腔4的外部,此时防漏室43由层板件8或空腔体与所述磨豆冲泡腔4底部的底面外壁围成。防漏室43的作用是用来盛接从所述磨豆溶解室41渗漏下来的已经冲泡好的咖啡液体的,防止其渗漏到咖啡壶的主体内,防漏室43上的导流孔11可以将防漏室43中盛接的已经泡好的咖啡液体导入到收集室42中。所述防漏件10可以使第一轴孔9在所述电机5的输出轴不在第一轴孔9中时,处于密封关闭状态,或者是将第一轴孔9与防漏室43中的液体隔开,避免防漏室43中的液体渗漏到外面。
如图4和图5所示,所述防漏件10为球阀,所述球阀为滚动设置,所述球阀位于第一轴孔9上方,当电机5输出轴顶端进入第一轴孔9时,电机5输出轴推动球阀向第一轴孔9一侧移动离开传动孔上方;电机5输出轴上端退出第一轴孔9时,球阀由第一轴孔9一侧向第一轴孔9上方滚动或移动,从而关闭第一轴孔9。所述球阀由塑料或金属或橡胶或硅胶材料制成。
如图2和图3所示,所述磨豆粉碎装置6包括粉碎刀组件61和转动轴62,所述磨豆溶解室41的底部设有供所述转动轴62穿过的第二轴孔12,所述转动轴62一端与所述粉碎刀组件61连接,另一端穿过所述第二轴孔12伸出到所述磨豆溶解室41外部,且另一端上设有与所述电机5的输出轴相适配的传动孔13。所述传动孔13中设有传动齿14,所述传动齿14上设有传动槽15,所述电机5的输出轴上设有与所述传动槽15相适配的切扁位16,所述电机5的输出轴穿过所述第一轴孔9伸入到所述防漏室43中并插接在所述传动孔13中,所述电机5输出轴上的切扁位16与所述传动齿14上的传动槽15配合连接。所述电机5转动时,会带动与其输出轴配合连接的转动轴62一起转动,进而带动与所述转动轴62连接的粉碎刀组件61转动,粉碎刀组件61转动即可以对磨豆溶解室41 内的咖啡豆进行粉碎操作。
如图1和图2所示,所述电机5通过升降装置17固定在所述防漏室43下方的咖啡壶主体1上,所述升降装置17能带动所述电机5上下移动,以使所述电机5的输出轴通过所述第一轴孔9穿入或穿出所述防漏室43。所述电机5的输出轴与所述第一轴孔9弹性密封连接,所述电机5的输出轴与所述第一轴孔9之间设有硅胶圈或橡胶圈。这样可以使得电机5的输出轴穿入第一轴孔9之后,输出轴与第一轴孔9之间仍然是密封的,不会出现渗漏现象。
如图2和图3所示,所述磨豆冲泡腔4的底部与所述收集室42对应的位置设有用于盛接磨好的咖啡的咖啡出口18,所述咖啡出口18上设有水阀19,粉碎好的咖啡粉冲泡完成后存储在所述收集室42中,人们需要将盛接容器(如杯子)放置在咖啡出口18下方,通过控制水阀19使收集室42内的咖啡液体流出到盛接容器中,以便饮用。所述磨豆冲泡腔4的顶部与所述磨豆溶解室41对应的地方设有用于向磨豆溶解室41内输送热水的出水孔20,连接所述水箱2和磨豆冲泡腔4的管道靠近所述磨豆冲泡腔4的一端连接所述出水孔20,所述出水孔20上设有热水喷头。热水喷头可以使得水箱2输送进磨豆溶解室41的热水均匀的喷到粉碎好的咖啡粉上,使得咖啡粉可以快速溶解。
如图3所示,所述磨豆冲泡腔4的顶部设有上盖21,所述上盖21上设有控制所述上盖21锁定和解锁的锁盖按键22。通过控制锁盖按键22可以将上盖21锁定在所述磨豆冲泡腔4的顶部,也可以将上盖21解锁然后打开。这样设置是为了方便使用一次磨豆咖啡壶之后可以将过滤网7从磨豆冲泡腔4中取出,倒出里面的咖啡渣,并将过滤网7冲洗干净后放回到所述磨豆冲泡腔4内,以待下次使用。
本实施例的工作方法,其中,包括以下步骤:
1)将咖啡豆放入磨豆冲泡腔4中,电机5带动磨豆粉碎装置6将咖啡豆粉碎。其中,咖啡豆是放入到磨豆冲泡腔4的磨豆溶解室41中的,电机5带动磨豆粉碎装置6将咖啡豆粉碎也是在磨豆溶解室41中完成的。
2)水箱2中的水在流经连接所述水箱2和磨豆冲泡腔4的管道时,被加热器3加热,然后进入到所述磨豆冲泡腔4中,将磨豆冲泡腔4中磨好的咖啡粉溶解,溶解后的咖啡液体从磨豆冲泡腔4的底部流出到磨豆咖啡壶外部的容器内, 防漏装置保证电机5与磨豆冲泡腔4底部的连接处不漏液。其中,被加热器3加热的热水通过磨豆冲泡腔4顶部的出水孔20进入到所述磨豆溶解室41中,将磨豆溶解室41中磨好的咖啡粉溶解,溶解后的咖啡液体经过过滤网7渗出到收集室42中,磨豆冲泡腔4的咖啡出口18设在收集室42的底部,收集室42中的咖啡液体通过咖啡出口18流出到磨豆咖啡壶外部的容器内。

实施例2
本实施例与实施例1类似,其区别在于,如图6和图7所示,所述防漏件10为弹性阀,所述弹性阀上设置弹球或弹片,弹球或弹片上设置弹簧或钢片或弹性材料件,弹球或弹片设置在第一轴孔9的上方,可向第一轴孔9一侧移动。所述弹簧或钢片或弹性材料件设在所述防漏室43底面的内壁上,通过固定位固定连接,所述弹簧或钢片或弹性材料件设置在弹球或弹片的一侧或两侧,弹簧或钢片或弹性材料件的弹力将弹球或弹片拉向第一轴孔9方向运动密封关闭第一轴孔9的开口。所述电机5输出轴顶端进入第一轴孔9时,电机5输出轴推动弹球或弹片向传动孔13一侧移动离开第一轴孔9上方,电机5输出轴上端退出第一轴孔9时,弹球或弹片由第一轴孔9一侧向第一轴孔9开口移动直至关闭第一轴孔9,当然所述弹性阀也可以设在第一轴孔9的下方,其工作原理与设在第一轴孔9的上方相同。本实施例的其他结构和工作方法与实施例1相同。
实施例3
本实施例与实施例1类似,其区别在于,如图8和图9所示,所述防漏件 10为盖板阀,所述盖板阀的外端设置在第一轴孔9的一侧,盖板阀的内端盖合在第一轴孔9的上方,盖板阀的外端设置变形转轴或变形连接位,所述电机5输出轴顶端进入第一轴孔9时,电机5输出轴推动盖板阀向传动孔13一侧移动离开传动孔13上方,电机5输出轴上端退出电机5输出轴时,盖板阀由第一轴孔9一侧向第一轴孔9开口转动直至关闭传动孔13,当然所述盖板阀也可以设置在所述第一轴孔9的下方,其工作原理与设在第一轴孔9的上方相同。本实施例的其他结构和工作方法与实施例1相同。
实施例4
本实施例与实施例1类似,其区别在于,如图10和图11所示,所述防漏件10为普通变形阀,所述普通变形阀设置在第一轴孔9开口上方,所述普通变形阀设置开叉或缝隙,开叉或逢隙被电机5输出轴上端插穿,被电机5输出轴侧部挤压扩大,开叉或逢隙与电机5轴侧部相对密封转动连接,所述电机5输出轴上端退出第一轴孔9时,普通变形阀恢复变形回到原始状态,当然所述普通变形阀也可以设置在第一轴孔9的下方或中部,其工作原理与设在第一轴孔9的上方相同。本实施例的其他结构和工作方法与实施例1相同。
实施例5
本实施例与实施例1类似,其区别在于,如图12和图13所示,所述防漏件10为台阶套孔或管,所述台阶套孔或管密封连接在第一轴孔9靠近防漏室43内部的一侧上,且所述第一轴孔9与所述台阶套孔或管中间的孔贯通,所述台阶套孔或管的上端高于第一轴孔9,所以防漏室43内的液体也不会通过第一轴孔9渗漏,所述电机5的输出轴要穿入第一轴孔9时,同时从所述防漏件10中间穿过。本实施例的其他结构和工作方法与实施例1相同。

Claims (16)

  1. 一种防漏磨豆咖啡壶,包括咖啡壶主体(1),其特征在于,所述咖啡壶主体(1)上设有水箱(2)、加热器(3)、磨豆冲泡腔(4)和电机(5),所述水箱(2)通过管道与所述磨豆冲泡腔(4)连通,所述加热器(3)设置在连接所述水箱(2)和磨豆冲泡腔(4)的管道上,所述磨豆冲泡腔(4)内设有磨豆粉碎装置(6),所述电机(5)设在所述磨豆冲泡腔(4)的下方,电机(5)的输出轴穿过所述磨豆冲泡腔(4)的底部与所述磨豆粉碎装置(6)连接,所述电机(5)的输出轴与所述磨豆冲泡腔(4)底部的连接处设有防漏装置。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种防漏磨豆咖啡壶,其特征在于,所述磨豆冲泡腔(4)包括磨豆溶解室(41)和收集室(42),所述磨豆溶解室(41)和收集室(42)之间设有过滤网(7),所述磨豆溶解室(41)通过所述过滤网(7)上的网孔与所述收集室(42)连通。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的一种防漏磨豆咖啡壶,其特征在于,所述防漏装置包括设置在所述磨豆溶解室(41)下方的防漏室(43),所述防漏室(43)由层板件(8)或空腔体与所述磨豆冲泡腔(4)的底部围成,所述防漏室(43)的底部设有供所述电机(5)的输出轴穿过的第一轴孔(9),所述第一轴孔(9)上设有防止漏液的防漏件(10),所述防漏室(43)与所述收集室(42)之间设有导流孔(11)。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的一种防漏磨豆咖啡壶,其特征在于,所述防漏件(10)为球阀、盖板阀、滑板阀、变形阀、台阶套孔或管。
  5. 根据权利要求3所述的一种防漏磨豆咖啡壶,其特征在于,所述磨豆粉碎装置(6)包括粉碎刀组件(61)和转动轴(62),所述磨豆溶解室(41)的底部设有供所述转动轴(62)穿过的第二轴孔(12),所述转动轴(62)一端与所述粉碎刀组件(61)连接,另一端穿过所述第二轴孔(12)伸出到所述磨豆溶解室(41)外部,且另一端上设有与所述电机(5)的输出轴相适配的传动孔(13)。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的一种防漏磨豆咖啡壶,其特征在于,所述传动孔(13)中设有传动齿(14),所述传动齿(14)上设有传动槽(15),所述电机(5)的输出轴上设有与所述传动槽(15)相适配的切扁位(16),所述电机(5)的输 出轴穿过所述第一轴孔(9)伸入到所述防漏室(43)中并插接在所述传动孔(13)中,所述电机(5)输出轴上的切扁位(16)与所述传动齿(14)上的传动槽(15)配合连接。
  7. 根据权利要求3所述的一种防漏磨豆咖啡壶,其特征在于,所述电机(5)通过升降装置(17)固定在所述防漏室(43)下方的咖啡壶主体(1)上,所述升降装置(17)能带动所述电机(5)上下移动,以使所述电机(5)的输出轴通过所述第一轴孔(9)穿入或穿出所述防漏室(43)。
  8. 根据权利要求3所述的一种防漏磨豆咖啡壶,其特征在于,所述电机(5)的输出轴与所述第一轴孔(9)弹性密封连接。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的一种防漏磨豆咖啡壶,其特征在于,所述电机(5)的输出轴与所述第一轴孔(9)之间设有硅胶圈或橡胶圈。
  10. 根据权利要求2所述的一种防漏磨豆咖啡壶,其特征在于,所述磨豆冲泡腔(4)底部的咖啡出口(18)上设有水阀(19),所述磨豆冲泡腔(4)的顶部与所述磨豆溶解室(41)对应的地方设有用于向磨豆溶解室(41)内输送热水的出水孔(20),连接所述水箱(2)和磨豆冲泡腔(4)的管道靠近所述磨豆冲泡腔(4)的一端连接所述出水孔(20),所述出水孔(20)上设有热水喷头。
  11. 根据权利要求1所述的一种防漏磨豆咖啡壶,其特征在于,所述磨豆冲泡腔(4)的顶部设有上盖(21),所述上盖(21)上设有控制所述上盖(21)锁定和解锁的锁盖按键(22)。
  12. 一种应用于权利要求1到11任一所述的防漏磨豆咖啡壶的工作方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
    1)将咖啡豆放入磨豆冲泡腔(4)中,电机(5)带动磨豆粉碎装置将咖啡豆粉碎;
    2)水箱(2)中的水在流经连接所述水箱(2)和磨豆冲泡腔(4)的管道时,被加热器(3)加热,然后进入到所述磨豆冲泡腔(4)中,将磨豆冲泡腔(4)中磨好的咖啡粉溶解,溶解后的咖啡液体从磨豆冲泡腔(4)的底部流出到磨豆咖啡壶外部的容器内,防漏装置保证电机(5)与磨豆冲泡腔(4)底部的连接处不漏液;
    3)将磨豆冲泡腔(4)中没有溶解的咖啡渣取出倒掉,然后将磨豆冲泡腔(4) 冲洗干净,待第二次使用。
  13. 根据权利要求12所述的防漏磨豆咖啡壶的工作方法,其特征在于,所述磨豆冲泡腔(4)包括磨豆溶解室(41)和收集室(42),所述磨豆溶解室(41)和收集室(42)之间设有过滤网(7);步骤1)中,咖啡豆是加入到磨豆冲泡腔(4)的磨豆溶解室(41)中的,电机(5)带动磨豆粉碎装置将咖啡豆粉碎也是在磨豆溶解室(41)中完成的。
  14. 根据权利要求13所述的防漏磨豆咖啡壶的工作方法,其特征在于,所述磨豆冲泡腔(4)的顶部与所述磨豆溶解室(41)对应的地方设有用于向磨豆溶解室(41)内输送热水的出水孔(20),连接所述水箱(2)和磨豆冲泡腔(4)的管道靠近所述磨豆冲泡腔(4)的一端连接所述出水孔(20);步骤2)中,被加热器(3)加热的热水通过磨豆冲泡腔(4)顶部的出水孔(20)进入到所述磨豆溶解室(41)中,将磨豆溶解室(41)中磨好的咖啡粉溶解,溶解后的咖啡液体经过过滤网(7)渗出到收集室(42)中,磨豆冲泡腔(4)的咖啡出口(18)设在收集室(42)的底部,收集室(42)中的咖啡液体通过咖啡出口(18)流出到磨豆咖啡壶外部的容器内。
  15. 根据权利要求14所述的防漏磨豆咖啡壶的工作方法,其特征在于,所述磨豆冲泡腔(4)的顶部设有上盖(21),底部设有供所述电机(5)的输出轴穿过的第一轴孔(9),所述第一轴孔(9)上设有防止漏液的防漏件(10);步骤3)中,过滤网(7)将咖啡渣和冲泡好的液体分隔开,打开上盖(21)将磨豆溶解室(41)由下至上从所述磨豆冲泡腔(4)中拿出,电机(5)的输出轴从第一轴孔(9)中退出,防漏件(10)能关闭第一轴孔(9)或将第一轴孔(9)隔离开,保证第一轴孔(9)处不漏液,以使至少主要部分的水不会渗出到所述磨豆冲泡腔(4)的外部。
  16. 根据权利要求15所述的防漏磨豆咖啡壶的工作方法,其特征在于,所述磨豆粉碎装置(6)设在磨豆溶解室(41)内,其底部设有与电机(5)的输出轴相适配的传动孔(13);步骤3)中,磨豆溶解室(41)的咖啡渣倒出后,将磨豆溶解室(41)放入水中冲洗干净后放回到磨豆冲泡腔(4)中,磨豆溶解室(41)与磨豆冲泡腔(4)连接时,电机(5)的输出轴上端由下至上穿过所述第一轴孔(9),插入到磨豆粉碎装置(6)底部的传动孔(13)中,防漏件(10) 被电机(5)的输出轴上端上升推动变形与所述第一轴孔(9)分离,或者电机(5)的输出轴穿过所述防漏件(10),关闭上盖(21)即可第二次使用。
