一种全自动咖啡机,包括咖啡机主体及与咖啡机主体可拆卸连接的咖啡杯,所述咖啡机主体上设有磨豆与酿造装置、可移动式水箱、加热装置、保温装置及微电脑控制装置;所述加热装置包括导水组件、发热组件及出水组件,所述可移动式水箱通过所述导水组件与所述加热装置连通,所述磨豆与酿造装置通过所述出水组件与所述加热装置连通,所述可移动式水箱中的水能够依次经过导水组件、发热组件及出水组件后进入所述磨豆与酿造装置;所述磨豆与酿造装置包括磨豆盒盖组件、磨豆盒组件及电机组件,所述磨豆盒组件包括磨豆刀组件,所述磨豆刀组件连接至所述电机组件;所述磨豆盒组件设有出水阀,咖啡液从所述磨豆与酿造装置经由所述出水阀流至所述咖啡杯;所述保温装置与所述咖啡杯连接;所述微电脑控制装置包括操作控制板,并与所述电机组件、加热装置及保温装置电连接以进行微电脑控制;通过将微电脑控制装置与所述电机组件、加热装置及保温装置电连接,用户能够通过所述操作控制板对咖啡机进行设定,所述设定包括选择是否预约、是否保温、是否磨豆、加工时间、保温时间、温度控制及咖啡浓度。
水箱设置成可移动式,能够方便用户进行加水的操作。通过设置微电脑控制装置,用户能够通过操作控制板对咖啡机进行微电脑控制,以实现全自动操作。通过设置保温装 置,冲泡好进入到咖啡杯的咖啡能够进行保温,即使用户没有及时饮用咖啡,仍能够享受香浓可口的热咖啡。
作为一个实施方式,所述磨豆盒组件中,由过滤元件及滤网组成酿造室,所述磨豆盒盖组件设有滤网,所述滤网位于所述酿造室的上部;所述磨豆盒组件的底部设有吸铁片,所述咖啡机主体设有磁铁,使得所述磨豆盒组件固定至咖啡机主体;所述电机组件包括电机、电机支架及电机减震块。
滤网设置在酿造室的上部,可有效防止咖啡溢出,又可以在咖啡溢出时,起到泄流的作用。通过吸铁片及磁铁,使得磨豆盒组件可拆卸地固定至咖啡机主体,方便拿出,方便安装。为了减震降噪,电机与咖啡机主体之间的连接,除了采用电机支架加强稳定性外,电机与电机支架之间有加有电机上减震块及电机下减震块。
作为一个实施方式,所述可移动式水箱包括水箱盖、水箱箱体、水箱密封圈、水箱弹簧及水箱止水阀。当所述可移动式水箱被移走时,在所述水箱弹簧的作用下,所述水箱密封圈压紧位于所述水箱箱体底部的水箱出水口,使得水不能从所述水箱出水口流出;当所述可移动式水箱处于工作位置时,在所述导水组件的作用下,所述水箱止水阀向上移动,所述水箱密封圈从所述水箱出水口脱离,使得水从所述水箱出水口流出至所述导水组件。
如此构造的可移动式水箱在移走时水箱出水口自动关闭,因此在移动时不会漏水;在工作位置(即安放在咖啡机主体的相应位置)时,水箱出水口自动打开,无需手动操作。
作为一个实施方式,所述加热装置的导水组件包括导水座进水密封圈、导水座、单向阀、单向阀球及发热管进水硅胶管;所述导水座上设有导水座出水口和回水口,所述导水座出水口连接至所述发热管进水硅胶管,所述导水座回水口通过管路与所述出水组件连通。
设置导水座回水口,使得出水组件的水能够通过管路回流至导水组件,进而流回可移动式水箱。
作为一个实施方式,所述加热装置的出水组件包括出水座,所述出水座被构造成使得当所述磨豆盒组件不处于工作位置(即被拿出)时,水到达出水组件后回流到所述可移动式水箱,而不进入所述磨豆与酿造装置。
通过这样的回流设计,如果加热过程中磨豆盒组件拿出,高温热水会回到水箱,以避免喷水喷气等烫伤用户的意外发生。
作为改进,所述出水座包括出水口、出水座进水管、出水座回水管、出水座活动销及出水座活动销弹簧,所述出水口通过管路与所述磨豆与酿造装置连通,所述出水座进水管通过管路与所述加热装置连通,所述出水座回水管通过管路与所述可移动式水箱连通;当所 述磨豆与酿造装置的磨豆盒组件处于工作位置时,设置在所述磨豆盒盖组件上的进水管插入到所述出水座的出水口,使得所述出水座活动销被压下,堵住所述出水座回水管的管口,水沿管路进入所述磨豆与酿造装置;当所述磨豆与酿造装置的磨豆盒组件不处于工作位置时,所述出水座活动销在所述出水座活动销弹簧的作用下向上回弹,所述出水座回水管被打开,使得所述出水座进水管的水不能从所述出水口流出,而是经所述出水座回水管通过管路流回所述可移动式水箱。
上述回流设计通过如上构造实现。如果加热过程中磨豆盒组件拿出,出水座里的出水座活动销会自动关闭,高温热水会经出水座回水管回到可移动式水箱。如此设置能有效避免喷水喷气等烫伤用户的意外发生。
作为一个实施方式,所述发热组件包括发热管及温控器,所述微电脑控制装置分别与所述发热管及温控器电连接以进行微电脑控制。设置温控器以实现温度的调节,让用户能够品尝特定温度下冲泡酿造的咖啡。
作为一个实施方式,所述保温装置为独立地发热结构,不受加热装置的影响;所述保温装置通过紧固件可拆卸地紧固在所述咖啡机主体上,当所述咖啡杯放置在所述保温装置上时,用户能够通过操作控制板选择是否启动所述保温装置。
独立的保温装置设计能够确保保温效果、保温温度。
作为改进,操作控制板采用多案件液晶显示,能够方便用户操作。
优选地,电机与磨豆刀组件的连接,采用小间隙与大间隙相配合的结构。首先电机轴与刀轴之间采用小间隙配合,可以保证电机与磨豆刀组件同心度,减少震动与噪音;其次刀轴与磨豆盒之间采用大间隙配合,可以保证到轴高速旋转时的震动不会传给磨豆盒。
优选地,为保证刀轴与磨豆盒之间的密封性,采用软硬结合的密封方式。刀轴密封环与密封轴承相结合实现密封与减震的功能,密封轴承与到轴之间属于硬结合,不会泄露;刀轴密封环与密封轴承,刀轴密封环与磨豆盒之间的连接,属于软结合,也不会泄露,这样可保证到轴的震动既不会传给磨豆盒,也不会泄露。
一种全自动咖啡机的工作方法,包括如下步骤:
S1.将一定量的咖啡豆或咖啡粉加入到磨豆盒组件中,将相对量的水加入到可移动式水箱中;
S2.通过操作控制板,选择是否预约、是否磨豆、是否保温及咖啡浓度;
S3.启动咖啡机,咖啡机在微电脑控制下,根据S2的选择结果决定是否启动预约功能、是否启动磨豆功能、是否需要保温及咖啡的浓淡;
S4.根据S3的决定结果,加热装置按预知的程序加热,在热能作用下,可移动式水箱中的水流经导水组件、发热组件及出水组件后进入磨豆与酿造装置;
S5.在所述磨豆与酿造装置中咖啡豆或咖啡粉与水混合,咖啡经由磨豆盒组件的出水阀流至咖啡杯;
S6.保温装置根据S2中是否保温的选择结果决定是否启动对所述咖啡杯进行保温;
S7.用户能够随时饮用流入咖啡杯的咖啡。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:

实施例1
图1为本发明的一种全自动咖啡机的组成结构示意图。如图1所示,该全自动咖啡机包括咖啡机主体1及与咖啡机主体1可拆卸连接的咖啡杯6,咖啡机主体1上设有磨豆与酿造装置2、可移动式水箱3、加热装置4、保温装置5及微电脑控制装置7。咖啡机主体1能够把磨豆与酿造装置2、可移动式水箱3、加热装置4、保温装置5、咖啡杯6及微电脑控制装置7组成一个整体。微电脑控制装置7的控制线路如下文所述。
如图2所示,磨豆与酿造装置2包括磨豆盒盖组件21、磨豆盒组件22、电机组件23及咖啡储存室。磨豆盒盖组件21和磨豆盒组件22组成的腔体形成磨豆室与酿造室,磨豆室与酿造室有共用的空间体,经磨豆室酿制过滤出来的咖啡,流入到咖啡储存室。
如图3所示,磨豆盒组件22包括磨豆盒定位硅胶221、刀轴螺帽222、刀片223、刀轴密封垫224、磨豆盒225、刀轴密封环226、密封轴承227、轴下端盖228、固定螺钉229、刀轴组件2210、磨豆盒出水阀2212、磨豆盒止漏阀弹簧2213、磨豆盒吸铁片2214、吸铁盖2215及过滤元件2216。磨豆盒吸铁片2214与咖啡机主体1上的磁铁相吸,可保证磨豆盒固定。通过吸铁片及磁铁,使得磨豆盒组件可拆卸地固定至咖啡机主体,方便拿出,方便安装。其中刀轴螺帽222、刀片223、刀轴密封垫224、磨豆盒225、刀轴密封环226、密封轴承227、轴下端盖228、固定螺钉229及刀轴组件2210组成磨豆刀组件。
如图4所示,磨豆盒盖组件21包括磨豆盒排气孔装饰片211、磨豆盒装饰片212、磨豆盒盖213、左锁杆214、开启按键215、锁杆弹簧216、切换快217、自攻螺钉218、右锁杆219、磨豆盒硅胶管A 2110、二通接头2111、磨豆盒硅胶管B 2112、磨豆盒内衬 2113、滤网弹簧2114及滤网2115。
如图5所示,电机组件23包括弹簧销231、马达轴套圈232、电机上减震块233、电机234、电机下减震块235、电机支架236及螺钉237。电机组件23通过电机支架236、防震垫用螺钉237固定在咖啡机主体1上。电机231与咖啡机主体1之间的连接,除了采用电机支架236加强稳定性外,电机234与电机支架236之间设有电机上减震块233和电机下减震块235。
工作时,磨豆盒组件22放置在咖啡机主体1的固定位置,设置于磨豆室中,电机234的输出轴与磨豆刀组件通过弹簧销231连接,带动磨豆刀组件高速旋转,打碎咖啡豆,对磨豆室中的咖啡豆进行研磨,然后可移动式水箱3内的水通过加热装置4的加热与管道后,经过滤网2115的中间孔,对咖啡粉进行充分冲泡酿造。在酿造过程中,磨豆盒底部与过滤元件2116组成了酿造室,滤网2115位于酿造室上部,可有效防止咖啡溢出,又可以在咖啡酿造溢出时,起到泄流的作用。
电机234与磨豆刀组件的连接,采用小间隙与大间隙相配合的结构,首先电机234的轴与刀轴之间采用小间隙配合,可以保证电机234与磨豆刀组件同心度,减少震动与噪音;其次刀轴与磨豆盒225之间采用大间隙配合,可以保证到轴高速旋转时的震动不会传给磨豆盒225。为保证刀轴与磨豆盒225之间的密封性,采用软硬结合的密封方式,刀轴密封环226与密封轴承227相结合实现密封与减震的功能,密封轴承227与刀轴之间属于硬结合,不会泄露;刀轴密封环226与密封轴承227,刀轴密封环226与磨豆盒225之间的连接,属于软结合,也不会泄露,这样可保证到轴的震动既不会传给磨豆盒225,也不会泄露。
如图6所示,可移动式水箱3包括水箱盖31、水箱箱体32、水箱密封圈33、水箱弹簧34及水箱止水阀35。当可移动式水箱3移走时,在水箱弹簧34的作用下,水箱密封圈33压紧位于水箱箱体32底部的水箱出水口,使得水不能从水箱出水口流出;当可移动式水箱处3于工作位置时,在导水组件41的作用下,水箱止水阀35向上移动,水箱密封圈33从水箱出水口脱离,使得水从水箱出水口流出至导水组件41。
如此构造的可移动式水箱3在移走时水箱出水口自动关闭,因此在移动时不会漏水;在工作位置(即安放在咖啡机主体的相应位置)时,水箱出水口自动打开,无需手动操作。
如图7所示,加热装置4包括导水组件41、发热组件42及出水组件43,可移动式水箱3通过导水组件41与加热装置4连通,磨豆与酿造装置2通过出水组件43与加热装置 4连通。当咖啡机开始加热时,可移动式水箱3的水,经导水组件41流入发热组件42,再沿着图7实线的箭头方向流到出水组件43后进入磨豆与酿造装置2。
如图8所示,导水组件41包括导水座进水密封圈411、导水座412、螺钉413、单向阀414、单向阀球415及发热管进水硅胶管416。导水座412上设有导水座出水口和导水座回水口,所述导水座出水口连接至发热管进水硅胶管416,所述导水座回水口通过管路与出水组件43连通。设置导水座回水口,使得出水组件43的水能够通过管路回流至导水组件41,进而流回可移动式水箱3。
如图9所示,发热组件42包括发热管支架421、隔热垫422、发热管423、温控器424、机牙螺丝425、弹簧夹426、加热器压条427、螺母428、弹簧垫429、机牙螺丝4210、温度熔断器4211、硅胶纤维套杆4212及螺钉4213。微电脑控制装置7分别与发热管423及温控器424电连接以进行微电脑控制。设置温控器424以实现温度的调节,让用户能够品尝特定温度下冲泡酿造的咖啡。
如图10所示,出水组件43包括出水口、出水座进水管、出水座回水管、出水座开关密封圈431、开关触动座432、出水座散动开关弹簧433、出水座434、散动开关435、螺钉436、出水座密封圈437、出水座活动销438、出水座活动销弹簧439、出水连接座4310、卡簧4311、进水4312及回水管4313。所述出水口通过管路与磨豆与酿造装置2连通,所述出水座进水管通过管路与加热装置4连通,并用卡簧4311卡紧,所述出水座回水管通过管路与可移动式水箱3连通。当磨豆与酿造装置2的磨豆盒组件22处于工作位置时,设置在所述磨豆盒盖组件21上的进水管插入到出水座434的出水口,使得出水座活动销438被压下,堵住所述出水座回水管的管口,高温热水沿着图7实线的箭头方向流入磨豆与酿造装置2;当磨豆与酿造装置2的磨豆盒组件22不处于工作位置时,出水座活动销438在出水座活动销弹簧439的作用下向上回弹,出水座回水管被打开,使得出水座进水管的水不能从所述出水口流出,高温热水经出水座回水管沿着图7的虚线箭头方向流回可移动式水箱3。
上述回流设计通过如上构造实现。如果加热过程中磨豆盒组件22拿出,出水座434里的出水座活动销438会自动关闭,高温热水会经出水座回水管回到可移动式水箱3。如此设置能有效避免喷水喷气等烫伤用户的意外发生。
如图11所示,保温装置5包括隔热圈密封圈51、隔热圈52、保温板密封圈53、保温板54、保温板接地线55、PTC(热敏电阻)56、PTC定位块57及PTC压条58。保温装置5为独立地发热结构,不受加热装置4的影响;保温装置5通过紧固件可拆卸地紧固在咖 啡机主体1上,当咖啡杯6放置在保温装置5上时,用户能够通过微电脑控制装置7的操作控制板71选择是否启动保温装置5。独立的保温装置设计能够确保保温效果、保温温度。
如图12所示,微电脑控制装置包操作控制板71及电源板72,并与电机234、发热管423、温控器424及PTC56电连接以进行微电脑控制。控制线路如图所示。操作控制板71采用多按键液晶显示,其中“时间+”、“时间-”分别为增加、减少运作时间;“预约”为设定是否预约;“浓淡”为选择咖啡的浓淡;“保温”为设定是否保温;“电源”为打开或关闭电源板72;“豆/粉”为设定是否磨豆;“开始”为启动咖啡机开始工作。
使用时,客户把一定用量的咖啡豆或者咖啡粉加入到磨豆与酿造装置2中,把相对用量的水加入到可移动式水箱3中,通过微电脑控制装置7的功能选择,启动咖啡机后,咖啡机会自动根据客户设定,决定是否启动磨豆功能(如果是咖啡粉,则不需要启动磨豆功能,如果是咖啡豆则需要启动磨豆功能);是否需要保温,是否需要预约,以及咖啡的浓淡的选择,在微电脑的控制下,按程序进行加工。首先微电脑控制装置7按用户设定决定是否启动电机234,其次在加热装置4的作用下,按预置的程序加热,在热能的作用下,可移动式水箱3的水,经导水座412的出水口,进入发热组件进行加热,到达出水连接座4310的进水管,从出水口再经过磨豆盒盖组件21的进水管路,流入磨豆室,经滤网2115过滤后进入磨豆盒225,冲泡酿造研磨好的咖啡豆/咖啡粉。咖啡液从磨豆盒出水阀2212流入到咖啡杯6。咖啡杯6下独立的保温装置4按照用户的设定,决定是否启动保温;流入咖啡杯6的咖啡可随时供用户饮用。
具体工作方法的步骤如下:
S1.将一定量的咖啡豆或咖啡粉加入到磨豆盒组件22中,将相对量的水加入到可移动式水箱3中;
S2.通过操作控制板71,选择是否预约、是否磨豆、是否保温及咖啡浓度;
S3.启动咖啡机,咖啡机在微电脑控制下,根据S2的选择结果决定是否启动预约功能、是否启动磨豆功能、是否需要保温及咖啡的浓淡;
S4.根据S3的决定结果,加热装置4按预知的程序加热,在热能作用下,可移动式水箱3中的水流经导水组件41、发热组件42及出水组件43后进入磨豆与酿造装置2;
S5.在所述磨豆与酿造装置2中咖啡豆或咖啡粉与水混合,咖啡经由磨豆盒组件22的出水阀2212流至咖啡杯6;
S6.保温装置5根据S2中是否保温的选择结果决定是否启动对所述咖啡杯6进行保温;
S7.用户能够随时饮用流入咖啡杯6的咖啡。

  1. 一种全自动咖啡机,包括咖啡机主体(1)及与咖啡机主体(1)可拆卸连接的咖啡杯(6),其特征在于,所述咖啡机主体(1)上设有磨豆与酿造装置(2)、可移动式水箱(3)、加热装置(4)、保温装置(5)及微电脑控制装置(7);所述加热装置(4)包括导水组件(41)、发热组件(42)及出水组件(43),所述可移动式水箱(3)通过所述导水组件(41)与所述加热装置(4)连通,所述磨豆与酿造装置(2)通过所述出水组件(43)与所述加热装置(4)连通,所述可移动式水箱(3)中的水能够依次经过导水组件(41)、发热组件(42)及出水组件(43)后进入所述磨豆与酿造装置(2);所述磨豆与酿造装置(2)包括磨豆盒盖组件(21)、磨豆盒组件(22)及电机组件(23),所述磨豆盒组件(22)包括磨豆刀组件,所述磨豆刀组件连接至所述电机组件(23);所述磨豆盒组件(22)设有出水阀(2212),咖啡液从所述磨豆与酿造装置(2)经由所述出水阀(2212)流至所述咖啡杯(6);所述保温装置(5)与所述咖啡杯(6)连接;所述微电脑控制装置(7)包括操作控制板(71),并与所述电机组件(23)、加热装置(4)及保温装置(5)电连接以进行微电脑控制;通过将微电脑控制装置(7)与所述电机组件(23)、加热装置(4)及保温装置(5)电连接,用户能够通过所述操作控制板(71)对咖啡机进行设定,所述设定包括选择是否预约、是否保温、是否磨豆、加工时间、保温时间、温度控制及咖啡浓度。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的全自动咖啡机,其特征在于,所述磨豆盒组件(22)的内部设有过滤元件(2216),组成酿造室,所述磨豆盒盖组件(21)设有滤网(2115),所述滤网(2115)位于所述酿造室的上部;所述磨豆盒组件(22)的底部设有吸铁片(2214),所述咖啡机主体(1)设有磁铁,使得所述磨豆盒组件(22)固定至咖啡机主体(1);所述电机组件(23)包括电机(234)、电机支架(236)及电机减震块。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的全自动咖啡机,其特征在于,所述可移动式水箱(3)包括水箱盖(31)、水箱箱体(32)、水箱密封圈(33)、水箱弹簧(34)及水箱止水阀(35);当所述可移动式水箱(3)被移走时,在所述水箱弹簧(34)的作用下,所述水箱密封圈(33)压紧位于所述水箱箱体(32)底部的水箱出水口,使得水不能从所述水箱出水口流出;当所述可移动式水箱(3)处于工作位置时,在所述导水组件(41)的作用下,所述水箱止水阀(35)向上移动,所述 水箱密封圈(33)从所述水箱出水口脱离,使得水从所述水箱出水口流出至所述导水组件(41)。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的全自动咖啡机,其特征在于,所述加热装置(4)的导水组件(41)包括导水座进水密封圈(411)、导水座(412)、单向阀(414)、单向阀球(415)及发热管进水硅胶管(416);所述导水座(412)上设有导水座出水口和导水座回水口,所述导水座出水口连接至所述发热管进水硅胶管(416),所述导水座回水口通过管路与所述出水组件(43)连通。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的全自动咖啡机,其特征在于,所述加热装置(4)的出水组件(43)包括出水座(434),所述出水座(434)被构造成使得当所述磨豆盒组件(22)不处于工作位置时,水到达出水组件(43)后回流到所述可移动式水箱(3),而不进入所述磨豆与酿造装置(2)。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的全自动咖啡机,其特征在于,所述出水座(434)包括出水口、出水座进水管、出水座回水管、出水座活动销(438)及出水座活动销弹簧(439),所述出水口通过管路与所述磨豆与酿造装置(2)连通,所述出水座进水管通过管路与所述加热装置(4)连通,所述出水座回水管通过管路与所述可移动式水箱(3)连通;当所述磨豆与酿造装置(2)的磨豆盒组件(22)处于工作位置时,设置在所述磨豆盒盖组件(21)上的进水管插入到所述出水座(434)的出水口,使得所述出水座活动销(438)被压下,堵住所述出水座回水管的管口,水沿管路进入所述磨豆与酿造装置(2);当所述磨豆与酿造装置(2)的磨豆盒组件(22)不处于工作位置时,所述出水座活动销(438)在所述出水座活动销弹簧(439)的作用下向上回弹,所述出水座回水管被打开,使得所述出水座进水管的水不能从所述出水口流出,而是经所述出水座回水管通过管路流回所述可移动式水箱(3)。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的全自动咖啡机,其特征在于,所述发热组件(42)包括发热管(423)及温控器(424),所述微电脑控制装置(7)分别与所述发热管(423)及温控器(424)电连接以进行微电脑控制。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的全自动咖啡机,其特征在于,所述保温装置(5)为独立地发热结构,不受加热装置(4)的影响;所述保温装置(5)通过紧固件可拆卸地紧固在所述咖啡机主体(1)上,当所述咖啡杯(6)放置在所述保温装置(5) 上时,用户能够通过操作控制板(71)选择是否启动所述保温装置(5)。
  9. 一种根据权利要求1所述的全自动咖啡机的工作方法,其特征在于,该方法包括如下步骤:
    S1.将一定量的咖啡豆或咖啡粉加入到磨豆盒组件(22)中,将相对量的水加入到可移动式水箱(3)中;
    S2.通过操作控制板(71),选择是否预约、是否磨豆、是否保温及咖啡浓度;
    S3.启动咖啡机,咖啡机在微电脑控制下,根据S2的选择结果决定是否启动预约功能、是否启动磨豆功能、是否需要保温及咖啡的浓淡;
    S4.根据S3的决定结果,加热装置(4)按预知的程序加热,在热能作用下,可移动式水箱(3)中的水流经导水组件(41)、发热组件(42)及出水组件(43)后进入磨豆与酿造装置(2);
    S5.在所述磨豆与酿造装置(2)中咖啡豆或咖啡粉与水混合,咖啡经由磨豆盒组件(22)的出水阀(2212)流至咖啡杯(6);
    S6.保温装置(5)根据S2中是否保温的选择结果决定是否启动对所述咖啡杯(6)进行保温;
    S7.用户能够随时饮用流入咖啡杯(6)的咖啡。
