Description

食品包装材、食品包装材用原反及び包装食品 関連出願の相互参照
　本発明は２０１６年４月１２日に出願された日本国特許出願２０１６－０７９７０５号に基づく。本明細書中に日本国特許出願２０１６－０７９７０５号の明細書、特許請求の範囲、図面全体を参照して取り込むものとする。
　本発明は、食品包装材、食品包装材用原反及び包装食品に関する。
　近時、食品包装材には、食品に直接手を触れなくても、簡易に開封ができると共に、衛生的に食品を喫食できるものが求められている。このような簡易開封型の食品包装材としては、カットテープを引いて食品包装材を二分割することで、食品を取り出すものが、おにぎりなどの食品包装材として知られている。
　特許文献１には、喫食時に飯塊を衛生的な状態に保持するために、このような簡易開封型の食品包装材として、外フィルムと、外フィルムの内側に溶着された手汚れ防止シートとを有する飯塊包装体が提案されている。この飯塊包装体は、開封時に外フィルムから溶着部が取れて手汚れ防止シートが分離することで飯塊側に手汚れ防止シートが保持されるため、飯塊を手汚れ防止シートを介して持つことができるものである。
　しかし、外側の包装フィルムから手汚れ防止シートが容易に取れるように、溶着部の溶着強度を弱くした場合、移送時などに外側の包装フィルムから手汚れ防止シートが剥がれる可能性がある。剥がれた手汚れ防止シートは、食品と擦れ合うことで食品の形状を崩したり、開封時に食品を飛散させる要因となる。一方、溶着部の溶着強度を強くした場合、食品包装材に要求される簡易開封機能は損なわれ、外側の包装フィルムからの手汚れ防止シートの剥離が円滑に行われず、食品が崩れたり、開封時に食品が飛散する不具合を生じる。また、このような食品包装材を用いた包装食品の開封強度は、外側の包装フィルムから手汚れ防止シートが剥離する際の溶着部の剥離強度に影響を受けるため、このような食品包装材を用いた包装食品の開封強度を制御することは困難である。

　本発明は、上記事情に鑑みて成されたものであり、食品包装材に要求される簡易開封機能を阻害することなく、食品包装材からの手汚れ防止シートの分離を円滑に行うことができ、開封強度を制御しやすい食品包装材、食品包装材用原反及び包装食品を提供することを目的とする。
　上記課題に鑑みて、本発明の実施形態は、以下の手段を採用する。
（１）　本発明の実施形態に係る食品包装材は、相互に分割可能な第１の部位と第２の部位とを備える本体シートと、上記本体シートに重なるように配置されて上記本体シートにおける上記第１の部位と上記第２の部位に固着される固着シートであって、固着シート本体部と、上記固着シート本体部から分離可能な第１の固着シート分離部と、上記固着シート本体部から分離可能な第２の固着シート分離部と、を有する固着シートと、を備え、上記第１の固着シート分離部の少なくとも一部は、上記本体シートの上記第１の部位に固着され、上記第２の固着シート分離部の少なくとも一部は、上記本体シートの上記第２の部位に固着される。
（２）　本発明の実施形態に係る食品包装材用原反は、上記（１）に記載の食品包装材が複数連続して設けられたものである。
（３）　本発明の実施形態に係る包装食品は、上記（１）に記載の食品包装材と、上記食品包装材に包装され、上記固着シート本体部の少なくとも一部が当接する食品と、を備える。

（食品包装材）
　本発明の実施形態に係る食品包装材１０について、図１から図３を参照して説明する。図１は、本発明の実施形態に係る食品包装材１０の平面図であり、固着シート２００が固着された主面および主面に対向する裏面を有する本体シート１００のうち、主面側から見た食品包装材１０を示す図である。図２は、図１の食品包装材１０の分解斜視図であって、食品包装材１０の本体シート１００と固着シート２００とを分離して示したものである。図３は、図１の食品包装材１０に食品２０が載置された状態の斜視図であり、食品包装材１０の固着シート２００が設けられた主面に食品２０が配置されることを示している。なお、本明細書において、平面視とは、図１のように、食品包装材１０のうち、固着シート２０が設けられた主面に対して垂直方向から食品包装材１０を見ることを意味する。
　食品包装材１０は、おにぎりやサンドイッチなどに代表される食品２０を包装するためのものである。食品包装材１０は、食品２０を包む本体シート１００と、本体シート１００に固着される固着シート２００と、を備えている。固着シート２００は、本体シート１００の主面に固着され、包装時には、本体シート１００と食品２０との間に配置される。固着シート２００は、開封後に本体シート１００から分離して食品２０側に保持される固着シート本体部２０６を含んでいる。
　図１の本体シート１００は、長手方向と長手方向に直交する短手方向とを有する略長方形状に形成されており、例えば、長手方向の長さが約２２．５ｃｍ、短手方向の長さが１６ｃｍである。なお、本体シート１００の外形や大きさは、上記の形状に限定されず、正方形状や台形状などの矩形形状、四方の角部が切り欠かれた矩形形状、袋状などを含むいかなる形状、大きさをとってもよい。
　本体シート１００は、第１の部位１０４、第１の部位１０４とは別体の第２の部位１０６に分離可能なシート体である。本体シート１００は、少なくとも食品２０を包装するための包装フィルム１０２を有し、少なくとも第１の部位１０４及び第２の部位１０６に本体シート１００を分割するための本体シート分離手段１１６を備えている。これにより、食品包装材１０は、図７に示す包装食品１を簡易に開封して、食品２０を取り出せるようにすることができる。
　本体シート分離手段１１６としては、食品包装材１０を簡易に分割できる手段であれば、公知のものを採用することができる。例えば、本体シート分離手段１１６は、包装フィルム１０２に固着された一条又は複数条のカットテープ、包装フィルム１０２に設けられた一条又は複数条のミシン目、又は、包装フィルム１０２に設けられた一条又は複数条のハーフカット部とすることができる。
　特に、本体シート１００の本体シート分離手段１１６は、少なくとも二条のカットテープ１１０，１１２を含む構成にすることが好ましい。カットテープ１１０，１１２としては、ポリエチレンやポリプロピレン等の合成樹脂テープからなるカットテープが好ましく用いられ、この場合、カットテープ１１０，１１２は、包装フィルム１０２の主面に全面が固着されて設けられる。
　カットテープ１１０，１１２は、本体シート１００の長手方向に沿って直線状に設けられ、かつ、二条のカットテープ１１０，１１２は平行に配置されている。これによれば、カットテープ１１０，１１２によって、カットテープ１１０，１１２に挟まれて本体シート１００から分割される開封帯１１４を広くすることができ、かつ、カットテープ１１０，１１２にしわを発生させずに、円滑にカットテープ１１０，１１２によって本体シート１００を分割することができる。各カットテープ１１０，１１２は、食品包装材１０を開封し易くするために、幅を２．５ｍｍ以上としてもよい。なお、カットテープ１１０，１１２の形状としては、直線状が好ましいが、これに限定されるものでなく、波状、曲線状、円弧状など公知の形状を採用することができる。例えば、カットテープ１１０，１１２は、相互に交差して配置される波状を呈するものであってもよい。
　図１に示すように、カットテープ１１０，１１２の長手方向端部が重複する本体シート１００の部分には、カットテープ１１０，１１２の幅方向の端部に沿って所定の長さの切込み１１８を設けることができ、切込み１１８により開封時にカットテープ１１０，１１２の長手方向の端部を掴み易くすることができる。切込み１１８は、カットテープ１１０，１１２の長手方向の一方の端部に対応する本体シート１００の部分に設けてもよいが、長手方向の両方の端部が重複する本体シート１００の部分にそれぞれ設けてもよい。
　本体シート１００の包装フィルム１０２は、フィルム状体であればよく、公知の材料により形成されたものを用いることができる。例えば、包装フィルム１０２は、ポリエチレン、ポリプロピレン等の合成樹脂からなる合成樹脂フィルムであってもよいし、これらの合成樹脂と繊維などとの複合材フィルムであってもよい。合成樹脂フィルムとしては、一軸延伸合成樹脂フィルム、二軸延伸合成樹脂フィルム及び無延伸合成樹脂フィルムが存在するので、用途に応じて適宜の特性を有するフィルムを選択することができる。
　一軸延伸合成樹脂フィルムは、一方向に延伸されたフィルムであり、延伸方向に沿って引裂き容易であるがそれと直交する方向に対しては引裂け難い特性を有する。二軸延伸合成樹脂フィルムは、直交する二方向に延伸されたフィルムであり、両方向に沿って引裂き容易な特性を有する。したがって、包装フィルム１０２に一軸又は二軸延伸合成樹脂フィルムを用いると、これらのフィルムの延伸方向と同じ方向に沿って本体シート分離手段１１６を設けることで、本体シート分離手段１１６と協働して包装フィルム１０２の一部を分割しやすくすることができる。
　図１から図３に示すように、固着シート２００は、固着シート本体部２０６と、固着シート本体部２０６の両側に第１の固着シート分離部２０２と第２の固着シート分離部２０４とを備える。これにより、第１の固着シート分離部２０２と第２の固着シート分離部２０４とは、固着シート本体部２０６から分離可能としている。固着シート２００の外形は、本体シート１００の外形よりも小さく形成されている。固着シート２００は、本体シート１００の第１の部位１０４と第２の部位１０６が分割されて、分割後の本体シート１００の第１の部位１０４と第２の部位１０６を相互に離間する方向に向かって移動させると、第１の固着シート分離手段２０８で、第１の固着シート分離部２０２と固着シート本体部２０６とが分離し、第２の固着シート分離手段２１０で、第２の固着シート分離部２０４と固着シート本体部２０６とが分離する。そして、第１の固着シート分離部２０２と第２の固着シート分離部２０４とは本体シート１００に固着されたまま、本体シート１００側に留置され、固着シート２００の固着シート本体部２０６は食品２０側に付着して保持され、手汚れ防止シート２０６ａとなる。従って、食品２０を持つ際に、手汚れ防止シート２０６ａを介して食品２０を掴むことができ、手指が食品２０に直接接触するのを防げるから、衛生的に食品２０を食することができる。

　固着シート２００は、矩形状、多角形状又は楕円状などの公知の外形形状をとることができる。本体シート１００及び固着シート２００の少なくとも一方は、透明状又は半透明状であってもよいし、不透明状であってもよい。両方が透明状又は半透明状である場合には、食品２０を外部から目視することができる。
　また、固着シート本体部２０６の外形は、四角形状などを含む矩形状、多角形状又は楕円状など公知の形状とすることができるが、中でも四角形状であることが好ましい。この場合、開封後に、固着シート本体部２０６からなる手汚れ防止シート２０６ａの角部を掴んで食品２０から除去しやすい。
　図１の食品包装材１０において、第１の固着シート分離手段２０８と第２の固着シート分離手段２１０との少なくとも一方は、固着シート２００に設けられたミシン目である。第１の固着シート分離手段２０８と第２の固着シート分離手段２１０のミシン目は、固着シート２００の一部を表裏面に亘って貫通するカット部とカット部に挟まれたアンカット部をそれぞれ複数含む。アンカット部は、固着シート２００を全部切断しないか、又は、厚み方向に貫通しない切込みであって、所謂ハーフカットを施した部分である。厚み方向に貫通しない切込みは、超音波等を用いて設けることができる。アンカット部を厚み方向に貫通しない切込みとすると、ミシン目が破断しやすくなり、固着シート本体部２０６が固着シート２００から分離しやすくなる。また、ミシン目は、カット部の長さがアンカット部の長さよりも長くなるように形成されると、ミシン目がより破断しやすくなり、固着シート本体部２０６が固着シート２００から分離しやすくなる。
　なお、第１の固着シート分離手段２０８と第２の固着シート分離手段２１０との少なくとも一方は、ミシン目の代わりに、固着シート２００の表面から裏面に達しない範囲で切込みを入れたハーフカット部であってもよいし、第１の固着シート分離部２０２及び第２の固着シート分離部２０４のそれぞれと固着シート本体部２０６とを軽く溶着又は接着して剥離可能とした固着部であってもよい。
　固着シート２００は、第１の固着シート分離部２０２、第２の固着シート分離部２０４及び固着シート本体部２０６のうち、第１の固着シート分離部２０２および第２の固着シート分離部２０４のみにおいて、本体シート１００に固着されていてもよい。この場合、固着シート本体部２０６は本体シート１００に非固着となり、開封後に固着シート本体部２０６が本体シート１００から分離して、食品２０側に保持されやすくなる。なお、固着シート本体部２０６は、第１の第１の固着部２１２の本体シート１００からの剥離強度よりも低い剥離強度となるように本体シート１００に軽く固着されて、包装食品１の開封時に、本体シート１００から簡単に剥離する構成とされてもよい。
　図１の食品包装材１０において、固着シート２００は、固着シート２００を本体シート１００に固着するための固着部２１２，２１４を有する。第１の固着シート分離部２０２は、離間して設けられた複数の点状の第１の固着部２１２を備えており、第２の固着シート分離部２０４は、離間して設けられた複数の点状の第２の固着部２１４を備えている。第１の固着シート分離部２０２及び第２の固着シート分離部２０４において、第１の固着部２１２及び第２の固着部２１４で本体シート１００と固着シート２００とは固着されており、第１の固着部２１２および第２の固着部２１４の外側の領域では両者は非固着である。第１及び第２の固着部２１２，２１４を点状に設けてポイントシールタイプとすると、固着シート２００にしわを生じにくく、食品包装材１０の美観を高めることができる。図１には、第１の固着シート分離部２０２の三箇所に第１の固着部２１２が設けられ、第２の固着シート分離部２０４の三箇所に第２の固着部２１４が設けられたものを図示している。
　第１及び第２の固着部２１２，２１４は、本体シート１００と固着シート２００とが熱溶着や超音波溶着された溶着部であってもよいし、接着剤により形成された接着部であってもよい。なお、第１及び第２の固着部２１２，２１４は、円形、多角形を呈する点状に設けられてもよいし、連続線や破線などの線形状に設けられてもよい。
　第１の固着部２１２の形状は、固着シート２００の端縁側から、第１の固着シート分離手段２０８側に向かって、固着シート２００の上記端縁に沿う方向の幅が漸減する形状であってもよい。同様に、第２の固着部２１４の形状は、固着シート２００の端縁側から、第２の固着シート分離手段２１０側に向かって、固着シート２００の上記端縁に沿う方向の幅が漸減する形状であってもよい。具体的には、このような形状として、略台形又は略三角形状を例示できる。これによれば、本体シート１００を分割する際に第１の固着シート分離手段２０８及び第２の固着シート分離手段２１０の少なくとも一方に効果的に力が伝達し、第１の固着シート分離手段２０８と第２の固着シート分離手段２１０における固着シート２００の切れをよくすることができる。図１に示すように、第１の固着部２１２は、第１の固着シート分離手段２０８側に頂点が向くように配置された略三角形状とし、第２の固着部２１４も、第２の固着シート分離手段２１０側に頂点が向くように配置された略三角形状とすることができる。
　固着シート２００の材料としては、シート状のものであれば、公知のいかなる材料も用いることができる。例えば、固着シート２００は、ポリエチレン、ポリプロピレン等の合成樹脂フィルムからなるものであってもよいし、これらの合成樹脂と繊維などの複合材フィルムであってもよい。合成樹脂フィルムには前述したように、一軸延伸合成樹脂フィルム、二軸延伸合成樹脂フィルム、無延伸合成樹脂フィルムが存在するので、用途に応じて適宜の特性を有するフィルムを選択すればよい。固着シート２００は、包装時に食品２０に直に接触して配置されるものであるため、食品２０が付着しにくい性質のものが用いられる。
　図１に示す平面視において、本体シート分離手段１１６は、固着シート２００の固着シート本体部２０６の少なくとも一部に重複するように本体シート１００に設けられており、二条のカットテープ１１０，１１２を跨ぐように固着シート本体部２０６が配置されている。これによれば、本体シート分離手段１１６を除去後に、固着シート本体部２０６を直接手で押さえることができるから、第１の固着シート分離部２０２及び第２の固着シート分離部２０４から固着シート本体部２０６を円滑に分離することができる。固着シート本体部２０６の端縁は、固着シート本体部２０６が食品２０の幅方向中央部に配置されるように、本体シート１００の端縁から離れて配置される。固着シート２００は、固着シート２００の中央部が、本体シート１００の短手方向の中央部であって、本体シート１００の長手方向の中間部に位置づけられるように、本体シート１００に固着されている。
　次に、本発明の実施形態に係る食品包装材１２について、図４及び図５を参照して説明する。図４は、食品包装材１２の分解斜視図であって、本体シート１００、固着シート２００、シート型食品３００及び内側フィルム４００を分離して示したものである。図５は、図４の食品包装材１２に食品２０が載置された状態の斜視図であり、食品包装材１２の固着シート２００が設けられた主面に食品２０が配置されることを示している。なお、本発明の実施形態に係る食品包装材１０と共通する部分には、同じ符号を付して説明している。
　図４及び図５に示すように、食品包装材１２は、図１に示す食品包装材１０に、さらに内側フィルム４００と、本体シート１００及び固着シート２００と内側フィルム４００との間に配置された海苔などのシート型食品３００と、を備えている。内側フィルム４００は、本体シート１００の固着シート２００を固着した主面に対向して配置されている。従って、食品包装材１２は、本体シート１００、固着シート２００、シート型食品３００及び内側フィルム４００の順に積層された状態で、本体シート１００と内側フィルム４００の外周を溶着又は接着などにより固着されるものである。これにより、本体シート１００及び固着シート２００と内側フィルム４００との間に、シート型食品３００が包装されることになる。
　本実施形態の場合、本体シート１００の本体シート分離手段１１６を用いて、食品包装材１２を用いた包装食品１を開封して、本体シート１００の第１の部位１０４と第２の部位１０６を相互に離間する方向へ移動させると、内側フィルム４００が食品２０から分離して、食品２０にシート型食品３００が当接される。これと同時に、第１の固着シート分離手段２０８及び第２の固着シート分離手段２１０において、固着シート２００の第１の固着シート分離部２０２及び第２の固着シート分離部２０４から、固着シート本体部２０６が分離され、食品２０に当接されたシート型食品３００に手汚れ防止シート２０６ａが保持される。なお、内側フィルム４００は、１枚のフィルムであってもよいし、図示するように２枚以上の複数の内側フィルム部片４０２，４０４に分割され、平面視において、複数の内側フィルム部片４０２，４０４の一部が重複するように設けられていてもよい。
　次に、本発明の実施形態に係る食品包装材１４について、図６を用いて説明する。図６は、本発明の実施形態に係る食品包装材１４の平面図であり、固着シート２００が固着された主面および主面に対向する裏面を有する本体シート１００のうち、主面側から見た食品包装材１４が記載されたものである。平行に配置されたカットテープ１１０，１１２を備える食品包装材１０と比較して、食品包装材１４は、カットテープ１５０，１５２および切込み１５８の形状が異なり、これ以外は食品包装材１０と同様の構成である。なお、図１に示す本発明の実施形態に係る食品包装材１０と共通する部分には、同じ符号を付して説明している。
　図６に示すように、食品包装材１４は、本体シート１４０に設けられた本体シート分離手段１５６を有する。本体シート１４０は、本体シート分離手段１５６を挟んで、第１の部位１４４及び第２の部位１４６を備える。本体シート分離手段１５６は二条のカットテープ１５０，１５２を備える。各カットテープ１５０，１５２は円弧状に設けられている。すなわち、各カットテープ１５０，１５２は長手方向と長手方向に直交する短手方向とを有し、各カットテープ１５０，１５２の長手方向の両端部における二条のカットテープ１５０，１５２の間の距離が、各カットテープ１５０，１５２の長手方向の中央部における二条のカットテープ１５０，１５２の間の距離よりも短くなるように設けられている。本体シート１４０には、カットテープ１５０，１５２の端部に沿って所定の長さの切込み１５８を設けることができ、この切込み１５８により開封時にカットテープ１５０，１５２の端部を掴み易くすることができる。切込み１５８は、本体シート１４０のうち、カットテープ１５０，１５２の一方の端部に対応する部分に設けてもよいが、長手方向の両方の端部に対応する部分にそれぞれ設けてもよい。
　平面視において、各カットテープ１５０，１５２の少なくとも一部は、第１の固着シート分離部２０２及び第２の固着シート分離部２０４に重複するように設けられる。図示のように、平面視において、カットテープ１５０及びカットテープ１５２は、固着シート本体部２０６に重複しないようにすることもできる。これにより、カットテープ１５０及びカットテープ１５２によって本体シート１４０から切断される開封帯１５４を広く設けることができる。本体シート分離手段１５６の除去後に、固着シート本体部２０６を広く露出させることができるから、広い面積で固着シート本体部２０６を直接手で押さえることができ、第１の固着シート分離部２０２及び第２の固着シート分離部２０４から固着シート本体部２０６を円滑に分離することができる。
　本実施形態では、食品包装材１４として、本体シート１４０及び固着シート２００のみを含むものを例示したが、本体シート１４０、固着シート２００、シート型食品３００及び内側フィルム４００の順に積層されたものであってもよいことは言うまでもない。
（食品包装材用原反）
　本発明の実施形態に係る食品包装材用原反１０００について、図１０を用いて説明する。図１０は、本発明の実施形態に係る食品包装材用原反１０００の斜視図である。なお、本発明の実施形態に係る食品包装材１０と共通する部分には、同じ符号を付して説明している。食品包装材用原反１０００は、上述の食品包装材１０，１２，１４が長手方向に複数連続して設けられた長尺状物をロール状に巻回したものである。食品包装材用原反１０００には、本体シート１００が長手方向に連続して連結した長尺状の本体シート１００ａと、本体シート１００ａの主面に固着され、相互に離間して配置された複数の固着シート２００と、が設けられていることになる。
（包装食品）
　次に、図７を参照して、上記の食品包装材１０，１２，１４のいずれかを使用した包装食品１について説明する。図７は、本発明の実施形態に係る食品包装材１０，１２，１４のいずれかを使用した包装食品１の斜視図である。なお、本発明の実施形態に係る食品包装材１０と共通する部分には、同じ符号を付して説明している。図７に示すように、包装食品１は、食品包装材１０，１２，１４の内側に固着シート２００と食品２０とを備える。この場合、固着シート２００の固着シート本体部２０６の少なくとも一部は、食品２０に当接している。包装食品１は、図５に示すように、シート型食品３００及び内側フィルム４００を備えてもよく、この場合には、固着シート２００の固着シート本体部２０６の少なくとも一部は、シート型食品３００に当接している。
　食品２０としては、白米、もち米、炒飯やオムライスなどの米飯食品を固めたおにぎりなどの飯塊が例示される。食品２０は、平面状又は曲面状の表面と、表面と同じ外形を有し、表面に対向する裏面と、表面と裏面とを繋ぐ周側面と、を有する形状とすることができる。例えば、食品２０は、高さが約７ｃｍ、周側面幅３ｃｍの三角形状の飯塊のおにぎりである。食品２０としては、おにぎりなどの飯塊に限定されず、サンドイッチなどの固形状食品であれば公知のものを適用可能である。
　このように形成された包装食品１は、図８Ａに示すように、本体シート分離手段１１６を引っ張って除去などすることにより、食品包装材１０を二分割以上に分割した後に、図８Ｂに示すように、食品包装材１０の少なくとも一部、例えば、つまみ部３などを図７の矢印で示す外側方向に向かって引っ張ることにより、食品包装材１０を複数部分に分割して、食品２０、又は、シート状食品３００が少なくとも一部に付着した食品２０から食品包装材１０を除去する。これにより、図８Ｃに示すように、手汚れ防止シート２０６ａが食品２０又はシート状食品３００が少なくとも一部に付着した食品２０に保持された状態で、食品２０又はシート状食品３００が少なくとも一部に付着した食品２０を取り出すことができる。
（食品包装材の製造方法）
　本発明の実施形態に係る食品包装材１０の製造方法の一例を説明する。まず、上述する形態の本体シート１００を供する。そして、固着シート形成材料を供し、カッター等により固着シート形成材料にミシン目を設けることで、第１の固着シート分離部２０２と固着シート本体部２０６との間において、第１の固着シート分離手段２０８を形成し、第２の固着シート分離部２０４と固着シート本体部２０６との間において、第２の固着シート分離手段２１０を形成する工程を含むことで、固着シート２００を形成する。
　次いで、このように形成された固着シート２００を本体シート１００に対向させて、本体シート１００と第１の固着シート分離部２０２とを熱溶着して固着すると共に、本体シート１００と第２の固着シート分離部２０４とを熱溶着して固着する。これにより、固着シート本体部２０６を本体シート１００から非固着とした状態で、固着シート２００を本体シート１００に固着する。これにより、本体シート１００及び固着シート２００を備える食品包装材１０が形成される。
　この後に、さらに、本体シート１００の固着シート２００を固着した主面に、内側フィルム４００が対向するように、海苔などのシート型食品３００を挟んで、本体シート１００と内側フィルム４００とを配置する工程を含んでもよい。内側フィルム４００は、１枚のフィルムであってもよいし、２枚以上の内側フィルム部片４０２，４０４に分割されて設けてもよい。
　そして、本体シート１００、固着シート２００、シート型食品３００及び内側フィルム４００の順に積層された状態で、本体シート１００と内側フィルム４００の外周のみを、熱や超音波により溶着するか、接着剤により接着するなどの公知の方法で固着することで外周固着部を形成する。これにより、本体シート１００及び固着シート２００だけでなく、シート型食品３００および内側フィルム４００をさらに備える食品包装材１２が形成される。
（包装食品の製造方法）
　次に、図９Ａ～図９Ｃを用いて、本発明の実施形態に係る食品包装材１０を含む包装食品１の製造方法の一例を説明する。食品包装材１０は、食品包装材用原反１０００から切り出されたものを用いてもよい。まず、図９Ａに示すように、固着シート２００の固着面である主面とその裏面とを備える本体シート１００のうち、主面側が食品２０に向くように、食品包装材１０を配置して、食品包装材１０上に食品２０を載置する。本体シート１００及び固着シート２００を含む食品包装材１０の場合には、少なくとも固着シート２００上に食品２０が載置される。
　この際、固着シート２００の固着シート本体部２０６が、食品２０の少なくとも一部に当接するように配置される。そして、図９Ｂに示すように、本体シート１００を折りたたんで、食品２０を包み、図９Ｃに示すように、接着剤、テープ、シール及びラベルなどの係止部材４０で、本体シート１００の端縁部を本体シート１００の他の部分に係止することで、包装食品１を形成する。なお、本実施形態では、食品包装材１０を用いて説明したが、食品包装材１０の代わりにカットテープ１５０，１５２の配置が異なる食品包装材１４を使用してもよい。また、食品包装材１０の代わりに本体シート１００、固着シート２００、シート型食品３００および内側フィルム４００を備える食品包装材１２を使用してもよく、その場合には、内側フィルム４００上に食品２０が載置される。
　なお、本発明の技術範囲は上記実施の形態に限定されるものではなく、本発明の趣旨を逸脱しない範囲において種々の変更を加えることが可能である。例えば、上述の実施形態では、第１の部位１０４及び第２の部位１０６を含む複数の包装材分割部は、本体シート１００の短手方向に並んで配置されているものを用いて説明したが、複数の包装材分割部１０４，１０６は、本体シート１００の長手方向に並んで配置されてもよい。また、上述の実施形態では、本体シート１００が二分割される例を示したが、二以上に分割されてもよい。
　上記記載から、本発明の実施形態は、以下の通りであることを確認する。
（１）　本発明の実施形態に係る食品包装材は、相互に分割可能な第１の部位と第２の部位とを備える本体シートと、上記本体シートに重なるように配置されて上記本体シートにおける上記第１の部位と上記第２の部位に固着される固着シートであって、固着シート本体部と、上記固着シート本体部から分離可能な第１の固着シート分離部と、上記固着シート本体部から分離可能な第２の固着シート分離部と、を有する固着シートと、を備え、上記第１の固着シート分離部の少なくとも一部は、上記本体シートの上記第１の部位に固着され、上記第２の固着シート分離部の少なくとも一部は、上記本体シートの上記第２の部位に固着される。
（２）　本発明の実施形態に係る食品包装材は、上記（１）記載の食品包装材であって、上記固着シートは、上記第１の固着シート分離部および上記第２の固着シート分離部のみにおいて、上記本体シートに固着され、かつ、上記固着シート本体部において、上記本体シートに非固着であってもよい。
（３）　本発明の実施形態に係る食品包装材は、上記（１）記載の食品包装材であって、上記第１の固着シート分離手段及び上記第２の固着シート分離手段の少なくとも一方は、上記固着シートに設けられたミシン目であるものでもよい。
（４）　本発明の実施形態に係る食品包装材は、上記（１）記載の食品包装材であって、上記本体シートは、上記本体シートを上記第１の部位及び上記第２の部位に分割するためのカットテープを有し、平面視において、上記カットテープの少なくとも一部は、上記固着シートに重複するように配置されたものであってもよい。
（５）　本発明の実施形態に係る食品包装材は、上記（４）記載の食品包装材であって、平面視において、上記カットテープの少なくとも一部は、上記第１の固着シート分離部及び上記第２の固着シート分離部の少なくとも一方に重複するように設けられたものであってもよい。
（６）　本発明の実施形態に係る食品包装材は、上記（４）記載の食品包装材であって、上記カットテープは、少なくとも二条のカットテープを含み、上記カットテープは直線状に設けられていてもよい。
（７）　本発明の実施形態に係る食品包装材は、上記（４）記載の食品包装材であって、少なくとも二条の上記カットテープを含み、上記カットテープの長手方向の両端部における上記二条のカットテープ間の距離は、上記カットテープの長手方向の中央部における上記二条のカットテープ間の距離よりも短く設けられていてもよい。
（８）　本発明の実施形態に係る食品包装材は、上記（１）記載の食品包装材であって、上記第１の固着シート分離部には、上記本体シートに対する固着部が複数設けられており、上記複数の固着部は相互に離間して設けられていてもよい
（９）　本発明の実施形態に係る食品包装材用原反は、上記（１）から（８）のいずれかに記載の食品包装材が複数連続して設けられたものである。
（１０）　本発明の実施形態に係る包装食品は、上記（１）から（８）のいずれかに記載の食品包装材と、上記食品包装材に包装され、上記固着シート本体部の少なくとも一部が当接する食品と、を備える。
　本発明によれば、食品包装材に要求される簡易開封機能を阻害することなく、食品包装材からの手汚れ防止シートの分離を円滑に行うことができ、開封強度を制御しやすい食品包装材、食品包装材用原反及び包装食品を提供することができる。
　本発明は、食品包装材、食品包装材用原反及び包装食品等に適用できる。

Claims (10)

  1. 　食品包装材であって、
    　相互に分割可能な第１の部位と第２の部位とを備える本体シートと、
    　前記本体シートに重なるように配置されて前記本体シートにおける前記第１の部位と前記第２の部位に固着される固着シートであって、固着シート本体部と、前記固着シート本体部から分離可能な第１の固着シート分離部と、前記固着シート本体部から分離可能な第２の固着シート分離部と、を有する固着シートと、を備え、
    　前記第１の固着シート分離部の少なくとも一部は、前記本体シートの前記第１の部位に固着され、前記第２の固着シート分離部の少なくとも一部は、前記本体シートの前記第２の部位に固着される食品包装材。
  2. 　前記固着シートは、前記第１の固着シート分離部および前記第２の固着シート分離部のみにおいて、前記本体シートに固着され、かつ、前記固着シート本体部において、前記本体シートに非固着である請求項１記載の食品包装材。
  3. 　前記固着シートは、前記固着シート本体部と前記第１の固着シート分離部とを分離するための第１の固着シート分離手段を前記固着シート本体部と前記第１の固着シート分離部との間に備え、かつ、前記固着シート本体部と前記第２の固着シート分離部とを分離するための第２の固着シート分離手段を前記固着シート本体部と前記第２の固着シート分離部との間に備え、
    　前記第１の固着シート分離手段及び前記第２の固着シート分離手段の少なくとも一方は、前記固着シートに設けられたミシン目である請求項１に記載の食品包装材。
  4. 　前記本体シートは、前記本体シートを前記第１の部位及び前記第２の部位に分割するための本体シート分割手段を有し、
    　平面視において、前記本体シート分割手段の少なくとも一部は、前記固着シートに重複するように配置されたものである請求項１に記載の食品包装材。
  5. 　平面視において、前記本体シート分割手段の少なくとも一部は、前記第１の固着シート分離部及び前記第２の固着シート分離部の少なくとも一方に重複するように設けられたものである請求項４に記載の食品包装材。
  6. 　前記本体シート分割手段は、少なくとも二条のカットテープを含み、前記カットテープは、直線状に設けられたものである請求項４に記載の食品包装材。
  7. 　前記本体シート分割手段は、少なくとも二条のカットテープを含み、前記カットテープの長手方向の両端部における前記二条のカットテープ間の距離は、前記カットテープの長手方向の中央部における前記二条のカットテープ間の距離よりも短い請求項４に記載の食品包装材。
  8. 　前記第１の固着シート分離部には、前記本体シートに対する固着部が複数設けられており、前記複数の固着部は相互に離間して設けられている請求項１に記載の食品包装材。
  9. 　請求項１から請求項８のいずれか一項に記載の食品包装材が複数連続して設けられたものである食品包装材用原反。
  10. 　請求項１から請求項８のいずれか一項に記載の食品包装材と、前記食品包装材に包装され、前記固着シート本体部の少なくとも一部が当接する食品と、を備える包装食品。
