Abstract

An object of the present invention is to provide a wrapping material for processed food of cooked rice configured to be capable of being easily divided and opened by facilitating and securing the opening by an opening means. There is provided a wrapping material for processed food of cooked rice including: an outer film formed to be separable into lateral pieces in a width direction thereof; an inner film laid on the outer film through a sheet of food product and formed to be separable into lateral pieces in the same direction as that of the outer film; the outer film inner film and the inner film are sealed together around the peripheral edges so as to surround the sheet of food product and to thereby wrap processed food of cooked rice with the inner film located inwardly of the outer film; the wrapping material further comprising opening means capable of cutting the outer film in a direction orthogonal to the width direction to separate the outer film into the lateral pieces; the outer film and the inner film each being formed into a rectangular shape in a plan view; and cutouts being formed at two corners adjacent to each other in the width direction or at four corners, of the outer film and the inner film.

外薄膜10與內薄膜20( —對薄膜2 0a、2 0b)的同時,可 作成爲將薄片狀食品SF被覆於米飯加工食品RF之狀態也 就是可將這些食品一同食用之狀態。 又,本實施形態之米飯加工食品用包裝材1,能夠容 @ 易且確實地進行開封。 即,本實施形態之米飯加工食品用包裝材1係藉由在 外薄膜10及內薄膜20的四角部分設置缺口部160··.,如 圖6所示,能夠縮小在裁製帶101所處的寬度方向中央部 之第三部位4與第四部位5之重疊部G。即,米飯加工食 品用包裝材1,藉由在各角部設置以直線部160a與傾斜部 160b所劃定的略梯形狀的缺口部160···,能夠使第三部位 4、及第四部位5的各角部消失,故,處於包裝狀態時的 ◎ 米飯加工食品用包裝材1的角部彼此的重疊會消失。因此 ,在裁製帶1〇1切斷外薄膜1〇之線上成爲切斷之阻礙者 ,除了封條30以外,其餘均消失。因此,當進行開封時 5。再者,該 封條3 5,由於黏貼於包裝狀態之正面側,故可顯示商品名 稱、米飯加工食品RF的內容物之種類、開封手段100之 開封方法等爲佳。又,黏貼於正面之封條35的片數爲1 片或1片以上均可,因應顯示的種類設定片數即可。再者 ,前述封條30、35,可利用作業者之手作業進行黏貼’亦 可使用貼標籤機等以機械性的方式進行黏貼’如此可更進 一步提高生產效率。 -27- 201033094 裝材1的縱方向的另一端側描繪圓弧地逐漸遠離,而在比 起該米飯加工食品用包裝材1的縱方向的中央更靠近另一 端側之部位,一邊描繪圓弧一邊逐漸接近而再次交叉(第 • 二交叉部C2)後,再次朝另一端側描繪圓弧地逐漸遠離 。換言之,2條的正弦波狀的裁製帶101a、101b係處於經 由交叉部Cl、C2使相互的山部與谷部相對向之狀態。 因此,能夠將「具有與從雨裁製帶l〇la、101b的山 部的頂部位與谷部的最深部位所形成的最大遠離距離大致 相同之寬度」的開口形成於米飯加工食品用包裝材1的外 薄膜10。 本實施形態之米飯加工食品用包裝材1係由以上結構 所構成,與第一至第四實施形態相同的方式包裝米飯加工 -29- 201033094 食品。又,在取出米飯加工食品RF加以食用之際,如圖 18(a)所示,首先,抓住摘取部103並朝正前方拉引, 以裁製帶l〇la、101b將外薄膜10切斷於縱方向。再者, 使用2條的裁製帶101將封條30與米飯加工食品用包裝 材1—同切斷之封條30,其係被黏貼成位於下端部遠離之 2條的裁製帶101重疊(一部分成爲一體)交叉部C2附 近。 藉此,如上述般,在以裁製帶l〇la、101b將外薄膜 0 10切斷於縱方向之際,如圖18(b)所示,藉由將被2條 的裁製帶101所分散的拉裂力,當分斷封條30之際暫時 集中於封條30的一部位(P),使得米飯加工食品用包裝 材1與封條30 —同被切斷。 又,如上述般,經由交叉部Cl、C2而形成爲一條, 更進一步將米飯加工食品用包裝材1的一部位與條30雙 方拉裂之裁製帶101,之後會再次一邊遠離一邊切斷米飯 加工食品用包裝材1,因此,如圖19所示,具有較裁製帶 〇 101本身的寬度尺寸更廣之寬度的開口形成於米飯加工食 品用包裝材1。
