201034910 六、發明說明： 【發明所屬之技術領域】 本發明係關於用來包裝三明治、蜂蜜蛋糕等的食品之 三明治之類的食品用包裝袋，更詳細而言，係關於藉由密 封2片薄膜的兩側緣來加以製袋之三明治之類的食品用包 裝袋。 〇 【先前技術】 以往以來，提供各種用來包裝直角三角形之三明治的 食品用包裝袋。在專利文獻1，記載有將收納三明治之類 的被收納物（以下、稱爲「三明治」）之開口部與取出開 口部設置於相同部位之三明治等用袋。 此三明治等用袋係藉由如圖8所示具備有開口部1 1 4 、用來收納三明治之袋本體 Π 〇、和用來封緘收納如圖9 所示這種三明治（未圖示）的袋本體1 1 〇的開口部1 1 4之 Ο 長方形狀的封緘兼開封帶1 20所構成。 袋本體110係爲疊合梯形的裏薄膜111與梯形的表薄 膜112，並將各自的兩側緣予以熔著，在寬度窄的一端緣 設置密封部113，在寬度廣的另一端緣設有開口部114者 。又，袋本體1 1 〇係藉由使開口部11 4開口成四角形狀之 狀態下使裏薄膜111與表薄膜112分離’來在表裏兩薄膜 1 1 2、1 1 1間形成具空間之收納部，將三明治收納於此收納 部內。 又，開口部1 1 4側的表裏兩薄膜11 2、1 1 1係如圖8 -5- 201034910 所示，藉由折疊來設置底部115，再利用以長方形狀的封 緘兼開封帶120封緘此底部115，藉以包裝三明治。封緘 兼開封帶120係在裏面的中間設有接著面，而在兩端設有 由非接著面所構成之開封部121、121。 又’爲了食用被包裝之三明治，首先，摘取封緘兼開 封帶120其中一方之開封部121後，從底部115拉離。然 後，使袋本體110的底部115豎立，擴大開口部114。於 是，能夠從開口部114取出被包裝之收納部內的三明治。 〔專利文獻1〕 日本實開平7-24736號公報 【發明內容】 〔發明所欲解決之課題〕 專利文獻1所記載的三明治等用袋，由於爲了食用被 包裝之三明治，幣丁迂在從底部115拉離封緘兼開封帶 1 2 0後’使底部1 1 5豎立，故，在開封此三明治等用袋之 操作性無法稱其爲優良。 又’當店員欲陳列或顧客欲購買藉由專利文獻1所記 載之三明治等用袋來包裝之三明治的情況時，必須摘取袋 的側面部’即使稍許也會有三明治被按壓，造成內餡露出 或有損味道（入口食用品質）之情況產生。 因此’本發明之課題係在於提供，開封性優良，又， 對所收納之三明治之類的食品不會將其按壓而可摘取之三 明治之類的食品用包裝袋。 201034910 〔用以解決課題之手段〕 本發明之三明治之類的食品用包裝袋，其特徵爲：利 用將被重疊的2片薄膜的兩側緣予以密封，再將該2片薄 膜的一端緣附近橫跨兩側緣間之範圍加以密封，來設置封 裝部，於2片薄膜的一端緣與封裝部之間設置頭座部’在 其中一方的薄膜的頭座部內，形成有成爲開封起點的切入 線，而另一方面，在2片薄膜的另一端緣，設有未被密封 0 之開口部，於藉由該開口部與2片薄膜的被密封之兩側緣 與封裝部所包圍之內側，設有收納部，於其中一方的薄膜 ，從切入線附近起與封裝部交叉而至開口部附近爲止設有 開封手段。 若依據此三明治之類的食品用包裝袋，藉由2片薄膜 分離而開口部開口成四角形狀來成爲收納部具有空間者， 將三明治之類的食品收納於此收納部內。又，折疊開口部 側的2片薄膜並予以封緘，藉此將三明治之類的食品包裝 〇 於三明治之類的食品用包裝袋。由於，頭座部與收納部被 封裝部所隔絶，故，即使在形成頭座部之其中一方的薄膜 ，形成有成爲開封起點的切入線，外氣也不爲從切入線流 入至收納部內。 又，爲了進行開封，摘取形成有切入線之其中一方的 薄膜與開封手段的一端部，朝收納部拉引。於是，封裝部 受到開封手段所分斷，其中一方的薄膜裂開，則可將三明 治之類的食品從收納部內取出。又，在包裝有三明治之類 的食品的三明治之類的食品用包裝袋，由於設有頭座部， 201034910 故’在店員陳列之際、及顧客購買之際，能夠摘取頭座部 ’而不會按壓三明治之類的食品。 又，在前述本發明之三明治之類的食品用包裝袋，2 片薄膜係形成爲梯形狀，在寬度窄的一端緣側設有頭座部 ’而在寬度廣的另一端緣側設有開口部爲佳。 若依據此三明治之類的食品用包裝袋，藉由將2片薄 膜形成爲梯形狀，使得2片薄膜可包裝成與直角三角形狀 的三明治之類的食品之全外周面重疊之狀態。即，包裝有 三明治之類的食品的三明治之類的食品用包裝袋，跨越2 片薄膜的被密封的各側線之部分成爲一對三角形狀的側面 部，其中一方的薄膜的中間部分成爲長方形狀的背面部， 而另一方的薄膜的中間部分成爲長方形狀的正面部。 又，藉由將2片薄膜形成爲梯形狀，三明治之類的食 品用包裝袋係藉由八字形的一對熱切割器將已被重疊之2 條帶狀的薄片予以熔斷並加以製造。又，在帶狀的薄片的 各側線，交互地設置頭座部與開口部，藉此作成爲不會有 廢棄損失部分產生。再者，在此所指的梯形狀，不僅包含 等腰梯形，亦包含長方形、正方形等之四角形。 又，在前述本發明之三明治之類的食品用包裝袋，在 前述2片薄膜的另一端緣側的兩端部，形成有將兩側緣的 間隔縮窄之缺口部爲佳。 若依據此三明治之類的食品用包裝袋，藉由在2片薄 膜的另一端緣側之兩端部形成有缺口部，使得能削減將三 明治之類的食品收納於收納部內並形成底面部之2片薄膜 -8 - 201034910 ，並容易折疊。 又’在前述本發明之二明治之類的食品用包裝袋’即 述缺口部係各側緣側的圓弧狀部與開口部側的直線狀部連 續地形成爲佳。 若依據此三明治之類的食品用包裝袋’藉由缺口部的 側緣側形成爲圓弧狀，使開口部開口 ’而使收納部成爲具 有空間，故，當從開口部對收納部內吹入空氣時，能夠不 0 會拉裂2片薄膜的兩側緣的密封狀態。 〔發明效果〕 若依據本發明，重疊的2片薄膜的兩側緣被密封，以 將2片薄膜的一端緣附近密封所設置之封裝部作爲境界， 分別於一端側設置頭座部而在另一端側設置開口部，又， 在其中一方的薄膜的頭座部設置切入線，從此切入線附近 至開口部附近爲止設置開封手段，藉此僅拉引此開封手段 〇 ’即可將其中一方的薄膜拉裂，因此，能夠作成爲具優良 之開封性者。又，藉由設有頭座部，店員、顧客可摘取頭 座部’因此，能夠使得所包裝之三明治之類的食品之內餡 f會露出或不會有損味道（入口食用品質）。 【實施方式】 以下，參照圖1至圖3，說明關於本發明之三明治之 類的食品用包裝袋的一實施形態。此三明治之類的食品用 包裝袋（以下稱爲「包裝袋」）係如圖1所示，將梯形狀 -9- 201034910 的2片薄膜1、2(以下，將其中一方的薄膜稱爲「裏薄膜 1」、另一方的薄膜稱爲「表薄膜2」）重疊所製作成的袋 〇 又，所重疊之表裏兩薄膜2、1，係兩側緣2a、la; 2a、la予以密封，寬度窄的一端（以下稱爲「上端」）緣 2b、1 b附近橫跨兩側緣間地被密封，藉由此密封，設置了 帶狀的封裝部3。又，包裝袋係在上端緣2b、lb與封裝部 3之間設有頭座部4。 又，表裏兩薄膜2、1的寬度廣的另一端（以下稱爲 「下端」）緣2c' lc係以未密封的方式設有開口部5。又 ，包裝袋係在藉由此開口部5與表裏兩薄膜2、1的已被 密封之兩側緣2 a、1 a ; 2 a、1 a與封裝部3所包圍之內側 ’設有用來收納如圖2所示的這種直角三角形狀的三明治 、蜂蜜蛋糕等其他食品（以下稱爲「三明治」）S之收納 部6。再者’爲了容易將裏薄膜1與表薄膜2容易分離， 薄膜1的下端緣lc係較表薄膜2的下端緣2c稍許突出。 又’頭座部4係形成爲長方形、正方形等之四角形狀 。此四角形狀的頭座部4的寬度係作成爲與三明治s的寬 度相同。又’頭座部4的上端緣2b、lb，會有被密封與不 被密封之情況。 又’在裏薄膜1的頭座部4內，形成有成爲開封起點 的切入線7。切入線7係在頭座部4的上端緣2b、1 b被密 封之情況時，除了作成爲如圖示般兩端朝向封裝部3之倒 U字形外’亦可作成爲向下半圓形、倒V字形、χ字形、 10- 201034910 十字形、一字形等任意的形狀。又，在頭座部4的上端緣 2b、lb未被密封之情況，切入線7，亦可藉由從上端緣2b 、lb朝封裝部3之上下方向的平行之2條線來形成。藉由 這樣的切入線7所包圍、或夾持之領域係作爲摘取部8來 使用。 又，在裏薄膜1，從切入線7附近即摘取部8起與封 裝部3交叉而至開口部5附近爲止設有開封手段9。開封 0 手段9係用來拉裂裏薄膜1來打開者，藉由細帶狀的切割 帶、未圖示之粗帶狀的切割帶、折彎之中心位於切入線7 附近之倒V字形的上端部、和從此上端部的兩端，2條平 行地延長至開口部5附近的下端部之切割帶、或線等來設 置的。 又，在表裏兩薄膜2、1的下端緣2c、lc側的兩端部 ，形成有缺口部10、10，使得兩側緣2a、la; 2a、la之 間隔被縮窄。缺口部l〇係如實線所示之朝內向直線以外 Ο ，亦可如假想線所示，在側線2a、1 a側形成圓弧狀部1 〇a ，而在開口部5側形成直線狀部10b，使圓弧狀部l〇a與 直線狀部1 〇b連續者。藉由形成這樣的缺口部1 0，當折疊 下端部來設置底部時，能夠減少表裏兩薄膜2、1相互重 疊之部分。 在此，說明關於藉由如前述般所構成之包裝袋來三明 治S之方法。首先，從開口部5對收納部6內吹入空氣， 作成爲開口部5開口成四角形狀之狀態。此時，當缺口部 1 0如圖1的仮想線所示，具有圓弧狀的部分時，則表裏兩 -11 - 201034910 薄膜2、1的兩側緣2a、la ;
