背景技术
现有习知呈三角形配置并令把手以左右摇摆方式驱移车体的三轮滑行车种类繁多,如美国US6,499,751B1、US6,517,093B2、US6,554,302B1、US6,827,358B2、US6,976,687B2等,其等结构大抵如图1所示,主要是设有一前管10,在前管10枢设有立管11,在立管11上端和下端分别设有把手12和前轮13,在前管10后方设有左、右载杆15,该左、右载杆15的前端分别安设连接在前管10下端两侧,在左、右载杆15的后端分别安设有一后轮16,在左、右载杆15上分别安设有载板17;据之,使用者双脚分别站在左、右载杆15上的载板17,并将双手扶握在把手12后,便可以左右摇摆把手12、或扭动身体、或双脚交互施力于对应载板17方式操作滑行车,使前轮13在随着把手12左右偏摆中可以S形路径向前滚转,而左、右两后轮16则可连带转动,达到辅助驱移整个滑行车目的。
上述,其中该左、右后轮16是以不摇摆方式安设在对应载杆15后端,为了符合人体工学操作需求,该前管10斜置的角度大约设为80°,是较一般脚踏车前管的75°倾角略大;该左、右载板17对应的距离,大约是使用者双脚自然张开的跨踩宽度;而立管11枢设在前管10并以相同角度上、下延伸后,为了使斜置的立管11和上端把手12不会妨碍、干扰使用者身体,该左、右载杆15乃是设为较长,使用者双脚以自然 张开的宽度跨踩在对应载杆15上的载板17,并将双手扶握在把手12时,使用者身体与立管11和把手12之间可保持适当距离,进而便于操作滑行车。即,为了使上述三轮滑行车的操作较具顺畅性,该前轮13与左、右两后轮16形成的三角形布设,大抵是前轮13至左、右两后轮16的距离较长,而左、右两后轮16之间的距离呈较短的等腰三角状形态。
不可否认,上述该呈等腰三角形布设的三轮滑行车的运作,确实可提供使用者不错的运动健身效果;然而,在实施上却会产生下述情形:
1、由于左、右载杆15的长度必需设为较长,致滑行车的体积会连带增大,会产生包装材积较大、较占空间和携带、收纳较为不便情形。
2、由于前管10和枢设于内的立管11的倾角较接近垂直,致双手左右摇摆安设在立管11上端的把手12时,该安设在立管11下端的前轮13的偏摆角度会连带较小,据此,该前轮13将以较小偏摆角度的5形路径滚转驱移车体情形下,不但会影响滑行车行驶的速度,亦会增加双手操作的负荷。
3、请配合图2所示,由于前轮13至左、右后轮16的距离相同,且是较左、右后轮16之间的距离为长,故双脚分别施力于对应载杆15,并以其中一后轮16为圆心对滑行车实施S形路径偏摆行进时,该另一后轮16和前轮13行进的路线必然会因回转半径不同,而无法在同一圆周行进,而会在具有极大半径差X的情形下做个别圆周运动;然而,由于该左、右后轮16是安定、不摇摆的安设在对应载杆15后端,及该载杆15前端又是固定不动的安设在前管10,故当该位于载杆15后端的后轮16和位于载杆15前端的前管10下方的前轮13,分别以不同半径做个别圆周运动时,必然会产生相互牵制且较大的位移摩擦力,进而造成车轮易产生磨损和滑行车操作较费力情形。
有鉴于上述现有的三轮滑行车存在的缺陷,本发明人创设一种改良的三轮滑行车,能够改进现有的三轮滑行车存在的缺陷,使其更具有实用性。
发明创造内容
本发明创造的主要目的,乃在提供一种改良的三轮滑行车,其可改善上述缺失,并致三轮滑行车的操作具有顺畅、省力,且具不同操作形态,达到提高使用趣味性和休闲娱乐的效果。
为了达到上述目的,本发明创造是将滑行车的前、后轮设为概呈正三角布设,据以使左、右载体杆缩短,及是将前管以大约55°~70°角斜置,并致立管下端枢设在前管后,将前轮转轴设在前管中心线后方,以及是将立管下端枢设前管后,再以大约75°~90°角往上斜置,并将上端把手呈朝前延伸设置所构成;据之,使用者双脚跨站在对应载体杆的踏板后,身体重心会自动邻近前轮,且不会受到立管干扰,而双手左右摇摆把手时,利用位于立管上端前方的把手和位于前管下端的前轮之间会自动形成施力臂,则双手的操作不但会更省力、顺畅且摆幅可更为扩大,进而致前轮可做更大角度的S形偏摆,达到提高行车速度和展现不同操作形态的效果。
本发明创造的目的及解决其技术问题是采用以下的技术方案来实现的。依据本发明创造提出的一种改良的三轮滑行车,包含有前管,是以55°~70°倾角设置,在前管枢设有立管,在立管下端安设有前轮,该立管下端枢设在前管后,是在邻下端以75°~90°的倾角往上斜置,在立管上端设有把手,在前管后方安设连接有载体,该载体后端的两侧分别安设有左、右后轮。
本发明创造的目的以及解决其技术问题还可以采用以下的技术措施来进一步实现。
前述的改良的三轮滑行车,其中该前轮转轴是偏心的位于前管中心线下端后方。

即,利用上述所构成的本发明创造,由于该前轮13和左、右后轮16是配置为概呈正三角布设,并致使用者双脚可自然张开的跨站、施力于载体14,则该载体14的左、右载体杆141将据以设为较短情形下,当使用者操作滑行车而将双脚自然跨站在载体14的对应踏板142时,使用者的身体自然会自动的往前移并致重心邻近前轮13;继之,由于该立管11下端枢设在前管10后,是在邻下端以大约75°~90°的倾角 α往上倾斜,故前述使用者双脚跨站于载体14虽会使身体前移,但该呈75°~90°倾角斜置的立管11,却会与使用者身体保持极大空间,而不会发生相互干扰情形;继之,由于该前管10是以大约55°~70°的倾角θ斜置,致立管11下端枢设在前管10后是呈相同角度斜置,及该前轮13又是以距离D偏心的安设在立管11下端中心线Y后方,则使用者双手左右摇摆设于立管11上端的把手12时,该设于立管11下端的前轮13自然会以前管10为转轴做大角度的S形偏摆行进,不但据以达到提高驱移车体速度效果,更致把手12和立管11可做大幅度的旋转式偏摆,达到展现不同操作形态的运动、健身和休闲娱乐效果。又,由于该安设在立管11上端的把手12是往前延伸设置,而会与前轮转轴131之间形成一旋力臂,则前述使用者双手扶握把手12做旋转式左右偏摆动作时,不但具有更顺畅、自然的操作效果,更可达到扩大摆幅和省力的效果。
上述,当使用者双手对滑行车把手12做旋转式左右偏摆,使前轮13连带做大角度的S形偏摆行进时,使用者亦可同时以扭动身体方式、或以双脚交互施力方式将作用力施予载体14,使左、右后轮16可连带交互受力的滚转,达到辅助驱移车体效果。
其中,请配合图6所示,由于前轮13和左、右后轮16是概呈正三角形配置,致前轮13至左、右后轮16的距离,大约等长于左、右后轮16之间的距离,故双脚分别施力于载体14的对应载体杆141,并以其中一后轮16为圆心对滑行车实施S形路径偏摆行进时,该另一后轮16和前轮13必然会因回转半径相同,而可在同一圆周行进,嗣而,以该分别位于载体杆141两端的前轮13和后轮16是可沿着同一圆周运动状态下,其等的滚转位移必然是较为顺畅且摩擦力较小,而可达到延长车轮寿命和致滑行车具有较佳与较省力的滑行效果。
上述,应使用需求,本发明创造的滑行车是可安装各式的刹车装置,手刹车或脚刹车装置(图未示),使对前轮或后轮做刹车动作,而所述刹 车装置乃与现有习知类同,故于此不再详加赘述。
上述,值得一提的是,由于该前轮13和左、右后轮16是概呈正三角形布设,致载体14的左、右载体杆141必需设为较短,方可符合双脚自然张开跨站和施力的人体工学要求,故就实施性而言,该左、右载体杆141设为较短,亦可直接达到缩小滑行车材积、便于包装、携带、收纳和节省空间效果。
以上所述,仅是本发明创造的较佳实施例而已,并非对本发明创造做任何形式上的限制,虽然本发明创造已以较佳实施例揭露如上,然而并非用以限定本发明创造,任何熟悉本专业的技术人员,在不脱离本发明创造技术方案范围内,当可利用上述揭示的技术内容做出些许更动或修饰为等同变化的等效实施例,但凡是未脱离本发明创造技术方案的内容,依据本发明创造的技术实质对以上实施例所做的任何简单修改、等同变化与修饰,均仍属于本发明创造技术方案的范围内。

Claims (7)

  1. 一种改良的三轮滑行车,其特征在于:包含有前管,是以55°~70°倾角设置,在前管枢设有立管,在立管下端安设有前轮,该立管下端枢设在前管后,是在邻下端以75°~90°的倾角往上斜置,在立管上端设有把手,在前管后方安设连接有载体,该载体后端的两侧分别安设有左、右后轮。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的改良的三轮滑行车,其特征在于:其中该前轮转轴是偏心的位于前管中心线下端后方。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的改良的三轮滑行车,其特征在于:其中该把手是朝前延伸的安设在立管。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的改良的三轮滑行车,其特征在于:其中该左、右后轮是不摆动的安设在载体后端两侧。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的改良的三轮滑行车,其特征在于:其中该载体设有左、右载体杆,在所述左、右载体杆上分别安设有踏板。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的改良的三轮滑行车,其特征在于:其中该载体设有左、右载体杆,在所述左、右载体杆后端分别安设有后轮。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的改良的三轮滑行车,其特征在于:其中设在立管下端的该前轮和设在载体后端两侧的该后轮,是相互配置概呈为正三角形布设。
