特許文献8に記載された方法では、トランス体の含有率を高めるため、前駆体である1,4-ジシアノシクロヘキサンから晶析によりトランス体を分離し、残ったシス体を異性化してリサイクルすることが行われている。しかしながら、この方法では、非常に長い工程を必要とし、工業的には不利である。

500mLのフラスコに、1,4-ビス(アミノメチル)シクロヘキサン(シス/トランス=60/40)200g、メタキシリレンジアミン9.0g、ナトリウムアミド2.9gを加え、SUS316製3mmφの配管をフラスコの液中に導入し、ここからアルゴンを流速200mL/minで連続的に吹き込みながら、120℃で5時間、異性化反応を行った。異性化反応後の異性体組成(シス/トランス)は17/83であり、1,4-ビス(アミノメチル)シクロヘキサン回収率は87%であった。
500mLのフラスコに、1,4-ビス(アミノメチル)シクロヘキサン(シス/トランス=60/40)200g、ベンジルアミン7.1g、ナトリウムアミド2.9gを加え、SUS316製3mmφの配管をフラスコの液中に導入し、ここからアルゴンを流速200mL/minで連続的に吹き込みながら、120℃で5時間、異性化反応を行った。異性化反応後の異性体組成(シス/トランス)は19/81であり、1,4-ビス(アミノメチル)シクロヘキサン回収率は96%であった。
500mLのフラスコに、1,4-ビス(アミノメチル)シクロヘキサン(シス/トランス=60/40)200g、4-メチルベンジルアミン(4-MBA)8.0g、水素化ナトリウム(50-72%)3.0gを加え、SUS316製3mmφの配管をフラスコの液中に導入し、ここからアルゴンを流速200mL/minで連続的に吹き込みながら、120℃で5時間、異性化反応を行った。異性化反応後の異性体組成(シス/トランス)は18/82であり、1,4-ビス(アミノメチル)シクロヘキサン回収率は93%であった。
300mLのオートクレイブに、1,4-ビス(アミノメチル)シクロヘキサン(シス/トランス=60/40)200g、4-メチルベンジルアミン(4-MBA)8.0g、ナトリウムアミド2.9gを加え、密閉状態にて、120℃で5時間、異性化反応を行った。異性化反応後の異性体組成(シス/トランス)は29/71であり、1,4-ビス(アミノメチル)シクロヘキサン回収率は92%であった。図1に、トランス体比率の経時変化を示した。
300mLのフラスコに、1,4-ビス(アミノメチル)シクロヘキサン(シス/トランス=60/40)100g、4-メチルベンジルアミン(4-MBA)4.0g、ナトリウムアミド1.4gを加え、アルゴン雰囲気下、120℃で5時間、異性化反応を行った。異性化反応後の異性体組成(シス/トランス)は24/76であり、1,4-ビス(アミノメチル)シクロヘキサン回収率は90%であった。図1に、トランス体比率の経時変化を示した。
500mLのフラスコに、1,4-ビス(アミノメチル)シクロヘキサン(シス/トランス=60/40)200g、メタキシリレンジアミン9.0g、ナトリウムアミド2.9gを加え、アルゴン雰囲気下、120℃で5時間、異性化反応を行った。異性化反応後の異性体組成(シス/トランス)は44/56であり、1,4-ビス(アミノメチル)シクロヘキサン回収率は98%であった。
500mLのフラスコに、1,4-ビス(アミノメチル)シクロヘキサン(シス/トランス=60/40)200g、ベンジルアミン7.1g、ナトリウムアミド2.9gを加え、アルゴン雰囲気下、120℃で5時間、異性化反応を行った。異性化反応後の異性体組成(シス/トランス)は31/69であり、1,4-ビス(アミノメチル)シクロヘキサン回収率は93%であった。
500mLのフラスコに、1,4-ビス(アミノメチル)シクロヘキサン(シス/トランス=60/40)200g、4-メチルベンジルアミン(4-MBA)8.0g、水素化ナトリウム(50-72%)3.0gを加え、アルゴン雰囲気下、120℃で5時間、異性化反応を行った。異性化反応後の異性体組成(シス/トランス)は35/65であり、1,4-ビス(アミノメチル)シクロヘキサン回収率は93%であった。
Claims (11)
- ビス(アミノメチル)シクロヘキサンの異性化方法であって、
ビス(アミノメチル)シクロヘキサンと、
アルカリ金属、アルカリ金属含有化合物、アルカリ土類金属、及びアルカリ土類金属含有化合物からなる群より選ばれる1種以上の化合物と、
ベンジルアミン化合物と、
を含む反応液中に不活性ガスを導入しながらビス(アミノメチル)シクロヘキサンを異性化する方法。 - 前記不活性ガスが、ヘリウム、アルゴン、及び窒素からなる群より選ばれる少なくとも1種以上である、請求項1に記載のビス(アミノメチル)シクロヘキサンの異性化方法。
- 前記ベンジルアミン化合物が、ベンジルアミン、3-メチルベンジルアミン、4-メチルベンジルアミン、ジベンジルアミン、メタキシリレンジアミン、及びパラキシリレンジアミンからなる群より選ばれる少なくとも1種以上である、請求項1又は2に記載のビス(アミノメチル)シクロヘキサンの異性化方法。
- 前記ベンジルアミン化合物が4-メチルベンジルアミンである、請求項1~3のいずれか1項に記載のビス(アミノメチル)シクロヘキサンの異性化方法。
- 前記アルカリ金属含有化合物がナトリウムアミドを含む、請求項1~4のいずれか1項に記載のビス(アミノメチル)シクロヘキサンの異性化方法。
- 異性化反応温度が100~140℃である、請求項1~5のいずれか1項に記載のビス(アミノメチル)シクロヘキサンの異性化方法。
- 前記不活性ガスの導入方法がバブリングである、請求項1~6のいずれか1項に記載のビス(アミノメチル)シクロヘキサンの異性化方法。
- 前記ビス(アミノメチル)シクロヘキサンが1,4-ビス(アミノメチル)シクロヘキサンである、請求項1~7のいずれか1項に記載のビス(アミノメチル)シクロヘキサンの異性化方法。
- 前記ビス(アミノメチル)シクロヘキサンが1,3-ビス(アミノメチル)シクロヘキサンである、請求項1~7のいずれか1項に記載のビス(アミノメチル)シクロヘキサンの異性化方法。
- トランス体含有率が77%以上の1,4-ビス(アミノメチル)シクロヘキサンを得る、請求項8に記載のビス(アミノメチル)シクロヘキサンの異性化方法。
- シス体含有率が80%以上の1,3-ビス(アミノメチル)シクロヘキサンを得る、請求項9に記載のビス(アミノメチル)シクロヘキサンの異性化方法。
