- Examples of such a coating layer (C-1) containing a vapor-deposited aluminum pigment include those formed by a metallic base paint containing a vapor-deposited aluminum pigment of 30 to 85% by weight based on the solid content of the paint. Can do.
- the deposited aluminum pigment is obtained by chopping a deposited aluminum film into a flake shape.
- a non-leafing vapor-deposited aluminum pigment uses, for example, a plastic film such as oriented polypropylene, crystalline polypropylene, or polyethylene terephthalate as a base film, and a release agent is applied on the plastic film, and aluminum is evaporated on the release agent.
- a plastic film such as oriented polypropylene, crystalline polypropylene, or polyethylene terephthalate
- a release agent is applied on the plastic film, and aluminum is evaporated on the release agent.
- the vapor-deposited aluminum pigment is different from ordinary aluminum pigments such as aluminum flakes, and has a small particle feeling.
- a design layer having a mirror-like appearance like a metal surface can be provided.
- the vapor-deposited aluminum pigment is more preferably a non-leafing vapor-deposited aluminum pigment.
- the non-leafing vapor-deposited aluminum pigment preferably has a particle diameter of 3 to 20 ⁇ m and a thickness of 0.01 to 0.1 ⁇ m. By having the above particle diameter, a new metallic design with little particle feeling can be obtained.
- the particle diameter is more preferably 5 to 15 ⁇ m.
- the particle diameter in the present specification is a value measured with a laser diffraction fineness distribution meter LA-910 (manufactured by Horiba, Ltd.).
- Non-leafing vapor-deposited aluminum that can be used in the present invention includes Metacene 11-0010, 41-0010, 71-0010, 91-0010, MS-750, MS-650 (manufactured by Ciba Specialty) and silver. - the non-leafing vapor-deposited aluminum pigment used in the present invention is preferably a non-leafing vapor-deposited aluminum pigment that has not been subjected to such a leafing treatment.
- leafing vapor deposition aluminum is used, the adhesive force with the adjacent coating-film layer falls and a malfunction arises in adhesiveness. Therefore, in this invention, it is preferable to use non-leafing vapor deposition aluminum.
- the vapor-deposited aluminum pigment is 30 to 85% by mass with respect to the total solid content of the coating layer (C-1) containing the vapor-deposited aluminum. If the amount is less than 30% by mass, a glittering coating film that satisfies a dense metallic gloss cannot be obtained. If the amount exceeds 85% by mass, the physical properties of the coating film deteriorate.
- the content of the non-leafing vapor-deposited aluminum pigment is more preferably 40 to 80% by mass.
- the coating layer (C-1) containing the vapor deposited aluminum further contains a binder resin in addition to the non-leafing vapor deposited aluminum pigment.
- a binder resin A vinyl chloride resin, an acrylic resin, a urethane resin, a polyester resin etc. can be mentioned, Among these, 2 or more types may be mixed and used. Among these, vinyl chloride resin is particularly preferable.
- the vinyl chloride resin may be a homopolymer of vinyl chloride or a copolymer with another vinyl monomer that can be copolymerized with vinyl chloride. More specifically, examples of the copolymer include copolymers of vinyl chloride and vinyl acetate, maleic anhydride or esters thereof, vinyl ether, acrylic acid, acrylic hydroxyl group-containing monomers, and the like.

Among these, two or more kinds can be mixed and used.
- the coating layer (C-1) containing vapor-deposited aluminum may have an aluminum aggregation inhibitor added thereto. In this case, it is preferable at the point which can suppress the cohesive failure between aluminum and resin by the effect
- the aluminum aggregation inhibitor specifically, DIANAL RE360 (manufactured by Mitsubishi Rayon Co., Ltd.) can be used.
- the coating layer (C-1) containing the vapor-deposited aluminum can contain other bright pigments and / or color pigments in addition to the specific non-leafing vapor-deposited aluminum pigment.

- Vapor deposition is a method of forming a thin film by heating and vaporizing a vapor deposition material in a vacuumed container and adhering it to the surface of a substrate placed at a remote location.
- metals used for vapor deposition are tin and indium. Since the degree of vacuum of about 10 ⁇ 3 to 10 ⁇ 4 Pa is necessary for the vapor deposition, the container needs to be in a vacuum state once. Therefore, vapor deposition is a complete batch process and cannot be continuously processed.
- the vapor deposition method for the film is as follows: (1) A film roll and a target metal are set in the chamber, (2) The chamber is evacuated (10 ⁇ 3 to 10 ⁇ 4 Pa), and the film travels. (3) It is vapor-deposited on the film surface by target heating and vapor generation, and (4) is a process of opening the chamber to the atmosphere when vapor deposition is completed.
- the film is processed in batches, but the film for one roll is processed continuously, so the economic efficiency is high.
- there exists an advantage that the thickness and quality of a vapor deposition film are easy to control. However, the film cannot be applied to a three-dimensional object.
- the vapor-deposited metal layer (C-2) made of indium or tin in the present invention can be formed by a normal vapor deposition method using these metals.
- indium or tin it is possible to obtain a metal layer having good elongation, so that cracking and whitening are not caused when molding into a three-dimensional shape, and the appearance is not adversely affected.
- the thickness is preferably 0.05 to 5 ⁇ m. By setting it as such thickness, the objective mentioned above can be achieved favorably.
- the peel strength between the release layer (D) and the clear coating layer (B) is preferably 0.05 to 8.0 N / 25 mm, and more preferably 0.1 to 5.0 N / 25 mm.
- workability is poor, such as peeling of the base film layer (A) at the time of film production and decorative molding, and when it exceeds 8.0 N / 25 mm, a film after molding is obtained.
- peeling there is a possibility that peeling becomes difficult.
- Adhesive layer (E) The adhesive layer is used for adhering the laminated film to the substrate surface when the substrate is decorated with the laminated film.
- the adhesive contained in the adhesive layer is not particularly limited as long as it is a conventionally known adhesive, and examples thereof include Byron UR-3200 (manufactured by Toyobo Co., Ltd.) and UR-1361ET (manufactured by Toa Gosei).
- the adhesive may be formed by applying and drying the adhesive, or may be formed by laminating an adhesive sheet.
- the laminated film for decorating a three-dimensional molded product for vacuum forming of the present invention has a protective layer (F) formed adjacent to the design layer (C), particularly when a metal design layer is provided as the design layer (C). - the surface tension is 20 to 60 mN / m
- the ultraviolet transmittance is 290 nm to 430 nm and satisfies 20% or less. It is preferable.
- the strength is low, swelling occurs during molding, and when the strength is high, moldability becomes insufficient.
- the surface tension is low, the ink bleeds, and if it is high, the ink repellates.
- the ultraviolet transmittance is high, a sufficient ultraviolet blocking effect cannot be obtained. That is, it has sufficient surface tension to perform ink jet printing, has sufficient ultraviolet shielding ability to prevent curing of the clear coating layer, and has strength that does not cause a problem in molding. It is a thing.
- the strength of the ultraviolet absorbing layer (G) is the film strength when the ultraviolet absorbing layer alone is an autograph AG-IS manufactured by Shimadzu Corporation at a temperature of 60 ° C. and a tensile speed of 50 mm / min and an elongation of 200%. Is measured.

Preferably, it is in the range of 3 to 10% by weight. If it is less than 1% by weight, the ultraviolet blocking effect may be insufficient. If it exceeds 15% by weight, the strength of the ultraviolet absorbing layer may be lowered, the moldability may be insufficient, and it is disadvantageous in terms of cost.
- the ultraviolet absorbing layer (G) may contain a surface conditioner (G3). That is, depending on the type of resin used in the ultraviolet absorbing layer (G), it may be difficult to make the surface tension within the range described above. In this case, the surface tension within the above-described range can be obtained by blending the surface conditioner (G3).
