Description

硬化性組成物とその硬化物、及び光学部材
 本発明は、硬化物における光透過率及び屈折率が高く、耐傷性にも優れる硬化性組成物とその硬化物、及び光学部材に関する。
 液晶表示装置などのバックライトには、輝度を向上させるためのプリズムシートやマイクロレンズシート等の輝度向上シートが設置されている。輝度向上シートは屈折率が高いほど輝度向上効果が高く、したがって、より屈折率の高い分子構造を有する樹脂材料の開発や、無機微粒子の添加による高屈折率化が検討されている。
 例えば、特許文献1には、酸化ジルコニウム微粒子とフェノキシエチルアクリレートとを含有する硬化性組成物が記載されている。このような無機微粒子配合型樹脂組成物の硬化物は屈折率の高いものとなるが、一方で、弾性が低いため傷がつき易い欠点を有していた。

 したがって、本発明が解決しようとする課題は、硬化物における光透過率及び屈折率が高く、耐傷性にも優れる硬化性組成物とその硬化物、及び光学部材を提供することにある。
 本発明者らは、上記課題を解決するため鋭意検討を行った結果、無機微粒子、分散剤及び硬化性樹脂成分を含有する硬化性組成物において、前記分散剤として酸価が100~300mgKOH/gの範囲のものを用い、かつ、前記硬化性樹脂成分としてポリアルキレンオキサイド構造含有(メタ)アクリレート化合物を用いることにより、上記課題を解決できることを見出した。
 即ち、本発明は、酸化ジルコニウムナノ粒子(A)、分散剤(B)、及び(メタ)アクリレート化合物(C)を含有し、前記分散剤(B)の酸価が100~300mgKOH/gの範囲であり、かつ、前記(メタ)アクリレート化合物(C)がポリアルキレンオキサイド構造含有(メタ)アクリレート化合物(C1)を含有することを特徴とする硬化性組成物に関する。
 本発明はさらに、前記硬化性組成物を硬化して得られる硬化物、及び光学部材に関する。
 本発明によれば、硬化物における光透過率及び屈折率が高く、耐傷性にも優れる硬化性組成物とその硬化物、及び光学部材を提供することができる。
 以下、本発明を詳細に説明する。
 本発明の硬化性組成物は、酸化ジルコニウムナノ粒子(A)、分散剤(B)、及び(メタ)アクリレート化合物(C)を含有し、前記分散剤(B)の酸価が100~300mgKOH/gの範囲であり、かつ、前記(メタ)アクリレート化合物(C)がポリアルキレンオキサイド構造含有(メタ)アクリレート化合物(C1)を含有することを特徴とする。
 一般に、無機微粒子と前記ポリアルキレンオキサイド構造含有(メタ)アクリレート化合物(C1)のような極性の高い構造部位を有する化合物とを含む硬化性組成物は、系内で無機微粒子の凝集が生じ易く、硬化性組成物の安定性が保存低下したり、硬化塗膜の透明性が低下したりする。しかしながら、本願発明では酸価が100~300mgKOH/gの範囲である分散剤(B)を用いることにより、経時安定性に優れる硬化性組成物が得られ、硬化物において屈折率が高いのみならず、光透過性や耐傷性にも優れるものとなる。
 本発明の硬化性組成物が含有する酸化ジルコニウムナノ粒子(A)は、原料の酸化ジルコニウムナノ粒子(a)を(メタ)アクリレート化合物(C)を必須とする分散媒中に分散させて得られるものである。硬化性組成物中の酸化ジルコニウムナノ粒子(A)の平均粒子径は、屈折率が高く光透過性にも優れる硬化物となることから、20~100nmの範囲であることが好ましい。
 なお、本願発明において前記酸化ジルコニウムナノ粒子(A)の平均粒子径は粒子径測定装置(大塚電子株式会社製「ELSZ-2」)を用いて測定される値である。
 原料として用いる酸化ジルコニウムナノ粒子(a)は、通常公知のものが使用でき、粒子の形状は特に限定されるものではないが、例えば、球状、中空状、多孔質状、棒状、板状、繊維状、又は不定形のいずれでも良い。中でも、分散安定性に優れ、光透過率及び屈折率の高い硬化物が得られることから、球状であることが好ましい。前記酸化ジルコニウムナノ粒子(a)の平均一次粒子径は、分散安定性に優れ、光透過率及び屈折率の高い硬化物が得られることから1~50nmものが好ましく、特に1~30nmのものが好ましい。前記酸化ジルコニウムナノ粒子(a)の結晶構造も特に限定されないが、分散安定性に優れ、光透過率及び屈折率の高い硬化物が得られることから単斜晶系が好ましい。また、本発明では、各種シランカップリング剤(D)等を用いて前記酸化ジルコニウムナノ粒子(a)の微粒子表面に官能基を導入しても良い。
 前記シランカップリング剤(D)は、例えば下記のものを挙げることができる。
 (メタ)アクリロイルオキシ系のシランカップリング剤としては、3-(メタ)アクリロイルオキシプロピルトリメチルシラン、3-(メタ)アクリロイルオキシプロピルメチルジメトキシシラン、3-(メタ)アクリロイルオキシプロピルトリメトキシシラン、3-(メタ)アクリロイルオキシプロピルメチルジエトキシシラン、3-(メタ)アクリロイルオキシプロピルトリエトキシシランが例示される。アクリロキシ系のシランカップリング剤としては、3-アクリロキシプロピルトリメトキシシランが例示される。
 ビニル系のシランカップリング剤としては、アリルトリクロロシラン、アリルトリエトキシシラン、アリルトリメトキシシラン、ジエトキシメチルビニルシラン、トリクロロビニルシラン、ビニルトリクロルシラン、ビニルトリメトキシシラン、ビニルトリエトキシシラン、ビニルトリス(2-メトキシエトキシ)シランが例示される。
 エポキシ系のシランカップリング剤としては、ジエトキシ(グリシディルオキシプロピル)メチルシラン、2-(3、4エポキシシクロヘキシル)エチルトリメトキシシラン、3-グリシドキシプロピルトリメトキシシラン、3-グリシドキシプロピルメチルジエトキシシラン、3-ブリシドキシプロピルトリエトキシシランが例示される。スチレン系のシランカップリング剤としては、p-スチリルトリメトキシシランが例示される。
 アミノ系のシランカップリング剤としては、N-2(アミノエチル)3-アミノプロピルメチルジメトキシシラン、N-2(アミノエチル)3-アミノプロピルトリメトキシシラン、N-2(アミノエチル)3-アミノプロピルトリエトキシシラン、3-アミノプロピルトリメトキシシラン、3-アミノプロピルトリエトキシシラン、3-トリエトキシシリル-N-(1、3-ジメチル-ブチリデン)プロピルアミン、N-フェニル-3-アミノプロピルトリメトキシシランが例示される。

 これらのシランカップリング剤(D)は1種類を単独で用いても良いし、2種類以上を併用しても良い。中でも、(メタ)アクリロイルオキシ基、グリシジル基、エポキシシクロヘキシル基を有するものが好ましく、特に3-(メタ)アクリロイルオキシプロピルトリメトキシシランが最も好ましい。
 本発明の硬化性組成物が含有する前記分散剤(B)は、酸価が100~300mgKOH/g以上の範囲であることにより、前述の通り、無機微粒子の分散媒として前記ポリアルキレンオキサイド構造含有(メタ)アクリレート化合物(C1)のような極性の高い構造部位を有する化合物を用いた場合であっても、系内で無機微粒子の凝集が生じ難く安定性の高い硬化性組成物が得られる。また、この結果、硬化物において屈折率が高いのみならず、光透過性や耐傷性にも優れるものとなる。中でも、酸価が120~200mgKOH/gの範囲であるものがより好ましい。
 前記分散剤(B)は、例えば、カルボキシ基、スルホン基、リン酸基等の酸基を含有するポリマーが挙げられる。中でも、安定性に優れる硬化性組成物となり、光透過率及び屈折率の高い硬化物が得られることからリン酸エステル系分散剤であることが好ましく、ラクトン化合物由来の構造部位を有するものがより好ましい。また、その分子量は、安定性に優れる硬化性組成物となり、光透過率及び屈折率の高い硬化物が得られることから重量平均分子量(Mw)が1,000~3,000のものが好ましく、1,300~2,000のものがより好ましい。
 尚、本発明において、重量平均分子量(Mw)は、ゲルパーミエーションクロマトグラフ(GPC)を用い、下記の条件により測定される値である。

 本発明の硬化性組成物の調整において、前記分散剤(B)の使用量は特に限定されるものではないが、前記酸化ジルコニウムナノ粒子(a)の総質量に対して、0.1~30質量%の範囲であることが好ましく、0.5~15質量%の範囲であることがより好ましい。
 また、本発明の硬化性組成物における前記酸化ジルコニウムナノ粒子(A)の含有量は、後述する硬化性組成物を調製する際に取り扱いが良好であると共に、分散工程時間の短縮が可能な上、分散液の安定性にも優れる点から20~80質量%の範囲であることが好ましく、30質量%~60質量%の範囲であることがより好ましい。
 本発明の硬化性組成物が含有する(メタ)アクリレート化合物(C)は、ポリアルキレンオキサイド構造含有(メタ)アクリレート化合物(C1)を必須の成分として含有する。これにより、硬化物において光透過率や屈折率が高いのみならず、耐傷性にも優れる硬化性組成物となる。
 前記ポリアルキレンオキサイド構造含有(メタ)アクリレート化合物(C1)が有するポリアルキレンオキサイド構造は、エチレンオキサイド構造、プロピレンオキサイド構造、ブチレンオキサイド構造等のアルキレンオキサイド構造単位が複数連結した構造のことであり、単一種のアルキレンオキサイド構造単位からなるものであっても良いし、複数種のアルキレンオキサイド構造単位がランダムに並んだものであっても良い。中でも、硬化物における光透過率、屈折率及び耐傷性のバランスに優れることから、一分子中のアルキレンオキサイド構造単位の数が6~40個の範囲であることが好ましく、16~36個の範囲であることがより好ましい。
 また、前記ポリアルキレンオキサイド構造含有(メタ)アクリレート化合物(C1)は、硬化性が高く、硬化物における耐傷性に優れることから一分子中の(メタ)アクリロイル基の数が2~6個の範囲であるものが好ましい。
 このようなポリアルキレンオキサイド構造含有(メタ)アクリレート化合物(C1)は、例えば、水酸基含有化合物と環状エーテル化合物との開環重合物を、アクリル酸又はメタクリル酸と反応させて得られる化合物等が挙げられる。
 前記水酸基含有化合物は、例えば、エチレングリコール、ジエチレングリコール、プロピレングリコール、1,3-プロパンジオール、1,4-ブタンジオール、1,3-ブタンジオール、3-メチル-1,3-ブタンジオール、1,5-ペンタンジオール、ネオペンチルグリコール、1,6-ヘキサンジオール、トリメチロールエタン、トリメチロールプロパン、グリセリン等の脂肪族ポリオール;ヒドロキノン、2-メチルヒドロキノン、1,4-ベンゼンジメタノール、3,3’-ビフェニルジオール、4,4’-ビフェニルジオール、ビフェニル-3,3’-ジメタノール、ビフェニル-4,4’-ジメタノール、ビスフェノールA、ビスフェノールB、ビスフェノールF、ビスフェノールS、1,4-ナフタレンジオール、1,5-ナフタレンジオール、2,6-ナフタレンジオール、ナフタレン-2,6-ジメタノール、4,4’,4’’-メチリジントリスフェノール等の芳香族ポリオール等が挙げられる。
 前記環状エーテル化合物は、例えば、エチレンオキシド、プロピレンオキシド、テトラヒドロフラン、エチルグリシジルエーテル、プロピルグリシジルエーテル、ブチルグリシジルエーテル、フェニルグリシジルエーテル、アリルグリシジルエーテル等が挙げられる。
 このほか、下記構造式(1)~(4)のいずれかで表されるようなフルオレン骨格含有化合物も前記ポリアルキレンオキサイド構造含有(メタ)アクリレート化合物(C1)として好適に用いることができる。

 本発明において、前記ポリアルキレンオキサイド構造含有(メタ)アクリレート化合物(C1)は一種類を単独で用いても良いし、複数種を併用しても良い。
 本発明の硬化性組成物は、前記(メタ)アクリレート化合物(C)として、前記ポリアルキレンオキサイド構造含有(メタ)アクリレート化合物(C1)以外の、その他の(メタ)アクリレート化合物(C2)を含有しても良い。その他の(メタ)アクリレート化合物(C2)を用いる場合、前記(メタ)アクリレート化合物(C)中のポリアルキレンオキサイド構造含有(メタ)アクリレート化合物(C1)の配合割合は特に限定されないが、本願発明が奏する硬化物における耐傷性が十分に発現することから、5~80質量%の範囲であることが好ましく、15~65質量%の範囲であることがより好ましい。

 これらその他の(メタ)アクリレート化合物(C2)は1種類を単独で用いても良いし、2種類以上を併用しても良い。中でも、より屈折率の高い硬化性組成物が得られることから、ベンジル(メタ)アクリレート、フェノキシエチル(メタ)アクリレート、フェノキシベンジル(メタ)アクリレート、フェニルベンジル(メタ)アクリレート、フェニルフェノキシエチル(メタ)アクリレート等の芳香環含有単官能(メタ)アクリレート化合物が好ましい。また、硬化塗膜の表面硬度が高くなることから、ウレタン(メタ)アクリレートや、エポキシ(メタ)アクリレートが好ましく、エポキシ(メタ)アクリレートがより好ましい。前記エポキシ(メタ)アクリレートは原料エポキシ樹脂のエポキシ基当量が200~600g/当量のものであることが好ましい。
 更に、屈折率と塗膜の表面硬度とのバランスに優れることから、前記芳香環含有単官能(メタ)アクリレート化合物と、ウレタン(メタ)アクリレートやエポキシ(メタ)アクリレートとを併用することが好ましい。この時、(メタ)アクリレート化合物(C)中の前記芳香環含有単官能(メタ)アクリレート化合物の割合は20~90質量%の範囲であることが好ましい。また、(メタ)アクリレート化合物(C)中の前記ウレタン(メタ)アクリレートやエポキシ(メタ)アクリレートの割合は5~50質量%の範囲であることが好ましい。
 本発明の硬化性組成物は、前記(A)~(D)成分のほか、更に、重合開始剤、光増感剤、硬化促進剤、有機溶媒、非反応性樹脂、フィラー、無機充填剤、有機充填剤、カップリング剤、粘着付与剤、消泡剤、レベリング剤、密着助剤、離型剤、滑剤、紫外線吸収剤、酸化防止剤、熱安定剤、可塑剤、難燃剤、顔料、染料等の添加剤成分を含んでいてもよい。
 前記重合開始剤のうち、分子内結合開裂型の光重合開始剤は、例えば、ジエトキシアセトフェノン、2-ヒドロキシ-2-メチル-1-フェニルプロパン-1-オン、ベンジルジメチルケタール、1-(4-イソプロピルフェニル)-2-ヒドロキシ-2-メチルプロパン-1-オン、4-(2-ヒドロキシエトキシ)フェニル-(2-ヒドロキシ-2-プロピル)ケトン、1-ヒドロキシシクロヘキシル-フェニルケトン、2-メチル-2-モルホリノ(4-チオメチルフェニル)プロパン-1-オン、2-ベンジル-2-ジメチルアミノ-1-(4-モルホリノフェニル)-ブタノンの如きアセトフェノン系;ベンゾイン、ベンゾインメチルエーテル、ベンゾインイソプロピルエーテルの如きベンゾイン類;2,4,6-トリメチルベンゾインジフェニルホスフィンオキシドの如きアシルホスフィンオキシド系;ベンジル、メチルフェニルグリオキシエステル、などが挙げられる。
 一方、前記重合開始剤のうち、分子内水素引き抜き型の光重合開始剤は、例えば、ベンゾフェノン、o-ベンゾイル安息香酸メチル-4-フェニルベンゾフェノン、4,4′-ジクロロベンゾフェノン、ヒドロキシベンゾフェノン、4-ベンゾイル-4′-メチル-ジフェニルサルファイド、アクリル化ベンゾフェノン、3,3′,4,4′-テトラ(t-ブチルペルオキシカルボニル)ベンゾフェノン、3,3′-ジメチル-4-メトキシベンゾフェノンの如きベンゾフェノン系;2-イソプロピルチオキサントン、2,4-ジメチルチオキサントン、2,4-ジエチルチオキサントン、2,4-ジクロロチオキサントンの如きチオキサントン系;ミヒラ-ケトン、4,4′-ジエチルアミノベンゾフェノンの如きアミノベンゾフェノン系;10-ブチル-2-クロロアクリドン、2-エチルアンスラキノン、9,10-フェナンスレンキノン、カンファーキノン、などが挙げられる。
 前記光増感剤は、例えば、トリエタノールアミン、メチルジエタノールアミン、トリイソプロパノールアミン、4-ジメチルアミノ安息香酸メチル、4-ジメチルアミノ安息香酸エチル、4-ジメチルアミノ安息香酸イソアミル、安息香酸(2-ジメチルアミノ)エチル、4-ジメチルアミノ安息香酸(n-ブトキシ)エチル、4-ジメチルアミノ安息香酸2-エチルヘキシルの如きアミン類が挙げられる。
 前記有機溶媒は、例えば、エタノール、イソプロパノール、ブタノール、シクロヘキサノール、メチルエチルケトン、メチルイソブチルケトン、シクロヘキサノン、酢酸エチル、酢酸プロピル、酢酸ブチル、メチルセロソルブ、セロソルブ、ブチルセロソルブ、セロソルブアセテート、テトラヒドロフラン、1,4-ジオキサン、n-ヘキサン、シクロペンタン、トルエン、キシレン、N,N-ジメチルホルムアミド、N,N-ジメチルアセトアミド、ジクロロメタン、トリクロロエタン、トリクロロエチレン、ハイドロフルオロエーテル等が挙げられる。
 本発明の硬化性組成物の製造方法は特に限定されないが、例えば、前記酸化ジルコニウムナノ粒子(a)、前記分散剤(B)、及び(メタ)アクリレート化合物(C)を必須成分とする原料をメディア式湿式分散機で分散する方法等により製造されるジルコニウム分散液を用いて調整することができる。
 特に、ジルコニウム分散液の調整が容易であることから、前記酸化ジルコニウムナノ粒子(a)、前記分散剤(B)、(メタ)アクリレート化合物(C)の他に、有機溶媒(E)を用いることが好ましい。
 より具体的には、前記酸化ジルコニウムナノ粒子(a)及び前記(メタ)アクリレート化合物(C)以外の成分を分散媒(X)として前記酸化ジルコニウムナノ粒子(a)を分散させてジルコニウム分散液を製造したのち、これに前記(メタ)アクリレート化合物(C)を加える方法(方法1)や、前記酸化ジルコニウムナノ粒子(a)以外の全ての成分を分散媒(X)として前記酸化ジルコニウムナノ粒子(a)を分散させ、硬化性組成物を直接得る方法(方法2)等が挙げられる。
 前記方法1及び方法2のどちらの方法においても、分散時の粘度が適正な範囲となり、粉砕機中で原料組成物からメディアを分離することが容易となることから、分散媒(X)の25℃における粘度が200mPa・s以下となるように調整することが好ましい。なお、本発明において粘度の値はB型粘度計等通常公知の方法により測定される値である。
 前記製造方法で用いるメディア式湿式分散機は、通常公知のものを制限なく使用することができ、例えば、ビーズミル(アシザワファインテック株式会社製スターミルLMZ-015、寿工業(株)製ウルトラアペックスミルUAM-015等)が挙げられる。
 分散機で使用されるメディアは、通常公知のビーズであれば特に制限はないが、好ましくは、ジルコニア、アルミナ、シリカ、ガラス、炭化珪素、窒化珪素が挙げられる。メディアの平均粒径は50~500μmが好ましく、100~200μmのメディアがより好ましい。粒子径が50μm以上であれば、原料粉に対する衝撃力が適正であり、分散に過度な時間を要しない。一方、メディアの粒子径が500μm以下であれば、原料粉に対する衝撃力が適正であることから、分散された粒子の表面エネルギーの増大を抑制でき、再凝集を防止できる。
 また、原料粉の粉砕初期に、衝撃力の大きい大粒径のメディアを使用し、分散された粒子の粒径が小さくなってから、再凝集のおきにくい小粒径のメディアを使用する2段階の方法により、分散工程時間を短くすることもできる。
 また、メディアは、得られる分散液の光透過度の低下を抑制できる観点より、十分に研磨したものを使用することが望ましい。
 前記メディア式湿式分散機を用いる製造方法において、分散機に各原料を仕込む際の順番は特に限定されないが、少なくとも前記分散剤(B)を最後に供給することにより、少量の分散剤(B)の使用で分散安定性に優れる硬化性組成物を得ることができる。より具体的には、前記分散剤(B)以外の原料を先に仕込み、混合或いはプレ分散等の作業を行った後、最後に分散剤(B)を仕込み、本分散工程を行う方法などが挙げられる。
 分散終了後は、用途に応じて各種添加剤を加えたり、揮発成分を留去するなどして、本発明の硬化性組成物を得ることができる。
 本発明の硬化性組成物は、熱又は活性エネルギー線にて硬化させることができる。前記活性エネルギー線は、本発明の硬化性組成物が硬化を起こす活性エネルギー線であれば特に制限なく用いることができるが、特に紫外線を用いることが好ましい。
 紫外線の発生源としては、蛍光ケミカルランプ、ブラックライト、低圧、高圧、超高圧水銀ランプ、メタルハライドランプ、太陽光線などがある。紫外線の照射強度は、終始一定の強度でも行って良いし、硬化途中で強度を変化させることにより、硬化後の物性を微調整することもできる。
 紫外線の他、活性エネルギー線として、例えば可視光線、電子線類の活性エネルギー線も用いることができる。本発明の硬化性組成物は、200~400nmに固有の分光感度を有しており、光重合開始剤不在下に、通常用いられるエネルギー線の有するエネルギー、例えば、20mW/cmのエネルギー数値を挙げることができるが、これに限られない。
 本発明で得られる硬化物は、光学用部材として、例えば、プラスチックレンズ、輝度向上フィルム(プリズムシート)、フィルム型液晶素子、タッチパネル、プラスチック光学部品等の反射防止膜等に好ましく用いることができる。
 以下に、実施例および比較例をもって本発明をより詳しく説明する。
 製造例や実施例で用いた各成分及び分散機の詳細は以下の通り。

 製造例1 ジルコニウム分散液(1)の製造
 酸化ジルコニウムナノ粒子(a1)50g、シランカップリング剤(D1)7.5g、メチルエチルケトン183.0gを混合し、分散攪拌機で30分間攪拌し、粗分散を行った。得られた混合液を、メディア式湿式分散機で粒子径100μmのジルコニアビーズを用いて分散処理した。途中の粒子径を確認しながら、滞留時間100分の分散処理を行った後、分散剤(B1)5gを添加混合して、更に20分間の分散処理によりジルコニウム分散液(1)を得た。
 製造例2 ジルコニウム分散液(2)の製造
 製造例1の酸化ジルコニウムナノ粒子(a1)を酸化ジルコニウムナノ粒子(a2)に変更した以外は製造例1と同じ条件でジルコニウム分散液(2)を得た。
 製造例3 ジルコニウム分散液(3)の製造
 製造例1のシランカップリング剤(D1)7.5gを15gに、分散剤(B1)5gを10gに変更した以外は、製造例1と同じ条件でジルコニウム分散液(3)を得た。
 製造例4 ジルコニウム分散液(4)の製造
 製造例3の酸化ジルコニウムナノ粒子(a1)を酸化ジルコニウムナノ粒子(a2)に変更した以外は製造例1と同じ条件でジルコニウム分散液(4)を得た。
 製造例5 ジルコニウム分散液(5)の製造
 シランカップリング剤(D1)を使用しない以外は製造例1と同じ条件でジルコニウム分散液(5)を得た。
 比較製造例1 ジルコニウム分散液(1’)の製造
 製造例1の分散剤(B1)を分散剤(B’1)に変更した以外は製造例1と同じ条件でジルコニウム分散液(1’)を得た。
 比較製造例2 ジルコニウム分散液(2’)の製造
 製造例1の分散剤(B1)を分散剤(B’2)に変更した以外は製造例1と同じ条件でジルコニウム分散液(2’)を得た。
 比較製造例3 ジルコニウム分散液(3’)の製造
 製造例1の分散剤(B1)を分散剤(B’3)に変更した以外は製造例1と同じ条件でジルコニウム分散液(3’)を得た。
 実施例1
◆硬化性組成物(1)の調製
 製造例1で得られたジルコニウム分散液(1)に、表1に示す割合で(メタ)アクリレート化合物を添加し、エバポレーターで揮発成分を減圧除去した。更に重合開始剤を添加し、硬化性組成物(1)を調製した。
◆酸化ジルコニウムナノ粒子の粒子径測定
 先で得た硬化性組成物(1)中の酸化ジルコニウムナノ粒子の平均粒子径を、粒子径測定装置(大塚電子株式会社製「ELSZ-2」)を用いて測定した。
◆硬化物(1)の作成
 先で得た硬化性組成物(1)をガラス基板にアプリケーターで塗装し、空気中、120W/cm高圧水銀ランプにて1000mJ/cmで光硬化して厚さ約100μmの硬化物(1)を得た。
◆評価1 硬化物の屈折率の測定
 先で得た硬化物(1)について、アッベ屈折率計によって屈折率を測定した。結果を表1に示した。
◆評価2 硬化物の透明性の測定
 先で得た硬化物(1)について、ヘーズメータで透明性を測定した。結果を表1に示した。
◆評価3 硬化物の耐傷性の評価
 先で得た硬化物(1)について、JIS K 5400に則し、荷重300g、硬度Hの鉛筆を用いて塗膜に傷をつけた。傷が回復するまでの時間で以下の通り評価した。結果を表1に示した。

0 治癒性なし(翌日も傷が残っている)
 実施例2~6及び比較例1~3
 実施例1と同じ要領で硬化性組成物及び硬化物を作成し、各種評価を行った。結果を表1又は表2に示した。

 本発明の硬化性組成物は、光透過性及び屈折率が高く、耐傷性にも優れる硬化物を得ることができ、当該硬化物は光学用部材として好適に用いることができる。

Claims (7)

  1. 酸化ジルコニウムナノ粒子(A)、分散剤(B)、及び(メタ)アクリレート化合物(C)を含有し、前記分散剤(B)の酸価が100~300mgKOH/gの範囲であり、かつ、前記(メタ)アクリレート化合物(C)がポリアルキレンオキサイド構造含有(メタ)アクリレート化合物(C1)を含有することを特徴とする硬化性組成物。
  2. 前記分散剤(B)が、重量平均分子量(Mw)が1,000~3,000のポリマーである請求項1記載の硬化性組成物。
  3. 前記ポリアルキレンオキサイド構造含有(メタ)アクリレート化合物(C1)が、一分子中のアルキレンオキサイド構造単位の数が6~40個の範囲であり、かつ、(メタ)アクリロイル基の数が2~6個の範囲であるものである請求項1記載の硬化性組成物。
  4. 前記(メタ)アクリレート化合物(C)中の前記ポリアルキレンオキサイド構造含有(メタ)アクリレート化合物(C1)の割合が、5~80質量%の範囲である請求項1記載の硬化性組成物。
  5. 酸化ジルコニウムナノ粒子(a)、前記分散剤(B)、及び(メタ)アクリレート化合物(C)を必須成分とする原料を用い、メディア式湿式分散機を用いて製造され、各原料成分をメディア式湿式分散機に供給するに際し、少なくとも前記分散剤(B)を最後に供給する方法により製造されるジルコニウム分散液を用いてなる請求項1記載の硬化性組成物。
  6. 請求項1~5のいずれか一つに記載の硬化性組成物を硬化して得られる硬化物。
  7. 請求項1~5のいずれか一つに記載の硬化性組成物を硬化して得られる光学部材。
