The selection is complete. Thereafter, the process proceeds to “STEP 5 reservation information confirmation” and “STEP 6 reservation confirmation” (step T806).
- Step 5 Reservation Information Confirmation On the “STEP 5 Reservation Information Confirmation” screen, the contents specified in Step 1 to Step 4 are displayed. If there is a correction, a button for returning to the previous step and a button for completing the reservation without correction are displayed. Furthermore, when the button is clicked to complete the reservation, a “STEP 6 reservation confirmation” screen is displayed, indicating that the reservation has been completed.

- step T908 in FIG. 7 again, the customer looks at the schedule column C38 of “no appointment with male staff” or “no appointment”, and clicks “O” at a date and time convenient for the customer. For example, assume that the customer clicks 10:15 in FIG. In FIG. 11B, it is assumed that the customer clicked 9:45.
- step T909 the schedule screen display means 15 confirms a vacant staff in that time zone. For example, in FIG. 10 (A), only the staff “ ⁇ ⁇ ⁇ ” of the male staff “XXXXX” or the male staff “ ⁇ XXXX” is vacant at the time zone of 10:15. For this reason, in step T910, the schedule screen display means 15 changes “O” for 35 minutes from 10:15 to 10:30 of the male staff “ ⁇ ⁇ ⁇ ⁇ ” to “Tel”. Although it is not actually displayed, for the sake of understanding, the schedule stored in the data storage unit 24 becomes a schedule column C38 as shown in FIG.

- “Duplicate number of people” described in the first row of the table in FIG. 11A indicates the number of people who can handle two or more menus in the same time zone.
- Staff with a high technical level can work on two or more people at the same time. That is, the staff “XX XX” indicates that up to two people can be in charge during the same time period.
- the schedule screen display means 15 does not change “ ⁇ ” to “Tel” unless the staff “XX ⁇ ” is filled with two reservations at the same time.
- step T910 the schedule screen display means 15 changes the “ ⁇ ” of 15 minutes from 9:45 to 10:00 of the staff “XX XX” with the highest priority to “Tel”.
- the staff “XXX” is the technical level name “S”, and the cutting time is 15 minutes.
- the data is stored in the data storage unit 24. Although it is not actually displayed, for the sake of understanding, the schedule stored in the data storage unit 24 becomes a schedule column C38 as shown in FIG.
- step T911 the process proceeds to "STEP5 reservation information confirmation” and “STEP6 reservation confirmation” (step T911).
- the order is “STEP2 staff selection” and “STEP3 menu selection”, but the reverse is also possible.

- the staff “ ⁇ X ⁇ ” is able to accept a reservation of “1” person during the time period, but no schedule is shown, indicating that the day is a holiday.
- the store schedule screen display means 17 displays the reservation from the customer in the reservation schedule column C43, colored for each menu. In the present embodiment, it is expressed by the difference in shading. Moreover, the shop schedule screen display means 17 displays the reservation from the customer at the technical level of the staff and the work time for each menu.

- the store schedule screen display means 17 also displays such reservation.
- FIG. 13A is a flowchart when the reservation is changed by menu up.
- the menu-up means, for example, that a customer who has come to a store has a cut reserved by the customer, or is recommended by the staff, or the customer himself increases further menus such as perms and treatments. Increasing the number of additional menus increases the work time. If the confirmed reservations are clogged, the waiting time in the store will be lengthened unless the time for those confirmed reservations is shifted as soon as possible. Therefore, it is necessary to contact the customer to shift the confirmed reservation time.
- step S602 when the menu up is decided, correction is performed by extending the time by the menu up (step S602).
- the staff “XXX XX” moves the cursor CS to the “correction button” ⁇ ⁇ ⁇ among the work buttons C45 shown in FIG.
- the cursor CS is moved to a reservation to be changed, for example, a reservation MU of 9:00 to 9:45, and is clicked there.
- a pop-up screen on which correction items such as a plurality of menus and cancellations can be selected is displayed.
- Staff “XX XX” selects the menu for menu up.
- the information is transmitted and received by the server 10. In the present embodiment, it is assumed that a menu that requires 45 minutes of extension is selected. There is a 30-minute blank period between the reservation MU for staff “XX XX” and the next reservation DS.
- the carry-down means 19 (see FIG. 2) of the server 10 detects a blank time corresponding to the extended time (step S603).
- This extension time is subtracted if there is a blank time between the reservation MU that has been menu-up and the next reservation DS. That is, the reservation MU is extended by 45 minutes, but the reservation MU and the next reservation DS have a 30-minute blank time, so the carry-down means 19 detects the extension time of 15 minutes.
- the staff “XXX” has a blank time from 12:00 to 12:30.
- the carry-down means 19 detects that there is a 30-minute blank time from 12:00 to 12:30.
- the deferring means 19 of the server 10 decrements two reservation DSs corresponding to the extended time until the blank time after the menu-up reservation MU, and the schedule screen display means displays the correction schedule (step S604).
- 12 shows a reservation schedule column C43 before correction displayed on the display unit 49
- FIG. 13B shows a reservation schedule column C43 after correction displayed on the display unit 49.
- the store schedule screen display means 17 transmits the modified reservation schedule field C43 to the store terminal device 40, and the reservation confirmation means 18 makes a change reservation to the customer by automatic voice to the e-mail address or the telephone number. Is transmitted (step S605).
- the shop terminal device 40 displays the modified reservation schedule column C43 shown in FIG. 13B on the display unit 49 (step S606).

Abstract
Description

ステップT901(「STEP3 メニュー選択」)では、例えばカットのメニューが選択される。
