La présente invention porte sur un procédé et un système de stationnement de véhicule sans carte de stationnement, le procédé de stationnement de véhicule sans carte de stationnement consistant : à saisir un mot de passe de stationnement dans un module d'établissement de mot de passe (40), et à générer un mot de passe de déverrouillage ; à obtenir par un système de commande de stationnement (10) le mot de passe de stationnement ou le mot de passe de déverrouillage ; à calculer des frais de stationnement du véhicule en fonction du mot de passe de stationnement ou du mot de passe de déverrouillage ; à introduire les frais de stationnement correspondant au véhicule dans un module de paiement (80) et à déterminer si les frais de stationnement sont déjà entièrement payés ou non ; à saisir le mot de passe de déverrouillage dans un module de déverrouillage par mot de passe (50) et à déterminer si le mot de passe de déverrouillage saisi est correct ; après avoir déterminé que les frais de stationnement ont été payés et que le mot de passe de déverrouillage est correct, à commander et ouvrir la porte de sortie (30) par le système de commande de stationnement (10). En conséquence, lorsque l'utilisateur ne détient pas la carte de stationnement ou un numéro de plaque du véhicule ne peut pas être identifié, l'utilisateur peut entrer dans la place de stationnement par établissement du mot de passe de stationnement. Le véhicule stationné peut être géré par ajout du mot de passe de stationnement, et par conséquent le stationnement est facilité.
