Abstract
Description
(1)前記第1縦シール部形成部は、一方の表面が金属よりも軟質の弾性材料からなり、他方が金属材料によって構成されてなる一対のヒートシールロールまたはヒートシール板からなり、金属材料からなる該ヒートシールロールまたはヒートシール板の表面が、研磨加工、ブラスト加工または孔加工されていること、
(2)前記第2縦シール部形成部が、ビン口形の切欠きを有するヒートシールバーが設けられた一対のヒートシールロールまたはヒートシール板からなり、前記縦シール手段が、前記第2縦シール部形成部の後方位置に、第2縦シール部形成部によって形成されたシール部間をヒートシールするための第3縦シール部形成部を有していること、
(3)前記縦シール部が背貼り接合部であると共に、前記横シール手段が、第1横シール部形成部と第2横シール部形成部とを有し、該第1横シール部形成部および第2横シール部形成部の少なくとも一方は、少なくとも背貼り接合部側の表面が金属よりも軟質の弾性材料によって形成されてなる一対のヒートシールロールまたはヒートシール板を有していること、
(4)前記第1横シール部形成部および第2横シール部形成部の少なくとも一方は、一方の表面が金属よりも軟質の弾性材料からなり、他方が金属材料によって構成されてなる一対のヒートシールロールまたはヒートシール板からなり、該金属材料からなるヒートシールロールまたはヒートシール板の表面に、包装用フィルムの走行方向に対し垂直な方向に延在する溝加工が施されていること、
(5)前記金属よりも軟質の弾性材料が、2層以上の積層構造を有すること、
である。
また、この第2縦シール部形成部5もまた、一対のシールロールの他、一対のシール板を用いてもよい。
この場合には、第3縦シール部形成部によるヒートシール部の長さを適宜変更することで、製造する製品の縦方向長さ(製品ピッチ)に合わせて装置を取り替える必要がなく、製品ピッチの異なる各種の製品を同じ装置を使って製造することができる。
なお、包装体Wはいずれも、袋幅:54mm、袋ピッチ:50mm(上下横シール部:6mm×2を含む、内寸38mm)であり、被包装物として水を5g充填した。
各包装体Wについて、図6に示すように平坦な下面板15上に背貼り接合部(縦シール部4b)を中心として2つに折り畳んで載置するとともに、これを平坦な上面板16によって注出通路20内の易剥離シール部4aが剥離するまで押圧することにより開封強度を測定した。その結果を表1および2に示す。なお、評価基準は下記とした。

シリコンゴム:厚み3mm、硬度90度

設定温度:95℃
第1ヒートシールロールのロール間距離:調整あり
シール幅:2.4mm、1.0mm、0.5mm
第1ヒートシールロールの押圧力 :調整あり
上記において、ロール間距離がマイナスとなっているのは、金属ロールがゴムロールに食い込んだ状態を示している。
Claims (6)
- 原反ロールから繰り出し走行される包装用フィルムを、接着層もしくはシーラント層が対向するように中央部で折り返し、その側縁部分に、包装用フィルムの長手方向に連続的に縦シール部を形成して筒状とする縦シール手段と、
該筒状の包装用フィルム内に液状の被包装物を充填しながら、包装用フィルムの長手方向に直交する方向に、包装用フィルムの全幅にわたって延在する横シール部を、包装用フィルムの長手方向に間隔をおいて形成して包装体を形成する横シール手段と、
を備え、前記縦シール部上に易剥離シールされてなる注出通路を有する包装体を製造するための充填包装機において、
前記縦シール手段が、第1縦シール部形成部と第2縦シール部形成部とを有し、
該第1縦シール部形成部によって包装用フィルムの側縁部分に連続的に易剥離シール部を形成した後、該易剥離シール部上に、第2縦シール部形成部によって、一部にビン口形の非シール部分を有する縦シール部を形成し、
前記第1縦シール部形成部が、少なくとも一方の表面が金属よりも軟質の弾性材料によって形成されてなる一対のヒートシールロールまたはヒートシール板を有していることを特徴とする充填包装機。 - 前記第1縦シール部形成部は、一方の表面が金属よりも軟質の弾性材料からなり、他方が金属材料によって構成されてなる一対のヒートシールロールまたはヒートシール板からなり、金属材料からなる該ヒートシールロールまたはヒートシール板の表面が、研磨加工、ブラスト加工または孔加工されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の充填包装機。
- 前記第2縦シール部形成部が、ビン口形の切欠きを有するヒートシールバーが設けられた一対のヒートシールロールまたはヒートシール板からなり、前記縦シール手段が、前記第2縦シール部形成部の後方位置に、第2縦シール部形成部によって形成されたシール部間をヒートシールするための第3縦シール部形成部を有していることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の充填包装機。
- 前記縦シール部が背貼り接合部であると共に、
前記横シール手段が、第1横シール部形成部と第2横シール部形成部とを有し、
該第1横シール部形成部および第2横シール部形成部の少なくとも一方は、少なくとも背貼り接合部側の表面が金属よりも軟質の弾性材料によって形成されてなる一対のヒートシールロールまたはヒートシール板を有していることを特徴とする請求項1~3のいずれか1項に記載の充填包装機。 - 前記第1横シール部形成部および第2横シール部形成部の少なくとも一方は、一方の表面が金属よりも軟質の弾性材料からなり、他方が金属材料によって構成されてなる一対のヒートシールロールまたはヒートシール板からなり、該金属材料からなるヒートシールロールまたはヒートシール板の表面に、包装用フィルムの走行方向に対し垂直な方向に延在する溝加工が施されていることを特徴とする請求項4に記載の充填包装機。
- 前記金属よりも軟質の弾性材料が、2層以上の積層構造を有することを特徴とする請求項1~5のいずれか1項に記載の充填包装機。
