Abstract

【課題】被包装物の充填スペース内に充填包装された単一種類の液状被包装物の、包装袋からの注出を老若男女を問わず簡易に行うことができ、しかも、ハサミ等の道具の使用を不要とし、また切断片等の始末を不要にできるフレキシブルな合掌貼り包装袋およびそれの使用方法を提供する。
【解決手段】包装用積層フィルムのシーラント層どうしを、両側部分において合掌状に接合するとともに、底部もしくは頂部を接合させて、単一の被包装物充填スペース3を区画してなるフレキシブルなものであって、合掌状の接合部4の、延在方向の中間部に、被包装物の注出通路5を設けると共に、該注出通路5の少なくとも一部に、前記合掌状の接合部4に比して接合強度が相対的に低い易剥離部分7を設けてなる。

Description

この発明は、合掌貼り包装袋およびそれの使用方法に関するものであり、フレキシブルな包装袋に、液体、粘稠物等の、単一種類の、たとえば比較的少量の液状被包装物を充填包装してなる包装体から、包装袋に引裂き、切断等を施すことなしに、したがって、引裂き片、切断片等の発生なしに、液状被包装物を目的とする位置に簡易に注出させることができる技術を提案するものである。
スープ、調味料、油、お酒、ドレッシング等の液状物、練りからし、練りわさび等の粘稠物その他の液状被包装物をフレキシブルな包装袋に充填包装してなる包装体から、該液状被包装物を注出するに当たっては、特許文献1に開示されているように、被包装物の充填スペースを区画するヒートシールその他による接合部分の外縁に形成された、−ノッチ、Vノッチ、その他の引裂き誘導疵の位置から、手指の挟持によって包装袋のその接合部分を、少なくとも被包装物の充填スペースに達するまで引裂くこと、または包装袋の隅部をハサミ等によって切除することが従来から広く一般に行われている。

しかるに、包装袋の接合部分を手指でつまんで引裂くときは、多くの場合、包装袋の破袋強度との関連の下で、相当大きな力を必要とすることから、挟持力等の弱い子供や老人等には、その引裂きが甚だ困難であり、また挟持力を高めるべく、被包装物の充填スペースまで挟持した場合には、液状被包装物が意図しない個所に注出されるおそれが高いという問題があり、また、包装袋の隔部を切除するときは、ハサミ等の道具の使用が不可避になるという不便があり、しかも、発生した破断片等が食品等に混入しないように始末することが余儀なくされるという問題があった。
この発明は、従来技術が抱えるこのような問題点を解決することを課題とするものであり、それの目的とするところは、被包装物の充填スペース内に充填包装された単一種類の液状被包装物の、包装袋からの注出を老若男女を問わず簡易に行うことができ、しかも、ハサミ等の道具の使用を不要とし、また切断片等の始末を不要にできる、多くは方形の、フレキシブルな合掌貼り包装袋およびそれの使用方法を提供するにある。
この発明の合掌貼り包装袋は、包装用積層フィルムのシーラント層どうしを、両側部分において合掌状に接合するとともに、底部もしくは頂部を接合させて、単一の被包装物充填スペースを区画してなる、たとえば平面輪郭形状が方形をなす背貼りシール袋、三方シール袋等のフレキシブルな包装袋であり、合掌状の接合部の延在方向の中間部に、被包装物の注出通路を設けるとともに、該注出通路の少なくとも一部に、前記合掌状の接合部に比して接合強度が弱く、相対的に低い、注出通路を遮断してたとえば、被包装物充填スペースの区画に寄与する易剥離部部分を設けてなるものである。
このような包装袋において、好ましくは、前記合掌状の接合部を、背貼り接合部とする。また、前記注出通路の幅、すなわち合掌状の接合部の延在方向の幅を、被包装物充填スペースから離隔するにつれて次第に狭小にすることが好ましく、この一方で、注出通路の幅を、被包装物充填スペースから通路出口に到るまでの間で、すなわち注出通路の延在方向の全長にわたって一定とすることもできる。
前記易剥離部分は、注出通路の出口に隣接させて設けること、または注出通路の延在方向の全体にわたって設けることが好ましい。
また好ましくは、易剥離部分を、注出通路の延在方向の所要の複数個所に設ける。
そして、この発明の、包装袋の使用方法は、先に述べ状の接合部が背貼り接合部からなるいずれかの合掌貼り包装袋の、被包装物充填スペースに単一種類の液状被包装物を充填包装してなる包装体を、背貼り接合部を境として二つに山折りした状態で、被包装物充填スペースを厚み方向に押圧することで、前記易剥離部分を剥離させて液状被包装物を注出通路を経て注出するにある。
この発明の合掌貼り包装袋では、単一の被包装物充填スペース内に、一種類の液状被包装物を充填包装した包装体とし、被包装物充填スペースを厚み方向に押圧して、注出通路に設けた易剥離部分を剥離させることで、比較的小さな押圧力の作用の下で、液状被包装物を注出通路を経て所定の位置へ簡易に注出させることができる。
従って、この包装袋では、液状被包装物の注出に際して、包装袋を手指で挟持して引裂いたり、またハサミ等によって包装袋の隅部を切除したりすることが不要となり、老若男女を問わず、また切除片の発生なしに、被包装物を所期した通りの位置へ極めて容易に、かつ正確に注出することができる。
とくに、注出通路を設ける合掌状の接合部を、背貼り接合部とした場合には、該液状被包装物の注出に当たって、包装袋の背貼り接合部を境として二つに山折りし、包装体の厚みをほぼ2倍とした状態で、被包装物充填スペースを厚み方向に押圧して、注出通路に設けた易剥離部分を剥離させることで、比較的小さな押圧力の作用の下で、液状被包装物を注出通路を経て所定の位置へ簡易に注出させることができる。
ここで、注出通路の幅を、被包装物充填スペースから離隔するにつれて狭小にしたときは、液状被包装物の粘度が小さい場合にあっても、注出通路の出口を所要の方向に向けることで、該被包装物を所期したとおりの位置に正確に注出させることができる。
この一方で、注出通路の幅を、注出通路の延在方向の全長にわたって一定としたときは、とくに高粘度の液状被包装物の注出に当たり、山折り包装体に対する、被包装物充填スペースへの押圧力を小さくしても、易剥離部分を容易に剥離させて、該被包装物を所期した通りに注出させることができる。
また、易剥離部分を、注出通路の出口に隣接させて設けた場合は、被包装物充填スペースの容積を最大にすることができる。なおここで、易剥離部分を、注出通路の幅の狭小出口に隣接させて設けたときは、易剥離部分での破袋強度を高めて、液状被包装物の意図しない漏出のおそれをより十分に取り除くことができる。
そしてまた、易剥離部分を注出通路の延在方向の全体にわたって設けた場合は、注出通路の形態のいかんにかかわらず、易剥離部分での意図しない破袋を一層有効に防止することができる。
ところで、易剥離部分を、注出通路の延在方向の複数箇所に設けたときは、一以上のいずれかの易剥離部分での意図しない破袋が生じても、液状被包装物の漏出を、他の易剥離部分の作用下で効果的に防止することができる。
そしてさらに、この発明の、包装袋の使用方法では、包装袋それ自体について前述したように、注出通路を設ける合掌状の接合部が、背貼り接合部からなり、包装体を該背貼り接合部を境として山折りして、包装体の厚みをほぼ2倍とした状態で、被包装物充填スペースを押圧することにより、液状被包装物の注出に際して、包装袋の接合部分を手指で挟持して包装袋を引裂いたり、ハサミ等の道具によって包装袋の隅部を切除したりすることが不要となるので、挟持力等の小さい者であっても、切除片の発生なしに、液状被包装物を所期した通りの位置へ極めて簡易に、かつ正確に注出することができる。
この発明の合掌貼り包装袋の一実施形態を示す斜視図である。 図1に示す包装袋の単一の被包装物充填スペース内へ一種類の液状被包装物を充填包装してなる包装体を示す図である。 図1に示す包装袋の、合掌状の接合部および易剥離部分の形成例を示す斜視図である。 易剥離部分をも含めた合掌状の接合部の破袋強度の試験態様を例示する図である。 包装袋への、注出通路および易剥離部分の形成態様の変更例を、合掌貼り接合部分で山折りにして示す図である。 先細り注出通路への易剥離部分の形成態様の変更例を示す図5と同様の図である。
以下にこの発明の実施形態を図面に示すところに基づいて説明する。
図1に示す包装袋の実施形態において、フレキシブルな合掌貼り包装袋1は、二層以上の積層構造になる包装用積層フィルム2のシーラント層どうしを、両側部分においてヒートシール、インパルスシール、高周波ウエルダーシール、超音波シール、その他によって図に斜線を施して示すように合掌状に接合するとともに、液状被包装物の充填口部を除く、底部もしくは頂部、図では底部を、図に斜線を施して示すように接合して、単一の被包装物充填スペース3を区画することにより構成してなり、この合掌貼り包装袋1は、合掌状の接合部4を上面側、下面側等に位置させた平面視で、輪郭形状を方形とすることができる。以下、合掌状の接合部4が、背貼り接合部からなる場合を代表例として本願発明の実施の形態を詳述するが、合掌状の接合部4は、三方シール袋や四方シール袋の縦シール部分としてもよく、これらによっても同様の作用効果が期待できる。
ここでは、このような合掌貼り包装袋1の、合掌状の背貼り接合部4の延在方向の中間部に、図2(a)、(b)に斜視図で示すところから明らかなように、被包装物の一の注出通路5を設ける。
なお、図示の注出通路5は、被包装物充填スペース3から離隔するにつれて、背貼り接合部4の延在方向となる幅を次第に狭小にしているが、注出通路5の幅は、該充填スペース3から離隔するにつれて次第に広幅とすること、注出通路5の延在方向の全体にわたって一定幅とすることもできる。
ところで、注出通路5の出口6の開口幅は、注出通路5の形成態様のいかんにかかわらず、液状被包装物の粘度の小さいものほど小さくすることが、被包装物の注出方向の精度を高める上で好ましい。
ここで、図2(a)は、包装体を背貼り接合部側からみた斜視図を、図2(b)は、包装体を背貼り接合部4を境として二つに山折りした状態の斜視図をそれぞれ示し、そして図2(c)は、図2(b)の平面図を示す。
このような注出通路5の少なくとも一部、図2では被包装物充填スペース3側の端部に、背貼り接合部4に比して接合強度が相対的に低い、図にドットを施して示すような、通路5を横切る一条の易剥離部分7を設ける。
このような、フレキシブルな合掌貼り包装袋1は、たとえば上端開口から、被包装物充填スペース3内へ所定量の液状被包装物を充填するとともに、包装袋1の頂部を好ましくは抜気下で、図2に示すように接合させることで、被包装物を充填包装した包装体8とされる。
従って、この包装袋1は、液状被包装物の包装体8からの注出に当たり、被包装物充填スペース3を、図2(c)に矢印で示す方向に押圧することで、易剥離部分7の剥離作用の下で、先に述べた通りの作用効果をもたらすことができる。とくに、図2のように包装袋1が背貼りシール袋からなる場合には、背貼り接合部4を境として二つに山折りし、包装体8の厚みをほぼ2倍とした状態とすることができるため、本発明の合掌貼り包装袋1が三方シール袋等からなる場合よりも、注出通路5に設けた易剥離部分7を小さな押圧力の下で容易に剥離させ、液状被包装物を注出させることができる。
なおここで、図1に示したような合掌貼り包装袋1の合掌状の背貼り接合部4は、たとえば図3に示すように、筒状に形成した包装用積層フィルム2の両側部分で、被包装物充填スペース3とされる部分の際のシーラント層を、加熱温度および加圧力の少なくとも一方を相対的に小さくした一対のヒートシールローラ11によって合掌状にヒートシールして、易剥離部分7を包装用積層フィルム2の全長にわたって予め形成するとともに、易剥離部分7をも含むシーラント層の遊端側部分を、所要の形態の注出通路5部分を残して、一対のボックスモーションヒートシール刃12等をもって十分強固に合掌状に背貼り接合させて、所要の幅の背貼り接合部4とすることによって形成することができる。
そして、このようにして形成される背貼り接合部4の破袋強度は、たとえば、合掌貼り包装袋1内へ、一種類の液状被包装物を充填包装してなる、図2に示すような包装体8を、図4に斜視図で示すような姿勢で平坦な下面板13上に載置するとともに、該包装体8を平坦な上面板14により背貼り接合部4に破袋が生じるまで押圧することによって測定することができる。
ちなみに、15μmの二軸延伸ナイロンフィルムに、50μmの厚みの、シーラント層としての直鎖状低密度ポリエチレンを積層してなる包装用積層フィルムを幅55mm、長さ100mmの包装袋とし、被包装物充填スペースに4mlの水を充填包装した包装体の背貼り接合部の幅を10mmとした場合、背貼り接合部に注出通路も易剥離部分も設けない従来の包装体の破袋強度は6337Nであったのに対し、図2に示すように注出通路5の、被包装物充填スペース3側の端部に、2mm幅の易剥離部分7を設けるとともに、注出通路5の幅を、被包装物充填スペース3側での5mmから、注出通路出口6での2mmまで漸減させた、この発明に係る包装体8の破袋強度は5077Nであった。
これによれば、この発明に係る包装体8の破袋強度の低下率は約20%であって、この発明の合掌貼り包装袋1からなる包装体8は、所要の破袋強度を十分に発揮することができ、包装体8の保管、運搬等に際する、包装袋の意図しない破袋を有効に防止し得ることが解かる。
包装袋の変更例を示す図5において、図5(a)に示すものは、注出通路5の幅を、被包装物充填スペース3から離隔するにつれて次第に狭小にするとともに、易剥離部分7を注出通路5の全長にわたって形成したものである。また、図5(b)、(c)、(d)に示すものは、注出通路5の幅を、該通路5の延在方向の全長にわたって一定とし、そして、図5(b)、(c)に示すところでは、注出通路5の全体を易剥離部分7とし、また図5(d)に示すところでは、注出通路5の延在長さの、前記充填スペース3側の半部分を易剥離部分7としたものである。
ここで、図5(c)に示すものは、注出通路5の延在長さを、図5(b)に示すものの約1/2としている。
図5に示すこのような変更例によっても、包装体からの液状被包装物の注出に際する、被包装物充填スペース3の押圧による、易剥離部分7の剥離に基づいて、先に述べたと同様の、所期した通りの効果を実現することができる。
易剥離部分7の変更例を示す図6は、被包装物充填スペース3から離隔するにつれて幅が次第に狭小になる注出通路5を設けたものであり、図6(a)に示すものは、かかる注出通路5の出口6に隣接させて易剥離部分7を形成したものである。これによれば、被包装物充填スペース3の容積を大きくすることができる。
また、図6(b)、(c)に示すものは、注出通路5の延在方向の所要の複数箇所、図では二個所に、相互に間隔をおいて位置して、注出通路5を遮断する二条の易剥離部分7を設けたものであり、それらの易剥離部分7の配設位置を、図6(b)に示すところでは、被包装物充填スペース3側の通路端部および注出通路5の延在方向の中間部とし、図6(c)に示すところでは、注出通路5の、被包装物充填スペース3側の端部および出口側の端部のそれぞれとしている。
これによれば、いずれか一方の易剥離部分7に不測の剥離が生じることがあっても、他方の易剥離部分7によって液状被包装物の漏出を有効に阻止することができる。
そして、図6に示すこれらの変更例によってもまた、易剥離部分7の作為的な剥離に基づき、合掌貼り包装袋1について前述したと同様の効果をもたらすことができ、このことは、包装袋1に液状被包装物を充填包装してなる包装体8についても同様である。

Claims (8)

  1. 包装用積層フィルムのシーラント層どうしを、両側部分において合掌状に接合するとともに、底部もしくは頂部を接合させて、単一の被包装物充填スペースを区画してなるフレキシブルな合掌貼り包装袋であって、
    合掌状の接合部の、延在方向の中間部に、被包装物の注出通路を設けると共に、該注出通路の少なくとも一部に、前記合掌状の接合部に比して接合強度が相対的に低い易剥離部分を設けてなる合掌貼り包装袋。
  2. 前記合掌状の接合部を、背貼り接合部としてなる請求項1に記載の合掌貼り包装袋。
  3. 前記注出通路の幅を、被包装物充填スペースから離隔するにつれて次第に狭小にしてなる請求項1または2に記載の合掌貼り包装袋。
  4. 前記注出通路の幅を、該注出通路の延在方向の全体にわたって一定としてなる請求項1または2に記載の合掌貼り包装袋。
  5. 前記易剥離部分を、注出通路の出口に隣接させて設けてなる請求項1〜4のいずれかに記載の合掌貼り包装袋。
  6. 前記易剥離部分を、注出通路の全体にわたって設けてなる請求項1〜4のいずれかに記載の合掌貼り包装袋。
  7. 前記易剥離部分を、注出通路の延在方向の所要の複数箇所に設けてなる請求項1〜4のいずれかに記載の合掌貼り包装袋。
  8. 請求項2〜7のいずれかに記載の合掌貼り包装袋の被包装物充填スペースに単一種類の液状被包装物を充填包装してなる包装体を、背貼り接合部を境として二つに山折りした状態で、被包装物充填スペースを厚み方向に押圧することで、前記易剥離部分を剥離させて液状被包装物を注出通路を経て注出する包装袋の使用方法。
