Claims (3)
- 내부에 에어 이동로가 형성되며, 전방에 원형 공기토출구(11)가 마련된 덕트하우징(10)과;상기 덕트하우징(10)의 내부에 구형 결합되어 각 방향으로 회전이 자유롭게 설치되는 노즐하우징(20)과;상기 노즐하우징(20)의 후방에서 접속기어(31)가 구비된 반원 형상을 갖는 한 쌍의 가림판이 회전가능하게 조립 설치되어 노즐하우징(20)의 후방을 개폐하는 댐퍼(30)와;상기 노즐하우징(20)의 전방에 고정 결합되고, 내부에 지지대(41)가 교차 형성되며, 상기 지지대(41)의 교차된 중앙부에 결합구멍(42a)을 갖는 고정대(42)가 구비되고, 이 고정대(42)의 후방에 핀삽입홀(43)이 성형된 노즐(40)과;상기 노즐(40)의 지지대(41) 후방에 위치하며, 상부 고정핀(51a)이 노즐하우징(20) 전면에 조립되고, 하부 고정핀(51b)이 노즐(40)의 핀삽입홀(43)에 조립되어 회전 가능하며, 하부 고정핀(51b)의 후방에 위치한 가이드핀(52)이 상기 노즐(40)의 고정대(42) 후방을 통과해 조립된 수 개의 날개판(50)과;상기 노즐(40)의 결합구멍(42a)에 삽입되며, 후방에 성형된 곡선 형상의 가이드홈(61)에 날개판(50)의 가이드핀(52)이 끼워지는 고정노브(60)와;상기 고정노브(60)의 후방에 위치하며, 댐퍼(30)의 접속기어(31)와 맞물리는 작동기어(71)가 형성된 노브기어(70)와;상기 고정노브(60) 전방에서 관통해 후방의 노브기어(70)와 일체 조립되어 노즐(40)과 댐퍼(30)를 동작시키는 다이얼노브(80)로 구성됨을 특징으로 한 자동차의 에어벤트.
- 청구항 1에 있어서, 다이얼노브(80)의 누름작동으로 고정노브(60)가 이동되면서 날개판(50)의 가이드핀(52)이 고정노브(60)의 가이드홈(61)을 따라 이동하여, 상,하부 고정핀(51a,51b)으로 노즐하우징(20)과 노즐(40) 사이에 조립된 날개판(50)이 상기 가이드핀(52)의 이동거리만큼 고정핀을 기준으로 횡방향 회전됨을 특징으로 한 자동차의 에어벤트.
- 청구항 1에 있어서, 고정노브(60)와 다이얼 노브(80)는 체결 고정되어, 다이얼노브(80)와 고정노브(60)의 누름과 복귀 이동이 가능함을 특징으로 한 자동차의 에어벤트.
