- 岸壁等に取り付けられる防舷材(10、20、30、40、80、90)であって、
船舶の接舷時の衝撃を和らげるための緩衝部(12)と、
前記緩衝部を岸壁等に取り付けるための岸壁固定部(14a、14b、24、24a、24b、44a、44b、84a、84b、94)とを備え、
前記岸壁固定部は、鉄材料よりも高い防錆性を有する固定部材(18a、18b、28、28a、28b、48a、48b、88a、88b、98)を含む、防舷材。 - 前記固定部材は、鉄材料より比重が小さい材料により構成される、請求項1記載の防舷材。
- 前記緩衝部は、ゴム材料により構成され、

前記岸壁固定部において、設置場所となる岸壁等における取付ボルトに対応する位置に貫通孔を、前記固定部材を貫通するように設ける工程と、
前記取付ボルトを用いて前記岸壁固定部を前記貫通孔を介して岸壁に取り付ける工程とを含む、防舷材の取付方法。 - 船舶の接舷時の衝撃を和らげるための緩衝部と、前記緩衝部を岸壁等に取り付けるためのものであって鉄材料よりも高い防錆性を有する固定部材(68a、68b)を含む岸壁固定部(64a、64b)とを備える防舷材(60A)の製造方法であって、
前記緩衝部に相当する部材(62)を岸壁固定部に相当する部材(64R、64L)に接続して、長手方向に延び短手方向の断面が同一形状になるような防舷材素材(60)を準備する工程と、
前記防舷材素材を、前記長手方向に対して所定の長さで、前記長手方向に交差する方向に切断する工程と、
前記岸壁固定部において、設置場所となる岸壁等における取付ボルトに対応する位置に貫通孔を、前記固定部材を貫通するように設ける工程とを含む、防舷材の製造方法。
