Further, the front surface 54Fs of the inner plate 54 is subjected to a glossy plating process. This is to increase the reflectance of light.
- the illumination lamp 55 is a so-called LED light emitting diode. LED light emitting diodes emit light using the electroluminescence effect.
- the LED light-emitting diode is characterized by being bright and excellent in durability.
- a total of 18 illumination lamps 55 are arranged along the contour on the inner end side of the low beam lamp lens 53. These illumination lamps 55 are housed inside the highlight unit 551.
- the highlight unit 551 includes a mount 552 and a cover 553. Since the cover 553 reflects the light of the LED light emitting diodes irregularly, the cover 553 appears to emit light uniformly (appears to emit surface light). However, the cover 553 may be omitted.
- the illumination lamp 55 highlights a region along the outline of the low beam lamp lens 53. That is, the illumination lamp 55 shines a certain range along the contour of the low beam lamp lens 53 in a line shape. “Like a line” includes a case where a light curve is drawn by surface emission of the cover 553 and a case where a light curve is drawn by light emission of the illumination lamps 55 arranged continuously.
- the tractor 1 provided with such a headlight device 3 can emphasize a long vertical contour of the low beam lamp lens 53 (see FIG. 16). Therefore, the present tractor 1 can give a strong impression to a third party and improve visibility.
- the illumination lamp 55 is turned on when the work lamp 161 is turned on and turned off when the work lamp 161 is turned off.
- the work lamp 161 illuminates the front of the bonnet 2 and its surroundings when performing work.
- the work lamp 161 is disposed in the cabin 16 (see FIGS. 1, 2, and 3).
- the appearance of the low beam lamp lens 5 in the tractor 1 including the headlight device 3 changes depending on the driving situation. Therefore, the present tractor 1 can give a strong impression to a third party and improve visibility.
- the above is the description of the high beam unit 4 and the low beam unit 5 constituting the headlight device 3.
- the high beam unit 4 and the low beam unit 5 are connected to each other via a bracket 6 (see FIG. 17).
- the tractor 1 provided with such a headlight device 3, one high beam unit 4 and one low beam unit 5 can be integrated. Therefore, the tractor 1 can simplify the assembly process and improve production efficiency.
- the bracket 6 is composed of a first bracket 6a and a second bracket 6b.
- the first bracket 6 a protrudes upward from the low beam lamp housing 52 and is connected to the high beam unit 4.
- the second bracket 6 b projects from the low beam lamp housing 52 to the inner end side and is connected to the high beam unit 4. Since the first bracket 6a and the second bracket 6b are appropriately separated from each other, rattling can be suppressed.
- headlight devices 3S and 3T according to other embodiments will be described.
- FIG. 18 shows a headlight device 3S according to the second embodiment.
- FIG. 19 shows a headlight device 3T according to the third embodiment. Each figure shows the headlight device 3 according to the first embodiment for comparison.
- a plurality of illumination lamps 55 are arranged along the contour on the inner end side and the contour on the lower end side of the low beam lamp lens 53. Therefore, these illumination lamps 55 highlight a region along the inner end side and lower end side contours of the low beam lamp lens 53. That is, the illumination lamp 55 shines a certain range along the contours of the inner end side and the lower end side of the low beam lamp lens 53 in a line shape.
- the tractor 1 provided with such a headlight device 3S can emphasize the vertically long contour of the low beam lamp lens 53.
- the design emphasizes an acute angle, a sharp impression is brought about. Therefore, the present tractor 1 can give a strong impression to a third party and improve visibility.
- the low beam unit 5 of the headlight device 3T is arranged such that a plurality of illumination lamps 55 occupy the upper half of the low beam lamp lens 53. Therefore, these illumination lamps 55 highlight the upper half of the low beam lamp lens 53. That is, the illumination lamp 55 shines in a range that occupies the upper half of the low beam lamp lens 53.
- the tractor 1 provided with such a headlight device 3T can emphasize a long outline of the low beam lamp lens 53 in the vertical direction. Moreover, since it becomes the design which emphasized the area of the light emission part, a luxurious impression is brought about. Therefore, the present tractor 1 can give a strong impression to a third party and improve visibility.
- the present invention can be used in the technology of a tractor headlight device.
