h、 丝光工艺: 调制碱液, 其中烧碱 26〜28份, 丝光油 3 g. L-1 , 控制碱液温度 15〜18°C, 将织物放入碱液中 45〜60min进行丝光处理, 控制三槽水洗温度 6(T70°C, 车速 1广 15m/min, 同 时确保轧液率为 140%;
i、 拉幅定型工艺: 将织物送入拉幅定型机中进行拉幅定型, 控制拉幅温度: 90-110°C, 且定型时根据手感的加入柔软剂;
j、 预缩工艺: 为防止面料水洗后缩水, 必须经过预缩处理, 缩水率控制在 3%以内, k、 检验工艺: 由检验员逐米进行目视检查以发现和处理不良品。
