Abstract
本发明公开了一种吸湿床单的生产工艺,采用经纱和纬纱2:3平纹织造而成,所述经纱为高吸水中空涤纶纤维与棉纤维以2:1混纺,所述纬纱为莱卡纤维,生产工艺包括步骤:织造工艺,烧毛工艺,退浆工艺,氧漂工艺,染色工艺,皂洗工艺,丝光工艺,拉幅定型工艺,预缩工艺及检验工艺。本发明所揭示的吸湿床单的生产工艺,具有吸水,快干,透气,透湿性,耐酸碱,耐汗,耐干洗及耐磨,提高了使用寿命。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种面料及生产工艺,尤其涉及一种吸湿床单的生产工艺及其生产工艺。
背景技术
目前的市场上家纺产品很多,最近几年家纺行业在国内出现了爆发式的增长,虽然目前床品在功能性上有所提升,但在吸湿这一块还有待研究。
发明内容
发明目的:本发明主要提供一种吸湿床单的生产工艺。
技术方案:一种吸湿床单的生产工艺的生产工艺,具体包括以下步骤:
a、织造工艺:将高吸水中空涤纶纤维与棉纤维混纺作为经纱,将莱卡纤维作为纬纱,且经纱与纬纱以2:3平纹织造;
b、烧毛工艺:将步骤a中织造完成的布料进行烧毛,控制布速110m/min,织物与还原焰距离1~1.2cm,织物与铜板距离0.5~0.8cm,织物与圆筒距离5~7cm,且控制烧毛级别为5级;
c、退浆工艺:将步骤b中烧毛完成的织物浸入热水内1~2min,然后取出再浸渍酶液,固定轧酶温度70℃,然后取出进行保温堆置2h,控制固定堆置温度为55℃,PH为7,NaCL5g/L,JFC1g/L,浴比为1:20;
d、氧漂工艺:将步骤c退浆完成的织物进行氧漂处理,其中用碱20-30kg.t -1,用氧12-15kg.t -1,且控制氧压1.0mpa,氧漂温度95~110℃,氧漂时间40~60min;
e、染色工艺:采用高温一浴一步法,具体工艺处方/% (owf)
活性染料 X
分散染料 Y
元明粉 30~60/g.L-1
碳酸钠 0~12/g·L-1
浴比 1: 25
PH值 7~9.5;
f、皂洗工艺:采用表面活性剂 2~3.5g/L进行皂洗;
g、丝光工艺:将织物放入碱液中45~60min进行丝光处理,控制三槽水洗温度60~70℃,车速11~15m/min,同时确保轧液率为140%;
h、拉幅定型工艺:将织物送入拉幅定型机中进行拉幅定型,控制拉幅温度:90-110℃ ,且定型时根据手感加入柔软剂;
i、预缩工艺:为防止面料水洗后缩水,必须经过预缩处理,缩水率控制在3%以内;
j、检验工艺:由检验员逐米进行目视检查以发现和处理不良品。
有益效果:本发明所揭示的吸湿床单的生产工艺,其经纱采用高吸水中空涤纶纤维和棉纤维混纺,高吸水中空涤纶纤维具有中空截面,且表面具有内外贯通的孔,因而具有良好的吸水,快干,透气及透湿性,棉纤维同样具备优良的吸湿透气性能,纬纱采用莱卡纤维,因而具有耐酸碱,耐汗,耐干洗及耐磨,提高了使用寿命。
具体实施方式
下面结合具体实施例对本发明进行详细阐述。
本发明所揭示的一种吸湿床单的生产工艺,具体包括如下步骤:
a、织造工艺:将高吸水中空涤纶纤维与棉纤维混纺作为经纱,将莱卡纤维作为纬纱,且经纱与纬纱以2:3平纹织造;
b、烧毛工艺:将步骤a中织造完成的布料进行烧毛,控制布速110m/min,织物与还原焰距离1~1.2cm,织物与铜板距离0.5~0.8cm,织物与圆筒距离5~7cm,且控制烧毛级别为5级;
c、退浆工艺:将步骤b中烧毛完成的织物浸入热水内1~2min,然后取出再浸渍酶液,固定轧酶温度70℃,然后取出进行保温堆置2h,控制固定堆置温度为55℃,PH为7,NaCL5g/L,JFC1g/L,浴比为1:20;
d、氧漂工艺:将步骤c退浆完成的织物进行氧漂处理,其中用碱20-30kg.t -1,用氧12-15kg.t -1,且控制氧压1.0mpa,氧漂温度95~110℃,氧漂时间40~60min;

Claims (1)
1.一种吸湿床单的生产工艺,其特征在于具体包括以下步骤:
a、织造工艺:将高吸水中空涤纶纤维与棉纤维以2:1混纺作为经纱,将莱卡纤维作为纬纱,且经纱与纬纱以2:3平纹织造;
b、烧毛工艺:将步骤a中织造完成的布料进行烧毛,控制布速110m/min,织物与还原焰距离1~1.2cm,织物与铜板距离0.5~0.8cm,织物与圆筒距离5~7cm,且控制烧毛级别为5级;
c、退浆工艺:将步骤b中烧毛完成的织物浸入热水内1~2min,然后取出再浸渍酶液,固定轧酶温度70℃,然后取出进行保温堆置2h,控制固定堆置温度为55℃,PH为7,NaCL5g/L,JFC1g/L,浴比为1:20;
