背景技术
随着科学技术的不断提高,在现代战争中许多军事目标常采用伪装隐蔽技术,以对抗敌方各种不同电子侦察与打击。迷彩服若采用带红外线的侦察设备,将很容易暴露目标,因此需要对迷彩服进行防红外伪装效果处理。且各国对军队服装的要求就越来越高,不但要求具有防红外线功能,还要求具有抗菌的卫生安全功能,以及环保等,防红外线迷彩面料也在逐步向尼龙棉等纤维发展。目前国内防红外面料多为具有防红外性能的荒漠、林地、丛林等涤棉、涤维面产品,其波长范围小,制作需要的工艺复杂,功能单一,且还需要一些特殊调节剂,从而导致生产工序长、复杂,成本高,色相一致性差。当赋予面料多种功能时,也会出现部分性能相互抵触和消减。因此,急需一种能够解决上述问题的迷彩面料的制备方法。
发明内容
针对现有技术中的上述不足,本发明提供了一种尼龙棉防红外迷彩面料及其制备方法,生产工序较短,能够快速制得迷彩面料,有效解决了现有技术中色相一致性差、功能单一、成本较高和面料功能相互抵触消减等问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:提供一种尼龙棉防红外迷彩面料的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)原布缝头,然后浸轧冷堆工作液,车速40±2m/min,开车前带液率60-62%,打卷后用塑料薄膜封严,常温下堆置18-30h,得冷堆尼龙棉织物;冷堆工作液包括以下组分:烧碱35-45g/L、精炼剂1-3g/L和速练剂2-4g/L;
(2)将步骤(1)所得冷堆尼龙棉织物采用二紧二轧浸轧练漂工作液40-60min,车速60±5m/min,带液率80-90%,得练漂尼龙棉织物;练漂工作液包括以下组分:精练剂HB1011-3g/L、氢氧化钠3-8g/L和双氧水5-7g/L;
(3)将步骤(2)所得练漂尼龙棉织物采用一正一反或两正一反方式烧毛,车速90-95m/min,得烧毛尼龙棉织物;
(4)将步骤(3)所得烧毛尼龙棉织物在浓碱中进行丝光处理,车速50±5m/min,水洗温度90-95℃,得丝光尼龙棉织物;
(5)将步骤(4)所得丝光尼龙棉织物在175-180℃温度下定型,车速90-95m/min,然后打卷至无压痕,落布温度低于45℃,得定型尼龙棉织物;
(6)将步骤(5)所得定型尼龙棉织物浸轧染底液,车速40±5m/min,烘干,得染色尼龙棉织物;
(7)将步骤(6)所得染色尼龙棉织物在印色花浆中进行印花处理,车速50±5m/min,烘干温度145±5℃,得印花尼龙棉织物;
(8)将步骤(7)所得印花尼龙棉织物在160-165℃温度下烘焙1-3min,车速50-55m/min,得烘焙尼龙棉织物;
(9)将步骤(8)所得烘焙尼龙棉织物浸轧还原工作液,然后浸轧皂洗液,水洗,车速50±5m/min,还原温度120-130℃,皂洗温度90-98℃,水洗温度90℃,得皂洗尼龙棉织物;还原工作液包括以下组分:烧碱600-800g/L、保险粉80-120g/L、保险粉促进剂12-17g/L、水200-400g/L和淀粉10-20g/L;
(10)将步骤(9)所得皂洗尼龙棉织物在100-110℃浸轧抗菌剂,车速40±5m/min,得抗菌尼龙棉织物;

综上所述,本发明具有以下优点:
1、本发明的生产工序较短,流程简单,能够快速制得波长为400-1200纳米的尼龙棉防红外迷彩面料,防红外反射率稳定,成本较低,色相一致性好,同时以环保染料和涂料为主,不造成环境污染,有效解决了现有技术中色相一致性差、功能单一、成本较高和面料功能相互抵触消减等问题。
2、将染底液和印花色浆中的不同染料与涂料的配合使用,从而使得面料能够最大程度上控制其反射率,从而起到防红外检测的作用;选择以环保、牢度好的染料、涂料配合达到尼龙棉织物的上色效果好,红外线反射率在黑色20-35%、棕色30-45%、兰色45-60%以及绿色35-60%,提高和改善了防红外迷彩面料的功能持久性和服用性。在抗菌处理时加入了环保型抗菌剂SCJ-2000,使织物在具有防红外线功能的同时具有抗菌效果。
3、通过在染底和印花步骤中加入特定含量的涂料对尼龙棉迷彩织物进行防红外检测整理以及经过抗菌整理,实现同一纺织面料上赋予多种功能的功效,改变了以前纺织面料上只能进行单一性的功能整理、缺陷较多和服用性能差的问题,实现了迷彩面料从单一性到多功能性的转变,解决了面料的多功能复合处理中部分性能相互抵触和消减的问题。
具体实施方式
实施例1
一种尼龙棉防红外迷彩面料,其制备方法包括以下步骤:
(1)N/C 160*10 115*55:原布缝头,然后浸轧冷堆工作液,车速40±2m/min,开车前带液率60%,打卷后用塑料薄膜封严,常温下堆置24h,得冷堆尼龙棉织物;冷堆工作液包括以下组分:烧碱40g/L、精炼剂2g/L和速练剂3g/L;
(2)将步骤(1)所得冷堆尼龙棉织物采用二紧二轧浸轧练漂工作液50min,车速60±5m/min,带液率80%,得练漂尼龙棉织物;练漂工作液包括以下组分:精练剂HB101 2g/L、氢氧化钠5g/L和双氧水6g/L;
(3)将步骤(2)所得练漂尼龙棉织物采用一正一反或两正一反方式烧毛,车速90m/min,得烧毛尼龙棉织物;
(4)将步骤(3)所得烧毛尼龙棉织物在浓碱中进行丝光处理,车速50±5m/min,水洗温度90℃,得丝光尼龙棉织物;
(5)将步骤(4)所得丝光尼龙棉织物在175℃温度下定型,车速90m/min,然后打卷至无压痕,落布温度低于45℃,得定型尼龙棉织物;
(6)将步骤(5)所得定型尼龙棉织物浸轧染底液,车速40±5m/min,烘干,得染色尼龙棉织物;染底液包括以下组分:还原黄G 0.7g/L、还原红6B 0.2g/L、还原兰0.15g/L、涂料黑K-FBB 0.02g/L、网粘ST-305 20g/L和增稠剂60g/L;
(7)将步骤(6)所得染色尼龙棉织物在印色花浆中进行印花处理,车速50±5m/min,烘干温度145±5℃,得印花尼龙棉织物;
印色花浆包括:黑:还原黑GM:3.12kg、还原棕BR:3.5kg、还原黄3RT:0.42kg、还原红6B:0.454kg、还原棕RN:1.54kg、涂料黑K-FBB:0.2kg、网粘ST305E:15kg、10%海藻糊:10kg、增稠剂DM5262F:7.4kg,剩余加水配置100kg;
深兰:还原蓝NBS:2.346kg、还原黄3RT:0.814kg、还原红6B:0.876kg、涂料兰T-P:0.46kg、涂料黄T-G:0.18kg、涂料黑K-FBB:0.085kg、网粘ST305E:15kg、10%海藻糊:10kg、增稠剂DM5262F:5.1kg,剩余加水配置100kg;
红兰:还原蓝NBS:1.764kg、还原黄3RT:0.54kg、还原红6B:0.575kg、涂料兰T-P:0.225kg、涂料黑K-FBB:0.065kg、网粘ST305E:15kg、10%海藻糊:10kg、增稠剂DM5262F:4.7kg,剩余加水配置100kg;
灰兰:还原兰CLF:1.44kg、还原黄3RT:0.3kg、还原红FBB:0.47kg、涂料黑K-FBB:0.04kg、网粘ST305E:10kg、10%海藻糊:10kg、增稠剂DM5262F:4.4kg,剩余加水配置100kg;
浅兰:还原蓝CLF:1.56kg、还原红6B:0.1kg、还原黄3RT:0.02kg、涂料黑K-FBB:0.032kg、网粘ST305E:5kg、10%海藻糊:10kg、增稠剂DM5262F:4.2kg,剩余加水配置100kg;
(8)将步骤(7)所得印花尼龙棉织物在160℃温度下烘焙2min,车速50m/min,得烘焙尼龙棉织物;
(9)将步骤(8)所得烘焙尼龙棉织物浸轧还原工作液,然后浸轧皂洗液,水洗,车速50±5m/min,还原温度120℃,皂洗温度90℃,水洗温度90℃,得皂洗尼龙棉织物;还原工作液包括以下组分:烧碱700g/L、保险粉100g/L、保险粉促进剂15g/L、水300g/L和淀粉15g/L;皂洗液包括以下组分:退浆精炼剂AWR 3g/L、烧碱20g/L和螯合剂0.5g/L;
(10)将步骤(9)所得皂洗尼龙棉织物在100-110℃浸轧抗菌剂SCJ-2000,车速40±5m/min,得抗菌尼龙棉织物;
(11)将步骤(10)所得抗菌尼龙棉织物在180℃温度下拉幅,车速30m/min,然后预缩,车速40±5m/min,得尼龙棉防红外迷彩面料。
并将本实施例所得尼龙棉防红外迷彩面料在不同波段下测其性能,其结果见表1。

(1)N50/C50 40/2*16/100*55 68″格子:原布缝头,然后浸轧冷堆工作液,车速40±2m/min,开车前带液率61%,打卷后用塑料薄膜封严,常温下堆置24h,得冷堆尼龙棉织物;冷堆工作液包括以下组分:烧碱40g/L、精炼剂2g/L和速练剂3g/L;
(2)将步骤(1)所得冷堆尼龙棉织物采用二紧二轧浸轧练漂工作液50min,车速60±5m/min,带液率85%,得练漂尼龙棉织物;练漂工作液包括以下组分:精练剂HB101 2g/L、氢氧化钠5g/L和双氧水6g/L;
(3)将步骤(2)所得练漂尼龙棉织物采用一正一反或两正一反方式烧毛,车速93m/min,得烧毛尼龙棉织物;
(4)将步骤(3)所得烧毛尼龙棉织物在浓碱中进行丝光处理,车速50±5m/min,水洗温度93℃,得丝光尼龙棉织物;
(5)将步骤(4)所得丝光尼龙棉织物在178℃温度下定型,车速93m/min,然后打卷至无压痕,落布温度低于45℃,得定型尼龙棉织物;

(7)将步骤(6)所得染色尼龙棉织物在印色花浆中进行印花处理,车速50±5m/min,烘干温度145±5℃,得印花尼龙棉织物;
印色花浆包括:棕:还原棕G:6.96kg、还原兰CLF:1.379kg、还原红FBB:1.256kg、还原黄G:0.91kg、涂料黑K-FBB:0.17kg、网粘ST-305E:10kg、10%海藻糊:10kg、增稠剂DM5262F:7.6kg,剩余加水配置成100kg;
深绿:还原兰CLF:3.63kg、还原黄G:5.36kg、还原黄F-3G:1.37kg、还原深兰VB:0.45kg、还原红FBB:0.2kg、涂料黑K-FBB:0.195kg、网粘ST-305E:10kg、10%海藻糊:10kg、增稠剂DM5262F:7.1kg,剩余加水配置成100kg;
亮绿:还原艳绿FFB:0.83kg、还原黄G:5.1kg、还原兰CLF:0.744kg、还原黄F-3G:8.4kg、还原蓝RSN:0.172kg、尿素:5kg、10%海藻糊:10kg、增稠剂DM5262F:8.3kg,剩余加水配置成100kg;

(9)将步骤(8)所得烘焙尼龙棉织物浸轧还原工作液,然后浸轧皂洗液,水洗,车速50±5m/min,还原温度125℃,皂洗温度95℃,水洗温度90℃,得皂洗尼龙棉织物;还原工作液包括以下组分:烧碱700g/L、保险粉100g/L、保险粉促进剂15g/L、水300g/L和淀粉15g/L;皂洗液包括以下组分:退浆精炼剂AWR 3g/L、烧碱20g/L和螯合剂0.5g/L;
(10)将步骤(9)所得皂洗尼龙棉织物在105℃浸轧抗菌剂SCJ-2000,车速40±5m/min,得抗菌尼龙棉织物;
(11)将步骤(10)所得抗菌尼龙棉织物在183℃温度下拉幅,车速33m/min,然后预缩,车速40±5m/min,得尼龙棉防红外迷彩面料。
并将本实施例所得尼龙棉防红外迷彩面料在不同波段下测其性能,其结果见表2。

(1)N50/C50 16*16/76*48 68″两粒格本白:原布缝头,然后浸轧冷堆工作液,车速40±2m/min,开车前带液率62%,打卷后用塑料薄膜封严,常温下堆置18-30h,得冷堆尼龙棉织物;冷堆工作液包括以下组分:烧碱40g/L、精炼剂2g/L和速练剂3g/L;
(2)将步骤(1)所得冷堆尼龙棉织物采用二紧二轧浸轧练漂工作液50min,车速60±5m/min,带液率90%,得练漂尼龙棉织物;练漂工作液包括以下组分:精练剂HB101 2g/L、氢氧化钠5g/L和双氧水6g/L;
(3)将步骤(2)所得练漂尼龙棉织物采用一正一反或两正一反方式烧毛,车速90-95m/min,得烧毛尼龙棉织物;
(4)将步骤(3)所得烧毛尼龙棉织物在浓碱中进行丝光处理,车速50±5m/min,水洗温度95℃,得丝光尼龙棉织物;
(5)将步骤(4)所得丝光尼龙棉织物在180℃温度下定型,车速95m/min,然后打卷至无压痕,落布温度低于45℃,得定型尼龙棉织物;
(6)将步骤(5)所得定型尼龙棉织物浸轧染底液,车速40±5m/min,烘干,得染色尼龙棉织物;染底液包括以下组分:还原艳绿0.2g/L、还原黄G 0.1g/L、还原红FBB 0.02g/L、涂料黑K-FBB 0.01g/L、网粘ST-305 5g/L和增稠剂60g/L;
(7)将步骤(6)所得染色尼龙棉织物在印色花浆中进行印花处理,车速50±5m/min,烘干温度145±5℃,得印花尼龙棉织物;
印色花浆包括:棕:还原兰CLF:0.817kg、还原红FBB:2.28kg、还原黄G:2.28kg、还原艳绿FFB:0.661kg、涂料黑K-FBB:0.132kg、A浆:3kg、网粘ST-305E:10kg、10%海藻糊:10kg、增稠剂DM5262F:7.0kg,剩余加水配置成100kg;

(9)将步骤(8)所得烘焙尼龙棉织物浸轧还原工作液,然后浸轧皂洗液,水洗,车速50±5m/min,还原温度130℃,皂洗温度98℃,水洗温度90℃,得皂洗尼龙棉织物;还原工作液包括以下组分:烧碱700g/L、保险粉100g/L、保险粉促进剂15g/L、水300g/L和淀粉15g/L;皂洗液包括以下组分:退浆精炼剂AWR 3g/L、烧碱20g/L和螯合剂0.5g/L;
(10)将步骤(9)所得皂洗尼龙棉织物在110℃浸轧抗菌剂SCJ-2000,车速40±5m/min,得抗菌尼龙棉织物;
(11)将步骤(10)所得抗菌尼龙棉织物在185℃温度下拉幅,车速35m/min,然后预缩,车速40±5m/min,得尼龙棉防红外迷彩面料。
并将本实施例所得尼龙棉防红外迷彩面料在不同波段下测其性能,其结果见表3。

Claims (10)

1.一种尼龙棉防红外迷彩面料的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
(1)原布缝头,然后浸轧冷堆工作液,车速40±2m/min,开车前带液率60-62%,打卷后用塑料薄膜封严,常温下堆置18-30h,得冷堆尼龙棉织物;所述冷堆工作液包括以下组分:烧碱35-45g/L、精炼剂1-3g/L和速练剂2-4g/L;
(2)将步骤(1)所得冷堆尼龙棉织物采用二紧二轧浸轧练漂工作液40-60min,车速60±5m/min,带液率80-90%,得练漂尼龙棉织物;所述练漂工作液包括以下组分:精练剂HB1011-3g/L、氢氧化钠3-8g/L和双氧水5-7g/L;
(3)将步骤(2)所得练漂尼龙棉织物采用一正一反或两正一反方式烧毛,车速90-95m/min,得烧毛尼龙棉织物;
(4)将步骤(3)所得烧毛尼龙棉织物在浓碱中进行丝光处理,车速50±5m/min,水洗温度90-95℃,得丝光尼龙棉织物;
(5)将步骤(4)所得丝光尼龙棉织物在175-180℃温度下定型,车速90-95m/min,然后打卷至无压痕,落布温度低于45℃,得定型尼龙棉织物;
(6)将步骤(5)所得定型尼龙棉织物浸轧染底液,车速40±5m/min,烘干,得染色尼龙棉织物;
(7)将步骤(6)所得染色尼龙棉织物在印色花浆中进行印花处理,车速50±5m/min,烘干温度145±5℃,得印花尼龙棉织物;
(8)将步骤(7)所得印花尼龙棉织物在160-165℃温度下烘焙1-3min,车速50-55m/min,得烘焙尼龙棉织物;
(9)将步骤(8)所得烘焙尼龙棉织物浸轧还原工作液,然后浸轧皂洗液,水洗,车速50±5m/min,还原温度120-130℃,皂洗温度90-98℃,水洗温度90℃,得皂洗尼龙棉织物;所述还原工作液包括以下组分:烧碱600-800g/L、保险粉80-120g/L、保险粉促进剂12-17g/L、水200-400g/L和淀粉10-20g/L;
(10)将步骤(9)所得皂洗尼龙棉织物在100-110℃浸轧抗菌剂,车速40±5m/min,得抗菌尼龙棉织物;
(11)将步骤(10)所得抗菌尼龙棉织物在180-185℃温度下拉幅,车速30-35m/min,然后预缩,车速40±5m/min,得尼龙棉防红外迷彩面料。
2.如权利要求1所述的尼龙棉防红外迷彩面料的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤(1)中,所述冷堆工作液包括以下组分:烧碱40g/L、精炼剂2g/L和速练剂3g/L。
3.如权利要求1所述的尼龙棉防红外迷彩面料的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤(2)中,所述练漂工作液包括以下组分:精练剂HB101 2g/L、氢氧化钠5g/L和双氧水6g/L。
4.如权利要求1所述的尼龙棉防红外迷彩面料的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤(6)中,所述染底液包括以下组分:还原染料1-15g/L、涂料0.01-10g/L、助剂20-50g/L、网粘200g/L和增稠剂50-70g/L。
5.如权利要求4所述的尼龙棉防红外迷彩面料的制备方法,其特征在于,所述还原染料为还原黄G、还原红6B、还原兰、还原艳绿和还原红FBB中的至少一种;所述涂料为涂料黑K-FBB。
6.如权利要求1所述的尼龙棉防红外迷彩面料的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤(7)中,所述印色花浆每100kg包括以下组分:还原黑3-4kg、还原棕3-4kg、还原黄0.1-1kg、还原蓝2-3kg、还原红0.1-1kg、涂料黑0.1-1kg、涂料兰0.1-1kg、网粘10-20kg、海藻糊8-12kg和增稠剂7-8kg。
7.如权利要求1所述的尼龙棉防红外迷彩面料的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤(9)中,所述还原工作液包括以下组分:烧碱700g/L、保险粉100g/L、保险粉促进剂15g/L、水300g/L和淀粉15g/L。
