丙烯酸弹性乳液20-30,软化剂2-6份,聚氯乙烯树脂10-15份,防霉剂1-3份,甲壳素纤维3-6份,阻燃涤纶纤维2-7份,纳米二氧化钛9-15份,高分子树脂基体9-12份,氢氧化钾4-8份,蒸馏水12-14份。
一种防水耐磨布料及其制备方法,包括以下步骤:
步骤一,选料:选取涤纶垫布与耐磨面料作为基础料;
步骤二,混合:将丙烯酸弹性乳液20-30,软化剂2-6份,聚氯乙烯树脂10-15份,防霉剂1-3份,甲壳素纤维3-6份,阻燃涤纶纤维2-7份,纳米二氧化钛9-15份,高分子树脂基体9-12份,氢氧化钾4-8份,蒸馏水12-14份投入搅拌机中进行混合均匀;
步骤三,加压:将步骤1中考杜拉尼龙面料通过热压机与涤纶垫布之间热压,制得垫布成品;
步骤四,浸液:将步骤三热压成型的垫布成品导入至步骤二内进行浸轧处理;
步骤五,烘干:将步骤四中浸轧处理后的垫布成品通过烘干机烘干;
步骤六,成品检验:将步骤五中烘干后的垫布成品进行检验,检验合格后,进行打包。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种防水耐磨布料及其制备方法,其特征在于,所述步骤一中耐磨面料为考杜拉尼龙面料。
