一种防水耐磨的面料,其中,包括防水耐磨层和基布层;所述基布层由经纱和纬纱编织而成,所述经纱和纬纱交织成三上三下的平纹结构;所述的经纱和纬纱均采用20D 50S 莫代尔包覆涤纶纤维;所述防水耐磨层包括以下重量份的材料:
聚甲醛 40~50 份;
马来酰亚胺改性有机硅树脂 20~30 份;
环氧丙烷 2~4 份;
表面活性剂 5~8份。
优选的是,所述的防水耐磨的面料,其中,所述表面活性剂为月桂酰基谷氨酸、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚、月桂酰基谷氨酸中的一种。
优选的是,所述的防水耐磨的面料,其中,还包括3~5重量份的聚酰胺树脂。
优选的是,所述的防水耐磨的面料,其中,所述涤纶纤维为负离子涤纶纤维。

2)将防水耐磨层通过粘结剂粘合于基布层的表面。
优选的是,所述的防水耐磨的面料的制备方法,其中,喷丝板的喷丝孔直径为0.04-0.08mm。

聚甲醛具有高的力学性能,耐磨性、韧性、耐疲劳性;马来酰亚胺改性有机硅树脂提高其防水性能;通过加入表面活性剂改善聚甲醛和马来酰亚胺改性有机硅树脂界面张力,提高相容性能。

一种防水耐磨的面料,包括防水耐磨层和基布层;基布层由经纱和纬纱编织而成,所述经纱和纬纱交织成三上三下的平纹结构;经纱和纬纱均采用20D 50S 莫代尔包覆涤纶纤维;防水耐磨层包括以下重量份的材料:
聚甲醛 42份;
马来酰亚胺改性有机硅树脂 23份;
环氧丙烷 3份;
脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚 7份;
聚酰胺树脂 4重量份;
涤纶纤维为负离子涤纶纤维,负离子涤纶纤维含有2wt%陶瓷粉末;陶瓷粉末包括30份钛酸锆、14份碳化硅、32份碳化钛;负离子涤纶纤维还含有偶联剂,偶联剂为所述陶瓷粉末重量的4%;偶联剂由下述组分按重量份组成:43份N-(β一氨乙基)-γ-氨丙基三甲(乙)氧基硅烷、27份异丙基三(二辛基磷酸酰氧基)钛酸酯、40份三异硬脂酸钛酸异丙酯;负离子涤纶纤维,由下述步骤制备而成:
1) 将钛酸锆、碳化硅和碳化钛混合,烧结后粉碎至平均粒径为80nm的陶瓷粉末;
2) 将偶联剂与所述陶瓷粉末混合,得到改性陶瓷粉末;
3) 将所述改性陶瓷粉末与涤纶共混,挤出、切片,制得负离子涤纶切片;

涤纶纤维为负离子涤纶纤维,负离子涤纶纤维含有3wt%陶瓷粉末;所述陶瓷粉末包括40 份钛酸锆、20份碳化硅、40份碳化钛;负离子涤纶纤维还含有偶联剂,偶联剂为所述陶瓷粉末重量的5%;偶联剂由下述组分按重量份组成:50份N-(β一氨乙基)-γ-氨丙基三甲(乙)氧基硅烷、40份异丙基三(二辛基磷酸酰氧基)钛酸酯、50份三异硬脂酸钛酸异丙酯。
负离子涤纶纤维,由下述步骤制备而成:
1) 将钛酸锆、碳化硅和碳化钛混合,烧结后粉碎至平均粒径为90nm的陶瓷粉末;
2) 将偶联剂与所述陶瓷粉末混合,得到改性陶瓷粉末;

2) 将偶联剂与所述陶瓷粉末混合,得到改性陶瓷粉末;
3) 将所述改性陶瓷粉末与涤纶共混,挤出、切片,制得负离子涤纶切片;
4) 将所述负离子涤纶切片加热熔融,挤压,喷丝成型。

2) 将偶联剂与所述陶瓷粉末混合,得到改性陶瓷粉末;
3) 将所述改性陶瓷粉末与涤纶共混,挤出、切片,制得负离子涤纶切片;
4) 将所述负离子涤纶切片加热熔融,挤压,喷丝成型。
一种防水耐磨的面料的制备方法,包括下述步骤:
1)防水耐磨层制备:将聚甲醛、马来酰亚胺改性有机硅树脂、环氧丙烷、聚酰胺树脂混匀,加热成熔融状态,加入表面活性剂混匀,从喷丝板中挤出,喷丝板的喷丝孔直径为0.08mm,形成纤维,将纤维编织成耐磨层;

由表1中的测试数据可知,实施例1~3与对比例1~5相比,防水耐磨性能较好,因此可以更好的应用于对纺织品要求防水耐磨的户外纺织品领域。
尽管本发明的实施方案已公开如上,但其并不仅仅限于说明书和实施方式中所列运用,它完全可以被适用于各种适合本发明的领域,对于熟悉本领域的人员而言,可容易地实现另外的修改,因此在不背离权利要求及等同范围所限定的一般概念下,本发明并不限于特定的细节。

Claims (10)

1.一种防水耐磨的面料,其特征在于,包括防水耐磨层和基布层;所述基布层由经纱和纬纱编织而成,所述经纱和纬纱交织成三上三下的平纹结构;所述的经纱和纬纱均采用20D50S莫代尔包覆涤纶纤维;所述防水耐磨层包括以下重量份的材料:
聚甲醛 40~50 份;
马来酰亚胺改性有机硅树脂 20~30 份;
环氧丙烷 2~4 份;
表面活性剂 5~8份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的防水耐磨的面料,其特征在于,所述表面活性剂为月桂酰基谷氨酸、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚、月桂酰基谷氨酸中的一种。
3.根据权利要求1所述的防水耐磨的面料,其特征在于,还包括3~5重量份的聚酰胺树脂。
4.根据权利要求1所述的防水耐磨的面料,其特征在于,所述涤纶纤维为负离子涤纶纤维。
5.根据权利要求4所述的防水耐磨的面料,其特征在于,所述负离子涤纶纤维含有1-3wt%陶瓷粉末;所述陶瓷粉末包括20-40 份钛酸锆、10-20 份碳化硅、30-40 份碳化钛。
6.根据权利要求4所述的防水耐磨的面料,其特征在于,所述负离子涤纶纤维还含有偶联剂,所述偶联剂为所述陶瓷粉末重量的3~5%。
7.根据权利要求6所述的防水耐磨的面料,其特征在于,所述偶联剂由下述组分按重量份组成:40~50 份N-(β一氨乙基)-γ-氨丙基三甲(乙)氧基硅烷、20~40 份异丙基三(二辛基磷酸酰氧基)钛酸酯、30~50 份三异硬脂酸钛酸异丙酯。
8.根据权利要求4所述的防水耐磨的面料,其特征在于,所述负离子涤纶纤维,由下述步骤制备而成:
1) 将钛酸锆、碳化硅和碳化钛混合,烧结后粉碎至平均粒径为70-90nm的陶瓷粉末;
2) 将偶联剂与所述陶瓷粉末混合,得到改性陶瓷粉末;
3) 将所述改性陶瓷粉末与涤纶共混,挤出、切片,制得负离子涤纶切片;
4) 将所述负离子涤纶切片加热熔融,挤压,喷丝成型。
9.根据权利要求1~8任一项所述的防水耐磨的面料的制备方法,其特征在于,包括下述步骤:
1)防水耐磨层制备:将聚甲醛、马来酰亚胺改性有机硅树脂、环氧丙烷、聚酰胺树脂混匀,加热成熔融状态,加入表面活性剂混匀,从喷丝板中挤出,形成纤维,将纤维编织成耐磨层;
2)将防水耐磨层通过粘结剂粘合于基布层的表面。
10.根据权利要求9所述的防水耐磨的面料的制备方法,其特征在于,喷丝板的喷丝孔直径为0.04-0.08mm。
