棉布料和竹纤维布料不防雨水,当在室外突遇大雨,会将棉布料和竹纤维面料服装及内衣打湿,如长期穿着雨衣又不透气,体表的水分不能透过雨衣顺利排放,而由衣服吸收,感觉很不舒服。而传统的防水面料,防水性能比较好,但透湿性能不太好,抗菌性能差,穿着僵硬,活动不便。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服上述不足,提供一种由三层材料叠加形成的一种防水面料,该防水面料穿着舒适,活动自如,防水透气。
本发明的目的是这样实现的:一种提升导旋光性防水面料,包括基础层,所述的基础层包括经纱和纬纱,所述基础层表面依次设有抗菌层、防水层,所述基础层和抗菌层之间通过缝合固定,所述抗菌层、防水层之间通过水性聚氨酯粘胶剂复合在一起。所述基础层背面设置有衬里织物层,所述基础层背面设置有衬里织物层,所述衬里织物层,为一种发光织物,包含一透光单元、至少一与该透光单元结合的发光单元,及一与该发光单元电连接的电力单元。该透光单元包括若干条复合纤维,该每一条复合纤维具有一鞘部,及至少一被该鞘部包覆的芯部,该透光单元是通过若干条所述复合纤维彼此以经向和纬向交互编织而呈网状结构,且该网状结构的结点是由若干条所述复合纤维的鞘部经由热处理而彼此融合形成。
优选的,所述的经纱采用棉纤维、涤纶混合纺织。
优选的,所述的棉纤维、涤纶质量比为7:3。
优选的,所述的纬纱采用亚麻纤维、氨纶混合纺织。
优选的,所述的亚麻纤维、氨纶质量比为6:4。
优选的,所述的抗菌层由竹纤维制成。
优选的,所述的防水层为TPU涂层。
优选的,所述的TPU涂层厚度为0.005-0.02毫米。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:
基础层的棉麻纤维可贴身穿着,透气舒适,防水层TPU材质可对雨水近阻挡,防止淋湿,抗菌层竹纤维对渗透雨水有抗菌效果,面料整体有较强的防水性,并且穿着舒适,活动自如,防水透气。
本发光织物通过若干条复合纤维经由热处理而形成透光单元,该透光单元具有高透明度且为平面网状的结构,由于平面的结构使光线容易扩散通过,因此该发光织物可有效地提升导旋光性,增加光源照射的范围。

参见图1,一种提升导旋光性防水面料,包括基础层,所述的基础层包括经纱和纬纱,所述基础层表面依次设有抗菌层、防水层,所述基础层和抗菌层之间通过缝合固定,所述抗菌层、防水层之间通过水性聚氨酯粘胶剂复合在一起。
所述的经纱采用棉纤维、涤纶混合纺织。
所述的棉纤维、涤纶质量比为7:3。
所述的纬纱采用亚麻纤维、氨纶混合纺织。
所述的亚麻纤维、氨纶质量比为6:4。
所述的抗菌层由竹纤维制成。
所述的防水层为TPU涂层。
所述的TPU涂层厚度为0.005-0.02毫米。
所述基础层背面设置有衬里织物层,所述衬里织物层,为一种发光织物,包含一透光单元、至少一与该透光单元结合的发光单元,及一与该发光单元电连接的电力单元。该透光单元包括若干条复合纤维,该每一条复合纤维具有一鞘部,及至少一被该鞘部包覆的芯部,该透光单元是通过若干条所述复合纤维彼此以经向和纬向交互编织而呈网状结构,且该网状结构的结点是由若干条所述复合纤维的鞘部经由热处理而彼此融合形成。

Claims (5)

1.一种提升导旋光性防水面料,其特征在于:包括基础层(1),所述的基础层(1)包括经纱和纬纱,所述基础层(1)表面依次设有抗菌层(2)、防水层(3),所述基础层(1)和抗菌层(2)之间通过缝合固定,所述抗菌层(2)、防水层(3)之间通过水性聚氨酯粘胶剂复合在一起;所述基础层背面设置有衬里织物层,所述基础层背面设置有衬里织物层,所述衬里织物层,为一种发光织物,包含一透光单元、至少一与该透光单元结合的发光单元,及一与该发光单元电连接的电力单元。该透光单元包括若干条复合纤维,该每一条复合纤维具有一鞘部,及至少一被该鞘部包覆的芯部,该透光单元是通过若干条所述复合纤维彼此以经向和纬向交互编织而呈网状结构,且该网状结构的结点是由若干条所述复合纤维的鞘部经由热处理而彼此融合形成。
2.根据权利要求1 所述的一种提升导旋光性防水面料,其特征在于:所述的经纱采用棉纤维、涤纶混合纺织,所述棉纤维、涤纶质量比为7:3。
3.根据权利要求1 所述的一种提升导旋光性防水面料,其特征在于:所述的纬纱采用亚麻纤维、氨纶混合纺织,所述亚麻纤维、氨纶质量比为6:4。
4.根据权利要求1 所述的一种提升导旋光性防水面料,其特征在于:所述的抗菌层(2)由竹纤维制成。
5.根据权利要求1 所述的一种提升导旋光性防水面料,其特征在于:所述的防水层(3)为TPU涂层,所述的TPU涂层厚度为0.005-0.02毫米。
