Abstract
本发明公开了一种功能面料,包括面料本体;面料本体包括舒适层、功能基布层、防水透气薄膜和防护外层;舒适层、功能基布层、防水透气薄膜和防护外层从内向外依次层叠设置,舒适层和功能基布层之间通过缝合复合,功能基布层、防水透气薄膜和防护外层之间通过透气微孔热熔胶热压复合;功能基布层以磁性功能纱线作为经纱,以氨纶纱线作为纬纱,采用2/1斜纹组织结构编织而成;磁性功能纱线为包芯纱结构,以加载永磁纳米颗粒的竹原纤维作为芯纱;防水透气薄膜为TPU薄膜。本发明触感舒适,对皮肤滋润保湿,透气性好,吸湿排汗性能好,具有磁疗功能和抗辐射功能,抗菌性能好,防水防风性能好,耐磨性能优异,质量轻薄。

技术领域
本发明涉及纺织领域,特别涉及一种功能面料。
背景技术
随着人们消费观念的改变以及生活品质的不断提高,人们对衣物等纺织品的功能要求日趋重视,人们日益追求同一纺织品尽可能地同时具备多种实用功能,以适应和改善生活环境、工作环境及自身的健康。面料作为服装的第一要素,扮演的至关重要的作用。现代社会中面料多种多样,人们对面料的要求也越来越高。由于社会的进步,人们对于面料的需求也不仅仅是外形美观、经久耐用、保暖舒适,而且要求功能性强,健康环保。而现有面料多结构单一,功能单一,吸湿排汗性能差,远不能满足人们对服装功能多样化的需求。
发明内容
为解决上述技术问题,本发明提供了一种功能面料,采用磁性功能纱线编织而成的功能基布层,解决了现有的面料存在结构单一,功能单一,吸湿排汗性能差,远不能满足人们对服装功能多样化的需求的问题。
为达到上述目的,本发明的技术方案如下:一种功能面料,包括面料本体;所述面料本体包括舒适层、功能基布层、防水透气薄膜和防护外层;所述舒适层、功能基布层、防水透气薄膜和防护外层从内向外依次层叠设置,所述舒适层和功能基布层之间通过缝合复合,所述功能基布层、防水透气薄膜和防护外层之间通过透气微孔热熔胶热压复合;所述功能基布层以磁性功能纱线作为经纱,以氨纶纱线作为纬纱,采用2/1斜纹组织结构编织而成;所述磁性功能纱线为包芯纱结构,以加载永磁纳米颗粒的竹原纤维作为芯纱;所述防水透气薄膜为TPU薄膜。
作为本发明的一种优选方案,所述磁性功能纱线包括所述芯纱、内包纤维层和外包纤维层;所述竹原纤维呈蜂窝网孔结构,所述永磁纳米颗粒填充在所述竹原纤维的孔内;所述内包纤维层由碳纤维单丝螺旋包缠在所述芯纱外形成;所述碳纤维单丝的直径为1-10μm;所述外包纤维层由竹桨粘胶短纤螺旋包缠在所述内包纤维层外形成;所述外包纤维层的螺旋缠绕方向与所述内包纤维层的相反。
作为本发明的一种优选方案,所述舒适层为蚕丝无纺布。
作为本发明的一种优选方案,所述防水透气薄膜的厚度为0.15-0.35mm。
作为本发明的一种优选方案,所述防护外层由碳纤维纱线作为经纱和纬纱,采用平纹组织编织而成。
作为本发明的一种优选方案,所述永磁纳米颗粒为FePt纳米颗粒。
作为本发明的一种优选方案,在所述防护外层表面涂覆有防紫外线涂层。
作为本发明的一种优选方案,在所述功能基布层的外表面涂覆有远红外纳米陶瓷涂层;所述远红外纳米陶瓷涂层位于所述功能基布层和防水透气薄膜之间。
通过上述技术方案,本发明技术方案的有益效果是:本发明结构合理,触感舒适,对皮肤滋润保湿,透气性好,吸湿排汗性能好,具有磁疗功能和抗辐射功能,抗菌性能好,防水防风性能好,耐磨性能优异,质量轻薄。本发明的磁性功能纱线采用具有蜂窝网孔结构的竹原纤维,并在300-400℃使其进一步炭化,增强其多孔结构,然后通过浸渍在永磁纳米颗粒的分散液中,使分散液浸润竹原纤维,将永磁纳米颗粒加载到竹原纤维上,烘干,通过纺纱机,制成直芯结构的芯纤维层,使磁性功能纱线带有磁性性能,配合内包纤维层和外包纤维层,具有良好的吸湿排汗、透气、抗菌除臭、永久保存磁性、抗紫外线性能及耐洗涤性能,能够增强人体血液中离子活性,加速血液循环、改善细胞新陈代,调整人体机体功能和提高抗病能力;本发明的舒适层采用蚕丝无纺布,具有良好的吸湿放湿性,能够保持皮肤湿润,延缓皮肤衰老;防水透气薄膜具有良好的防水透气性能,能够有效提高户外保暖性能;而防护外层质量轻,抗拉伸断裂强度好,耐磨性好。

实施例
结合图1,本发明公开了一种功能面料,作为新型功能性服装面料,适用范围广。本发明包括面料本体。面料本体包括舒适层1、功能基布层2、防水透气薄膜3和防护外层4。舒适层1、功能基布层2、防水透气薄膜3和防护外层4从内向外依次层叠设置,舒适层1和功能基布层2之间通过缝合复合,功能基布层2、防水透气薄膜3和防护外层4之间通过透气微孔热熔胶热压复合。功能基布层2以磁性功能纱线作为经纱,以氨纶纱线作为纬纱,采用2/1斜纹组织结构编织而成。磁性功能纱线为包芯纱结构,以加载永磁纳米颗粒的竹原纤维作为芯纱。永磁纳米颗粒为FePt纳米颗粒。具体的,磁性功能纱线包括芯纱、内包纤维层和外包纤维层;竹原纤维呈蜂窝网孔结构,永磁纳米颗粒填充在竹原纤维的孔内;内包纤维层由碳纤维单丝螺旋包缠在芯纱外形成;碳纤维单丝的直径为1-10μm;外包纤维层由竹桨粘胶短纤螺旋包缠在内包纤维层外形成;外包纤维层的螺旋缠绕方向与内包纤维层的相反。防水透气薄膜3为TPU薄膜。优选的,防水透气薄膜3的厚度为0.15-0.35mm。
为了提高本发明的亲肤性和舒适性,舒适层1为蚕丝无纺布。
为了提高本实用新防护外层4的性能,防护外层4由碳纤维纱线作为经纱和纬纱,采用平纹组织编织而成。
为了提高本发明的防紫外线性能,在防护外层4表面涂覆有防紫外线涂层。
为了使本发明具有良好的远红外保健性能,可以在功能基布层2的外表面涂覆远红外纳米陶瓷涂层;远红外纳米陶瓷涂层位于功能基布层2和防水透气薄膜3之间。

1.一种功能面料,其特征在于,包括面料本体;所述面料本体包括舒适层、功能基布层、防水透气薄膜和防护外层;所述舒适层、功能基布层、防水透气薄膜和防护外层从内向外依次层叠设置,所述舒适层和功能基布层之间通过缝合复合,所述功能基布层、防水透气薄膜和防护外层之间通过透气微孔热熔胶热压复合;所述功能基布层以磁性功能纱线作为经纱,以氨纶纱线作为纬纱,采用2/1斜纹组织结构编织而成;所述磁性功能纱线为包芯纱结构,以加载永磁纳米颗粒的竹原纤维作为芯纱;所述防水透气薄膜为TPU薄膜。
2.根据权利要求1所述的功能面料,其特征在于,所述磁性功能纱线包括所述芯纱、内包纤维层和外包纤维层;所述竹原纤维呈蜂窝网孔结构,所述永磁纳米颗粒填充在所述竹原纤维的孔内;所述内包纤维层由碳纤维单丝螺旋包缠在所述芯纱外形成;所述碳纤维单丝的直径为1-10μm;所述外包纤维层由竹桨粘胶短纤螺旋包缠在所述内包纤维层外形成;所述外包纤维层的螺旋缠绕方向与所述内包纤维层的相反。
3.根据权利要求1所述的功能面料,其特征在于,所述舒适层为蚕丝无纺布。
4.根据权利要求3所述的功能面料,其特征在于,所述防水透气薄膜的厚度为0.15-0.35mm。
5.根据权利要求4所述的功能面料,其特征在于,所述防护外层由碳纤维纱线作为经纱和纬纱,采用平纹组织编织而成。
6.根据权利要求4所述的功能面料,其特征在于,所述永磁纳米颗粒为FePt纳米颗粒。
7.根据权利要求4所述的功能面料,其特征在于,在所述防护外层表面涂覆有防紫外线涂层。
8.根据权利要求7所述的功能面料,其特征在于,在所述功能基布层的外表面涂覆有远红外纳米陶瓷涂层;所述远红外纳米陶瓷涂层位于所述功能基布层和防水透气薄膜之间。
