本发明提出一种含高分子纤维的冬暖夏凉双面床罩该双面床罩包括双面面料缝制而成的罩面及笠围,所述双面面料包括凉感层及热感层,凉感层和热感层中间经TPU层黏合;所述凉感层由含40‑50份竹纤维和50‑60份棉纤维混纺纱线纺织而成,所述热感层由热感纤维与棉纱纺织而成,所述热感纤维含90‑95份聚酯纤维和5‑6份石墨烯。本发明所述的双面床罩不仅具有亲肤特性,而且冬暖夏凉,一面具有凉意适合冬季使用,另一面不仅可自发热且温暖舒适。

Description

一种含高分子纤维的冬暖夏凉双面床罩及其加工工艺
技术领域
本发明属于床上用品领域,尤其涉及一种含高分子纤维的冬暖夏凉双面床罩及其加工工艺。
背景技术
人的1/3生命都处在睡眠状态,人体与床上用品的接触时间较长,床上用品的舒适度直接影响睡眠质量。床罩是常用的床上用品之一,其作用不仅是美观,而且将床垫上沉积的灰尘、滋生的细菌、产生的湿气与被褥分隔开,从而保持床面的清洁。贴身床罩直接接触皮肤,其面料的触感直接影响人们的舒适度。夏天天气燥热,具有凉感面料的床罩将更加舒适,而冬天人们更希望使用柔软温暖的床罩。现有的床罩通常只有单一面料制成,无特殊凉感或热感,因此缺少一种冬天、夏天均可使用的高舒适度床罩。
发明内容
本发明针对上述的技术问题,提出一种冬暖夏凉的双面床罩及其加工工艺。
为了达到上述目的,本发明采用的技术方案为:
一种含高分子纤维的冬暖夏凉双面床罩,包括双面面料缝制而成的罩面及笠围,所述双面面料包括凉感层及热感层,凉感层和热感层中间经TPU层黏合;所述凉感层由含40-50份竹纤维和50-60份棉纤维混纺纱线纺织而成,所述热感层由热感纤维与棉纱纺织而成,所述热感纤维含90-95份聚酯纤维和5-6份石墨烯。
作为优选,所述热感纤维中还含有5-7份压电陶瓷粉。
作为优选,所述笠围底端两面均缝合有松紧带。
本发明还提出一种床罩加工工艺,包括以下步骤:
A、凉感层制备:
a1、将40-50份竹纤维和50-60份棉纤维经混合、开松后混纺成纱线;
a2、将a1中所述纱线纺织为凉感层;
B、热感层制备:
b1、将石墨烯粉体、分散剂及表面活性剂搅拌混合均匀,然后加入至聚酯粉粒中,经双螺杆造粒工艺获得石墨烯聚酯颗粒;
b2、将石墨烯聚酯颗粒与聚酯切片混合均匀,经干燥后采用喷丝板纺丝得到热感纤维;
b3、将热感纤维与面纱纺织成热感面料;
C、双面面料制备:将凉感面料和热感面料经TPU高分子纤维黏合;
D、床罩制作:将双面面料裁剪为罩面,罩面四周缝合笠围。
作为优选,所述步骤b1中还包括加入压电陶瓷粉。
作为优选,所述表面活性剂为蔗糖酯。
作为优选,所述b2步骤中纺丝温度为250-260℃,纺丝速度为1000-1200m/min。
与现有技术相比,本发明的优点和积极效果在于:
该双面床罩不仅具有亲肤特性,而且冬暖夏凉,一面具有凉意适合冬季使用,另一面不仅可自发热且温暖舒适。
具体实施方式
为了更好的理解本发明,下面结合实施例做具体说明。
实施例一:
一种含高分子纤维的冬暖夏凉双面床罩,包括双面面料缝制而成的罩面及笠围,所述双面面料包括凉感层及热感层,凉感层和热感层中间经TPU层黏合;所述凉感层由含50份竹纤维和50份棉纤维混纺纱线纺织而成,所述热感层由60份热感纤维与40份棉纱纺织而成,所述热感纤维含90份聚酯纤维、5份石墨烯和5份压电陶瓷粉。所述笠围底端两面均缝合有松紧带。该双面床罩罩面有特殊材质制成,一面为由竹纤维和棉纤维混纺而成的凉感面料,采用天然纤维制成,十分亲肤且含有竹纤维,不仅接触皮肤具有凉感,十分适合炎热夏季使用,而且具有天然杀菌作用,有益于健康。热感面料采用特殊成分的热感纤维与棉纤维纺织而成。热感纤维内加入石墨烯粉及压电陶瓷粉,该纤维具有良好的弹性,在形变过程中可自发产生热量;石墨烯本身具有良好的导热性。冬天使用该床罩,在柔软舒适的触感中微微暖意逐渐蔓延,舒适健康。两层面料经TPU高分子纤维黏合为一体。TPU具有极佳的生物相容性、无毒、无过敏反应,且透气性好。
为双面使用均美观,笠围下端两面均细致缝合有松紧带。
综上,该双面床罩不仅具有亲肤特性,而且冬暖夏凉,一面具有凉意适合冬季使用,另一面不仅可自发热且温暖舒适。
实施例二:
一种床罩加工工艺,包括以下步骤:
A、凉感层制备:将45份竹纤维和55份棉纤维经混合、开松后混纺成纱线,然后将此纱线纺织成凉感面料。
B、热感层制备:将5份石墨烯粉体、5份压电陶瓷粉、2份分散剂及1份蔗糖酯经搅拌混合均匀,然后加入至聚酯粉粒中,经双螺杆造粒获得石墨烯聚酯颗粒。将石墨烯聚酯颗粒与聚酯切片混合均匀,经干燥后采用喷丝板纺丝得到热感纤维,纺丝温度为250-260℃,纺丝速度为1000-1200m/min。。然后将热感纤维与面纱纺织成热感面料。
C、双面面料制备:将凉感面料和热感面料经TPU高分子纤维黏合成双面面料。
D、床罩制作:将双面面料裁剪为罩面,罩面四周缝合笠围,笠围底端两面均缝合松紧带。
经以上工艺制备的床罩,双面均可使用,一面具有凉感,一面具有热感,冬暖夏凉。

Claims (4)

1.一种含高分子纤维的冬暖夏凉双面床罩,其特征在于:包括双面面料缝制而成的罩面及笠围,所述双面面料包括凉感层及热感层,凉感层和热感层中间经TPU层黏合;所述凉感层由含40-50份竹纤维和50-60份棉纤维混纺纱线纺织而成,所述热感层由热感纤维与棉纱纺织而成,所述热感纤维含90-95份聚酯纤维、5-6份石墨烯和5-7份压电陶瓷粉;
所述床罩经以下工艺制备而成:
A、凉感层制备:
a1、将40-50份竹纤维和50-60份棉纤维经混合、开松后混纺成纱线;
a2、将a1中所述纱线纺织为凉感层;
B、热感层制备:
b1、将石墨烯粉体、分散剂及表面活性剂搅拌混合均匀,然后加入至聚酯粉粒中,经双螺杆造粒工艺获得石墨烯聚酯颗粒;
b2、将石墨烯聚酯颗粒与聚酯切片混合均匀,经干燥后采用喷丝板纺丝得到热感纤维,纺丝温度为250-260℃,纺丝速度为1000-1200m/min;
b3、将热感纤维与棉纱纺织成热感面料;
C、双面面料制备:将凉感面料和热感面料经TPU高分子材料黏合;
D、床罩制作:将双面面料裁剪为罩面,罩面四周缝合笠围。
2.根据权利要求1所述的含高分子纤维的冬暖夏凉双面床罩,其特征在于:所述笠围底端两面均缝合有松紧带。
3.根据权利要求2所述的含高分子纤维的冬暖夏凉双面床罩,其特征在于:所述步骤b1中还包括加入压电陶瓷粉。
4.根据权利要求3所述的含高分子纤维的冬暖夏凉双面床罩,其特征在于:所述表面活性剂为蔗糖酯。
