技术领域
本发明属于聚氨酯合成革技术领域,具体涉及一种耳机套用四面弹超软蛋白革及其制备方法。
背景技术
聚氨酯是一种新型的合成材料,由于其特殊的分子结构,兼具了橡胶的高弹性和塑料的高强度,因而近几十年无论在应用范围还是使用数量上都得到了快速的发展。超软聚氨酯树脂是指100% 模量低于30kgf/cm2 的聚氨酯树脂。超软聚氨酯具有优良的弹性和良好的手感,但一般其耐候性、耐霉变、耐腐蚀性以及透气性均很难达到实际应用的要求。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种耳机套用四面弹超软蛋白革及其制备方法。本发明通过制备湿法贝斯时,通过多个组分添加,在凝固、水洗过程中跟水置换,形成泡孔,增加透气性,并且提高耐磨、耐汗渍、耐霉变,另外通过复合四面弹力底布,制得产品柔软、透气,加工成耳机套,触感舒适。
为实现上述目的,本发明采用如下技术方案:

其中湿法贝斯是将湿法浆料涂在基布上制得,其中湿法浆料包括以下原料制成:按重量份计,N,N-二甲基甲酰胺DMF 50份、色浆0.5份、泡孔调节助剂5份、填料20份、防水助剂0.5-1份、湿法超软聚氨酯树脂100份。
或者,其中湿法浆料包括以下原料制成:按重量份计,N,N-二甲基甲酰胺DMF 50份、色浆0.5份、泡孔调节助剂5份、填料20份、防水助剂0.5-1份、湿法超软聚氨酯树脂100份、丝素蛋白10~15份。

所述泡孔调节助剂为广盈化工有限公司GY-815。
所述填料为植物纤维粉,购自沭阳县鑫益源木业制品厂。

所述耳机套用四面弹超软蛋白革的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)湿法贝斯的制备:称取原料混合;搅拌均匀、脱泡;将浆料涂在基布上,再浸入装有20~30wt%DMF溶液的凝固槽中凝固1~2h,温度为20~30℃,凝固完成后,通过水洗挤压辊,挤压多余凝固液,再用水洗槽用50~60℃的水进行水洗,最后在100~120℃下烘干、卷取,得到贝斯;
(2)干法贴面的制备:将面料涂覆在离型纸上,在100~120℃下烘干,再将底料涂覆在面料上,再在100~120℃下烘干,最后卷取,制得干法贴面;
(3)成品革的制备:将湿法贝斯贴合在干法贴面的涂层上,贴合压力为0.3~0.5Mpa,贴合间隙为0.03~0.10mm,再在80~90℃下烘干1~2h,然后冷却,将干法贴面的离型纸与湿法贝斯分离,分别卷起,得到成品革;
(4)后处理:将制得成品革进行揉纹处理,再脱水、烘干,制得本发明的超软蛋白革。
本发明的显著优点在于:
(1)本发明通过在湿法贝斯中添加丝素蛋白,利用其与干法贴面溶剂之间的聚合,产生优异的湿态粘接性,从而使得成品革的整体性能更加稳定,耐磨、耐霉变性能好。
(2)本发明通过将干法贴面中面料和底料分两次进行涂覆,相对于单次的涂覆,能减少溶剂的挥发,降低表面针孔现象,更有益于提高其与湿法贝斯的粘结性。
(3)本发明制备得到的湿法贝斯泡孔密度较大并且均匀,海绵感更强,透气性好,通过复合四面弹力底布,制得产品耐磨、耐霉变性能好,加工成耳机套,触感舒适。

(2)干法贴面的制备:将面料涂覆在离型纸上,在100~120℃下烘干,再将底料涂覆在面料上,再在100~120℃下烘干,最后卷取,制得干法贴面;
(3)成品革的制备:将湿法贝斯贴合在干法贴面的涂层上,贴合压力为0.5Mpa,贴合间隙为0.10mm,再在90℃下烘干1h,然后冷却,将干法贴面的离型纸与湿法贝斯分离,分别卷起,得到成品革;
(4)后处理:将制得成品革进行揉纹处理,再脱水、烘干,制得本发明的超软蛋白革。
