Abstract

本发明涉及一种水性PU止滑材料的制造方法,包括步骤:基布准备、基布表面涂覆水性发泡浆料、烘干、磨皮、染色整理、丝网印刷、压花。本发明的有益效果是:水性PU止滑材料是目前传统油性PU合成革手套止滑材料的全新升级,采用环保的水性PU为原料,以及特殊的加工工艺、设备、材料制造,实现了产品的更新换代,属于低碳环保的技术革新。

一种水性PU止滑材料的制造方法
技术领域
本发明涉及一种水性PU止滑材料的制造方法。
背景技术
随着人们运动健身逐渐成为一种时尚,运动健身所常用的PU止滑材料产品消耗量也在逐渐增大,但传统的PU止滑材料多采用油性PU为原料进行生产加工,所生产的手套制品中常含有毒有害物质,手套作为与人体直接接触的产品,很容易对运动健身人群的健康产生危害,因此,急需更为的环保健康的材料进行替换。水性PU止滑材料是在传统的油性PU材料的基础上全新升级而来,产品环保性健康性更佳,但是简单工艺生产的水性PU止滑材料很难满足市场对高端产品的需求,需要工艺产品进一步创新完善,才能提供质量品质更佳的产品。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是:基于上述问题,本发明提供一种水性PU止滑材料的制造方法。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的一个技术方案是:一种水性PU止滑材料的制造方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)通过机械发泡方式制备水性PU合成革发泡贝斯;
(2)通过磨皮方式打磨水性PU合成革发泡贝斯的表面;
(3)通过染色方式对打磨后的水性PU合成革发泡贝斯进行染色整理;
(4)通过丝网印刷方式将涩感止滑材料辊涂于染色整理后的水性PU合成革贝斯的表面,得到水性涩感止滑材料贝斯;
(5)通过压花方式对水性涩感止滑材料贝斯进行热压,贝斯获得表面纹路,得到水性PU止滑材料产品。
进一步地,步骤(1)中水性PU合成革发泡贝斯是通过添加发泡助剂,采用物理机械发泡的方式将水性发泡浆料涂覆于合成革常用基布表面,通过冷风干燥先进行预固化,再通过热风干燥方式定型,即可获得水性PU合成革发泡贝斯。
进一步地,水性发泡浆料,按重量份计,其组分包括:水性聚氨酯树脂100份、去离子水0~10份、水性色浆0~5份、发泡剂2~4份、稳泡剂2~4份、石蜡乳液0.1~5份、超细二氧化硅0~2份、发泡粉0.1~2份、增稠剂0.2~3份。
进一步地,水性聚氨酯树脂的固含量大于40%;水性色浆为水性颜料膏;发泡剂为琥珀酸单十八酰胺磺酸钠、十二烷基硫酸钠或十二烷基苯磺酸钠;稳泡剂为硬脂酸铵乳液或椰子油二乙醇胺;发泡粉为OBSH;增稠剂为疏水缔合性聚氨酯增稠剂或碱溶胀丙烯酸型增稠剂。
进一步地,步骤(2)中磨皮方式是指通过带式磨皮机,使用180~320目砂纸,对水性PU合成发泡贝斯表面的PU致密层进行打磨,使水性PU合成发泡贝斯的发泡层的PU孔能够清晰显露于贝斯表面。
进一步地,步骤(3)中染色整理是指通过染色方式可以使打磨后的水性PU合成革贝斯表面获得多种颜色。
进一步地,步骤(4)中丝网印刷方式是指先将丁晴橡胶乳液通过丝网印刷的方式涂覆于染色整理后的革表面,涂布量为80~120gsm,烘干,再在革表面通过丝网印刷的方式涂覆液体硅胶,涂布量为60~80gsm,烘干。
进一步地,步骤(5)中压花方式是指通过热压花工艺,将特定纹路效果通过热压定型的方式形成于水性涩感止滑材料贝斯表面。
进一步地,压花方式为采用具有良好防滑效果纹路进行热压。
本发明的有益效果是:水性PU止滑材料是目前传统油性PU合成革手套止滑材料的全新升级,采用环保的水性PU为原料,以及特殊的加工工艺、设备、材料制造,实现了产品的更新换代,属于低碳环保的技术革新。
具体实施方式
现在结合具体实施例对本发明作进一步说明,以下实施例旨在说明本发明而不是对本发明的进一步限定。
实施例1
(1)基布准备:选用75D32N纬编针织特密布。
(2)水性发泡浆料配置:称取水性聚氨酯树脂100份、去离子水1份、水性色浆1份、琥珀酸单十八酰胺磺酸钠2份、硬脂酸铵乳液2份、石蜡乳液1份、超细二氧化硅1.5份、OBSH 0.5份、疏水缔合性聚氨酯增稠剂0.2份,混合均匀,通过三辊研磨或者砂磨机进行研磨,使浆料中无颗粒,浆料粘度5000CPS。将配置好的水性发泡浆料通过机械发泡机搅拌发泡,发泡倍率1.8倍;基布表面涂覆水性发泡浆料,涂覆厚度0.8mm。
(3)烘干:70℃,2.2Kw烘箱风机变频10Hz,预烘1min,涂层含水率降低20%左右,涂层达到初步固化;100℃,2.2Kw烘箱风机变频20Hz,烘1min,涂层含湿率再下降30%左右,涂层基本固化;130℃,2.2Kw烘箱风机变频40Hz,烘干2min,涂层水分完全烘干,涂层完全固化。
(4)磨面:LS型砂带是磨皮机。砂纸选用180目砂纸。磨削厚度控制在0.03mm,基本将涂层表面致密层去除,形成蜂窝状涂层表面外观。
(5)染色整理:选用GYS-2-250型高温液流染色机,染料用量0.5%wt,液比1:10,染色温度95℃,升温速度1.5℃/min,保温1h,然后降温水洗2遍,轧干,130℃烘干定型。
(6)丝网印刷:先将丁晴橡胶乳液通过丝网印刷的方式涂覆于染整后的革表面,涂布量控制在80gsm,120℃烘干,而后再过丝网印刷的方式在革表面涂覆液体硅胶,控制在80gsm,120℃烘干,形成良好涩感的止滑革半成品。
(7)压纹:压纹辊温度190℃,压纹辊压力0.6Mpa,花纹为地球纹。
实施例2
(1)基布准备:选用75D32N纬编针织特密布。
(2)水性发泡浆料配置:称取水性聚氨酯树脂100份、去离子水5份、水性色浆2份、十二烷基硫酸钠3份、椰子油二乙醇胺3份、石蜡乳液3份、超细二氧化硅1份、OBSH 1份、碱溶胀丙烯酸型增稠剂3份,混合均匀,通过三辊研磨或者砂磨机进行研磨,使浆料中无颗粒,浆料粘度8500CPS。将配置好的水性发泡浆料通过机械发泡机搅拌发泡,发泡倍率2.0倍;基布表面涂覆水性发泡浆料,涂覆厚度1.0mm。
(3)烘干:70℃,2.2Kw烘箱风机变频10Hz,预烘1min,涂层含水率降低20%左右,涂层达到初步固化;100℃,2.2Kw烘箱风机变频20Hz,烘1min,涂层含湿率再下降30%左右,涂层基本固化;130℃,2.2Kw烘箱风机变频40Hz,烘干2min,涂层水分完全烘干,涂层完全固化。
(4)磨面:LS型砂带是磨皮机。砂纸选用240目砂纸。磨削厚度控制在0.05mm,基本将涂层表面致密层去除,形成蜂窝状涂层表面外观。
(5)染色整理:选用GYS-2-250型高温液流染色机,染料用量2%wt,液比1:10,染色温度95℃,升温速度1℃/min,保温1h,然后降温水洗2遍,轧干,130℃烘干定型。
(6)丝网印刷:先将丁晴橡胶乳液通过丝网印刷的方式涂覆于染整后的革表面,涂布量控制在120gsm,120℃烘干,而后再过丝网印刷的方式在革表面涂覆液体硅胶,控制在80gsm,120℃烘干,形成良好涩感的止滑革半成品。
(7)压纹:压纹辊温度220℃,压纹辊压力0.5Mpa,花纹为菱形纹。
实施例3
(1)基布准备:选用75D32N纬编针织特密布。
(2)水性发泡浆料配置:称取水性聚氨酯树脂100份、去离子水10份、水性色浆5份、十二烷基苯磺酸钠4份、硬脂酸铵乳液4份、石蜡乳液5份、超细二氧化硅2份、OBSH 2份、疏水缔合性聚氨酯增稠剂3份,混合均匀,通过三辊研磨或者砂磨机进行研磨,使浆料中无颗粒,浆料粘度15000CPS。将配置好的水性发泡浆料通过机械发泡机搅拌发泡,发泡倍率1.9倍;基布表面涂覆水性发泡浆料,涂覆厚度0.5mm。
(3)烘干:70℃,2.2Kw烘箱风机变频10Hz,预烘1min,涂层含水率降低20%左右,涂层达到初步固化;100℃,2.2Kw烘箱风机变频20Hz,烘1min,涂层含湿率再下降30%左右,涂层基本固化;130℃,2.2Kw烘箱风机变频40Hz,烘干2min,涂层水分完全烘干,涂层完全固化。
(4)磨面:LS型砂带是磨皮机。砂纸选用180目。磨削厚度控制在0.03mm,基本将涂层表面致密层去除,形成蜂窝状涂层表面外观。
(5)染色整理:选用GYS-2-250型高温液流染色机,染料用量1%wt,液比1:10,染色温度95℃,升温速度1℃/min,保温1h,然后降温水洗2遍,轧干,130℃烘干定型。
(6)丝网印刷:先将丁晴橡胶乳液通过丝网印刷的方式涂覆于染整后的革表面,涂布量控制在70gsm,120℃烘干,而后再过丝网印刷的方式在革表面涂覆液体硅胶,控制在70gsm,120℃烘干,形成良好涩感的止滑革半成品。
(7)压纹:压纹辊温度160~220℃,压纹辊压力0.2Mpa,花纹为针孔纹,
水性发泡涂层中添加石蜡乳液,可增加涂层涩感,增加发泡粉提高发泡倍率可提高涂层孔隙率,增加止滑性。染色整理能够使止滑革产品获得更加艳丽的效果,同时获得非常舒适的手感。丝网印刷是纺织印染行业的常用工艺,应用于合成革上可提高涂层的均匀性和结合牢度。具有较大摩擦系数的花纹,能够保证所形成的止滑革具有最大的止滑效果。
水性PU止滑材料性能测试结果:
剥离强度≥20(N/3cm);
耐磨性(EN388)≥2000转;
止滑性(1kg砝码压重,表面摩擦力)≥15N。

Claims (9)

1.一种水性PU止滑材料的制造方法,其特征是:包括以下步骤:
(1)通过机械发泡方式制备水性PU合成革发泡贝斯;
(2)通过磨皮方式打磨水性PU合成革发泡贝斯的表面;
(3)通过染色方式对打磨后的水性PU合成革发泡贝斯进行染色整理;
(4)通过丝网印刷方式将涩感止滑材料辊涂于染色整理后的水性PU合成革贝斯的表面,得到水性涩感止滑材料贝斯;
(5)通过压花方式对水性涩感止滑材料贝斯进行热压,贝斯获得表面纹路,得到水性PU止滑材料产品。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种水性PU止滑材料的制造方法,其特征是:所述的步骤(1)中水性PU合成革发泡贝斯是通过添加发泡助剂,采用物理机械发泡的方式将水性发泡浆料涂覆于合成革常用基布表面,通过冷风干燥先进行预固化,再通过热风干燥方式定型,即可获得水性PU合成革发泡贝斯。

4.根据权利要求3所述的一种水性PU止滑材料的制造方法,其特征是:所述的水性聚氨酯树脂的固含量大于40%;水性色浆为水性颜料膏;发泡剂为琥珀酸单十八酰胺磺酸钠、十二烷基硫酸钠或十二烷基苯磺酸钠;稳泡剂为硬脂酸铵乳液或椰子油二乙醇胺;发泡粉为OBSH;增稠剂为疏水缔合性聚氨酯增稠剂或碱溶胀丙烯酸型增稠剂。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种水性PU止滑材料的制造方法,其特征在于:所述的步骤(2)中磨皮方式是指通过带式磨皮机,使用180~320目砂纸,对水性PU合成发泡贝斯表面的PU致密层进行打磨,使水性PU合成发泡贝斯的发泡层的PU孔能够清晰显露于贝斯表面。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种水性PU止滑材料的制造方法,其特征在于:所述的步骤(3)中染色整理是指通过染色方式可以使打磨后的水性PU合成革贝斯表面获得多种颜色。
