进一步的,抗菌无纺布的份额为26%,环氧树脂的份额为13%,覆印压花膜的份额为11%,水溶性疏水剂的份额为9%,塑化剂的份额为8%,发泡剂的份额为6%,涂胶膜的份额为11%,多功能复合材料的份额为16%。

1.一种疏水性人造革,包括抗菌无纺布、环氧树脂、覆印压花膜、水溶性疏水剂、塑化剂、发泡剂、涂胶膜、多功能复合材料,其特征在于:所述抗菌无纺布的份额为20-30%,所述环氧树脂的份额为10-20%,所述覆印压花膜的份额为10-15%,所述水溶性疏水剂的份额为7-14%,所述塑化剂的份额为6-15%,所述发泡剂的份额为5-10%,所述涂胶膜的份额为10-15%,所述多功能复合材料的份额为10-20%。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种疏水性人造革,其特征在于:所述抗菌无纺布的份额为26%,所述环氧树脂的份额为13%,所述覆印压花膜的份额为11%,所述水溶性疏水剂的份额为9%,所述塑化剂的份额为8%,所述发泡剂的份额为6%,所述涂胶膜的份额为11%,所述多功能复合材料的份额为16%。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种疏水性人造革,其特征在于:所述抗菌无纺布的份额为24%,所述环氧树脂的份额为12%,所述覆印压花膜的份额为10%,所述水溶性疏水剂的份额为10%,所述塑化剂的份额为9%,所述发泡剂的份额为8%,所述涂胶膜的份额为12%,所述多功能复合材料的份额为15%。
4.一种疏水性人造革的制备方法,其特征在于:包括以下操作步骤:
S1:准备制备人造革所需要的材料,包括抗菌无纺布、环氧树脂、覆印压花膜、水溶性疏水剂、塑化剂、发泡剂、涂胶膜与多功能复合材料,其中多功能复合材料单独进行制备;
S2:对多功能复合材料进行制备,采用复合纤维材料为基布,防水涤纶、聚酯膜、聚氨酯泡棉与高分子材PU泡棉热压复合成型,制成多功能复合材料,备用;
S3:将环氧树脂、塑化剂、水溶性疏水剂、发泡机投入搅拌机的内部进行快速搅拌混合,混合均匀后,取出,进行塑炼操作,放入挤出机的内部,挤成一定宽度和厚度的膜片;
S4:将成型的膜片与抗菌无纺布、涂胶膜、多功能复合材料和覆印压花膜进行贴合,并层叠放在压辊定型机的工作位置,将压辊辊道进行预热,对贴合的膜片、抗菌无纺布、涂胶膜、多功能复合材料和覆印压花膜进行压延复合操作,人造革初步成型;
S5:覆印压花膜贴合在最外侧的位置,对成型的人造革进行预热操作,在覆印压花膜的表面进行压花,压花完成后放置冷却,完全成型,人造革制备完成。
5.根据权利要求4所述的一种疏水性人造革的制备方法,其特征在于:所述S2步骤中复合纤维材料的份额为20-30%,所述防水涤纶的份额为15-22%,所述聚酯膜的份额为12-16%,所述聚氨酯泡棉的份额为15-24%,所述高分子材PU泡棉的份额为14-24%。
6.根据权利要求5所述的一种疏水性人造革的制备方法,其特征在于:所述复合纤维材料的份额为28%,所述防水涤纶的份额为18%,所述聚酯膜的份额为15%,所述聚氨酯泡棉的份额为20%,所述高分子材PU泡棉的份额为19%。
7.根据权利要求5所述的一种疏水性人造革的制备方法,其特征在于:所述复合纤维材料的份额为30%,所述防水涤纶的份额为16%,所述聚酯膜的份额为14%,所述聚氨酯泡棉的份额为22%,所述高分子材PU泡棉的份额为18%。
8.根据权利要求4所述的一种疏水性人造革的制备方法,其特征在于:所述防水涤纶采用涤纶浸泡防水剂并加热烘干的方式制成。
