技术领域
本发明涉及一种超细纤维聚氨酯合成革的制造方法,属于人造革制备技术领域。
背景技术
    超细纤维合成皮革是在充分剖析天然皮革的基础上发展起来的。超细纤维合成革是由束状超细纤维与聚氨酯经过特殊工艺加工而成。它是采用与天然皮革中束状胶原纤维结构和性能相似的尼龙超细纤维,制成具有三维网络结构的非织造布,再填充性能优异具有开式微孔结构的聚氨酯经后加工处理而成。天然皮革又称真皮,是有毛孔的,但有时候用肉眼很难看清。超细纤维聚氨酯合成革底基同真皮一样透气性极佳,但是经过干法造面后超细纤维聚氨酯合成革透气性就大打折扣,人们开始想尽办法比如:压针孔纹、选用透气性聚氨酯、激光冲孔、电脉冲冲孔等不仅成本大大提升,透气、吸水性大打折扣,而且仿真皮效果也差。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了解决超细纤维聚氨酯合成革经过干法造面后透气性不佳的问题,提供了一种方法简单的吸湿透气超细纤维聚氨酯合成革的制备方法的制造方法。
    本发明采用如下技术方案:一种吸湿透气超细纤维聚氨酯合成革的制备方法:包括如下步骤:
(1)超细旦海岛纤维和无纺布的制备:采用聚酰胺6和低密度聚乙烯为原料,制成等长的超细旦不定岛海岛短纤维,将制备的超细旦不定岛海岛短纤维经开松、梳理成网后采用高针刺密度上下反复穿刺制得无纺布;分卷后经热收缩定型,温度为90~140℃,车速为5~8m/min,无纺布密度为0.3~0.35g/m2,定型辊筒间隙为与无纺布厚度之比为1.1~1.5,得到烫平无纺布;
(2)湿法含浸:将步骤(1)得到的无纺布经过聚碳型聚氨酯含浸液,含浸液的模量为50~90 kg/cm2,固含量为12~16%,经过辊筒挤压含浸,用刮刀将无纺布的正反两面含浸液刮干净后,通过质量浓度为15~25%的二甲基甲酰胺水溶液进行凝固发泡,然后水洗去除无纺布上残留的二甲基甲酰胺,制得多孔质弹性体聚碳型聚氨酯无纺布湿法底基;
(3)甲苯减量及烘干:将步骤(2)得到的多孔质弹性体聚碳型聚氨酯无纺布湿法底基采用甲苯减量和沸水高温水煮去除残留的甲苯,然后经扩幅烘干机将底基大超喂松弛烘干拉幅,烘干温度为110~130℃,底基门幅为1.4~1.5m,制得超细纤维聚氨酯合成革的底基;
(4)片皮处理:采用片皮机将步骤(3)得到的超细纤维聚氨酯合成革的底基按一定厚度从中间片开,获得上下两层内里革半成品;片皮机车速为3~6米/分钟,片皮机刀片转速为1000~1500转/分钟,标记好内里革半成品的片皮面为A面,另一面为B面;
(5)磨皮、除尘:以B面为基准面,采用180~320目的沙皮对A面进行磨皮,减量为0.2~0.3 mm,沙皮转速为800~1000转/分钟,车速为3~5米/分钟,沙皮辊压力为3.5~5.5kg;
再将上述磨好的内里革半成品在除尘机上正反面除尘后,除尘机车速为3~5米/分钟,除尘机风机转速为1200~1800转/分钟,即制得超细纤维聚氨酯内里革预处理底基;
(6)三版、染色、压纹烫亮及揉纹:将步骤(5)得到的超细纤维聚氨酯内里革预处理底基的B面经三版机预处理一版浆料,初检,染色,烘干,三版机平整度处理,压纹机烫亮,三版机再进行光雾度处理,揉纹,即制得吸湿透气超细纤维聚氨酯内里革。
进一步的,所述步骤(2)中针刺机采用的刺针为密集型R222型号刺针,针柄号为15,针腰号为18,针叶号为32,刺针长度为3英寸,钩刺个数为3~6;针刺机的植针密度为4500~10000枚/m,针板频率为700~900刺/min,针刺密度为2000~2200刺/m2,针刺深度为4.5~8mm。
进一步的,所述步骤(2)中凝固发泡的凝固时间为40~60min,凝固温度为20-30℃。
进一步的,所述步骤(6)中三版机封浆预处理,处理剂采用模量为20~40 kg/cm2,耐温性为180~200℃的聚氨酯树脂,处理剂与二甲基甲酰胺溶剂按照1:1-2的比例调配,三版机烘箱温度为120-150℃,车速为10~20m/min。
进一步的,所述步骤(6)中三版机印刷辊筒采用凹版镀锌120~240目网纹印刷辊,烘干温度100~120℃,烘干时间为1~3分钟。
进一步的,揉纹采用小支水揉纹,水温为20~40℃,水揉时间为1~3 min,揉筒转速为600~1000r/min,烘干温度为40~60℃,烘干时间为40~60 min,小支米数为30~40米/支。
进一步的,所述压纹机采用内部通导热油的镜面辊压纹烫亮,镜面辊温度为180~200℃,车速为3~5m/min。
本发明制备方法简单,采用低模量的聚碳型聚氨酯含浸液处理超高针密针刺无纺布中,经减量、烘干、片皮、磨皮、染色、烫亮、三版处理、揉纹制得超细纤维聚氨酯制得内里革,表面触感、手感细腻,透气性好,其微孔结构更均匀细密,吸水性能好。
具体实施方式
下面将结合具体实施例对本发明作进一步的描述。
实施例一:一种吸湿透气超细纤维聚氨酯合成革的制备方法:包括如下步骤:
(1)超细旦海岛纤维和无纺布的制备:将聚酰胺6和低密度聚乙烯按照质量比为40:50混合经慢速搅拌机30转/分钟搅拌15分钟,待以上两种料搅拌均匀后,通过单螺杆纺丝机熔融搅拌进入海岛型喷丝组件,螺杆压力为3kg,螺杆转速为30Hz,螺杆温度为90℃,管道温度为260℃,经分配板和喷丝板挤出成型;挤出成型的丝束再经三道牵伸辊牵伸,三辊牵伸比为1:1.8:3、纺丝油剂油浴槽上油、卷曲机卷曲的主压为1kg,被压为0.5kg,卷曲个数为15个/25mm、烘干温度为50℃,烘干时间为5分钟、切断制得长度为50mm,纤度为4.5dtex的短纤维、打包机按照150kg/包的规格包装;将6包纤维一同混放,经带有锯齿和钉子辊筒的粗开松机把纤维预开松,再由风机将开松的纤维送到大棉仓,经大棉仓顶部风机前后摆动喂入纤维使得纤维均匀的混合,再经五辊精开松机精开松使得纤维更加蓬松,经末道棉箱虑压、储存纤维让风机喂入的纤维中的气流趋于平稳,经气压棉箱均匀喂入纤维,电子秤自动称量系统,梳理机七辊梳理、上下道夫剥取形成上下均匀纤维网,铺网机将上下纤维网叠合根据设置不同规格的产品调节铺网成数,再经七台针刺机上下反复穿刺形成具有一定密度和强度的无纺布,针刺采用密集型R222型号刺针,针刺密度达到2000以上,针刺深度按照产品规格设计,达到充分刺透纤维缠结完全,经切边机将无纺布裁剪整齐并分卷,再经90℃热收缩定型,制得密度为0.3g/㎡,的无纺布;
(2)湿法含浸:将步骤(1)得到的无纺布经过聚碳型聚氨酯含浸液,含浸液调配按照高模量70kg/cm2聚碳型聚氨酯和低模量10 kg/c㎡聚碳型聚氨酯不同比例来调配模量至50 kg/cm2,含浸液的固含量为12%,经过14对辊筒挤压含浸,将含浸液浸均匀挤压渗透入无纺布中,涂布量为1.2倍,经刮刀将无纺布的正反两面含浸液松弛刮干净后,基布表面必须平整,不能有刮毛现象,通过含有质量浓度为15%的二甲基甲酰胺的水溶液进行凝固发泡,凝固时间为40分钟;凝固温度为20℃,再通过17道水洗槽水洗将无纺布上残留的二甲基甲酰胺洗掉,制得多孔质弹性体聚碳型聚氨酯无纺布湿法底基;
(3)甲苯减量及烘干:将步骤(3)得到的多孔质弹性体聚碳型聚氨酯无纺布湿法底基通过6个甲苯槽将底基 中的聚乙烯通过加温溶解到甲苯中,甲苯槽温度为80℃,槽内辊筒张力应控制到最小直至不打皱,最佳张力为1.5kg,再经3个水洗槽将残留的甲苯洗掉,水洗温度为95℃,水洗槽张力为1.8kg,再经过七层拖网式烘箱自由收缩预烘干温度为70℃,经扩幅烘干机将Base大超喂松弛烘干拉幅,烘干温度为120℃,底基门幅为1.4m,进而获得超细纤维聚氨酯合成革的底基;
(4)片皮处理:采用片皮机将步骤(3)得到的超细纤维聚氨酯合成革的底基按一定厚度从中间片开,获得上下两层内里革半成品;片皮机车速为3米/分钟,片皮机刀片转速为1000转/分钟,标记好内里革半成品的片皮面为A面,另一面为B面;
(5)磨皮、除尘:以B面为基准面,采用180目的沙皮对A面进行磨皮,减量为0.2mm,沙皮转速为800转/分钟,车速为3米/分钟,沙皮辊压力为3.5kg;
再将上述磨好的内里革半成品在除尘机上正反面除尘后,除尘机车速为3米/分钟,除尘机风机转速为1200转/分钟,即制得超细纤维聚氨酯内里革预处理底基;
(6)三版、染色、压纹烫亮及揉纹:将步骤(5)得到的超细纤维聚氨酯内里革预处理底基的B面经三版机预处理一版浆料,三版机封浆预处理,处理剂采用模量为20 kg/cm2,耐温性为180℃的聚氨酯树脂,处理剂与二甲基甲酰胺溶剂按照1:1的比例调配,三版机烘箱温度为120℃,车速为10m/m,初检,染色,烘干,三版机平整度处理,压纹机烫亮,压纹机采用内部通导热油的镜面辊压纹烫亮,镜面辊温度为180℃,车速为3m/min,三版机再进行光雾度处理,揉纹,三版机光亮度处理,处理剂为纯的油性、聚硅氧烷改性PU弱溶剂增光、消光表面处理剂,三版机印刷辊筒采用凹版镀锌120目网纹印刷辊,烘干温度为100℃,烘干时间为1分钟,揉纹采用小支水揉纹,水温为20℃,水揉时间为1min,揉筒转速为600r/min,烘干温度为40℃,烘干时间为40 min,小支米数为30米/支,即制得吸湿透气超细纤维聚氨酯内里革。
实施例二:
一种吸湿透气超细纤维聚氨酯合成革的制备方法:包括如下步骤:
(1)超细旦海岛纤维和无纺布的制备:将聚酰胺6和低密度聚乙烯按照质量比为45:55混合经慢速搅拌机40转/分钟搅拌18分钟,待以上两种料搅拌均匀后,通过单螺杆纺丝机熔融搅拌进入海岛型喷丝组件,螺杆压力为4kg,螺杆转速为40Hz,螺杆温度为200℃,管道温度为270℃,经分配板和喷丝板挤出成型;挤出成型的丝束再经三道牵伸辊牵伸,三辊牵伸比为1:2:3.5、纺丝油剂油浴槽上油、卷曲机卷曲的主压为1.5kg,被压为1kg,卷曲个数为20个/25mm、烘干温度为55℃,烘干时间为8分钟、切断制得长度为50mm,纤度为5.0dtex的短纤维、打包机按照200kg/包的规格包装;将7包纤维一同混放,经带有锯齿和钉子辊筒的粗开松机把纤维预开松,再由风机将开松的纤维送到大棉仓,经大棉仓顶部风机前后摆动喂入纤维使得纤维均匀的混合,再经五辊精开松机精开松使得纤维更加蓬松,经末道棉箱虑压、储存纤维让风机喂入的纤维中的气流趋于平稳,经气压棉箱均匀喂入纤维,电子秤自动称量系统,梳理机七辊梳理、上下道夫剥取形成上下均匀纤维网,铺网机将上下纤维网叠合根据设置不同规格的产品调节铺网成数,再经七台针刺机上下反复穿刺形成具有一定密度和强度的无纺布,针刺采用密集型R222型号刺针,针刺密度达到2000以上,针刺深度按照产品规格设计,达到充分刺透纤维缠结完全,经切边机将无纺布裁剪整齐并分卷,再经100℃热收缩定型,制得密度为0.32g/㎡的无纺布;
(2)湿法含浸:将步骤(1)得到的无纺布经过聚碳型聚氨酯含浸液,含浸液调配按照高模量100kg/cm2聚碳型聚氨酯和低模量50 kg/c㎡聚碳型聚氨酯不同比例来调配模量至70 kg/cm2,含浸液的固含量为15%,经过14对辊筒挤压含浸,将含浸液浸均匀挤压渗透入无纺布中,涂布量为1.5倍,经刮刀将无纺布的正反两面含浸液松弛刮干净后,基布表面必须平整,不能有刮毛现象,通过质量浓度为20%二甲基甲酰胺的水溶液进行凝固发泡;凝固时间为50分钟;凝固温度为25℃,再通过17道水洗槽水洗将无纺布上残留的二甲基甲酰胺洗掉,制得多孔质弹性体聚碳型聚氨酯无纺布湿法底基;
(3)甲苯减量及烘干:将步骤(3)得到的多孔质弹性体聚碳型聚氨酯无纺布湿法底基通过7个甲苯槽将底基中的聚乙烯通过加温溶解到甲苯中,甲苯槽温度为85℃,槽内辊筒张力应控制到最小直至不打皱,最佳张力为2.0kg,再经3个水洗槽将残留的甲苯洗掉,水洗温度为98℃,水洗槽张力为2.0kg,再经过七层拖网式烘箱自由收缩预烘干温度为80℃,经扩幅烘干机将Base大超喂松弛烘干拉幅,烘干温度为130℃,底基门幅为1.4m,进而获得超细纤维聚氨酯合成革的底基;
(4)片皮处理:采用片皮机将步骤(3)得到的超细纤维聚氨酯合成革的底基按一定厚度从中间片开,获得上下两层内里革半成品;片皮机车速为4米/分钟,片皮机刀片转速为1200转/分钟,标记好内里革半成品的片皮面为A面,另一面为B面;
(5)磨皮、除尘:以B面为基准面,采用220目的沙皮对A面进行磨皮,减量为0.2 mm,沙皮转速为900转/分钟,车速为4米/分钟,沙皮辊压力为4.5kg;
再将上述磨好的内里革半成品在除尘机上正反面除尘后,除尘机车速为4米/分钟,除尘机风机转速为1500转/分钟,即制得超细纤维聚氨酯内里革预处理底基;
(6)三版、染色、压纹烫亮及揉纹:将步骤(5)得到的超细纤维聚氨酯内里革预处理底基的B面经三版机预处理一版浆料,三版机封浆预处理,处理剂采用模量为30 kg/cm2,耐温性为190℃的聚氨酯树脂,处理剂与二甲基甲酰胺溶剂按照1:1.5的比例调配,三版机烘箱温度为140℃,车速为15m/m,初检,染色,烘干,三版机平整度处理,压纹机烫亮,压纹机采用内部通导热油的镜面辊压纹烫亮,镜面辊温度为190℃,车速为4m/min,三版机再进行光雾度处理,揉纹,三版机光亮度处理,处理剂为纯的油性、聚硅氧烷改性PU弱溶剂增光、消光表面处理剂,三版机印刷辊筒采用凹版镀锌200目网纹印刷辊,烘干温度为110℃,烘干时间为2分钟,揉纹采用小支水揉纹,水温为20℃,水揉时间为1 min,揉筒转速为600r/min,烘干温度为40℃,烘干时间为40min,小支米数为30米/支,得到吸湿透气超细纤维聚氨酯合成革。
实施例三:
一种吸湿透气超细纤维聚氨酯合成革的制备方法:包括如下步骤:
(1)超细旦海岛纤维和无纺布的制备:将聚酰胺6和低密度聚乙烯按照质量比为50:60混合经慢速搅拌机50转/分钟搅拌20分钟,待以上两种料搅拌均匀后,通过单螺杆纺丝机熔融搅拌进入海岛型喷丝组件,螺杆压力为5kg,螺杆转速为50Hz,螺杆温度为290℃,管道温度为285℃,经分配板和喷丝板挤出成型;挤出成型的丝束再经三道牵伸辊牵伸,三辊牵伸比为1: 2.5:3.5、纺丝油剂油浴槽上油、卷曲机卷曲的主压为2kg,被压为1.3kg,卷曲个数为25个/25mm、烘干温度为65℃,烘干时间为10分钟、切断制得长度为51mm,纤度为5.5dtex的短纤维、打包机按照230kg/包的规格包装;将8包纤维一同混放,经带有锯齿和钉子辊筒的粗开松机把纤维预开松,再由风机将开松的纤维送到大棉仓,经大棉仓顶部风机前后摆动喂入纤维使得纤维均匀的混合,再经五辊精开松机精开松使得纤维更加蓬松,经末道棉箱虑压、储存纤维让风机喂入的纤维中的气流趋于平稳,经气压棉箱均匀喂入纤维,电子秤自动称量系统,梳理机七辊梳理、上下道夫剥取形成上下均匀纤维网,铺网机将上下纤维网叠合根据设置不同规格的产品调节铺网成数,再经七台针刺机上下反复穿刺形成具有一定密度和强度的无纺布,针刺采用密集型R222型号刺针,针刺密度达到2000以上,针刺深度按照产品规格设计,达到充分刺透纤维缠结完全,经切边机将无纺布裁剪整齐并分卷,再经130℃热收缩定型,制得密度为0.35g/㎡的无纺布;
(2)湿法含浸:将步骤(1)得到的无纺布经过聚碳型聚氨酯含浸液,含浸液调配按照高模量120kg/cm2聚碳型聚氨酯和低模量60 kg/c㎡聚碳型聚氨酯不同比例来调配模量至90 kg/cm2,含浸液的固含量为16%,经过14对辊筒挤压含浸,将含浸液浸均匀挤压渗透入无纺布中,涂布量为1.6倍,经刮刀将无纺布的正反两面含浸液松弛刮干净后,基布表面必须平整,不能有刮毛现象,通过质量浓度为25%的二甲基甲酰胺的水溶液进行凝固发泡;凝固时间为60分钟;凝固温度为30℃,再通过17道水洗槽水洗将无纺布上残留的二甲基甲酰胺洗掉,制得多孔质弹性体聚碳型聚氨酯无纺布湿法底基;
(3)甲苯减量及烘干:将步骤(3)得到的多孔质弹性体聚碳型聚氨酯无纺布湿法底基通过8个甲苯槽将底基 中的聚乙烯通过加温溶解到甲苯中,甲苯槽温度为95℃,槽内辊筒张力应控制到最小直至不打皱,最佳张力为2.0kg,再经4个水洗槽将残留的甲苯洗掉,水洗温度为100℃,水洗槽张力为2.2kg,再经过七层拖网式烘箱自由收缩预烘干温度为100℃,经扩幅烘干机将Base大超喂松弛烘干拉幅,烘干温度为140℃,底基门幅为1.5m,进而获得超细纤维聚氨酯合成革的底基;
(4)片皮处理:采用片皮机将步骤(3)得到的超细纤维聚氨酯合成革的底基按一定厚度从中间片开,获得上下两层内里革半成品;片皮机车速为6米/分钟,片皮机刀片转速为1500转/分钟,标记好内里革半成品的片皮面为A面,另一面为B面;
(5)磨皮、除尘:以B面为基准面,采用320目的沙皮对A面进行磨皮,减量为0.3 mm,沙皮转速为1000转/分钟,车速为5米/分钟,沙皮辊压力为5.5kg;
再将上述磨好的内里革半成品在除尘机上正反面除尘后,除尘机车速为5米/分钟,除尘机风机转速为1800转/分钟,即制得超细纤维聚氨酯内里革预处理底基;
(6)三版、染色、压纹烫亮及揉纹:将步骤(5)得到的超细纤维聚氨酯内里革预处理底基的B面经三版机预处理一版浆料,三版机封浆预处理,处理剂采用模量为40 kg/cm2,耐温性为200℃的聚氨酯树脂,处理剂与二甲基甲酰胺溶剂按照1: 2的比例调配,三版机烘箱温度为150℃,车速为20m/m,初检,染色,烘干,三版机平整度处理,压纹机烫亮,压纹机采用内部通导热油的镜面辊压纹烫亮,镜面辊温度为200℃,车速为5m/min,三版机再进行光雾度处理,揉纹,即制得吸湿透气超细纤维聚氨酯内里革,三版机光亮度处理,处理剂为纯的油性、聚硅氧烷改性PU弱溶剂增光、消光表面处理剂,三版机印刷辊筒采用凹版镀锌240目网纹印刷辊,烘干温度为120℃,烘干时间为3分钟,揉纹采用小支水揉纹,水温为40℃,水揉时间为3 min,揉筒转速为1000r/min,烘干温度为60℃,烘干时间为60 min,小支米数为40米/支,得到吸湿透气超细纤维聚氨酯合成革。

Claims (7)

1.一种吸湿透气超细纤维聚氨酯合成革的制备方法:其特征在于:包括如下步骤:
(1)超细旦海岛纤维和无纺布的制备:采用聚酰胺6和低密度聚乙烯为原料,制成等长的超细旦不定岛海岛短纤维,将制备的超细旦不定岛海岛短纤维经开松、梳理成网后采用高针刺密度上下反复穿刺制得无纺布;分卷后经热收缩定型,温度为90~140℃,车速为5~8m/min,无纺布密度为0.3~0.35g/m2,定型辊筒间隙为与无纺布厚度之比为1.1~1.5,得到烫平无纺布;
(2)湿法含浸:将步骤(1)得到的无纺布经过聚碳型聚氨酯含浸液,含浸液的模量为50~90 kg/cm2,固含量为12~16%,经过辊筒挤压含浸,用刮刀将无纺布的正反两面含浸液刮干净后,通过质量浓度为15~25%的二甲基甲酰胺水溶液进行凝固发泡,然后水洗去除无纺布上残留的二甲基甲酰胺,制得多孔质弹性体聚碳型聚氨酯无纺布湿法底基;
(3)甲苯减量及烘干:将步骤(2)得到的多孔质弹性体聚碳型聚氨酯无纺布湿法底基经过甲苯减量并用高温水去除残留的甲苯,然后经扩幅烘干机将底基大超喂松弛烘干拉幅,烘干温度为110~130℃,底基门幅为1.4~1.5m,制得超细纤维聚氨酯合成革的底基;
(4)片皮处理:采用片皮机将步骤(3)得到的超细纤维聚氨酯合成革的底基按一定厚度从中间片开,获得上下两层内里革半成品;片皮机车速为3~6米/分钟,片皮机刀片转速为1000~1500转/分钟,标记好内里革半成品的片皮面为A面,另一面为B面;
(5)磨皮、除尘:以B面为基准面,采用180~320目的沙皮对A面进行磨皮,减量为0.2~0.3 mm,沙皮转速为800~1000转/分钟,车速为3~5米/分钟,沙皮辊压力为3.5~5.5kg;
再将上述磨好的内里革半成品在除尘机上正反面除尘后,除尘机车速为3~5米/分钟,除尘机风机转速为1200~1800转/分钟,即制得超细纤维聚氨酯内里革预处理底基;
(6)三版、染色、压纹烫亮及揉纹:将步骤(5)得到的超细纤维聚氨酯内里革预处理底基的B面经三版机预处理一版浆料,初检,染色,烘干,三版机平整度处理,压纹机烫亮,三版机再进行光雾度处理,揉纹,即制得吸湿透气超细纤维聚氨酯合成革。
2.如权利要求1所述的吸湿透气超细纤维聚氨酯合成革方法,其特征在于:所述步骤(2)中针刺机采用的刺针为密集型R222型号刺针,针柄号为15,针腰号为18,针叶号为32,刺针长度为3英寸,钩刺个数为3~6;针刺机的植针密度为4500-10000枚/m,针板频率为700-900刺/min,针刺密度为2000-2200,刺/m2,针刺深度为4.5-8mm。
3.如权利要求1所述的吸湿透气超细纤维聚氨酯合成革方法,其特征在于:所述步骤(2)中凝固发泡的凝固时间为40~60min,凝固温度为20~30℃。
4.如权利要求1所述的吸湿透气超细纤维聚氨酯合成革的制造方法,其特征在于:所述步骤(6)中三版机封浆预处理,处理剂采用模量为20~40 kg/cm2,耐温性为180~200℃的聚氨酯树脂,处理剂与二甲基甲酰胺溶剂按照1:1~2的比例调配,三版机烘箱温度为120~150℃,车速为10~20m/min。
5.如权利要求1所述的吸湿透气超细纤维聚氨酯合成革的制造方法,其特征在于:所述步骤(6)中三版机印刷辊筒采用凹版镀锌120~240目网纹印刷辊,烘干温度为100~120℃,烘干时间为1~3min。
6.如权利要求1所述的吸湿透气超细纤维聚氨酯合成革的制造方法,其特征在于:所述步骤(6)中揉纹采用小支水揉纹,水温为20~40℃,水揉时间为1~3 min,揉筒转速为600~1000r/min,烘干温度为40~60℃,烘干时间为40~60 min,小支米数为30-40米/支。
7.如权利要求1所述的吸湿透气超细纤维聚氨酯合成革的制造方法,其特征在于:所述压纹机采用内部通导热油的镜面辊压纹烫亮,镜面辊温度为180~200℃,车速为3~5m/min。
