技术领域
本发明涉及鞋内里的制备方法,具体地说是一种抗菌透气超细纤维鞋内里的制备方法。
背景技术
天然皮革由于具有优良的天然特性被人们广泛用于生产日用品和工业品,但随着世界人口的增长,人类对皮革的需求倍增,数量有限的天然皮革早已不能满足人们这种需求。
随着技术的发展,超细纤维合成革得到了广泛的应用和市场的肯定,不论从内部微观结构,还是外观质感及物理特性和人们穿着舒适性等方面,都能与高级天然皮革相媲美了。此外,超细纤维合成革在耐化学性、质量均一性、大生产加工适应性以及防水、防霉变性等方面更超过了天然皮革。
但是,目前的超细纤维合成革还存在抗菌性、透气性能、手感不理想的问题,用于制备抗菌透气超细纤维鞋内里时,不能满足需求,需要进行改进。
发明内容
本发明的目的是公开一种抗菌透气超细纤维鞋内里的制备方法,以解决现有技术存在的问题,满足人们的需求。
本发明所述的抗菌透气超细纤维鞋内里的制造方法,包括:
超纤基布的染色、吸湿透气处理、抗菌处理、表面处理和成纹处理步骤,其中:
(1)所述的超纤基布的染色方法,为常规技术,具体可参见文献:曲建波,合成革材料与工艺学[M],北京,化学工业出版社,2015.9的记载;
(2)所述的吸湿透气处理方法,包括如下步骤:
将染色后的超纤基布通过含浸的方式在油剂槽中进行浸透处理,控制基布带液率为50-70%,然后在100-150℃下干燥;
所述的油剂为吸水处理剂为与水的混合物,重量比例为1:40~70;
所述的吸水处理剂可采用泰胜助剂有限公司生产的吸水处理剂,其主要化学成分包括:聚二甲基硅氧烷乳液、羟基硅油乳液;
(3)所述的抗菌处理包括如下步骤:
将经过吸湿透气处理的超纤基布,再次通过含浸的方式,含浸抗菌助剂,然后干燥,温度为100-150℃;
所述的抗菌助剂为鲁道夫抗菌剂、5700型抗菌剂、TAG抗菌剂中的一种或几种,所用抗菌剂与工业用软化水的比例为1~10:100,基布带液率45-65%;
鲁道夫抗菌剂的化学名称为银无机盐和表面活性剂混合物,5700型抗菌剂的化学名称为纳米二氧化钛银交换体,TAG抗菌剂的化学名称为银复合物;
(4)所述的表面处理方法,包括如下步骤:将步骤(3)的超纤基布,进行聚氨酯上料处理,温度120-140℃;
所述的上料处理液由如下质量的组份组成:
溶剂型聚氨酯树脂 100份
丁酮 30-60份
色粉 5-30份
(5)所述的揉纹处理方法,包括如下步骤:
将步骤(4)的超纤基布,在揉纹设备中进行搓揉做软处理,处理温度90-150摄氏度,得到手感、纹路优良的超细纤维鞋内里成品。
本发明制备的抗菌透气超细纤维鞋内里具有优异的抗菌性、透气性能并具有良好的手感、纹路和环保性,综合性能优良。其吸水时间在10s以内,水蒸气渗透量≥5mg/cm2h(测试标准ISO20345);同时,抗克雷白氏肺炎杆菌的效果可达到90%以上(测试标准ATCC4352),抗金黄色葡萄球菌的效果可达到90%以上(测试标准ATCC 6538)。
具体实施方式
实施例1
1、经过片皮磨皮的超纤基布通过溢流染色机,在100℃温度下进行染色处理;
2、将染色后的超纤基布通过含浸的方式在油剂槽中进行浸透处理,通过压辊控制基布带液率50%,在烘箱中进行干燥,干燥温度110℃,油剂为泰胜助剂有限公司生产的吸水处理剂,所用油剂与工业用软化水的比例为1:40;
3、再将上述经过吸湿透气处理的超纤基布再次通过含浸的方式,含浸抗菌助剂,再次在烘箱中烘干,干燥温度110℃,抗菌助剂鲁道夫抗菌剂,所用抗菌剂与工业用软化水的比例为3:100,基布带液率45%;
4、表面处理是向经过吸湿透气抗菌处理的超纤基布进行聚氨酯上料处理,上料处理使用溶剂型聚氨酯树脂100,丁酮30,色粉5,温度120℃;
5、最后将上述经过表面处理的超纤基布在揉纹设备中进行搓揉做软处理,处理温度100摄氏度,得到手感、纹路优良的超细纤维鞋内里成品。其吸水时间在10s以内,水蒸气渗透量≥5mg/cm2h(测试标准ISO20345);同时,抗克雷白氏肺炎杆菌的效果可达到99%(测试标准ATCC 4352),抗金黄色葡萄球菌的效果可达到99%(测试标准ATCC 6538)。
实施例2
1、经过片皮磨皮的超纤基布通过溢流染色机,在100℃温度下进行染色处理;
2、将染色后的超纤基布通过含浸的方式在油剂槽中进行浸透处理,通过压辊控制基布带液率50-70%,在烘箱中进行干燥,干燥温度130℃,油剂为泰胜助剂有限公司生产的吸水处理剂,所用油剂与工业用软化水的比例为1:55;
3、再将上述经过吸湿透气处理的超纤基布再次通过含浸的方式,含浸抗菌助剂,再次在烘箱中烘干,干燥温度130℃,抗菌助剂5700型抗菌剂,所用抗菌剂与工业用软化水的比例为5:100,基布带液率55%;
4、表面处理是向经过吸湿透气抗菌处理的超纤基布进行聚氨酯上料处理,上料处理使用溶剂型聚氨酯树脂100,丁酮30,色粉10,温度130℃;
5、最后将上述经过表面处理的超纤基布在揉纹设备中进行搓揉做软处理,处理温度130摄氏度,得到手感、纹路优良的超细纤维鞋内里成品。其吸水时间在10s以内,水蒸气渗透量≥5mg/cm2h(测试标准ISO20345);同时,抗克雷白氏肺炎杆菌的效果达到94.7%(测试标准ATCC 4352),抗金黄色葡萄球菌的效果可达到95.4%(测试标准ATCC 6538)。
实施例3
1、经过片皮磨皮的超纤基布通过溢流染色机,在100℃温度下进行染色处理;
2、将染色后的超纤基布通过含浸的方式在油剂槽中进行浸透处理,通过压辊控制基布带液率70%,在烘箱中进行干燥,干燥温度150℃,油剂为泰胜助剂有限公司生产的吸水处理剂,所用油剂与工业用软化水的比例为1:70;
3、再将上述经过吸湿透气处理的超纤基布再次通过含浸的方式,含浸抗菌助剂,再次在烘箱中烘干,干燥温度150℃,抗菌助剂TAG抗菌剂,所用抗菌剂与工业用软化水的比例为8:100,基布带液率65%;
4、表面处理是向经过吸湿透气抗菌处理的超纤基布进行聚氨酯上料处理,上料处理使用溶剂型聚氨酯树脂100,丁酮30,色粉15,温度140℃;
5、最后将上述经过表面处理的超纤基布在揉纹设备中进行搓揉做软处理,处理温度140摄氏度,得到手感、纹路优良的超细纤维鞋内里成品。其吸水时间在10s以内,水蒸气渗透量≥5mg/cm2h(测试标准ISO20345);同时,抗克雷白氏肺炎杆菌的效果可达到95.3%(测试标准ATCC 4352),抗金黄色葡萄球菌的效果可达到93.2%(测试标准ATCC 6538)。
