超细纤维聚氨酯合成革主要应用于鞋类、箱包类、沙发汽车内饰类、球类、手套类等,目前国内超细纤维聚氨酯合成革市场份额越来越大,人们的认知度也越来越高,做为引领时尚的包袋革已经成为时尚的风向标,而一般超细纤维聚氨酯合成革产品已经满足不了消费者的审美观,特别是皮革表面的光泽度、花纹饱满细腻度、手感柔软舒适度等很难满足不同地区、国家消费者的要求。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了解决现有技术生产的超细纤维聚氨酯合成革产品的光泽度、花纹饱满细腻度极易手感柔软度不能满足消费者需求的问题,提供了一种制备方法简单的仿牛头层皮油皮皮革的制造方法,制备出的仿牛头层皮油皮皮革具有高光亮度、花纹细腻、油蜡感强、悬垂感强。
本发明采用如下技术方案:一种仿牛头层皮油皮皮革的制造方法,包括如下步骤:
(1)无纺布的制备:采用聚酰胺6和低密度聚乙烯为原料制得长度为50~51mm、纤度为5.0~6.0dtex的短纤维,经七台针刺机正反穿刺,制成密度为0.25~0.27g/m2的无纺布;
(2)湿法含浸:将步骤(1)得到的无纺布经过聚醚型聚碳型聚氨酯的混合含浸液中,经挤压含浸液,再将无纺布通过质量浓度为40~60%的二甲基甲酰胺水溶液进行凝固发泡,凝固时间为40~60min,凝固温度为20~30℃,然后将无纺布上残留的二甲基甲酰胺经70~80℃的水洗掉,得到多孔质弹性体聚醚聚碳型聚氨酯无纺布湿法底基;
(3)甲苯减量:将步骤(2)得到的多孔质弹性体聚醚聚碳型聚氨酯无纺布湿法底基分别通过甲苯槽减量和水洗槽清洗,得到超细纤维聚氨酯合成革的底基;
(4)底基整理:将步骤(3)得到的超细纤维聚氨酯合成革的底基经七层拖网式烘箱自由收缩预烘干,烘箱温度为70~100℃,再牵引入含氨基硅油的皮革柔软剂中充分含浸,氨基硅油的浓度为12~18%,含浸时间为4~8min,然后将底基经橡胶辊挤压,压液率为70~90%,再经扩幅定型机将底基超喂松弛低温烘干拉幅,扩幅烘干温度为110~130℃,底基门幅为1.4~1.5m,再经连续揉皮将机将烘干后的底基进行揉皮,制得仿牛头层皮超细纤维聚氨酯合成革底基;

(6)将步骤(5)得到的离型纸涂层膜与步骤(4)得到的仿牛头层皮超细纤维聚氨酯合成革底基对齐叠合,再经120~130℃烘干后把离型纸涂层膜与仿牛头层皮超细纤维聚氨酯合成革底基剥离,从而获得仿牛头层皮皮革;
(7)压纹、三版机处理:将步骤(6)处理后的仿牛头层皮皮革经压纹机压花定型,压纹机的温度为180~200℃,车速为5~8m/min,再将压好纹的仿牛头层皮皮革经三版机处理光雾度、颜色、表面触感处理,得到仿牛头层皮油皮皮革。
进一步的,所述聚醚型聚碳型聚氨酯的混合含浸液包括以下组份,按质量百分数计,聚醚聚碳型聚氨酯70-75%、二甲基甲酰胺20~25%、乳化剂1-2%、消泡剂0.5~1%、渗透剂1~2%、泡孔调节剂1~2%,聚醚型聚碳型聚氨酯的混合含浸液的模量为50~90 kg/c㎡,固含量为25~30%,。
进一步的,压纹机采用黄金灯管、石英灯管相结合的加热方式,加热温度为180-200℃,车速大小为5-8m/min,压纹机的加热罩与革面距离为5~10cm;
进一步的,所述三版机处理剂采用高光高固油蜡感表面处理剂YF-937,三版机印刷辊筒为凹版镀锌花纹印刷辊,三版机烘箱温度为120~150℃,车速为10~20m/min;

本发明制备方法简单,采用聚醚型聚碳型聚氨酯的混合含浸液制备的仿牛头层油皮皮革光亮度高、花纹细腻、油蜡感强、悬垂感强,能够满足不同的产品的需求。
具体实施方式
下面将结合具体实施例对本发明作进一步的描述。
本发明中采用的高光高固油蜡感表面处理剂YF-937购买于温州一帆精细化工有限公司;乳化剂选购于烟台盛太化工有限公司生产的NO.10型号乳化剂;泡孔调节剂选购于常州市金湖县金陵助剂厂生产的型号为S-80;消泡剂选购于烟台盛太化工有限公司生产的SC-02型号消泡剂;渗透剂选购于上海市得利化工助剂有限公司生产的DHL-70型号高效渗透剂。
实施例一:
一种仿牛头层皮油皮皮革的制造方法,包括如下步骤:
(1)无纺布的制备:将聚酰胺6和低密度聚乙烯按照质量比为40:60混合,经慢速搅拌机搅拌15分钟,转速为30转/分钟,待以上两种料搅拌均匀后,通过单螺杆纺丝机熔融搅拌进入海岛型喷丝组件,螺杆压力为5kg,螺杆转速为30Hz,螺杆温度为90℃,管道温度为280℃,经分配板和喷丝板挤出成型;挤出成型的丝束再经三道牵伸辊牵伸,三辊牵伸比为1:2.2:3.5,纺丝油剂油浴槽上油、卷曲机卷曲的主压为1kg,被压为0.5kg,卷曲个数为15个/25mm、烘干,烘干温度为50℃,烘干时间为5分钟、切断制得长度为50mm,纤度为5.0dtex的短纤维,打包机按照150kg/包的规格进行包装;将6包短纤维一同混放,经带有锯齿和钉子辊筒的粗开松机把纤维预开松,再由风机将开松的纤维送到大棉仓,经大棉仓顶部风机前后摆动喂入纤维使得纤维均匀的混合,再经五辊精开松机精开松使得纤维更加蓬松,经末道棉箱虑压、储存纤维让风机喂入的纤维中的气流趋于平稳,经气压棉箱均匀喂入纤维,电子秤自动称量系统,梳理机七辊梳理、上下道夫剥取形成上下均匀纤维网,梳理机各辊从前边开始由大到小调节各辊间隙,间隙范围控制在为1.0mm,铺网机将上下纤维网叠合根据设置不同规格的产品调节铺网成数,再经七台针刺机上下反复穿刺形成无纺布,经切边机将无纺布裁剪整齐并分卷,再经热收缩定型,定型温度为80℃,车速为5m/min,定型辊筒间隙为基布厚度/1.3,制得密度为0.25g/ m2的无纺布;
(2)湿法含浸:将无纺布经过装有聚醚型聚碳型聚氨酯的混合含浸液中,混合含浸液调配按照高模量80kg/cm2聚碳型聚氨酯和低模量10 kg/cm2聚醚型聚氨酯不同比例来调配模量至50 kg/ cm2,混合含浸液的固含量为25%,混合含浸液的组分按质量百分数计为:聚醚聚碳型聚氨酯75%、二甲基甲酰胺20%、乳化剂2%、消泡剂1%、渗透剂1%、泡孔调节剂1%,经过14对辊筒挤压含浸,将含浸液浸均匀挤压渗透入无纺布中,涂布量为1.8倍,经刮刀将无纺布的正反两面含浸液松弛刮干净后,通过质量浓度为30%的二甲基甲酰胺的水溶液进行凝固发泡,凝固时间为40分钟,凝固温度为20℃,再通过17道水洗槽水洗将无纺布上残留的二甲基甲酰胺洗掉,水洗槽中水的温度为70℃,获得多孔质弹性体聚醚聚碳型聚氨酯无纺布湿法底基;
(3)甲苯减量:将步骤(2)得到的多孔质弹性体聚醚聚碳型聚氨酯无纺布湿法底基通过6个甲苯槽将底基中残留的聚乙烯通过加温溶解到甲苯中,甲苯槽温度为80℃,槽内辊筒张力应控制到最小直至不打皱,最佳张力为1.5kg,再经3个水洗槽把底基中残留的甲苯洗掉,水洗温度为95℃,水洗槽张力为1.8kg,进而获得超细纤维聚氨酯合成的革底基;
(4)底基整理:将步骤(3)得到的超细纤维聚氨酯合成革的底基经七层拖网式烘箱自由收缩预烘干,温度为70℃,再牵引入调配好的含氨基硅油的皮革柔软剂的工作液油槽中充分含浸,油剂浓度为8%,水浓度为85%,时间为4分钟,再经一对橡胶辊挤压掉表面多余的工作液,压液率为50%,再经扩幅烘干机将底基超喂松弛烘干拉幅,烘干温度为120℃,底基门幅为1.4m,再经连续揉皮机将烘干后的底基进行揉皮,揉皮机牙板间隙为1cm,牙板摆动频率为200转/分钟,制得仿牛头层皮超细纤维聚氨酯合成革底基;

(6)将步骤(5)得到的离型纸涂层膜与步骤(4)得到的仿牛头层皮超细纤维聚氨酯合成革底基对齐叠合,再经120℃烘干后把离型纸涂层膜与仿牛头层皮超细纤维聚氨酯合成革底基剥离,从而获得仿牛头层皮皮革;
(7)压纹、三版机处理:将步骤(6)处理后的仿牛头层皮皮革经压纹机压花定型,压纹辊筒材质为硅胶辊,压纹辊筒纹型为各种大小形状的油皮纹,压纹机采用黄金灯管、石英灯管相结合的加热方式,压纹机的加热罩与革面距离为5cm,温度为180℃,车速为5m/min;再将压好纹的仿牛头层皮油皮革经三版机处理光雾度、颜色、表面触感处理制得高光高亮度、花纹饱满、折痕细腻、真皮感强仿牛头层皮皮皮革;所述三版机处理剂采用高光高固油蜡感表面处理剂,三版机印刷辊筒为凹版镀锌各种花纹印刷辊,三版机温度为120℃,车速为10m/min,得到仿牛头层皮油皮皮革。

(2)湿法含浸:将无纺布经过装有聚醚型聚碳型聚氨酯的混合含浸液中,混合含浸液调配按照高模量100kg/cm2聚碳型聚氨酯和低模量50 kg/cm2聚醚型聚氨酯不同比例来调配模量至70 kg/cm2,混合含浸液的固含量为28%,混合含浸液中的组分按质量百分数计为:聚醚聚碳型聚氨酯75%、二甲基甲酰胺20%、乳化剂1%、消泡剂0.5%、渗透剂1.5%、泡孔调节剂2%,经过14对辊筒挤压含浸,将含浸液浸均匀挤压渗透入无纺布中,涂布量为2.0倍,经刮刀将无纺布的正反两面含浸液松弛刮干净后,通过质量浓度为40%的二甲基甲酰胺的水溶液进行凝固发泡,凝固时间为50分钟,凝固温度为25℃,再通过17道水洗槽水洗将无纺布上残留的二甲基甲酰胺洗掉,水洗槽中水的温度为75℃,获得多孔质弹性体聚醚聚碳型聚氨酯无纺布湿法底基;
(3)甲苯减量:将步骤(2)得到的多孔质弹性体聚醚聚碳型聚氨酯无纺布湿法底基通过7个甲苯槽将底基中残留的聚乙烯通过加温溶解到甲苯中,甲苯槽温度为85℃,槽内辊筒张力应控制到最小直至不打皱,最佳张力为1.7kg,再经3个水洗槽把底基中残留的甲苯洗掉,水洗温度为100℃,水洗槽张力为2.0kg,进而获得超细纤维聚氨酯合成革的底基;
(4)底基整理:将步骤(3)得到的超细纤维聚氨酯合成革的底基经七层拖网式烘箱自由收缩预烘干,温度为80℃,再牵引入调配好的含氨基硅油的皮革柔软剂的工作液油槽中充分含浸,油剂浓度为10%,水浓度为90%,时间为7分钟,再经一对橡胶辊挤压掉表面多余的工作液,压液率为80%,再经扩幅烘干机将底基超喂松弛烘干拉幅,烘干温度为130℃,底基门幅为1.5m,再经连续揉皮机将烘干后的底基进行揉皮,揉皮机牙板间隙为3cm,牙板摆动频率为250转/分钟,制得仿牛头层皮超细纤维聚氨酯合成革底基;
(5)干法贴面:采用离型纸转移贴面法三涂刀湿贴,包括面料涂层、中层涂层和粘结层涂层,所述面料涂层的组分按质量百分数计为:聚氨酯树脂50%、DMF或甲苯溶剂40%、色片9.5%、助剂0.5%,所述聚氨酯树脂的固含量为30%,模量大小为50 kg/cm2;中层涂层和粘结层涂层采用固含量为50%,模量为7 kg/c㎡,粘度为9000 Pa.s/25℃的液型聚氨酯树脂,涂布量均为30s,制得质软、回弹佳、肉实感强的离型纸涂层膜;
(6)将步骤(5)得到的离型纸涂层膜与步骤(4)得到的仿牛头层皮超细纤维聚氨酯合成革底基对齐叠合,再经125℃烘干后把离型纸涂层膜与仿牛头层皮超细纤维聚氨酯合成革底基剥离,从而获得仿牛头层皮皮革;
(7)压纹、三版机处理:将步骤(6)处理后的仿牛头层皮皮革经压纹机压花定型,压纹辊筒材质为硅胶辊,压纹辊筒纹型为各种大小形状的油皮纹,压纹机采用黄金灯管、石英灯管相结合的加热方式,压纹机的加热罩与革面距离为10cm,温度为190℃,车速为7m/min;再将压好纹的仿牛头层皮油皮革经三版机处理光雾度、颜色、表面触感处理制得高光高亮度、花纹饱满、折痕细腻、真皮感强仿牛头层皮皮革;所述三版机处理剂采用高光高固油蜡感表面处理剂,三版机印刷辊筒为凹版镀锌各种花纹印刷辊,三版机温度为130℃,车速为15m/min,得到仿牛头层皮油皮皮革。
实施例三:
一种仿牛头层皮油皮皮革的制造方法,包括如下步骤:

Claims (1)

1.一种仿牛头层皮油皮皮革的制造方法,其特征在于:包括如下步骤:
(1)无纺布的制备:采用聚酰胺6和低密度聚乙烯为原料制得长度为50~51mm、纤度为5.0~6.0dtex的短纤维,经七台针刺机正反穿刺,制成密度为0.25~0.27g/m2的无纺布;
(2)湿法含浸:将步骤(1)得到的无纺布经过聚醚型聚碳型聚氨酯的混合含浸液中,经挤压含浸液,再将无纺布通过质量浓度为40~60%的二甲基甲酰胺水溶液进行凝固发泡,凝固时间为40~60min,凝固温度为20~30℃,然后将无纺布上残留的二甲基甲酰胺经70~80℃的水洗掉,得到多孔质弹性体聚醚聚碳型聚氨酯无纺布湿法底基,聚醚型聚碳型聚氨酯的混合含浸液包括以下组份,按质量百分数计,聚醚聚碳型聚氨酯70~75%、二甲基甲酰胺20~25%、乳化剂1~2%、消泡剂0.5~1%、渗透剂1~2%、泡孔调节剂1~2%,聚醚型聚碳型聚氨酯的混合含浸液的弹性模量为50~90 kg/cm2,固含量为25~30%;
(3)甲苯减量:将步骤(2)得到的多孔质弹性体聚醚聚碳型聚氨酯无纺布湿法底基分别通过甲苯槽减量和水洗槽清洗,得到超细纤维聚氨酯合成革的底基;
(4)底基整理:将步骤(3)得到的超细纤维聚氨酯合成革的底基经七层拖网式烘箱自由收缩预烘干,烘箱温度为70~100℃,再牵引入含氨基硅油的皮革柔软剂中充分含浸,氨基硅油的质量浓度为12~18%,含浸时间为4~8min,然后将底基经橡胶辊挤压,压液率为70~90%,再经扩幅定型机将底基超喂松弛低温烘干拉幅,扩幅烘干温度为110~130℃,底基门幅为1.4~1.5m,再经连续揉皮机将烘干后的底基进行揉皮,揉皮机的牙板间隙为1~4cm,牙板摆动频率为200~300转/min,制得仿牛头层皮超细纤维聚氨酯合成革底基;
