技术领域
本发明涉及合成革的制备技术领域,尤其涉及一种高涩感排球革及其制备方法。
背景技术
随着人们生活水平的提高,身体素质的提高与健康紧密相连在一起,各项运动正走入人们生活,对于运动球类的质量提出了更高的要求。排球因为简单方便,越来越成为人们青睐的运动方式。目前排球的材料有真皮和仿真皮,而市场广为应用的是聚氯乙烯(PVC)、聚氨基甲酸酯(PU)为原料的球革。它们在生产过程中有硫化物、氯化物、铬化合物、苯二甲酸盐、DMF废水废气排放,尽管人们已在回收处理,但很难达到环保的要求,对人们造成很大的危害。且排球革通常制作成本高,工序复杂,难于加工,目前也有采用普通PU革表面压花制作排球革的,其成本低,制作简单,但是弹性差,手感生硬,表面摩擦力较小,制作成排球后很容易滑落。
因此,需要一种手感软、弹性好的高涩感排球革。
发明内容
为解决上述存在的问题,本发明的目的在于提供一种高涩感排球革及其制备方法。所述高涩感排球革的制备方法,方法简单可控、重复性好,能够得到性能优良的排球革材料,利用本发明的方法制备的排球革制品表面柔软、涩感很强、弹性优越、手感佳、耐磨损,使用寿命长。
为达到上述目的,本发明的技术方案是:
一种高涩感排球革,由下至上依次包括:
基布;
PU层:所述PU层包括如下重量份数的组分:PU:80~100份;木质粉:1~6份;色浆:5~10份;稳定剂:0.5~3份;溶剂:40~55份;
涩感涂饰层。
进一步地,所述PU层包括如下重量份数的组分:PU:90~100份;木质粉:2~5份;色浆:8~10份;稳定剂:0.5~2份;溶剂:40~50份。
进一步地,所述PU层包括如下重量份数的组分:PU:95份;木质粉:3份;色浆:9份;稳定剂:1份;溶剂:48份。
进一步地,所述稳定剂为钾锌稳定剂、钡锌稳定剂或S-3复合稳定剂。
进一步地,所述溶剂为DMF。
一种高涩感排球革的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
1)将PU层中各组分按配比投入高速搅拌机中进行搅拌,搅拌速度为700~800转/分钟,搅拌均匀后,将其均匀涂于基布上,车速为9~11米/分钟,涂层厚度需控制在1.05~1.15mm范围内,凝固后水洗并烘干,制得PU层;采用湿法涂布的方式将PU层涂布至基布表面,干燥后PU层与基布的结合作用强,不易脱落,且PU层弹性佳,皮质柔软,具有良好的手感。
2)将涩感表处剂与丁酮按1:1的重量比混合在一起,搅拌均匀,利用辊涂机,将上述液体辊涂到PU层上,车速控制在8~12米/分钟,在110~130℃烘干,烘干时间为2~3分钟,烘干后卷取,制成排球革半成品;
3)将8~12重量份的涩感表处剂、1~2重量份的丁酮、2-5重量份的色浆混合在一起,搅拌均匀,利用印刷机,将上述液体印刷处理到排球革半成品表面,形成完整的涩感涂饰层,车速控制在8~12米/分钟,烘干温度为110~130℃,烘干时间2~3分钟,烘干后卷取,制成排球革成品。涩感涂饰层采用先辊涂后印刷的方式涂覆于PU层表面,一方面使得涩感涂饰层具有良好的附着力,长时间使用后不易脱落,另一方面使得材料表面的涩感度高,提高表面摩擦力,在使用时具有更好的手感,能适用于对性能要求比较高的排球革等方面。
进一步地,所述步骤1)中凝固时间为至少10分钟,烘干温度为100~150℃。

本发明所述的一种高涩感排球革的制备方法,方法简单可控、重复性好,能够得到性能优良的排球革材料,利用本发明的方法制备的排球革制品表面柔软、涩感很强、弹性优越、手感佳、耐磨损,使用寿命长。
具体实施方式
实施例1
一种高涩感排球革的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
1)按重量份数PU:80份;木质粉:1份;色浆:5份;稳定剂:0.5份;溶剂:40份,将各组分投入高速搅拌机中进行搅拌,搅拌速度为700转/分钟,搅拌均匀后,将其均匀涂于基布上,车速为9米/分钟,涂层厚度为1.05mm,凝固后水洗并烘干,凝固时间为10分钟,烘干温度为150℃,制得PU层;
2)将涩感表处剂与丁酮按1:1的重量比混合在一起,搅拌均匀,利用辊涂机,将上述液体辊涂到PU层上,车速控制在8米/分钟,在120℃烘干,烘干时间为2分钟,烘干后卷取,制成排球革半成品;
3)将8重量份的涩感表处剂、1重量份的丁酮、3重量份的色浆混合在一起,搅拌均匀,利用印刷机,将上述液体印刷处理到排球革半成品表面,形成完整的涩感涂饰层,车速控制在12米/分钟,烘干温度为110℃,烘干时间2分钟,烘干后卷取,制成排球革成品。
实施例2
一种高涩感排球革的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
1)按重量份数PU:95份;木质粉:3份;色浆:9份;稳定剂:1份;溶剂:48份,将各组分投入高速搅拌机中进行搅拌,搅拌速度为700转/分钟,搅拌均匀后,将其均匀涂于基布上,车速为11米/分钟,涂层厚度为1.15mm,凝固后水洗并烘干,凝固时间为15分钟,烘干温度为100℃,制得PU层;
2)将涩感表处剂与丁酮按1:1的重量比混合在一起,搅拌均匀,利用辊涂机,将上述液体辊涂到PU层上,车速控制在10米/分钟,在110℃烘干,烘干时间为3分钟,烘干后卷取,制成排球革半成品;
3)将12重量份的涩感表处剂、2重量份的丁酮、5重量份的色浆混合在一起,搅拌均匀,利用印刷机,将上述液体印刷处理到排球革半成品表面,形成完整的涩感涂饰层,车速控制在8米/分钟,烘干温度为110℃,烘干时间3分钟,烘干后卷取,制成排球革成品。
实施例3
一种高涩感排球革的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
1)按重量份数PU:100份;木质粉:6份;色浆:10份;稳定剂:3份;溶剂:55份,将各组分投入高速搅拌机中进行搅拌,搅拌速度为800转/分钟,搅拌均匀后,将其均匀涂于基布上,车速为10米/分钟,涂层厚度为1 mm,凝固后水洗并烘干,凝固时间为12分钟,烘干温度为130℃,制得PU层;
2)将涩感表处剂与丁酮按1:1的重量比混合在一起,搅拌均匀,利用辊涂机,将上述液体辊涂到PU层上,车速控制在12米/分钟,在130℃烘干,烘干时间为2分钟,烘干后卷取,制成排球革半成品;
3)将10重量份的涩感表处剂、1重量份的丁酮、2重量份的色浆混合在一起,搅拌均匀,利用印刷机,将上述液体印刷处理到排球革半成品表面,形成完整的涩感涂饰层,车速控制在9米/分钟,烘干温度为130℃,烘干时间2分钟,烘干后卷取,制成排球革成品。
所述的一种高涩感排球革的制备方法,方法简单可控、重复性好,能够得到性能优良的排球革材料,利用本发明的方法制备的排球革制品表面柔软、涩感很强、弹性优越、手感佳、耐磨损,使用寿命长。

涩感涂饰层。
2.根据权利要求1所述的高涩感排球革,其特征在于,所述PU层包括如下重量份数的组分:PU:90~100份;木质粉:2~5份;色浆:8~10份;稳定剂:0.5~2份;溶剂:40~50份。
3.根据权利要求1所述的高涩感排球革,其特征在于,所述PU层包括如下重量份数的组分:PU:95份;木质粉:3份;色浆:9份;稳定剂:1份;溶剂:48份。
4.根据权利要求1所述的高涩感排球革,其特征在于,所述稳定剂为钾锌稳定剂、钡锌稳定剂或S-3复合稳定剂。
5.根据权利要求1所述的高涩感排球革,其特征在于,所述溶剂为DMF。
6.如权利要求1~5所述的一种高涩感排球革的制备方法,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
1)将PU层中各组分按配比投入高速搅拌机中进行搅拌,搅拌速度为700~800转/分钟,搅拌均匀后,将其均匀涂于基布上,车速为9~11米/分钟,涂层厚度需控制在1.05~1.15mm范围内,凝固后水洗并烘干,制得PU层;
2)将涩感表处剂与丁酮按1:1的重量比混合在一起,搅拌均匀,利用辊涂机,将上述液体辊涂到PU层上,车速控制在8~12米/分钟,在110~130℃烘干,烘干时间为2~3分钟,烘干后卷取,制成排球革半成品;
3)将8~12重量份的涩感表处剂、1~2重量份的丁酮、2-5重量份的色浆混合在一起,搅拌均匀,利用印刷机,将上述液体印刷处理到排球革半成品表面,形成完整的涩感涂饰层,车速控制在8~12米/分钟,烘干温度为110~130℃,烘干时间2~3分钟,烘干后卷取,制成排球革成品。
7.如权利要求6所述的一种高涩感排球革的制备方法,其特征在于,所述步骤1)中凝固时间为至少10分钟,烘干温度为100~150℃。
