本发明公开了一种亲肤感环保型耳机套用聚氨酯合成革及其制备方法,其由外至内依次包括干法面层、中间层、发泡层和基布层:干法面层由以下组分按重量份数构成:水性聚醚型聚氨酯树脂80~120份,水性增稠剂0.10‑0.15份,水性流平剂0.10‑0.20份,水性色浆5~10份,有机硅化合物2~4份;中间层分别由以下组分按重量份数构成:水性聚醚型聚氨酯树脂80~120份,水性增稠剂0.10‑0.15份,水性流平剂0.10‑0.20份,水性色浆5~10份,水性交联剂1~2份。本发明采用水性无溶剂工艺,能够控制成品中不含DMF,环保健康;并且制成的聚氨酯合成革寿命佳,耐水解性能优异,表面触感柔和,纹理饱满。

本发明属于聚氨酯材料领域,具体涉及一种亲肤感环保型耳机套用聚氨酯合成革及其制备方法。
背景技术
皮耳套是指表面为皮革材料的一类耳套,有多种不同材料及工艺。用于缓解耳机佩戴时对人体头部的压迫感。使用皮革比布更耐脏。真皮耳套为采用真皮作为原材料进行加上的耳套,可以只是上皮为真皮,其它部分为仿皮,也可以全为真皮。通常底皮会采用优质蛋白皮或者普通皮,但舒适度会高于普通蛋白皮耳套。仿皮耳套分为高品质蛋白、伪蛋白耳套、普通蛋白皮耳套和普通PU耳套。目前市场上耳机套合成革主要分为①高品质蛋白:价格仅次于真皮耳套,柔软,舒适,防潮,透汽性好;②伪蛋白耳套:舒适度,而磨度等仅次于真蛋白;③普通蛋白皮耳套:舒适度,柔软度会高于普通PU,被运用于很多中档耳机④普通PU耳套:可分干式PU,湿式PU,青蛙皮耳套,露华皮耳套等。由于市场上耳机套合成革普遍采用溶剂为DMF的软质聚氨酯制作而成,导致其耐水解性能较差和环保压力难以达标。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种亲肤感环保型耳机套用聚氨酯合成革及其制备方法,以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。本发明采用基布结合无溶剂工艺,制得环保的且具有四弹效果的合成革半成品,通过揉纹赋予合成革柔软的手感,亲肤的触感,制得了适宜于耳机套用的聚氨酯合成革,用作耳机套时定型加工性能优良,纹理清晰,不会产生褶皱,其触感亲肤,手感柔和。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:
一种亲肤感环保型耳机套用聚氨酯合成革,其由外至内依次包括干法面层、中间层、发泡层和基布层,其中:

作为优选的,所述干法面层中水性聚醚型聚氨酯树脂为聚醚型聚氨酯树脂LY-0304,其为超低模量软质芳香族水性聚醚型聚氨酯树脂,耐寒耐水解性能好。模量超低,手感柔软;所述中间层中水性聚醚型聚氨酯树脂为聚醚型聚氨酯树脂LY-222,其为低模量芳香族水性聚醚型聚氨酯树脂,耐寒耐水解性能好,粘结性定型性好。
进一步方案,所述有机硅化合物主要组分为八甲基环四硅氧烷。

本发明的另一个目的是提供上述所述的亲肤感环保型耳机套用聚氨酯合成革的制作方法,包括以下步骤:
a、按照配比依次配制干法面层浆料、中间层浆料,将干法面层浆料涂覆在离型纸上,烘干固化后形成干法面层,再将中间层浆料涂覆在干法面层上,烘干固化后形成中间层;
b、按配比配制好发泡层浆料,将发泡层浆料涂覆于步骤a制备的中间层上,烘烤至黏胶状态后与基布层贴合,熟化后冷却剥离离型纸得到干法半成品;
c、将干法半成品常温熟化后,进行揉纹处理,得到亲肤感环保型耳机套用聚氨酯合成革。
进一步方案,在步骤a中,所述干法面层浆料的涂覆厚度为0.12~0.20mm,所述中间层浆料的涂覆厚度为0.12~0.20mm,所述烘干固化的温度为115~135℃;
在步骤b中,所述发泡层浆料的涂覆厚度为0.30~0.40mm,所述烘烤的温度为90~110℃,所述熟化的温度为125~130℃;
在步骤c中,所述常温熟化的时间为24~48h

与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:
(1)本发明的亲肤感环保型耳机套用聚氨酯合成革环保性能优,由于使用水性无溶剂工艺,避免了有机溶剂DMF的使用,能够控制成品中不含DMF(常规湿法PU合成革一般在1000~3000ppm),使制备全程环保健康,并且最终产品环保健康。
(2)本发明的亲肤感环保型耳机套用聚氨酯合成革由外至内依次包括干法面层、中间层、发泡层和基布层,其中,干法面层能够提高产品的耐磨、耐刮性能,并使产品具有亲肤的触感,通过在干法面层中添加有机硅化合物,提高干法面层和中间层之间的结合力;中间层作为干法面层和发泡层之间的过渡层,能够使干法面层、中间层、发泡层三者之间的结合更加牢固;发泡层使产品具有柔软的手感,并通过在发泡层中添加碳酸钙或氢氧化铝为填料,提高发泡层的支撑性,使得手感更为饱满。本发明通过干法面层、中间层、发泡层以及基布层的协同配合作用,使最终成品剥离强度优异,并具有很好的耐水解性能。
(3)本发明以氨纶四弹基布为基布层,用作耳机套时高温定型加工性能优良,边角处不会产生褶皱;并在制备过程中最后通过揉纹工艺,使成品具有亲肤嫩滑的触感。
(4)本发明以超低模量软质芳香族水性聚醚型聚氨酯树脂LY-0304和低模量芳香族水性聚醚型聚氨酯树脂LY-222分别作为干法面层和中间层中的水性聚醚型聚氨酯树脂,使产品的耐寒、耐水解性能好,手感柔软且粘结性定型性好。将本发明的亲肤感环保型耳机套用聚氨酯合成革用于制作耳机套,与现有普通PU耳套相比,本发明提供的产品触感柔和,手感柔软,纹理饱满,便于加工。
具体实施方式
下面将结合本发明的实施例,对本发明的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。下列实施例仅用于解释和说明本发明,而不构成对本发明范围的限制。下列实施例中未注明具体条件的试验方法,通常为常规条件,或者按照制造厂商所建议的条件。
以下实施例中干法面层所使用水性聚醚型聚氨酯树脂为合肥安利聚氨酯新材料有限公司的聚醚型聚氨酯树脂LY-0304,中间层所使用的水性聚醚型聚氨酯树脂为合肥安利聚氨酯新材料有限公司的聚醚型聚氨酯树脂LY-222,干法面层和中间层所使用的水性流平剂均为宁德市一帆新材料有限公司的流平剂A1,干法面层和中间层所使用的水性增稠剂均为浙江华峰合成树脂有限公司的增稠剂U-605,干法层所使用的有机硅化合物为道康宁投资有限公司的Q2-3238,中间层所使用的水性交联剂为斯塔尔精细涂料(苏州)有限公司的XR-2500,发泡层所使用的聚酯多元醇为合肥安利聚氨酯新材料有限公司的聚酯多元醇AL-2009A,异氰酸预聚体为合肥安利聚氨酯新材料有限公司的异氰酸酯预聚体AL-5040B,催化剂为德音化学有限公司的DY-5508,发泡剂为德音化学有限公司的DY-2958,揉纹所使用的水性滑爽剂为金湖县金陵助剂厂的HY-905,水性色浆为上海富可耐实业有限公司的黑色色浆WH-907、白色色浆WH-101、蓝色色浆WH-603,其余均为市售产品。
除非另有定义,本文所使用的所有的技术和科学术语与属于本发明的技术领域的技术人员通常理解的含义相同。本文中在本发明的说明书中所使用的术语只是为了描述具体的实施例的目的,不是旨在于限制本发明。
实施例1
将水性聚醚型聚氨酯树脂80份、黑色色浆WH-907 5份、水性流平剂0.10份、水性增稠剂0.10、有机硅化合物2份混合制成干法面层浆料,再将水性聚醚型聚氨酯树脂80份、黑色色浆WH-907 5份、水性流平剂0.10份、水性增稠剂0.10混合制成中间层浆料,将干法面层浆料涂覆在离型纸上,涂覆厚度为0.12mm,115℃烘干固化后形成干法面层,再将中间层浆料涂覆在干法面层上,涂覆厚度为0.15mm,115℃烘干固化后形成中间层;
将聚酯多元醇100份、氢氧化铝10份、催化剂DY-5508 0.01份、发泡剂DY-29580.01份混合制成A料,B料为异氰酸酯预聚体,将A料和B料按照质量比为100:40混合制成发泡层浆料,将发泡层浆料涂覆于步骤a制备的中间层上,涂覆厚度为0.30mm,于90℃下烘至黏胶状态后与氨纶四弹基布贴合,经125℃熟化后冷却剥离离型纸得到干法半成品;
将干法半成品常温熟化24h后,使用水性滑爽剂揉纹处理,制得亲肤感环保型耳机套用聚氨酯合成革,其中,所述揉纹工艺为烘箱温度60℃,车速5米/分钟。
实施例2
将水性聚醚型聚氨酯树脂100份、白色色浆WH-101 8份、水性流平剂0.15份、水性增稠剂0.12、有机硅化合物3份混合制成干法面层浆料,再将水性聚醚型聚氨酯树脂100份、白色色浆WH-101 8份、水性流平剂0.15份、水性增稠剂0.12混合制成中间层浆料,将干法面层浆料涂覆在离型纸上,涂覆厚度为0.15mm,120℃烘干固化后形成干法面层,再将中间层浆料涂覆在干法面层上,涂覆厚度为0.20mm,120℃烘干固化后形成中间层;
将聚酯多元醇100份、氢氧化铝15份、催化剂DY-5508 0.05份、发泡剂DY-29580.05份混合制成A料,B料为异氰酸酯预聚体,将A料和B料按照质量比为100:45混合制成发泡层浆料,将发泡层浆料涂覆于步骤a制备的中间层上,涂覆厚度为0.35mm,于100℃下烘至黏胶状态后与氨纶四弹基布贴合,经130℃熟化后冷却剥离离型纸得到干法半成品;
将干法半成品常温熟化48h后,使用水性滑爽剂揉纹处理,制得亲肤感环保型耳机套用聚氨酯合成革,其中,所述揉纹工艺为烘箱温度70℃,车速6米/分钟。
实施例3
将水性聚醚型聚氨酯树脂120份、蓝色色浆WH-603 10份、水性流平剂0.20份、水性增稠剂0.15、有机硅化合物4份混合制成干法面层浆料,再将水性聚醚型聚氨酯树脂120份、蓝色色浆WH-603 10份、水性流平剂0.20份、水性增稠剂0.15混合制成中间层浆料,将干法面层浆料涂覆在离型纸上,涂覆厚度为0.18mm,135℃烘干固化后形成干法面层,再将中间层浆料涂覆在干法面层上,涂覆厚度为0.12mm,135℃烘干固化后形成中间层;
将聚酯多元醇100份、氢氧化铝20份、催化剂DY-5508 0.1份、发泡剂DY-2958 0.1份混合制成A料,B料为异氰酸酯预聚体,将A料和B料按照质量比为100:50混合制成发泡层浆料,将发泡层浆料涂覆于步骤a制备的中间层上,涂覆厚度为0.40mm,于110℃下烘至黏胶状态后与氨纶四弹基布贴合,经130℃熟化后冷却剥离离型纸得到干法半成品;
将干法半成品常温熟化48h后,使用水性滑爽剂揉纹处理,制得亲肤感环保型耳机套用聚氨酯合成革,其中,所述揉纹工艺为烘箱温度80℃,车速7米/分钟。
表1实施例制得的成品的性能检测结果
表1为实施例制得的成品的性能检测结果,从表中数据可知,本发明使用氨纶四弹基布为基布层并结合水性无溶剂工艺,制得环保的且具有四弹效果的合成革半成品,用作耳机套时高温定型加工性能优良,边角处不会产生褶皱;通过水性滑爽剂揉纹赋予合成革柔软的手感,亲肤的触感,制得了适宜于耳机套用的聚氨酯合成革,环保性能优,由于使用水性无溶剂工艺,能够控制成品中不含DMF(常规湿法PU合成革一般在1000~3000ppm),采用本发明中的亲肤感环保型耳机套用聚氨酯合成革制得的耳机套寿命佳,耐寒、耐水解性能优异,表面触感柔和,纹理饱满。
虽然本说明书按照实施方式加以描述,但并非每个实施方式仅包含一个独立的技术方案,说明书的这种叙述方式仅仅是为清楚起见,本领域技术人员应当将说明书作为一个整体,各实施例中的技术方案也可以经适当组合,形成本领域技术人员可以理解的其他实施方式。故以上所述仅为本申请的较佳实施例,并非用来限定本申请的实施范围;即凡依本申请的权利要求范围所做的各种等同变换,均为本申请权利要求的保护范围。
Claims (10)
1.一种亲肤感环保型耳机套用聚氨酯合成革,其由外至内依次包括干法面层、中间层、发泡层和基布层,其特征在于:其中:
所述干法面层由以下组分按重量份数构成:
所述中间层分别由以下组分按重量份数构成:
2.根据权利要求1所述的亲肤感环保型耳机套用聚氨酯合成革,其特征在于:所述有机硅化合物主要组分为八甲基环四硅氧烷。
3.根据权利要求1所述的亲肤感环保型耳机套用聚氨酯合成革,其特征在于:所述水性交联剂为XR-2500。
4.根据权利要求1所述的亲肤感环保型耳机套用聚氨酯合成革,其特征在于:所述基布层由氨纶四弹基布构成。
5.根据权利要求1所述的亲肤感环保型耳机套用聚氨酯合成革,其特征在于:所述发泡层由质量比为(100:40)~50的A料和B料混合而成,其中,所述A料由以下组分按重量份数构成:
所述B料为异氰酸酯预聚体。
6.根据权利要求5所述的亲肤感环保型耳机套用聚氨酯合成革,其特征在于:所述填料为碳酸钙或氢氧化铝。
7.如权利要求1~6任一项所述的亲肤感环保型耳机套用聚氨酯合成革的制作方法,其特征在于:包括以下步骤:
a、按照配比依次配制干法面层浆料、中间层浆料,将干法面层浆料涂覆在离型纸上,烘干固化后形成干法面层,再将中间层浆料涂覆在干法面层上,烘干固化后形成中间层;
b、按配比配制好发泡层浆料,将发泡层浆料涂覆于步骤a制备的中间层上,烘烤至黏胶状态后与基布层贴合,熟化后冷却剥离离型纸得到干法半成品;
c、将干法半成品常温熟化后,进行揉纹处理,得到亲肤感环保型耳机套用聚氨酯合成革。
8.根据权利要求7所述的制作方法,其特征在于:在步骤a中,所述干法面层浆料的涂覆厚度为0.12~0.20mm,所述中间层浆料的涂覆厚度为0.12~0.20mm,所述烘干固化的温度为115~135℃;
在步骤b中,所述发泡层浆料的涂覆厚度为0.30~0.40mm,所述烘烤的温度为90~110℃,所述熟化的温度为125~130℃;
在步骤c中,所述常温熟化的时间为24~48h。
9.根据权利要求7所述的制作方法,其特征在于:所述揉纹处理使用水性滑爽剂揉纹,所述揉纹处理的工艺为:揉纹烘箱温度为60~80℃,车速5~7米/分钟。
10.根据权利要求9所述的制作方法,其特征在于:所述水性滑爽剂是质量浓度为0.5-1.5%的非离子型二元聚醚改性聚硅氧烷。
