本发明涉及一种高弹排球革的生产工艺。
随着人们生活水平的提高,身体素质的提高与健康紧密相连在一起,各项运动正走入人们生活大部分对于运动球类的质量提出了更高的要求。排球越来越成为人们普遍的运动方式,目前有真皮和仿真皮,而市场广为应用的是聚氯乙烯(PVC)、聚氨基甲酸酯(PU)为原料的球革。它们在生产过程中有硫化物、氯化物、络化合物、苯二甲酸盐、DMF废水废气排放,尽管人们已在回收处理,但很难达到环保的要求,对人们造成很大的危害。
排球革是球革之一。多用山羊皮或优质黄牛皮背部皮经铬鞣制作,一般染成白色,厚度1.2~1.8mm。质量要求革面细致,丰满有弹性,厚薄均匀,伸长率小且纵向和横向基本一致,比篮球革要轻而软些,不松不裂,耐磨及防水性好。
发明内容:
本发明的目的是为了克服以上的不足,提供一种高弹排球革的生产工艺。
本发明的目的通过以下技术方案来实现:一种高弹排球革的生产工艺,包括以下步骤:
A、将无纺布作为基布,浸渍在二甲基甲酰胺溶液中,使基布被浸透完全,然后取出基布,用刮刀控制浸入基布的二甲基甲酰胺溶液的量,使基布上的浸入量为0.4-0.6kg/m;
B、将0.5-1重量份的热塑性弹性体与0.1-0.5重量份的发泡剂混合,在150-250℃下加热熔融形成发泡体,所述发泡体在0.2-0.8Mpa压力下与步骤A制得的制品粘合;
C、步骤B制得的制品的外层涂覆一表面处理剂,待所述表面处理剂干固后形成一PVC面层;
D、将0.7-1重量份的热塑性弹性体与0.5-1重量份的着色剂混合,在150-350℃熔融,在0.2-0.8Mpa压力下与步骤C制得的制品粘合,通过带有球革纹路的压辊压制冷却,制得高弹排球革。
本发明的进一步改进在于:热塑性弹性体是聚氨酯弹性体TPU、苯乙烯类弹性体TPR、热塑性弹性体TPE、热塑性硫化橡胶TRV、苯乙烯嵌段共聚物SBS、异戊二烯嵌段共聚物SIS、热塑性橡胶TPAE、乙烯-丁烯共聚物POE中的任一种或其任意组合。
本发明的进一步改进在于:发泡剂是AC开孔发泡剂或微球闭孔发泡剂。
本发明的进一步改进在于:着色剂是色母料或色粉。
本发明的进一步改进在于:表面处理剂以合成树脂为原料。
本发明的进一步改进在于:表面处理剂为擦拭处理剂或擦焦处理剂。
本发明与现有技术相比具有以下优点:
本发明在生产过程中不使用溶剂,对环境无影响无污染,所采用的原料为环保原料,可以重复利用,取代传统生产方法,既解决环境污染问题又能提高排球革的性能。本发明中采用热塑性弹性体,减轻排球革的重量,同时还使得制品表面柔软、涩感很强、弹性优越、耐磨、耐老化、耐水解。
为了加深对本发明的理解,下面将结合实施例对本发明作进一步详述,
该实施例仅用于解释本发明,并不构成对本发明保护范围的限定。
一种高弹排球革的生产工艺,包括以下步骤:
A、将无纺布作为基布,浸渍在二甲基甲酰胺溶液中,使基布被浸透完全,然后取出基布,用刮刀控制浸入基布的二甲基甲酰胺溶液的量,使基布上的浸入量为0.4-0.6kg/m;
B、将0.5-1重量份的热塑性弹性体与0.1-0.5重量份的发泡剂混合,在150-250℃下加热熔融形成发泡体,所述发泡体在0.2-0.8Mpa压力下与步骤A制得的制品粘合;
C、以擦拭方式对步骤B制得的制品的顶层面进行接触磨除加工处理,在步骤B制得的制品的外层涂覆一表面处理剂,待所述表面处理剂干固后形成一PVC面层,表面处理剂以合成树脂为原料,表面处理剂为擦拭处理剂或擦焦处理剂;
D、将0.7-1重量份的热塑性弹性体与0.5-1重量份的着色剂混合,在150-350℃熔融,在0.2-0.8Mpa压力下与步骤C制得的制品粘合,通过带有球革纹路的压辊压制冷却,制得高弹排球革。
热塑性弹性体是聚氨酯弹性体TPU、苯乙烯类弹性体TPR、热塑性弹性体TPE、热塑性硫化橡胶TRV、苯乙烯嵌段共聚物SBS、异戊二烯嵌段共聚物SIS、热塑性橡胶TPAE、乙烯-丁烯共聚物POE中的任一种或其任意组合。发泡剂是AC开孔发泡剂或微球闭孔发泡剂。着色剂是色母料或色粉。

Claims (6)
- 一种高弹排球革的生产工艺,其特征在于:包括以下步骤:A、将无纺布作为基布,浸渍在二甲基甲酰胺溶液中,使基布被浸透完全,然后取出基布,用刮刀控制浸入基布的二甲基甲酰胺溶液的量,使基布上的浸入量为0.4-0.6kg/m;B、将0.5-1重量份的热塑性弹性体与0.1-0.5重量份的发泡剂混合,在150-250℃下加热熔融形成发泡体,所述发泡体在0.2-0.8Mpa压力下与步骤A制得的制品粘合;C、步骤B制得的制品的外层涂覆一表面处理剂,待所述表面处理剂干固后形成一PVC面层;D、将0.7-1重量份的热塑性弹性体与0.5-1重量份的着色剂混合,在150-350℃熔融,在0.2-0.8Mpa压力下与步骤C制得的制品粘合,通过带有球革纹路的压辊压制冷却,制得高弹排球革。
