本发明公开了一种变色皮革的生产工艺,包括以下步骤:制备基布;布料通过放卷机实现自动上料,并将该基布放入烘烤装置中预热处理;在基布外层涂覆一层聚氨酯粘合剂,形成粘合层;在粘合层上涂覆一层PVC发泡层;在PVC发泡层上涂覆一层表面处理剂,待所述表面处理剂干固后形成一PVC面层;在PVC面层的表面涂覆一层水溶性树脂和一种或多种色料,形成水溶性树脂层;用擦拭水擦拭水溶性树脂层,形成局部变色。本发明通过擦拭水擦拭水溶性树脂层来达到皮革的局部变色效果,颜色可以多元化搭配,实用性更广,水溶性树脂聚合所采用溶剂均采用无毒的高挥发性溶剂,安全环保。
Description
本发明涉及一种变色皮革的生产工艺。
人造皮革也叫仿皮或胶皮,是PVC和PU等人造材料的总称。它是在纺织布基或无纺布基上,由各种不同配方的PVC和PU等发泡或覆膜加工制作而成,可以根据不同强度、耐磨度、耐寒度和色彩、光泽、花纹图案等要求加工制成,具有花色品种繁多、防水性能好、边幅整齐、利用率高和价格相对真皮便宜的特点。
现在,人造皮革已被大量制造并应用在包括衣物、鞋子、家具及车辆用材料中。人造皮革的制造一般是使用由一般纤维、超细纤维或一般纤维与超细纤维混结成的不织布作为基布,并在该基布表面上填入聚氨酯树脂组成物,后施以研磨加工或压纹加工或以离型纸涂布聚氨基甲酸酯树脂施以贴合加工,而构成表面具有弹性及真皮纹路的皮料。
PU皮革就是聚氨酯成份的表皮.现在广泛适用于做箱包、服装、鞋、车辆和家具的装饰,它已日益得到市场的肯定,其应用范围之广,数量之大,品种之多,是传统的天然皮革无法满足的。变色皮革是用变色树脂添加进皮革的PU面层和BASE层,经过浸润,再后加工进行离型纸贴面或者压纹、印刷而制成,样式比较单一。
发明内容:
本发明的目的是为了克服以上的不足,提供一种颜色多元化的变色皮革的生产工艺。
本发明的目的通过以下技术方案来实现:一种变色皮革的生产工艺,包括以下步骤:
A、制备基布;布料通过放卷机实现自动上料,并将该基布放入烘烤装置中预热处理;
B、在基布外层涂覆一层聚氨酯粘合剂,形成粘合层;
C、在粘合层上涂覆一层PVC发泡层;
D、在PVC发泡层上涂覆一层表面处理剂,待所述表面处理剂干固后形成一PVC面层;
E、在PVC面层的表面涂覆一层水溶性树脂和一种或多种色料,形成水溶性树脂层;
F、用擦拭水擦拭水溶性树脂层,形成局部变色。
本发明的进一步改进在于:步骤A中基布直接由满足家具、手袋或服装类皮革需求的布料或湿式底胚制备而成。
本发明的进一步改进在于:步骤A中基布包括布料层、湿式底胚或发泡底胚之一。
本发明的进一步改进在于:以擦拭方式对基布上的顶层面进行接触磨除加工处理。
本发明的进一步改进在于:表面处理剂以合成树脂为原料。
本发明的进一步改进在于:表面处理剂为擦拭处理剂或擦焦处理剂。
本发明的进一步改进在于:热塑性弹性体是一种具有橡胶的高弹性、高强度、高回弹性、具有可注塑加工的特征的材料。
本发明与现有技术相比具有以下优点:
本发明通过擦拭水擦拭水溶性树脂层来达到皮革的局部变色效果,颜色可以多元化搭配,实用性更广;水溶性树脂为水溶性树脂,可与水任意比例相溶,且粘度低、固含量高、气味小,具有良好的流平性;水溶性树脂聚合所采用溶剂均采用无毒的高挥发性溶剂,安全环保。
为了加深对本发明的理解,下面将结合实施例对本发明作进一步详述,该实施例仅用于解释本发明,并不构成对本发明保护范围的限定。
一种变色皮革的生产工艺,包括以下步骤:
A、制备基布;布料通过放卷机实现自动上料,并将该基布放入烘烤装置中预热处理,基布直接由满足家具、手袋或服装类皮革需求的布料或湿式底胚制备而成,基布包括布料层、湿式底胚或发泡底胚之一,以擦拭方式对所述基布上的顶层面进行接触磨除加工处理;
B、在基布外层涂覆一层聚氨酯粘合剂,形成粘合层;
C、在粘合层上涂覆一层PVC发泡层;
D、在PVC发泡层上涂覆一层表面处理剂,待所述表面处理剂干固后形成一PVC面层,表面处理剂以合成树脂为原料,表面处理剂为擦拭处理剂或擦焦处理剂;
E、在PVC面层的表面涂覆一层水溶性树脂和一种或多种色料,形成水溶性树脂层;
F、用擦拭水擦拭水溶性树脂层,形成局部变色。
本发明通过擦拭水擦拭水溶性树脂层来达到皮革的局部变色效果,颜色可以多元化搭配,实用性更广;水溶性树脂为钢铁、不锈钢、铜铝等金属的
专用型高性能树脂;适用于金属制品的防护与装饰,防锈、防手印;广泛应用于金属烤漆、金属家具、镇流器、白板、印铁、汽车和卷材等金属材质上。水溶性树脂对钢铁、不锈钢、铜铝等金属具有超强的附着力及耐盐雾性能,还兼顾了特种有机硅树脂的超耐候性及丙烯酸树脂的高装饰性;水溶性树脂丰满度优异,保光、保色效果好,具有耐久、极好的耐候性,不变色,良好的流平性,良好的硬度和韧性;水溶性树脂为水溶性树脂,可与水任意比例相溶,且粘度低、固含量高、气味小,具有良好的流平性;水溶性树脂聚合所采用溶剂均采用无毒的高挥发性溶剂,安全环保。

- 一种变色皮革的生产工艺,其特征在于:包括以下步骤:A、制备基布;布料通过放卷机实现自动上料,并将该基布放入烘烤装置中预热处理;B、在基布外层涂覆一层聚氨酯粘合剂,形成粘合层;C、在粘合层上涂覆一层PVC发泡层;D、在PVC发泡层上涂覆一层表面处理剂,待所述表面处理剂干固后形成一PVC面层;E、在PVC面层的表面涂覆一层水溶性树脂和一种或多种色料,形成水溶性树脂层;F、用擦拭水擦拭水溶性树脂层,形成局部变色。
- 根据权利要求1所述变色皮革的生产工艺,其特征在于:所述步骤A中基布直接由满足家具、手袋或服装类皮革需求的布料或湿式底胚制备而成。
- 根据权利要求1所述变色皮革的生产工艺,其特征在于:所述步骤A中基布包括布料层、湿式底胚或发泡底胚之一。
- 根据权利要求1所述变色皮革的生产工艺,其特征在于:以擦拭方式对所述基布上的顶层面进行接触磨除加工处理。
