Abstract

本发明提供一种在外力消除后能够恢复原样并且不会留下折痕的无折痕皮革的生产方法,包括如下步骤:先制取基布,将无纺布以7~8m/min的线速度通过含浸槽再在其表面涂布一层涂布料,然后依次进行凝固和水洗处理,在离型纸表面依次涂布面料和底料,经过预热后将底料与基布复合再进行烘干制得成品。

一种无折痕皮革的生产方法
技术领域
本发明涉及一种无折痕皮革的生产方法,其所生产的皮革用于皮鞋、皮衣或沙发制品等领域。
背景技术
合成皮革在服装、运动鞋、沙发及箱包等领域的应用越来越广泛,这在很大程度上弥补了动物皮的稀缺给相关制造业带来的影响,但现有的主要用于运动鞋的PU合成革仍有不足之处,主要表现在PU合成革的制品经过弯折或变形后在其表面会留下明显的折痕或者皱折,并且当其外力除去后不能完全回复到仿真皮革的初始状态,从而影响制品外观。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种在外力消除后能够恢复原样并且不会留下折痕的无折痕皮革的生产方法。
本发明所采用的技术方案是这样的:一种无折痕皮革的生产方法,其特征在于包括如下步骤:
1)、将克重为240~260g/m2的无纺布以7~8m/min的线速度通过含浸槽,所述含浸槽内装有粘度为1000~2000cps的含浸料,所述含浸料由重量比为100∶200~300∶10的PU树脂∶二甲基甲酰胺∶色料组成;
2)、将含浸槽出来的无纺布通过一涂布头,在其表面涂布一层粘度为15000~20000的涂布料,所述涂布料由重量比为100∶25~30∶2的PU树脂∶二甲基甲酰胺∶色料组成;
3)、将步骤2处理后的无纺布依次通过凝固槽和水洗槽进行固化处理和水洗处理,所述凝固槽和水洗槽内分别装有二甲基甲酰胺水溶液及淡水;
4)、将步骤3处理后的无纺布进行烘干定型制得湿式半成品;
5)、将离型纸通过一号涂布头在其表面涂布一层粘度为2500~3000cps的面料,所述面料由重量比为100∶50~70∶10~30的PU树脂∶二甲基甲酰胺∶色料组成;
6)、将离型纸通过二号涂布头在面料的上面涂布一层粘度为8200~8500cps的底料,所述底料由重量比为100∶24∶13∶10∶5的PU树脂∶二甲基甲酰胺∶色料∶交联剂∶促进剂组成;
7)、将涂布有面料和底料的离型纸进行预热处理,预热温度为50~80℃,然后将基布与底料相互压合,再经过烘箱进行烘干处理制得成品,烘箱温度为100~120℃。
通过采用前述技术方案,本发明的有益效果是:由于基布采用特殊的含浸液进行含浸处理,所制得的基布本身具有高回弹特性,从而当其与面料、底料复合后,表现在当皮革所受的外力消失后,皮革不仅恢复到形变前的状态,而且不会留下折痕。
具体实施方式
实施例公开一种无折痕皮革的生产方法,包括如下步骤:
1)、将克重为240g/m2的无纺布以7.5m/min的线速度通过含浸槽,所述含浸槽内装有粘度为1000~1200cps的含浸料,所述含浸料由重量比为100∶220∶10的PU树脂∶二甲基甲酰胺∶色料组成,所述色料可以根据生产需要选定一种或由多种颜色的色料组合而成。
2)、将含浸槽出来的无纺布通过一涂布头,在其表面涂布一层粘度为16000~17000的涂布料,所述涂布料由重量比为100∶25∶2的PU树脂∶二甲基甲酰胺∶色料组成,所述涂布头属公知结构,其用于把涂布料均匀地涂布在无纺布的表面。
3)、将步骤2处理后的无纺布依次通过凝固槽和水洗槽进行固化处理和水洗处理,所述凝固槽和水洗槽内分别装有二甲基甲酰胺水溶液及淡水;该步骤用于使PU树脂固化于无纺布上,同时洗去无纺布上多余的杂质。
4)、将步骤3处理后的无纺布进行烘干定型制得湿式半成品;
5)、将离型纸通过一号涂布头在其表面涂布一层粘度为2500~2600cps的面料,所述面料由重量比为100∶55∶15的PU树脂∶二甲基甲酰胺∶色料组成;
6)、将离型纸通过二号涂布头在面料的上面涂布一层粘度为8200~8500cps的底料,所述底料由重量比为100∶24∶13∶10∶5的PU树脂∶二甲基甲酰胺∶色料∶交联剂∶促进剂组成,所述交联剂、促进剂可以选用公知市场上用于合成革的交联剂和促进剂;
7)、将涂布有面料和底料的离型纸进行预热处理,预热温度为65±5℃,然后将湿式半成品与底料相互压合,再经过烘箱进行烘干处理制得成品,烘箱温度为100~105℃。
需要说明的是,本发明的技术要点在于采用特殊的含浸料及工艺步骤,对于各具体步骤中涉及的各物质的重量比、粘度范围实际上是限定一个可行并且理想的范围,使用各取值范围内的任一数值都可以实现本发明的目的,同时各工艺步骤中涉及到的设备如烘箱、含浸槽、水洗槽等属公知技术,所以对其结构不作具体描述。

Claims (1)

1.一种无折痕皮革的生产方法,其特征在于包括如下步骤:
1)、将克重为240~260g/m2的无纺布以7~8m/min的线速度通过含浸槽,所述含浸槽内装有粘度为1000~2000cps的含浸料,所述含浸料由重量比为100∶200~300∶10的PU树脂∶二甲基甲酰胺∶色料组成;
2)、将含浸槽出来的无纺布通过一涂布头,在其表面涂布一层粘度为15000~20000的涂布料,所述涂布料由重量比为100∶25~30∶2的PU树脂∶二甲基甲酰胺∶色料组成;
3)、将步骤2)处理后的无纺布依次通过凝固槽和水洗槽进行固化处理和水洗处理,所述凝固槽和水洗槽内分别装有二甲基甲酰胺水溶液及淡水;
4)、将步骤3)处理后的无纺布进行烘干定型制得湿式半成品;
5)、将离型纸通过一号涂布头在其表面涂布一层粘度为2500~3000cps的面料,所述面料由重量比为100∶50~70∶10~30的PU树脂∶二甲基甲酰胺∶色料组成;
