Abstract

本发明涉及合成革的生产方法,具体涉及一种擦拭用合成革的制作方法。本发明提供一种用来擦拭眼镜的对镜片损伤较小、可以保护好镜片的合成革的生产方法。其工艺步骤依次为:选用由涤、棉混纺比为65:35组成的经纱和由100%棉构成的纬纱,经过传统的织造工艺生产出胚布,再经过染整和双面起毛工艺制得擦拭用合成革专用机织绒布→通过含浸槽含浸处理→依次经过凝固槽和水洗槽进行固化处理和水洗处理→定型烘干→制得半成品→双面磨皮→制得所需的擦拭用合成革。

一种擦拭用合成革的制作方法
技术领域
本发明涉及合成革的生产技术领域,具体涉及一种擦拭用合成革的制作方法。
背景技术
传统上人们习惯使用擦拭布擦拭镜片,用于擦拭镜片的擦拭布通常是由羊皮、纤维、纯棉等做成,当使用这种擦拭布擦拭镜片时,由于其与镜片的摩擦大,往往会在镜片上留下一些痕迹,擦的次数多了还会破坏眼镜的一些功能。例如,用普通擦拭布擦拭太阳镜的镜片时就会破坏镜片上的抗紫外线涂层,影响了太阳镜的抗紫外线功能。
专利号200910111355.7公开了一种仿真皮革的生产方法,其采用的含浸料由重量比为100:400~700:10的PU树脂:二甲基甲酰胺:色粉组成,制得的仿真皮革具有高剥离强度、高撕裂强度、耐水解耐寒等优异性能,特别是具有高仿真皮纹效果,但由于其所添加的二甲基甲酰胺的含量较高,造成水中固体含量的增加,制得的皮革表面不够细腻。
发明内容
因此,针对上述问题,本发明提出一种用来擦拭镜片,对镜片损伤度小、能够保护镜片的擦拭用合成革的制作方法。
为达到上述目的,本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:一种擦拭用合成革的制作方法,其工艺步骤如下:
(1)选用由涤、棉混纺比为65:35组成的经纱和由100%棉构成的纬纱,经过传统的织造工艺生产出胚布,再经过染整和双面起毛工艺制得擦拭用合成革专用机织绒布;
(2)将擦拭用合成革专用机织绒布,以8-10m/min的线速,通过含浸槽含浸处理,含浸槽内装有粘度为500-700cps的含浸料,含浸料由重量比为100:250-300:10的PU树脂:二甲基甲酰胺:色料组成,含浸处理量的厚度为绒布厚度的1.3倍,PU树脂选用固含量为30-35%、100%模量为40-50 kg/cm2涩感强的聚氨酯树脂;     
(3)将步骤(2)含浸处理后的机织绒布再依次经过凝固槽和水洗槽进行固化处理和水洗处理;
  (4)将固化和水洗后的机织绒布进行定型烘干处理,制得半成品;
  (5)将制得的半成品进行双面磨皮处理,即制得所需的擦拭用合成革。
进一步的改进是:所述步骤(3)中的固化处理时间为3-4min,温度为28-35℃,水洗温度为常温,水洗时间为30~40min。
进一步的改进是:所述步骤(3)中的凝固槽和水洗槽内分别装有二甲基甲酰胺水溶液和纯水。
进一步的改进是:所述步骤(4)中的烘干使用烘箱进行烘干,烘箱的温度控制在140~150℃,烘干时间为3-4min。
通过采用前述技术方案,本发明的有益效果是:本发明采用100%棉的纬纱和由涤、棉混纺比为65:35组成的经纱织造成机织绒布,同时选用了100%模量为40-50kg/cm2的涩感强的聚氨酯树脂,以及改变含浸料处方的配比,制得的擦拭用合成革表面细腻,用来擦拭镜片时,与镜片的粘合度强,对镜片的摩擦小,从而对镜片损伤度小、能够保护镜片。
具体实施方式
以下将结合具体实施例来详细说明本发明的实施方式,借此对本发明如何应用技术手段来解决技术问题,并达成技术效果的实现过程能充分理解并据以实施。
本发明的实施例为:
一种擦拭用合成革的制作方法,包括如下步骤:
(1)选用由涤、棉混纺比为65:35组成的经纱和由100%棉构成的纬纱,经过传统的织造工艺生产出胚布,再经过染整和双面起毛工艺制得擦拭用合成革专用机织绒布;
(2)将擦拭用合成革专用机织绒布,以9m/min的线速,通过含浸槽含浸处理,所述含浸槽内装有粘度为600cps的含浸料,所述含浸料由重量比为100:275:10的PU树脂:二甲基甲酰胺:色料组成,含浸处理量的厚度为绒布厚度的1.3倍,PU树脂选用固含量为35%、100%模量为45kg/cm2涩感强的聚氨酯树脂;
(3)将步骤(2)含浸处理后的机织绒布再依次经过凝固槽和水洗槽进行固化处理和水洗处理,其中,凝固槽和水洗槽内分别装有二甲基甲酰胺水溶液和纯水;固化处理的时间控制在3-4min,温度控制在31℃;水洗温度为常温,水洗时间控制在35min;
(4)将固化和烘干后的机织绒布进行定型烘干处理,其中烘箱的温度控制在145℃,烘干时间为3-4min;
(5)将制得的半成品进行双面磨皮处理,即制得所需的擦拭用合成革。
 其中,步骤(2)中所述的线速可以为8~10m/min,所述的含浸料的粘度可以是500~700cps,含浸料的处方PU树脂:二甲基甲酰胺:色料的重量比可以是100:250~300:10,聚氨酯树脂的模量可以是40~50 kg/cm2;步骤(3)中的固化温度可以为28~35℃,水洗时间可以为30-40min;步骤(4)中的烘干温度可以为140~150℃。对于各具体步骤中涉及的各物质的重量比、粘度范围实际上是一个可行并且理想的范围,使用各取值范围内的任一数值都可以实现本发明的目的,同时各工艺步骤中涉及到的如织造、含浸槽、凝固槽、水洗槽、烘箱、磨皮等属公知技术。
本发明采用100%棉的纬纱和由涤、棉混纺比为65:35组成的经纱织造成机织绒布,同时选用了100%模量为40-50kg/cm2的涩感强的聚氨酯树脂,以及改变含浸料处方的配比,制得的擦拭用合成革表面细腻,用来擦拭镜片时,与镜片的粘合度强,对镜片的摩擦小,从而对镜片损伤度小、能够保护镜片。

Claims (4)

1.一种擦拭用合成革的制作方法,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
(1)选用由涤、棉混纺比为65:35组成的经纱和由100%棉构成的纬纱,经过传统的织造工艺生产出坯布,再经过染整和双面起毛工艺制得擦拭用合成革专用机织绒布;
(2)将擦拭用合成革专用机织绒布,以8-10m/min的线速,通过含浸槽含浸处理,含浸槽内装有粘度为500-700cps的含浸料,含浸料由重量比为100:250-300:10的PU树脂:二甲基甲酰胺:色料组成,含浸处理量的厚度为绒布厚度的1.3倍,PU树脂选用固含量为30-35%、100%模量为40-50 kg/cm2涩感强的聚氨酯树脂;     
(3)将步骤(2)含浸处理后的机织绒布再依次经过凝固槽和水洗槽进行固化处理和水洗处理;
 (4)将固化和水洗后的机织绒布进行定型烘干处理,制得半成品;
 (5)将制得的半成品进行双面磨皮处理,即制得所需的擦拭用合成革。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种擦拭用合成革的制作方法,其特征在于:所述步骤(3)中的固化处理时间为3-4min,温度为28-35℃,水洗温度为常温,水洗时间为30~40min。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种擦拭用合成革的制作方法,其特征在于:所述步骤(3)中的凝固槽和水洗槽内分别装有二甲基甲酰胺水溶液和纯水。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种擦拭用合成革的制作方法,其特征在于:所述步骤(4)中的烘干使用烘箱进行烘干,烘箱的温度控制在140~150℃,烘干时间为3-4min。
