Abstract
本发明公开了一种涤纶蓬松柔软整理方法,包括整理剂整理和抗静电剂整理,所述整理剂整理的具体方法为:采用水分散性聚酯衍生产品作为涤纶蓬松柔软整理剂,对涤纶进行整理;所述抗静电剂整理,整理剂的浓度为3%(o.W.f)、浴比1:10,将涤纶在整理剂中浸泡20min,并保持整理剂的温度在60℃,之后取出进行离心脱水,带液率为70%—75%,在110℃的温度条件下烘10min,最后在180℃的温度条件下,熨烫60S—120S,进行定型。涤纶蓬松柔软整理方法在织物表面交联成膜,增加纤维的抱合力,减少纱线绒毛,消除刺痒感;其中含有的水分散性聚酯成分可以有效改善亲水性和抗静电性。

技术领域
本发明属于织物处理技术领域,具体涉及一种涤纶蓬松柔软整理方法。
背景技术
涤纶具有手感硬挺的缺点,在碱减量加工中,随着减量率的提高,涤纶的柔软性、蓬松性、粗糙感及挺爽性均增加,而柔软性的增加尤为显著。但是,涤纶经印染各道工序加工,如处理不当,织物仍会变硬,手感粗糙,一般需用机械或化学柔软整理加以改善,使织物手感变成柔软滑爽。利用超喂可以改善涤纶在印染加工中因机械拉伸而造成的僵硬,利用呢毯整理机或橡胶整理机可适当地改善织物直接接触金属表面而造成的粗糙手感,而将超喂拉幅和昵毯整理结合起来,则可以改善由止述两种原因造成的织物僵硬和手感不良。若采用上述措施而手感仍不能令人满意,就必须配合化学柔软整理。
发明内容
为了克服现有技术领域存在的上述技术问题,本发明的目的在于,提供一种涤纶蓬松柔软整理方法,改善其柔软性能,从而使人在抚摸织物时产生舒适感。。
本发明提供的涤纶蓬松柔软整理方法,包括整理剂整理和抗静电剂整理,所述整理剂整理的具体方法为:采用水分散性聚酯衍生产品作为涤纶蓬松柔软整理剂,对涤纶进行整理,整理剂的浓度为3%(o.W.f)、浴比1:10,将涤纶在整理剂中浸泡20min ,并保持整理剂的温度在60℃,之后取出进行离心脱水,带液率为70%—75%,在100℃—110℃的温度条件下烘干;所述抗静电剂整理,整理剂的浓度为3%(o.W.f)、浴比1:10,将涤纶在整理剂中浸泡20min ,并保持整理剂的温度在60℃,之后取出进行离心脱水,带液率为70%—75%,在110℃的温度条件下烘10min,最后在180℃的温度条件下,熨烫60S—120S,进行定型。
本发明提供的涤纶蓬松柔软整理方法,其有益效果在于,减少纤维间摩擦,使织物容易变形,改善织物的柔软性,其端羟基不仅能和纤维素形成氢键,而且能在织物表面交联成膜,增加纤维的抱合力,减少纱线绒毛,消除刺痒感;其中含有的水分散性聚酯成分可以有效改善亲水性和抗静电性。

实施例
本实施例的涤纶蓬松柔软整理方法包括整理剂整理和抗静电剂整理,所述整理剂整理的具体方法为:采用水分散性聚酯衍生产品作为涤纶蓬松柔软整理剂,对涤纶进行整理,整理剂的浓度为3%(o.W.f)、浴比1:10,将涤纶在整理剂中浸泡20min ,并保持整理剂的温度在60℃,之后取出进行离心脱水,带液率为70%,在100℃的温度条件下烘干;所述抗静电剂整理,整理剂的浓度为3%(o.W.f)、浴比1:10,将涤纶在整理剂中浸泡20min ,并保持整理剂的温度在60℃,之后取出进行离心脱水,带液率为75%,在110℃的温度条件下烘10min,最后在180℃的温度条件下,熨烫60S,进行定型。

1.一种涤纶蓬松柔软整理方法,其特征在于:包括整理剂整理和抗静电剂整理,所述整理剂整理的具体方法为:采用水分散性聚酯衍生产品作为涤纶蓬松柔软整理剂,对涤纶进行整理,整理剂的浓度为3%(o.W.f)、浴比1:10,将涤纶在整理剂中浸泡20min ,并保持整理剂的温度在60℃,之后取出进行离心脱水,带液率为70%—75%,在100℃—110℃的温度条件下烘干;所述抗静电剂整理,整理剂的浓度为3%(o.W.f)、浴比1:10,将涤纶在整理剂中浸泡20min ,并保持整理剂的温度在60℃,之后取出进行离心脱水,带液率为70%—75%,在110℃的温度条件下烘10min,最后在180℃的温度条件下,熨烫60S—120S,进行定型。
