本实用新型涉及一种人造皮革，具体地说是一种耐寒人造皮革。 
背景技术
目前，人造皮革主要包括PVC发泡层和PVC面层，在温度较低的情况下皮革会发生脆裂，易损害，不能使用，耐寒效果较差。 
发明内容
本实用新型所要解决的技术问题是针对上述不足提供一种降低玻璃化温度、耐候性好、耐温性强的耐寒人造皮革。 
本实用新型的目的通过以下技术方案来实现：一种耐寒人造皮革，包括基布层，基布层上设有粘合层，粘合层上设有PVC发泡层，PVC发泡层上设有PVC面层，PVC面层上设有油性处理层，油性处理层上设有TPE层。
本实用新型与现有技术相比具有的优点：TPE是一种具有橡胶的高弹性、高强度、高回弹性、又具有可注塑加工的特征的材料，加工性能优越，无须硫化，可以循环使用降低成本；人造皮革中添加了TPE层后，环保无毒安全，耐候性好，耐温性强，降低了玻璃化的温度，在零下40℃的环境下可起到耐寒的作用。

如图1所示，一种耐寒人造皮革，包括基布层1，基布层1上设有粘合层2，粘合层2上设有PVC发泡层3，PVC发泡层3上设有PVC面层4，PVC面层4上设有油性处理层5，油性处理层5上设有TPE层6。
TPE是一种具有橡胶的高弹性、高强度、高回弹性、又具有可注塑加工的特征的材料，加工性能优越，无须硫化，可以循环使用降低成本；人造皮革中添加了TPE层后，环保无毒安全，耐候性好，耐温性强，降低了玻璃化的温度，在零下40℃的环境下可起到耐寒的作用。

1.一种耐寒人造皮革，包括基布层（1），其特征在于：所述基布层（1）上设有粘合层（2），所述粘合层（2）上设有PVC发泡层（3），所述PVC发泡层（3）上设有PVC面层（4），所述PVC面层（4）上设有油性处理层（5），所述油性处理层（5）上设有TPE层（6）。
