背景技术
在我国,人们习惯将用PVC树脂为原料生产的人造革成为PVC人造革(简称人造革);用PU树脂为原料生产的人造革成为PU人造革(简称PU革);用PU树脂与无纺布为原料生产的人造革称为PU合成革(简称合成革)。
人造革主要包括PVC 发泡层和PVC 面层,在温度较低的情况下皮革会发生脆裂,易损害,不能使用,耐寒效果较差;同时存在人造革弹性差、易出现疲劳痕和死纹的现象。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种结构简单、耐寒效果好、防止人造革出现疲劳痕和死纹的现象的新型人造革及其生产工艺,尤其适合用于生产人造革中。

一种新型人造革,包括一基布层,基布层上设有粘合层,粘合层上设有PVC 发泡层,PVC发泡层上设有耐寒层,耐寒层上设有油性处理层,油性处理层上设有TPE 层,

聚录乙烯 95-105份
邻苯二甲酸二辛脂 30-50份
已二酸二辛酯 20-30份
稳定剂 1-3份;

PVC树脂 95-105份
增塑剂 50-60份

B、在基布层涂覆一层聚氨酯粘合剂,形成粘合层;
C、在粘合层上涂覆一层PVC 发泡层;
D根据耐寒层的各种原料重量份进行配比,在捏合机中混合均匀、经炼塑后,由挤压机挤出一定厚度与宽度的耐寒层,然后在PVC 发泡层上涂覆一层有耐寒层;
E、在耐寒层的表面涂覆一层TPE 热塑性弹性体层;
G、最后对步骤E得到的人造革压花、冷却即得成品。
本发明具有的优点和积极效果是:由于采用上述技术方案,该人造革中添加了TPE层后,环保无毒安全,耐候性好,耐温性强,降低了玻璃化的温度,在零下40℃的环境下可起到耐寒的作用;在PVC 发泡层选用的发泡剂,使得泡孔质量好、弹性和手感好,不容易有疲劳痕和死纹。
具体实施方式
一种新型人造革的生产工艺,包括以下步骤:
A、制备基布层;布料通过放卷机实现自动上料,并将该基布放入烘烤装置中预热处理,基布直接由满足家具、手袋或服装类皮革需求的布料或湿式底胚制备而成;
B、在基布层涂覆一层聚氨酯粘合剂,形成粘合层;
C、在粘合层上涂覆一层PVC 发泡层;
D根据耐寒层的各种原料重量份进行配比,在捏合机中混合均匀、经炼塑后,由挤压机挤出一定厚度与宽度的耐寒层,然后在PVC 发泡层上涂覆一层有耐寒层;
E、在耐寒层的表面涂覆一层TPE 热塑性弹性体层;
G、最后对步骤E得到的人造革压花、冷却即得成品。

A、制备基布层;布料通过放卷机实现自动上料,并将该基布放入烘烤装置中预热处理,基布直接由满足家具、手袋或服装类皮革需求的布料或湿式底胚制备而成;
B、在基布层涂覆一层聚氨酯粘合剂,形成粘合层;
C、在粘合层上涂覆一层PVC 发泡层;
D根据耐寒层的各种原料重量份进行配比,在捏合机中混合均匀、经炼塑后,由挤压机挤出一定厚度与宽度的耐寒层,然后在PVC 发泡层上涂覆一层有耐寒层;
E、在耐寒层的表面涂覆一层TPE 热塑性弹性体层;
G、最后对步骤E得到的人造革压花、冷却即得成品。
