技术领域
本发明涉及一种抗疲劳健康垫及其制备方法,特别是一种采用橡胶发泡材料的抗疲劳健康垫及其制备方法。
背景技术
抗疲劳健康垫,主要是利用垫子的回弹性,对位于垫子上的使用者起到缓解疲劳的作用,可以应用于厨房、健身房、卫生间、盥洗室、酒店、实验室、食品加工区以及汽车维修中心等区域,具有广泛的应用前景。然而目前市场上的抗疲劳健康垫,大都采用PU、PVC、EVA、XPE等发泡材料制成,在硬度与回弹性方面均不是很理想,并且需要采用大量的塑料助剂、溶剂,从环保角度考虑,也无法确保上述塑料助剂与溶剂不对环境产生影响。
发明内容
为了解决上述现有技术的不足,本发明的第一目的是提供一种采用橡胶发泡材料的抗疲劳健康垫,相对现有在使用的发泡材料,具有更好的回弹性与硬度,并且所使用的助剂均为环保型材料,降低了对环境的影响。
为了实现上述目的,本发明所设计的一种采用橡胶发泡材料的抗疲劳健康垫,包括橡胶发泡层以及复合在所述橡胶发泡层上的面料层,所述橡胶发泡层包括如下重量份的原料:未硫化橡胶20-60,填充剂10-50,油剂1-20,硫化剂1-5,促进剂0.5-5,防老剂0.5-3,发泡剂2-6,分散剂1-5;所述面料层由天然纤维或合成纤维经簇绒工艺或编织工艺或无纺工艺或植绒工艺制得。
优选的,所述未硫化橡胶为天然橡胶、丁苯橡胶、丁腈橡胶以及三元乙丙橡胶中的一种或多种。
优选的,所述填充剂为碳酸钙、碳酸镁、HAF炉黑、陶土、滑石粉、白炭黑、橡胶粉中的一种或多种。
优选的,所述油剂为环烷油、石蜡油、芳烃油中的一种或多种。
优选的,所述防老剂为防老剂MB、防老剂A、防老剂D中的一种,所述发泡剂为发泡剂H,所述分散剂为尿素与甘油的混合物,所述促进剂为促进剂DM、促进剂D、促进剂M、促进剂TT、促进剂CE中的一种或多种,所述硫化剂为硫磺。
优选的,所述尿素与甘油的重量比为1:4。
本发明的第二目的是提供一种上述采用橡胶发泡材料的抗疲劳健康垫的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)、称取上述重量份原料,并将未硫化橡胶、填充剂、油剂、促进剂、防老剂、发泡剂以及分散剂投入密炼机中密炼均匀;
(2)、经密炼后的胶料在常温下静置8h以上;
(3)、将静置后的胶料投入开炼机中,并投入硫化剂,在开炼机中进行薄通翻炼;
(4)、开炼后的胶料置入三辊压延设备中压延,制得胶片;
(5)、将上述面料层进行储布、放卷、展平后与胶片进行辊压复合,复合后导入烘道流水线内,在烘道流水线内进行加热从而对胶片进行硫化发泡,直至胶片完全处于蠕动状态时,将面料层与胶片层进行热压复合;
(6)、展平上述复合后的垫子,然后进行冲切,制得所需规格的抗疲劳健康垫。
进一步,所述步骤(1)中的密炼温度控制在90℃以下,所述步骤(3)中的开炼机的辊温控制在60℃以下。
进一步,所述步骤(4)中的第二辊与第三辊之间的间距小于第一辊与第二辊之间的间距。
进一步,所述烘道流水线内的温度为阶梯温度,所述阶梯温度分别为120℃、140℃、160℃、180℃、160℃、150℃,其中烘道流水线的传输速度为1-3m/min。
与现有技术相比,本发明得到的一种采用橡胶发泡材料的抗疲劳健康垫及其制备方法,其有益效果是:
1、该垫子采用橡胶发泡材料制成的底层,具有良好的回弹性与硬度,从而对使用者来说大大提高了缓解疲劳的效果,并且在生产过程中,使用的助剂都是环保型材料,降低了对环境的影响;
2、在面料层上方便采用喷印、移印、丝网印等工艺,可以印出各种花色图案,能够满足不同的使用环境以及不同使用者的喜好,装饰效果好;
3、橡胶发泡底层采用烘道流水线进行发泡硫化,生产成本低于现有的平板模具发泡,并且易于控制材料厚度以及发泡倍率,易于控制垫子的整体厚度,本发明中的橡胶发泡底层厚度为1-16mm,均可以得到有效的控制;
4、在橡胶材料发泡前与面料进行辊压复合,在烘道流水线内再进行热压复合,大大提高了面料层与橡胶发泡层之间的复合强度,经检测,面料层与橡胶发泡层之间的剥离强度在3MPa以上。

如图1所示,一种采用橡胶发泡材料的抗疲劳健康垫,包括橡胶发泡层1以及复合在所述橡胶发泡层上的面料层2,所述橡胶发泡层包括如下重量份的原料:未硫化橡胶22,填充剂48,油剂18,硫化剂2,促进剂4.5,防老剂0.5,发泡剂4,分散剂1。
实施例2:
与实施例1的区别在于所述橡胶发泡层包括如下重量份的原料:未硫化橡胶58,填充剂12,油剂6,硫化剂5,促进剂5,防老剂3,发泡剂6,分散剂5。
实施例3:
与实施例1的区别在于所述橡胶发泡层包括如下重量份的原料:未硫化橡胶40,填充剂33,油剂12,硫化剂4,促进剂1.5,防老剂2.5,发泡剂2.5,分散剂4.5。
实施例1-3中的所述面料层由天然纤维或合成纤维经簇绒工艺或编织工艺或无纺工艺或植绒工艺制得,并且可以根据使用的场合以及面料的成型风格,在面料层上采用喷印、移印、丝网印等各种工艺,印出各种不同的花色图案,并且根据使用环境以及功能的不同要求,橡胶发泡层的厚度可以从1-16mm,从而控制抗疲劳健康垫的整体厚度。

(2)、经密炼后的胶料在常温下静置8h以上,以提高胶料在硫化发泡时的稳定性;
(3)、将静置后的胶料投入开炼机中,并投入硫化剂,在开炼机中进行薄通翻炼,使各种原料能够分散均匀,提高胶料的塑性,在这个过程中,开炼机的辊温控制在60℃以下,超过该温度,易造成胶料早期自硫,影响后面的硫化发泡效果;
(4)、开炼后的胶料置入三辊压延设备中压延,制得胶片,其中三辊之间的间距尤其重要,确保出片过程中两端厚度统一,第二辊与第三辊之间的间距要小于第一辊与第二辊之间的间距,这样压延出来的胶片表面更加平整,厚度也才能更加均匀;
(5)、将上述面料层进行储布、放卷、展平后与胶片进行辊压复合,复合后导入烘道流水线内,在烘道流水线内进行加热从而对胶片进行硫化发泡,直至胶片完全处于蠕动状态时,将面料层与胶片层利用两辊对挤进行热压复合,其中烘道流水线内的温度采用阶梯温度,阶梯温度从导入烘道流水线一端到导出烘道流水线一端分别为120℃、140℃、160℃、180℃、160℃、150℃,并且烘道流水线的传输速度控制在1-3m/min,在烘道流水线内,橡胶材料由固体转为蠕动状态时,利用两辊对挤以及胶料的蠕动渗透性,将面料层与橡胶材料进行热压复合,可以排除橡胶材料中的气体,有利于提高面料层与橡胶发泡层之间的复合牢度;
(6)、展平上述复合后的垫子,然后进行冲切,制得所需规格的抗疲劳健康垫;
(7)、根据需求,在面料层上进行采用喷印、移印、丝网印等工艺印出图案。
对上述实施例1-3制得抗疲劳健康垫进行检测,得出面料层与橡胶发泡层之间的剥离强度均在3MPa以上。
本发明人采用分别与实施例1、实施例2、实施例3相同的面料层以及相同重量份原料制成的橡胶发泡层,在步骤5中将胶片与面料层一起放到平板模具中,将平板模具的温度控制160-180℃之间进行热压复合成型,然后取出平板模具热压复合成型的垫子,进行冲切后进行剥离强度检测,得出面料层与橡胶发泡层之间的剥离强度在2.1-2.3MPa之间,低于3MPa。
利用烘道流水线对橡胶材料进行发泡硫化,比现有的平板模具发泡,可以更加容易的控制橡胶发泡层的厚度,并且采用阶梯温度,使橡胶的发泡效果更好,制得的抗疲劳健康垫的回弹性也更好,同时在橡胶材料完全处于蠕动状态时,进行热压复合,面料层与橡胶发泡层的复合牢度好。
以上所述实施例仅表达了本发明的几种实施方式,并不能因此而理解为对本发明专利范围的限制。应当指出的是,对于本领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明构思的前提下,还可以做出若干变形和改进,这些均属于本发明的保护范围。因此,本发明专利的保护范围应以所附权利要求为准。

Claims (8)

1.一种抗疲劳健康垫的制备方法,该抗疲劳健康垫包括橡胶发泡层以及复合在所述橡胶发泡层上的面料层,所述橡胶发泡层包括如下重量份的原料:未硫化橡胶20-60,填充剂10-50,油剂1-20,硫化剂1-5,促进剂0.5-5,防老剂0.5-3,发泡剂2-6,分散剂1-5;所述面料层由天然纤维或合成纤维经簇绒工艺或编织工艺或无纺工艺或植绒工艺制得;
其特征在于包括以下步骤:(1)、称取上述重量份原料,并将未硫化橡胶、填充剂、油剂、促进剂、防老剂、发泡剂以及分散剂投入密炼机中密炼均匀;
(2)、经密炼后的胶料在常温下静置8h以上;
(3)、将静置后的胶料投入开炼机中,并投入硫化剂,在开炼机中进行薄通翻炼;
(4)、开炼后的胶料置入三辊压延设备中压延,制得胶片;
(5)、将上述面料层进行储布、放卷、展平后与胶片进行辊压复合,复合后导入烘道流水线内,在烘道流水线内进行加热从而对胶片进行硫化发泡,直至胶片完全处于蠕动状态时,将面料层与胶片层进行热压复合,所述烘道流水线内的温度为阶梯温度,所述阶梯温度分别为120℃、140℃、160℃、180℃、160℃、150℃,其中烘道流水线的传输速度为1-3m/min;
(6)、展平上述复合后的垫子,然后进行冲切,制得所需规格的抗疲劳健康垫。
2.根据权利要求1所述的抗疲劳健康垫的制备方法,其特征在于:所述步骤(1)中的密炼温度控制在90℃以下,所述步骤(3)中的开炼机的辊温控制在60℃以下。
3.根据权利要求1所述的抗疲劳健康垫的制备方法,其特征在于:所述步骤(4)中的第二辊与第三辊之间的间距小于第一辊与第二辊之间的间距。
4.如权利要求1-3之一所述的抗疲劳健康垫的制备方法,其特征在于:所述未硫化橡胶为天然橡胶、丁苯橡胶、丁腈橡胶以及三元乙丙橡胶中的一种或多种。
5.如权利要求1-3之一所述的抗疲劳健康垫的制备方法,其特征在于:所述填充剂为碳酸钙、碳酸镁、HAF炉黑、陶土、滑石粉、白炭黑、橡胶粉中的一种或多种。
6.如权利要求1-3之一所述的抗疲劳健康垫的制备方法,其特征在于:所述油剂为环烷油、石蜡油、芳烃油中的一种或多种。
7.如权利要求1-3之一所述的抗疲劳健康垫的制备方法,其特征在于:所述防老剂为防老剂MB、防老剂A、防老剂D中的一种,所述发泡剂为发泡剂H,所述分散剂为尿素与甘油的混合物,所述促进剂为促进剂DM、促进剂D、促进剂M、促进剂TT、促进剂CE中的一种或多种,所述硫化剂为硫磺。
8.如权利要求7所述的抗疲劳健康垫的制备方法,其特征在于:所述尿素与甘油的重量比为1:4。
