本发明属于合成革领域,具体涉及一种固态硅胶皮革及其制备方法。该固态硅胶皮革的制备方法,包括以下步骤:(1)固态硅胶、色膏、铂金硫化剂混炼均匀,在纹路膜上压延,得到带有纹路膜的硅胶片;(2)带有纹路膜的硅胶片与基布压合,初步硫化,剥离纹路膜,得到带有纹路的硅胶皮革半成品;(3)在带有纹路的硅胶皮革半成品的纹路面上涂布手感油,终硫化。本发明的固态硅胶皮革的制备方法,使用固态硅胶为主体硅胶,利用混炼胶的初粘性粘合基布,不使用粘接剂;初步硫化后涂布手感油,手感油与硅胶共同终硫化。整个生产工艺设计合理,原料成本低,各层之间结合效果好,所得皮革制品性能良好。

技术领域
本发明属于合成革领域,具体涉及一种固态硅胶皮革及其制备方法。
背景技术
客车及乘用车内饰现用皮革多为PVC、PU类皮革,气味、环保性是其无法改变的硬伤,随着客户主体消费需求的不断升级,以及对标国外主流乘用车、客车、商务车等内饰未来发展趋势,无污染、防霉变、健康的硅胶皮革必然是未来的发展所需。
目前市面上已有液态硅胶皮革家具出售,但液态硅胶皮革原料基本为进口,生产成本较高。
申请公布号为CN109680509A的中国发明专利申请公开了一种应用于交通工具内饰或座椅的硅胶皮革及其制备方法,该该硅胶皮革由面层、中间基料层、底层、基布层依次粘合而成,其中面层、中间基料层及底层的基础制备原料为有机硅胶、硬化剂、乙烯基硅油,另外面层中还包含纳米二氧化硅,底层中还包含纳米二氧化硅和硅烷偶联剂。
使用液态硅胶制成的硅胶皮革,需要复杂的有机硅树脂以及面层、中间层、底层的有机配合,才能生成出与真皮相媲美的制品,生产工序复杂,而且成本较高,并不利于在国内推广使用。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种固态硅胶皮革的制备方法,利用更简单的生产工序、更低的成本,生产出性能良好的皮革制品。
本发明的第二个目的在于提供一种固态硅胶皮革。
为实现上述目的,本发明的固态硅胶皮革的制备方法的技术方案是:
一种固态硅胶皮革的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)固态硅胶、色料、铂金硫化剂混炼均匀,在纹路膜上压延,得到带有纹路膜的硅胶片;
(2)带有纹路膜的硅胶片与基布压合,初步硫化,剥离纹路膜,得到带有纹路的硅胶皮革半成品;
(3)在带有纹路的硅胶皮革半成品的纹路面上涂布手感油,终硫化。
本发明的固态硅胶皮革的制备方法,使用固态硅胶为主体硅胶,利用混炼胶的初粘性粘合基布,不使用粘接剂;初步硫化后涂布手感油,手感油与硅胶共同终硫化。整个生产工艺设计合理,原料成本低,各层之间结合效果好,所得皮革制品性能良好。
利用上述制备方法制得的皮革的环保性能良好,气味达到2.5级,苯、甲苯、二甲苯无检出,TVOC含量低,较现有PVC内饰材料有天然优势。
为更好的实现工业化生产,优选的,步骤(2)中,剥离纹路膜时,纹路膜、硅胶皮革半成品别收卷;分步骤(3)中,硅胶皮革半成品放卷,在线涂布手感油,终硫化后形成固态硅胶皮革,收卷。更优选的,初步硫化和终硫化均为在线硫化,皮革材料在行进中经过烘道,出烘道后完成相应硫化。
优选的,步骤(3)中,手感油的涂布厚度为0.05~0.2mm。
优选的,步骤(1)中,铂金硫化剂由A剂和B剂组成,A剂的质量为固态硅胶质量的0.5~1.5%,B剂的质量为固态硅胶质量的1~1.5%。色料的质量为固态硅胶质量的1~3%。更优选的,初步硫化的温度为115~150℃,时间为5-7min;终硫化的温度为150~180℃,时间为3-5min。
优选的,所述纹路膜为纹路纸、PP纹路膜、PET转印纹路膜、HTR纹路膜中的一种。
优选的,所述基布为经过电晕处理的针织布、无纺布、超纤贝斯中的一种。
本发明的固态硅胶皮革的技术方案是:
一种固态硅胶皮革,包括:
带有纹路的硅胶皮,由固态硅胶硫化形成,表面具有纹路面;
手感油层,贴合在硅胶皮的纹路面上;所述手感油层与硅胶皮的贴合处具有硅胶皮、手感油相互渗透形成的渗透过渡层;
基布,贴合在硅胶皮远离手感油层的一侧表面上,所述基布与硅胶皮的贴合处具有硅胶皮、基布相互缠结形成的缠结过渡层。
本发明的固态硅胶皮革,使用固态硅胶硫化形成硅胶主体,手感油层、基布与硅胶皮的结合性好,所得固态硅胶皮革性能优异。
优选的,所述基布为涤纶针织布、无纺布、超纤贝斯中的一种。

以下实施例中,固态硅胶采用市售品,优选满足表1中特性,实施例中选用1160型固态混炼胶为例进行说明。

铂金硫化剂型号为A剂A-202、B剂B-213,购自江门市蓬江区街股硅胶有限公司厂家(市面上铂金硫化剂均可)。铂金硫化剂中A剂、B剂按推荐配比配合固态硅胶使用。色膏为市售常规商品。
手感油的主要成分为乙烯基硅氧烷,型号为LA-P01-1,购自东莞市狼盛橡塑科技有限公司厂家(市面上硅胶手感油均可)。
一、本发明的固态硅胶皮革的制备方法的具体实施例
实施例1
本实施例的固态硅胶皮革的制备方法,工艺流程图如图1所示,包括以下步骤:
(1)把固态硅胶与色膏、铂金硫化剂混炼均匀,添加色膏与固态硅胶的比例为2%,铂金硫化剂中,A剂与固态硅胶的的添加比例为1%、B剂为1.2%;
(2)混炼均匀的硅胶进入压延机,压出符合厚度、宽幅要求的硅胶片,同时通过纹路膜(材质为PP纹路膜)压出皮革表面纹路,生成表皮;
在其他实施情形下,纹路膜也可使用纹路纸或PET转印纹路膜或HTR纹路膜。
(3)从压延机出来的带纹路表皮进入贴布机,与电晕过的基布(涤纶材质)压合;在其他实施情形下,基布也可使用无纺布或超纤贝斯。
(4)从贴布机出来后进入烘箱130℃硫化5分钟;
(5)出炉道后通过两台收卷机,分别收卷硅胶皮革及纹路膜;
(6)把收好卷的硅胶皮革转运到表面油涂布线放卷机上,边放卷边涂布手感油,手感油的涂布厚度为0.05~0.2mm。
(7)涂手感油后进入涂布线红烤箱165℃烘烤3分钟硫化,然后收卷。
实施例2
本实施例的固态硅胶皮革的制备方法,与实施例1介绍的不同之处仅在于:
步骤(1)中,色膏的添加比例为1%;A剂的添加比例为0.5%,B剂的添加比例为1%。
步骤(4)中,初步硫化的温度为150℃,时间为6min。
步骤(7)中,终硫化的温度为180℃,时间为4min。
实施例3
本实施例的固态硅胶皮革的制备方法,与实施例1介绍的不同之处仅在于:
步骤(1)中,色膏的添加比例为3%;A剂的添加比例为1.5%,B剂的添加比例为1.5%。
步骤(4)中,初步硫化的温度为115℃,时间为7min。
步骤(7)中,终硫化的温度为150℃,时间为5min。
二、本发明的固态硅胶皮革的具体实施例
实施例4
本实施例的硅胶皮革,对应实施例1的制备方法所得产品,结构示意图如图2所示,包括带有纹路的硅胶皮1,基布2和手感油层。
带有纹路的硅胶皮1由固态硅胶硫化形成,其中一侧表面具有纹路面。
手感油层,贴合在硅胶皮的纹路面上;由于手感油是在初步硫化后涂布在纹路面上,经过终硫化后,手感油与硅胶皮的贴合位置具有硅胶皮、手感油相互渗透形成的渗透过渡层;渗透过渡层的存在可增加固态硅胶皮革的耐磨性。
基布为涤纶针织布,贴合在硅胶皮远离手感油层的一侧表面上,由于基布是在初步硫化前与硅胶片(硅胶皮的前体)压合在一起,经过共同的初步硫化和终硫化过程,两者的压合面会发生相互的穿插、缠结,形成缠结过渡层,进而达到更好、更加一致的结合效果。
实施例2、3的制备方法所得皮革制品与上述实施例4的结构基本相同。
三、实验例
检测实施例1的制备方法所得固态硅胶皮革的环保特性及物理特性,结果如下表2~6所示。表2中,各测试项目按照VDA277车内非金属材料中挥发性有机化合物的检测方法的规定进行。

气味检测按照以下方法进行实验:
将样品100*200mm的试样放入用磨口塞盖紧的广口玻璃气味瓶(1000ml)中,盖上瓶塞密封好,置于已经预热好的恒温箱中:
方案1:在23℃温度下保持24h±1h,达到放置时间后,将试验容器取出,直接进行评价;
方案2:在40℃温度下保持24h±1h,达到放置时间后,将试验容器取出,直接进行评价;
方案3:在(80±2)℃温度下保持2h±10min后,取出气味瓶,自然冷却到(60±5)℃,立即打开瓶塞进行气味嗅辨评级。气味性的评级规定见表3。

由以上试验结果可知,实施例所得皮革的气味达到2.5级,苯、甲苯、二甲苯无检出,TVOC含量低,较现有PVC内饰材料有天然优势。
对实施例1所得固态硅胶皮革的物理力学性能性能进行测试评价,结果如表6所示。

由上表可知,实施例的固态硅胶皮革的物理力学性能优异,产品性能突出。同时,而且整个制作工艺无废水、废液等产出,硅胶废料可重复利用,非常适合硅胶的工业化生产。

1.一种固态硅胶皮革的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
(1)固态硅胶、色料、铂金硫化剂混炼均匀,在纹路膜上压延,得到带有纹路膜的硅胶片;
(2)带有纹路膜的硅胶片与基布压合,初步硫化,剥离纹路膜,得到带有纹路的硅胶皮革半成品;剥离纹路膜时,纹路膜、硅胶皮革半成品分别收卷;
(3)在带有纹路的硅胶皮革半成品的纹路面上涂布手感油,终硫化;
所述初步硫化的温度为115~150℃,时间为5-7min;终硫化的温度为150~180℃,时间为3-5min;所述基布为经过电晕处理的针织布、无纺布、超纤贝斯中的一种。
2.如权利要求1所述的固态硅胶皮革的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤(3)中,硅胶皮革半成品放卷,在线涂布手感油,终硫化后形成固态硅胶皮革,收卷。

5.如权利要求1所述的固态硅胶皮革的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤(1)中,铂金硫化剂由A剂和B剂组成,A剂的质量为固态硅胶质量的0.5~1.5%,B剂的质量为固态硅胶质量的1~1.5%。
6.如权利要求1所述的固态硅胶皮革的制备方法,其特征在于,所述纹路膜为纹路纸、PP纹路膜、PET转印纹路膜、HTR纹路膜中的一种。
7.一种如权利要求1所述的方法制备的固态硅胶皮革,其特征在于,包括:
带有纹路的硅胶皮,由固态硅胶硫化形成,表面具有纹路面;
手感油层,贴合在硅胶皮的纹路面上;所述手感油层与硅胶皮的贴合处具有硅胶皮、手感油相互渗透形成的渗透过渡层;
基布,贴合在硅胶皮远离手感油层的一侧表面上,所述基布与硅胶皮的贴合处具有硅胶皮、基布相互缠结形成的缠结过渡层;
所述基布为涤纶针织布、无纺布、超纤贝斯中的一种。
