本发明公开了一种深纹路有机硅合成革及其制备方法,包括由上到下依次设置的纹路层(3)、粘结层(2)和基材(1),将无流动性的加成型硅胶采用流延方式涂覆于离型纸或离型膜上,通过刻有纹路的压力辊,使硅胶表面压出纹路,在80~200℃温度下硫化1~20分钟,剥离离型纸,制得纹路层(3);在基材(1)表面涂覆液体硅胶作粘结层(2),贴合纹路层(3)硫化,即可制得深纹路有机硅合成革;硅胶内因有气泡包裹物理性能下降而使得皮革的耐刮伤性和耐磨性下降,而本发明是先施胶后辊压形成纹路可以避免这一问题。同时因皮革纹路是由压力辊表面所刻纹路决定,本发明可以解决皮革纹路受离型纸限制的问题。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种深纹路有机硅合成革及其制备方法,属于有机硅合成革技术领域。
背景技术
目前,由于离型纸对皮革纹路的限制,目前的有机硅合成革表面纹路都不太深或特有纹路离型纸难以购买,不能满足一些领域对深纹路或特有纹路有机硅合成革的需求。有些深纹路合成革由于纹路较深,深纹路处原料中的气泡难以排尽,成型后皮革表面有气泡,导致皮革的外观、耐磨、耐刮伤等性能受损。
发明内容
本发明针对上述问题的不足,提出一种深纹路有机硅合成革及其制备方法,采用刻有纹路的压力辊将触变性强的液体硅胶或加成型混炼硅胶表面压出所需纹路,硫化后再与基材以液体硅胶粘合而成。所述深纹路有机硅合成革的制备方法在制备深纹路和新型纹路有机硅合成革方面具有明显优势。利用离型纸生产深纹路皮革时,因离型纸纹路较深(凹槽深度0.15mm以上),向离型纸上施胶时,硅胶难以将纹路凹槽内气泡排尽,硅胶内因有气泡包裹物理性能下降而使得皮革的耐刮伤和耐磨性下降,而本发明是先施胶后辊压形成纹路可以避免这一问题。同时因皮革纹路是由压力辊表面所刻纹路决定,本发明可以解决皮革纹路受离型纸限制的问题。
本发明为解决上述技术问题提出的技术方案是:
一种深纹路有机硅合成革,包括由上到下依次设置的纹路层(3)、粘结层(2)和基材(1)。
进一步地:所述粘结层(2)和基材(1)之间还可设置柔软层(4)。
优选的:所述纹路层(3)、粘结层(2)、柔软层和基材(1)依次复合连接在一起。
优选的:所述纹路层(3)是由无流动性的加成型硅胶经刻有纹路的压力辊辊压后硫化而成。

步骤a,将无流动性的加成型硅胶采用流延方式涂覆于离型纸或离型膜上,通过刻有纹路的压力辊,使硅胶表面压出纹路,在80~200℃温度下硫化1~20分钟,剥离离型纸或离型膜,制得纹路层(3)。
步骤b,在基材(1)表面涂覆液体硅胶作粘结层(2),贴合步骤a制得的纹路层(3),在80~200℃温度下硫化1~20分钟,即可制得深纹路有机硅合成革。
优选的:为了增加皮革柔软度,在步骤b中制作粘结层(2)前,可以先在基材(1)表面涂覆一层低硬度硅胶或发泡硅胶硫化后形成柔软层(4),然后在柔软层上涂覆液体硅胶制作粘结层(2)。

本发明包括由上到下依次设置的纹路层(3)、粘结层(2)和基材(1),采用刻有纹路的压力辊将触变性强的液体硅胶或加成型混炼硅胶表面压出所需纹路,硫化后再与基材以液体硅胶粘合而成。本发明提出的方法为深纹路和新型纹路有机硅合成革的制备提供了有效的方法,而且制备方法简单,制备过程不会产生有害物质,制备的产品环保、对人体无害。
为了提高皮革的柔软度,可以在基材上涂覆低硬度或发泡硅胶,形成柔软层(4)。所述深纹路有机硅合成革的制备方法在制备深纹路和新型纹路有机硅合成革方面具有明显优势。利用离型纸生产深纹路皮革时,因离型纸纹路较深(凹槽深度0.15mm以上),向离型纸上施胶时,硅胶难以将纹路凹槽内气泡排尽,硅胶内因有气泡包裹物理性能下降而使得皮革的耐刮伤性和耐磨性下降,而本发明是先施胶后辊压形成纹路可以避免这一问题。同时因皮革纹路是由压力辊表面所刻纹路决定,本发明可以解决皮革纹路受离型纸限制的问题。

实施例1
一种深纹路有机硅合成革,如图1所示,包括由上到下依次复合连接在一起的纹路层3、粘结层2和基材1。所述纹路层3是由加成型硅胶经刻有纹路的压力辊辊压后硫化而成。所述粘结层2是加成型液体硅胶硫化而成,起将纹路层与基材粘结的作用。所述基材1为0.8mm厚的超纤。基材只要为化学超纤、玻璃超纤、棉、麻、纸、金属中任意一种或多种制作而成即可。
所述纹路层3采用的成分和重量配比如下:
60万分子量的甲基乙烯基生胶,其中Vi=2%70g;
白炭黑(A200)25g;
含氢量为1.6%含氢硅油10g;
铂金催化剂,其中,Pt在催化剂中的含量为3000ppm,0.3g;
甲基丁炔醇0.05g;
黑色膏5g。
所述粘结层2采用的成分和重量配比如下:

一种深纹路有机硅合成革的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
步骤a,按上述配比依次配好纹路层3和粘结层2的胶料;
步骤b,将常温下纹路层3的胶料采用流延方式涂覆于离型纸或离型膜上,厚度控制在0.3mm,用表面刻有深纹路的压力辊在硅胶面上压出深纹路,130度硫化5分钟,剥离离型纸,制得纹路层3。硫化条件在80~200℃温度下硫化1~20分钟即可。
步骤c,在0.8mm厚的超纤表面涂覆粘结层2的胶料,厚度控制在0.10mm,贴合步骤b制得的纹路层3,130℃硫化10分钟,即可制得深纹路有机硅合成革。硫化条件在80~200℃温度下硫化1~20分钟即可。
实施例2
本实施例与实施例1的区别之处在于,如图2所示:在粘结层和基材间增加柔软层(4)。
纹路层(3)和粘结层(2)的配比同实施例1;
所述柔软层(4)采用的成分和重量配比如下:
10000mpa.s端乙烯基硅油68g;
白炭黑(A200)25g;
含氢量为0.75%含氢硅油2g;
铂金催化剂,其中,Pt在催化剂中的含量为3000ppm,0.3g;
甲基丁炔醇0.05g;
黑色膏3g;
发泡粉5g
制备步骤如下:
步骤a,按上述配比依次配好纹路层3、粘结层2和柔软层4的胶料;
步骤b,将常温下纹路层3的胶料采用流延方式涂覆于镜面离型纸上,厚度控制在0.3mm,用表面刻有深纹路的压力辊在硅胶面上压出深纹路,130度硫化5分钟,剥离离型纸,制得纹路层3。
步骤c,在0.8mm厚的超纤表面涂覆柔软层4的胶料,厚度控制在0.10mm,130℃硫化5分钟,制得柔软层4。
步骤d,在柔软层4的表面涂覆粘结层的胶料,厚度控制在0.05mm,130℃硫化10分钟,即可制得柔软且具有深纹路的有机硅合成革。
比较例
选取纹路深度与实施例1纹路深度相当的深纹路离型纸,在其纹路表面采用流延方式涂覆0.30mm厚上述纹路层胶料,130℃硫化5分钟,在已硫化的胶层上涂覆0.10mm厚的上述粘结层胶料,贴合0.80mm厚超纤,130℃硫化10分钟,即制得深纹路有机硅合成革.
将实施例1和2以及比较例得到的合成革进行实验,其实验项目及结果如下:
1.表面纹路有无气泡
将皮革在自然光下通过10倍放大镜观看,看是否有气泡
2.纹路清晰度
将皮革在自然光下通过10倍放大镜观看,纹路清晰度
3.耐磨性
按QB/2726-2005的规定进行测试,采用CS-10砂轮,荷重1000g,测试转数1000转评定标准:
1级很明显
2级比较明显
3级能分辨出
4级难以分辨出
5级无法分辨出
4.耐刮伤
用一元硬币用相同力度在皮革表面反复刮擦10次,将刮擦处与未刮擦处相比
A:表面无变化
B.表面纹路变化不明显
C:表面纹路模糊
D.完全看不到纹路
5.柔软度
参照CN100400678《皮革用涂料组合物、涂装方法以及涂装皮革》,等级如下:
A非常柔软
B柔软
C中等
D坚硬
E非常坚硬
测试结果如下:
从上述对比测试结果可看出:1.在制备深纹路有机硅合成革方面,采用本发明的制备方法比单纯用离型纸的制备方法所得产品在耐磨、耐刮伤、表观等方面有明显优势。2.贴近基材的硅胶采用发泡胶可改善皮革柔软性。

Claims (8)
1.一种深纹路有机硅合成革,其特征在于:包括由上到下依次设置的纹路层(3)、粘结层(2)和基材(1)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的深纹路有机硅合成革,其特征在于:所述粘结层(2)和基材(1)之间设置柔软层(4)。
3.根据权利要求2所述的深纹路有机硅合成革,其特征在于:所述纹路层(3)、粘结层(2)、柔软层和基材(1)依次复合连接在一起。
4.根据权利要求1所述的深纹路有机硅合成革,其特征在于:所述纹路层(3)是由加成型硅胶经刻有纹路的压力辊辊压后硫化而成。
5.根据权利要求1所述的深纹路有机硅合成革,其特征在于:所述粘结层(2)是加成型液体硅胶硫化而成,起将纹路层与基材粘结的作用。
6.根据权利要求1所述的深纹路有机硅合成革,其特征在于:所述基材(1)为化学超纤、玻璃超纤、棉、麻、纸、金属中任意一种或多种制作而成。
7.一种基于权利要求1所述的深纹路有机硅合成革的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
步骤a,将无流动性的加成型硅胶采用流延方式涂覆于离型纸或离型膜上,通过刻有纹路的压力辊,使硅胶表面压出纹路,在80~200℃温度下硫化1~20分钟,剥离离型纸或离型膜,制得纹路层(3);
步骤b,在基材(1)表面涂覆液体硅胶作粘结层(2),贴合步骤a制得的纹路层(3),在80~200℃温度下硫化1~20分钟,即可制得深纹路有机硅合成革。
8.根据权利要求7所述的深纹路有机硅合成革的制备方法,其特征在于:在步骤b中制作粘结层(2)前,先在基材(1)表面涂覆一层低硬度硅胶或发泡硅胶硫化后形成柔软层(4),然后在柔软层上涂覆液体硅胶制作粘结层(2)。
