本发明涉及一种垫子及其制备方法,特别是一种超薄瑜伽运动垫及其制备方法。
背景技术
瑜伽运动源自于印度,其动作缓慢优雅,主要讲求身心灵的平衡,近年来已成为全世界非常流行的健康风潮。瑜伽可借由特定姿态与定坐之间,达到静坐、冥想、呼吸和肢体伸展等各种动作及状态,进而让人在繁忙、快速的现实世界中,放慢脚步,重新体验身体与心灵的奥秘。瑜伽就是一个通过提升意识,帮助人类充分发挥潜能的体系。瑜伽姿势运用古老而易于掌握的技巧,改善人们生理、心理、情感和精神方面的能力,是一种达到身体、心灵与精神和谐统一的运动方式。
目前,瑜伽运动大多数都是在室内进行,瑜伽运动馆的场地材质参差不起,人员流动率高,在清洁卫生上很难确保。因此,瑜伽爱好者经常需要自己携带瑜伽运动垫。但是市面上的瑜伽运动垫大多由多层结构复合而成,导致垫子太厚,在运动时垫子易移动。
为了满足在集中场合或一定瑜伽运动基础的消费者,急需一款超薄的瑜伽运动垫。
发明内容
为了解决上述现有技术的不足,本发明的第一目的是提供一种超薄微孔发泡橡胶瑜伽运动垫,用来在集中场合做瑜伽运动时,以此提高安全、舒适、健康、缓解疲劳的效果;使用清洁卫生、携带方便,并且可以确保瑜伽运动时不会因外力导致瑜伽垫变形。
为了实现上述目的,本发明所设计的一种超薄微孔发泡橡胶瑜伽运动垫,包括微孔发泡橡胶层以及复合于所述微孔发泡橡胶层底部的纤维编织网格面料,所述微孔发泡橡胶层包括如下重量份的原料:未硫化橡胶20-60,填充剂10-50,油剂1-20,硫化剂1-5,促进剂0.5-5,防老剂0.5-3,发泡剂2-6,分散剂1-5。
优选的,所述纤维编织网格面料为PET长纤维编织网格面料。
优选的,所述未硫化橡胶为天然橡胶、硅胶、丁苯橡胶、丁腈橡胶以及三元乙丙橡胶中的一种或多种。
优选的,所述填充剂为碳酸钙、碳酸镁、HAF炉黑、陶土、滑石粉、白炭黑、橡胶粉中的一种或多种。
优选的,所述油剂为环烷油、石蜡油、芳烃油、植物油中的一种或多种。
优选的,所述防老剂为防老剂MB、防老剂A、防老剂D中的一种,所述发泡剂为发泡剂H,所述分散剂为尿素与甘油的混合物,所述促进剂为促进剂DM、促进剂D、促进剂M、促进剂TT、促进剂CE中的一种或多种,所述硫化剂为硫磺。
本发明的第二目的是提供一种上述瑜伽运动垫的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)、称取上述重量份原料,并将未硫化橡胶、填充剂、油剂、促进剂、防老剂、发泡剂以及分散剂投入密炼机中密炼均匀;
(2)、经密炼后的胶料在常温下静置;
(3)、将静置后的胶料投入开炼机中,并投入硫化剂,在开炼机中进行薄通翻炼;
(4)、开炼后的胶料置入三辊压延设备中压延,制得胶片;
(5)、将上述纤维编织网格面料进行储布、放卷、展平后与胶片进行辊压复合,复合后导入烘道流水线内,在烘道流水线内进行加热从而对胶片进行硫化发泡,直至胶片完全处于蠕动状态时,将纤维编织网格面料与胶片层进行热压复合;
(6)、展平上述复合后的垫子,然后进行冲切,制得所需规格的瑜伽运动垫。
优选的,所述步骤(1)中的密炼温度控制在90℃以下,所述步骤(2)中的静置时间为8h以上,所述步骤(3)中的开炼机的辊温控制在60℃以下。
优选的,所述步骤(4)中的第二辊与第三辊之间的间距小于第一辊与第二辊之间的间距。
优选的,所述烘道流水线内的温度为阶梯温度,所述阶梯温度分别为120℃、140℃、160℃、180℃、160℃、150℃,其中烘道流水线的传输速度为1-3m/min。

1、该垫子采用微孔发泡橡胶制成,仅仅只有一层结构,垫子的厚度可以控制的很薄,便于消费者携带;
2、该垫子采用微孔发泡橡胶制成,具有良好的回弹性与硬度,从而对使用者来说大大提高了舒适度,并且在生产过程中,使用的助剂都是环保型材料,降低了对环境的影响;
3、在微孔发泡橡胶底部复合有纤维编织网格面料,使产品具备不因外力而改变形状;
4、在胶片与纤维编织网格面料热压复合时,在复压辊上设计止滑图案,从而使瑜伽运动垫具有良好的止滑效果;
5、可以往微孔发泡橡胶层中添加各种颜料,也可以根据需求在微孔发泡橡胶层面部喷印图案,使瑜伽运动垫可以满足不同消费者的爱好需求;
6、微孔发泡橡胶采用烘道流水线进行发泡硫化,生产成本低于现有的平板模具发泡,产品规格也不受模具限制,并且易于控制材料厚度以及发泡倍率,易于控制垫子的整体厚度,有利于超薄型瑜伽运动垫的生产加工。

一种超薄微孔发泡橡胶瑜伽运动垫,包括微孔发泡橡胶层以及复合于所述微孔发泡橡胶层底部的纤维编织网格面料,所述微孔发泡橡胶层包括如下重量份的原料:未硫化橡胶22,填充剂48,油剂8,硫化剂2,促进剂4.5,防老剂0.5,发泡剂4,分散剂1。
实施例2:
与实施例1的区别在于所述微孔发泡橡胶层包括如下重量份的原料:未硫化橡胶58,填充剂12,油剂6,硫化剂5,促进剂5,防老剂3,发泡剂6,分散剂5。

所述硫化剂为硫磺。
上述采用橡胶发泡材料的瑜伽运动垫的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)、称取上述重量份原料,并将未硫化橡胶、填充剂、油剂、促进剂、防老剂、发泡剂以及分散剂投入密炼机中密炼均匀,密炼过程中温度控制在90℃以下;
(2)、经密炼后的胶料在常温下静置8h以上,以提高胶料在硫化发泡时的稳定性;
(3)、将静置后的胶料投入开炼机中,并投入硫化剂,在开炼机中进行薄通翻炼,使各种原料能够分散均匀,提高胶料的塑性,在这个过程中,开炼机的辊温控制在60℃以下,超过该温度,易造成胶料早期自硫,影响后面的硫化发泡效果;
(4)、开炼后的胶料置入三辊压延设备中压延,制得胶片,其中三辊之间的间距尤其重要,确保出片过程中两端厚度统一,第二辊与第三辊之间的间距要小于第一辊与第二辊之间的间距,这样压延出来的胶片表面更加平整,厚度也才能更加均匀;
(5)、将上述纤维编织网格面料进行储布、放卷、展平后与胶片进行辊压复合,复合后导入烘道流水线内,在烘道流水线内进行加热从而对胶片进行硫化发泡,直至胶片完全处于蠕动状态时,将纤维编织网格面料与胶片层进行热压复合,其中烘道流水线内的温度采用阶梯温度,阶梯温度从导入烘道流水线一端到导出烘道流水线一端分别为120℃、140℃、160℃、180℃、160℃、150℃,并且烘道流水线的传输速度控制在1-3m/min,在烘道流水线内,橡胶材料由固体转为蠕动状态时,利用两辊对挤以及胶料的蠕动渗透性,将纤维编织网格面料与橡胶材料进行热压复合,橡胶材料完全可以平整的复合在网格之间,从而使纤维编织网格面料嵌于微孔发泡橡胶层底部,并融合成一个整体,使纤维编织网格面料与微孔发泡橡胶层很难剥离,在热压复合过程中,可以在复合辊上设置止滑图案,使微孔发泡橡胶层的面部具有良好的止滑功能,且由于在热压过程中制作止滑图案,其止滑图案的立体感强,视觉效果好;
(6)、展平上述复合后的垫子,然后进行冲切,制得所需规格的抗疲劳健康垫;
(7)、根据需求,在微孔发泡橡胶层的面部采用喷印等工艺印出图案,为瑜伽运动爱好者营造更好的练习氛围。
也可以在微孔发泡橡胶层中增加颜料,使最后的瑜伽运动垫的样式更加丰富。
利用烘道流水线对橡胶材料进行发泡硫化,比现有的平板模具发泡,可以更加容易的控制微孔发泡橡胶层的厚度,厚度可以有效的控制在6mm以内,并且由于瑜伽运动垫仅有微孔发泡橡胶层一层,从而易于使最终的瑜伽运动垫的厚度控制在6mm以内,达到超薄型的效果,产品的大小规格也不受模具影响,并且采用阶梯温度,使橡胶的发泡效果更好,制得的瑜伽运动垫的回弹性也更好,同时在橡胶材料完全处于蠕动状态时,进行热压复合,纤维编织网格面料与微孔发泡橡胶层融合成一个整体。
以上所述实施例仅表达了本发明的几种实施方式,并不能因此而理解为对本发明专利范围的限制。应当指出的是,对于本领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明构思的前提下,还可以做出若干变形和改进,这些均属于本发明的保护范围。因此,本发明专利的保护范围应以所附权利要求为准。

Claims (2)

1.一种超薄微孔发泡橡胶瑜伽运动垫的制备方法,包括微孔发泡橡胶层以及复合于所述微孔发泡橡胶层底部的纤维编织网格面料,所述微孔发泡橡胶层包括如下重量份的原料:未硫化橡胶20-60,填充剂33-48,油剂1-20,硫化剂2-5,促进剂1.5-5,防老剂0.5-3,发泡剂4-6,分散剂1-5;所述分散剂为尿素与甘油的混合物,所述尿素与甘油的重量比为1:4,所述瑜伽运动垫的厚度在6mm以内,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
(1)、称取上述重量份原料,并将未硫化橡胶、填充剂、油剂、促进剂、防老剂、发泡剂以及分散剂投入密炼机中密炼均匀;所述密炼温度控制在90℃以下;
(2)、经密炼后的胶料在常温下静置;所述静置时间为8h以上;
(3)、将静置后的胶料投入开炼机中,并投入硫化剂,在开炼机中进行薄通翻炼;所述开炼机的辊温控制在60℃以下;
(4)、开炼后的胶料置入三辊压延设备中压延,制得胶片;其中第二辊与第三辊之间的间距小于第一辊与第二辊之间的间距;
(5)、将上述纤维编织网格面料进行储布、放卷、展平后与胶片进行辊压复合,复合后导入烘道流水线内,在烘道流水线内进行加热从而对胶片进行硫化发泡,直至胶片完全处于蠕动状态时,将纤维编织网格面料与胶片层进行热压复合;所述烘道流水线内的温度为阶梯温度,所述阶梯温度分别为120℃、140℃、160℃、180℃、160℃、150℃,其中烘道流水线的传输速度为1-3m/min;
(6)、展平上述复合后的垫子,然后进行冲切,制得所需规格的瑜伽运动垫。
2.根据权利要求1所述的超薄微孔发泡橡胶瑜伽运动垫的制备方法,其特征在于:
所述纤维编织网格面料为PET长纤维编织网格面料;
所述未硫化橡胶为天然橡胶、硅胶、丁苯橡胶、丁腈橡胶以及三元乙丙橡胶中的一种或多种;
所述填充剂为碳酸钙、碳酸镁、HAF炉黑、陶土、滑石粉、白炭黑、橡胶粉中的一种或多种;
所述油剂为环烷油、石蜡油、芳烃油、植物油中的一种或多种;
所述防老剂为防老剂MB、防老剂A、防老剂D中的一种,所述发泡剂为发泡剂H,所述分散剂为尿素与甘油的混合物,所述促进剂为促进剂DM、促进剂D、促进剂M、促进剂TT、促进剂CE中的一种或多种,所述硫化剂为硫磺。
