Abstract
本实用新型公开了一种聚橡复合板结构，包括橡胶层和聚氨酯层，所述橡胶层为橡胶板，橡胶板与聚氨酯层相结合的一面为粗糙面。橡胶板的粗糙面由橡胶板本体打磨起毛而成，聚氨酯层由聚氨酯浇注在橡胶板上成型。橡胶层和聚氨酯层经硫化处理。本实用新型解决了橡胶耐磨性低和聚氨酯不易于金属粘接的不足的缺点。

本实用新型涉及复合板材技术领域。
背景技术
在很多领域需要金属具有耐磨、减振、抗冲击、防腐、绝缘、密封等功能，所以需要在金属表面附着橡胶或聚氨酯。目前橡胶板成本低，有很高的弹性、扯断强度及伸长率、与钢板粘接力高，但缺点是不耐磨，反观聚氨酯板耐磨性要比橡胶板高，但是与钢板粘接力弱，同时成本也较高。
实用新型内容
本实用新型所解决的技术问题是提供一种聚橡复合板结构材料，既解决了粘接及耐磨问题又可降低成本。
本实用新型采用的技术方案是一种聚橡复合板结构，包括橡胶层和聚氨酯层，所述橡胶层为橡胶板，橡胶板与聚氨酯层相结合的一面为粗糙面。
橡胶板的粗糙面由橡胶板本体打磨起毛而成，聚氨酯层由聚氨酯浇注在橡胶板上成型。
橡胶层和聚氨酯层经硫化处理。
本实用新型的有益效果是将橡胶与聚氨酯有效的结合成一种新型材料，解决了橡胶耐磨性低和聚氨酯不易于金属粘接的不足。

本实用新型的聚橡复合板结构，包括橡胶层和聚氨酯层1，聚氨酯与橡胶结合通过以下步骤完成。
A:橡胶板1进行打毛处理，形成橡胶板毛刺11。
B:橡胶板1进行加热。
C:将聚氨酯在未成型前浇注在橡胶板1上。
D:在平台上进行硫化。
本发明技术将使金属具有减振、抗冲击、防腐、绝缘、密封等功能的同时还具有很高的耐磨性，降低成本。

1.聚橡复合板结构，包括橡胶层和聚氨酯层，其特征在于：所述橡胶层为橡胶板，橡胶板与聚氨酯层相结合的一面为粗糙面。
2.如权利要求1所述的聚橡复合板结构，其特征在于：所述橡胶板的粗糙面由橡胶板本体打磨起毛而成，聚氨酯层由聚氨酯浇注在橡胶板上成型。
3.如权利要求1所述的聚橡复合板结构，其特征在于：所述橡胶层和聚氨酯层经硫化处理。
