本发明公开了一种TPE塑料,其质量组份如下:SEBS10~15份、白矿物油6~8份、PP 4~6份、PTV 3~5份、TPV 8~12份、玻纤1~3份、纳米碳酸钙2~5份、热稳定剂0.005~0.01份。本发明的TPE塑料制造成本低廉、制作方便、压缩永久变形和耐高温指标优良,应用领域广。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种TPE塑料,属于塑料技术领域。
背景技术
TPE是一种具有橡胶的高弹性,高强度,高回弹性,又具有可注塑加工的特征的材料。热塑性弹性体既具有热塑性塑料的加工性能,又具有硫化橡胶的物理性能,可谓是塑料和橡胶优点的优势组合。但是目前的TPE的使用温度范围大都在80~135℃,使其应用范围受到了限制,特别是对于低压缩永久变形和耐高温的要求都非常高的情况下的使用都带来了极大的不便。
发明内容
针对上述不足,本发明提供一种TPE塑料,本发明采用的技术方案为:
一种TPE塑料,其质量组份如下:SEBS10~15份、白矿物油6~8份、PP 4~6份、PTV3~5份、TPV 8~12份、玻纤1~3份、纳米碳酸钙2~5份、热稳定剂0.005~0.01份。
本发明的有益效果在于:本发明的TPE塑料制造成本低廉、制作方便、压缩永久变形和耐高温指标优良,应用领域广。

一种TPE塑料,其质量组份如下:SEBS15份、白矿物油8份、PP 5份、PTV 3份、TPV 10份、玻纤3份、纳米碳酸钙3份、热稳定剂0.008份。
实施例2:
一种TPE塑料,其质量组份如下:SEBS 10份、白矿物油6份、PP 4份、PTV 5份、TPV 8份、玻纤2份、纳米碳酸钙2份、热稳定剂0.005份。
本发明的TPE塑料制造成本低廉、制作方便、压缩永久变形和耐高温指标优良,应用领域广。
